Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing a timeskip since Naruto's returned t Konoha and reuniting with all his friends, and starting to train a few of those in learning Ki. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

Two years have passed since Naruto's return to Konoha, reuniting with Satsuki and Mikoto, proving who he was to the Hokage, and taking his test to show his strength and be hired as a mercenary. With him having also reunited and reconnected with his other friends. Who were happy to see he was back and alright, along with being intrigued and amazed when he told them about his new power.

Along with his increased intelligence from his time at Capsule Corporation. Something that Shikamaru enjoyed, since Naruto was able to give him a good challenge in Shogi. Though the Half-Saiyan has yet to beat the Nara, he was able to make him work for the wins, with him getting better at the game each time. While Choji had been amazed, and feeling slightly inferior, at seeing Naruto somehow actually outeat him.

Though one thing that definitely annoyed Naruto, was how the villagers were treating him kindly and courteously, as opposed to treating and seeing him as a freak or abomination. And all simply because they don't even know it's him, due to his changed appearance.

And due to the fact, he keeps his tail wrapped around his waist like belt.

But Naruto supposed it might be for the best that he isn't recognized, as he wasn't sure if he'd be able to resist crippling, or even killing, a good number of villagers. In the event any of them go out of their way to provoke and/or attack him.

But one thing that did make Naruto shudder was remembering his reunion with Izumi, when she returned from her mission, and Ayame. As just like with Satsuki and Mikoto, they expressed their annoyance at him disappearing, making it rather clear how they felt about it. With all four of them even deciding to ban him from ramen, for an entire month.

Though Naruto couldn't deny his Saiyan instincts did find it rather attractive that they weren't afraid to stand up to him, despite his power.

Currently, Naruto was at a training ground with Satsuki, Lee, and Gai, training the three in how to use Ki. The three of them having accepted the offer of learning to use it, though Lee had been hesitant at first, given his desire to become a Ninja who uses only Taijutsu. But after learning that Ki was the manifestation of a user's fighting power and life force, Lee fully agreed to learn to use it. With Naruto having also made the offer to teach Shikamaru, Choji, and Shino as well. But like with Kakashi, the three had declined the offer.

Which is understandable they didn't want to learn it, given Shikamaru's laziness, Choji being passive and gentle unless he's bribed with food or called "fat", and Shino wasn't sure if such abilities would fit his fighting style. Not to mention, not knowing the affect that Ki would have on his hive, should he use it, and if it'd be dangerous to his insects or not.

Though the Half-Saiyan left the offer open for them, should they ever change their minds and decide they do want to know how to use Ki.

At the moment Satsuki and Lee were sparring against each other, with Naruto and Gai standing off to the side and observing them, seeing how far they've come with Naruto's taught them. With Lee and Gai having learned Yamcha's and Tien's attacks and techniques. Given how both of the Z-Fighters techniques revolved around physical attacks with only a few Ki techniques. Making them good fits for Lee and Gai to learn with their proficiency with Taijutsu.

While Satsuki on the other hand had more of an affinity with Vegeta's techniques. Something that Naruto found ironic, given how both of them could be prideful in who they are and their heritage. With the Uchiha also learning the Destructo Disk and Solar Flare, seeing how both of the techniques could be a deadly combination. But outside of those, Satsuki still preferred using her own abilities, as she didn't want to get rusty with her Ninjutsu by relying solely on Ki.

Naruto had also taught them all the Kaioken, given it'd be useful for them all to have a power boost like that, especially with how it wasn't as self-destructive as the Eight Gates. Something that Gai and Lee were both thankful for, knowing they'd still be able to boost their power without worry of damaging their bodies or dying.

So far, Gai and Lee have become quite proficient in the Kaioken already, due to them already having superior physical conditioning to handle the strain of it. While Satsuki has only just started learning to use it, as while she had good physical abilities already, even more so thanks to Naruto's training. She wasn't on the same level as Gai and Lee just yet.

With Satsuki being able to go up to x2, Lee being up to x10, and Gai up to x15, though was already working to go up to x20.

And now Satsuki and Lee were showing just how far they've come in two years.

"Wolf Fang Fist!" Lee said before rushing at Satsuki and attacking her with a flurry of clawing and punches, with the image of a red astral wolf following his attacks, before launching her away with a double palm strike.

The Uchiha stopping herself from crashing into a tree as she floated in midair, before speeding towards Lee and slamming her fist into his face. Following up with her own barrage of punches and kicks, knocking the Taijutsu further and further back. Until she ended it with a kick to his chest, sending him up into the air, before punching her fist into his stomach and throwing him further into the air.

"Photon Bomber!" Said Satsuki while holding her hand back and creating a white energy orb, which she thrusted forward, launching it as a blast towards Lee while he was midair.

With the boy being able to regain his focus from Satsuki's attacks and quickly dodge to the side of the blast, before aiming his finger at her.

"Dodon Ray!" Lee said before firing the finger beam at the Uchiha, with Satsuki jumping out of the way of the beam, only for her eyes to widen when Lee suddenly appeared crouched in front of her with his hands clasped together.

Lee then smashed his hands into Satsuki's chin launching her into the air, with Lee repeating the process two more times when she fell back to the ground. The Genin then jumping up after the third strike, before delivering an axe kick to Satsuki's stomach and sending her crashing back towards the ground. The Uchiha gasping in pain at the strike and having the wind knocked out of her.

Though Satsuki got up not a moment later, before aiming her hand at Lee with her other hand holding it for support.

"Galick Blazer!" Shouted Satsuki while firing the Ki sphere at the boy.

"Domination Blast!" Lee said while firing multiple energy blasts at the Galick Blazer, which blasted through all of them and forcing him to get out of the way to avoid being hit.

Something Satsuki anticipated as she flew straight towards Lee and headbutted him, sending him flying away. With the Uchiha flying after him and kicking him in the face, before ending it with a double axe handle to his back that sent the boy crashing back to the ground.

Grunting at the impact, Lee quickly got up to his feet and held his palm upwards, while placing his other hand around his raised arm for support before he gathered his Ki into a sphere in his palm.

"Spirit Ball Attack!" Said Lee before throwing the orb at Satsuki, who dodged out of the way of the sphere, only to grunt in pain when it suddenly returned and slammed into her back, as Lee directed the Spirit Ball with his index and middle finger, having it slam repeatedly into Satsuki.

With each successful strike building up kinetic energy in the orb, making it faster and stronger with each hit, until Lee finally directed it up and straight down on Satsuki. The final strike causing the Spirit Ball to explode around the Uchiha. Resulting in the Genin taking a breath, while getting into a stance to see if his opponent would be able to keep fighting or not. Only to tense, when Satsuki flew up into the air, out of the smoke and aimed her palm at Lee.

"Big Bang Attack!" Said Satsuki before firing the large Ki sphere at Lee, who in turn formed a triangle with his hands while gathering energy for his own attack.

"Kikōhō!" Lee said before releasing a large energy beam at the Big Bang Attack, resulting in the two attacks exploding as they collided together.

"Alright, that's enough!" Said Naruto, knowing they were starting to use stronger attacks and didn't want things to escalate even further, as while he did want them to not hold back against each other, he also didn't want them to end up hurting or killing each other.

"Yes Naruto! That was an amazing spar, Satsuki! Your Flames of Youth are truly burning bright, and I cannot wait for the next time we face each other!" Lee said while smiling and giving a thumbs up to the Uchiha, both of them panting slightly while Satsuki flew back down to the ground.

"Uh, sure…you too." Replied Satsuki, not sure what else to say.

"Well done, Lee! You have truly come far in your training, and I know you will only continue to improve as you grow and gain experience! You'll become a splendid Shinobi in no time!" Gai said as he gave his student his good guy pose, with Lee looking at his teacher with tears in his eyes.

"Thank you, Gai-sensei! I swear, I will not fail you or Naruto and prove myself to honor what you have both taught me! And if I can't, I shall run around all of the Land of Fire a thousand times, and I cannot do that I shall do five thousand pushups with a boulder on my back, and if I cannot do that, I shall climb the tallest mountain with only one hand!" Said Lee, as the Jōnin looked at his student with tears in his eyes as well.

"That's the spirit Lee!" Replied Gai.

"Gai-sensei!"

"Lee!"

"Gai-sensei!"

"Lee!"

"Okay! I think you both have a team meeting or something to get to!" Naruto said loudly, refusing to see them hug each other or let that creepy sunset, that appears whenever they do, show up.

He's already scarred enough from Popo's training; he doesn't need more nightmare fuel.

"Of course Naruto. And I've been meaning to ask, if you could, would you be able to train my other students, Neji and Tenten, in using Ki as well. I'm sure both of them could benefit from such training." Said Gai, wanting to help all his students reach their full potential, but knows its Naruto's decision to teach someone to use Ki or not.

"If they want to learn and are willing to listen, sure. Especially if they don't try showing anyone else how to use it." Naruto replied while shrugging, since he's fine training others to use Ki, as long as they didn't try teaching it to others.

Given while Naruto would like the challenge of fighting other Ki users, he also knows that if Ki became more known and used in the Elemental Nations, then it's likely the world won't last for very long. With how wars are already dangerous enough with Chakra being used, and when the Jinchūriki are sent out. He'd prefer not making them even more destructive and dangerous.

Plus, then he wouldn't get the chance to fight anyone here if they all end up killing each other themselves.

Gai nodded in thanks before he and Lee took their leave, with Naruto looking to Satsuki, only to see her looking at her hand as she clenched and unclenched it with a worried frown on her face.

"Are you alright Satsuki-chan?" Naruto asked, with the Uchiha looking at him in concern.

"Ever since I started using Ki, I've felt my Chakra getting weaker and weaker, as if it's…fading away. Not that I'm really concerned about it since Ki has proven to be more powerful than Chakra overall. But if I lose my Chakra, what would that mean for my Fire Style Ninjutsu and my Sharingan?" Said Satsuki, worried about the chance of losing her Ninjutsu and Sharingan, the latter of which she's only just recently awakened during her training with Naruto, but didn't use it much since the Half-Saiyan didn't want her to depend on it.

So, she's worried about losing it after finally awakening her eyes, something that Naruto understood. As unlike Gai and Lee, who didn't use Chakra, or just couldn't in Lee's case, Satsuki didn't have those restriction. Whether by her own choice or natural cause.

And like Vegeta, and even himself, Satsuki took a lot of pride in her heritage. So it would concern her at the idea of losing access to her Fire Style Ninjutsu and her Sharingan, especially the latter.

"I'll contact my mentors and see what they know, if they have anything that can help." Naruto replied, making Satsuki smile thankfully at him, relieved and touched that he'd do that for her.

"Thank you Naruto-kun, that really means a lot." Said Satsuki before she kissed him on the cheek, surprising the Half-Saiyan slightly before he saw his friend walking away, with his eyes glancing down when he saw that she seemed to have an extra sway to her hips.

'Little minx.' Naruto thought, not thinking Satsuki could be a tease.

Shaking his head, Naruto flew off towards The Lookout to meet with Dende and Popo, to see if they knew anything about Satsuki's Chakra getting weaker.

*Later*

It wasn't long before Naruto touched down on The Lookout, while being greeted by Dende and Popo.

"Naruto, good to see you again. I take it you're here concerning Satsuki's Chakra weakening." Dende stated, having kept an eye on his student's time in Konoha and knew the reason for his visit, with the Half-Saiyan nodding in response.

"Yeah, I was wondering if you two knew anything about it. Given you two must have been around when Chakra first started appearing, so you I figured you'd know the affect that Ki would have on it." Said Naruto.

"Yes, we were, though Chakra didn't just appear, it was given." Said Popo, making Naruto's brow furrow in confusion.

"Given?" Naruto asked, with the two nodding in response.

"Yes, despite having existed for thousands of years, and what people like to believe, Chakra isn't a natural form of energy that people just suddenly started to be born with. It was given to them by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, or as he was later known as, the Sage of the Six Paths." Revealed Dende, much to Naruto's shock at hearing the Sage of Six Paths was real and not just a legend.

Dende and Popo then began telling Naruto everything they knew about the Ōtsutsuki Clan, Kaguya coming to Earth, eating the Chakra Fruit of the Shinju, casting the Infinite Tsukuyomi, giving birth to her sons Hagoromo and Hamura. Them learning of what their mother had done and fighting her after she merged with the Shinju to become the Jūbi, before sealing her away into the moon, with Hamura taking the Ōtsutsuki Clan to the moon to look after her body. While Hagoromo stayed behind to repair the damage from their battle and eventually giving humanity Chakra and creating Ninshu, along with creating the Bijū as well from the fragments of the Jūbi sealed inside of him.

"That is how Chakra came to exist, with everyone believing that it's always existed, rather than having been given to them." Dende concluded, as Naruto looked between them with wide eyes.

"And you're only telling me all this now?!" Said Naruto, figuring this seemed like important information to know.

"Meh, you never asked maggot." Popo stated, with the Half-Saiyan groaning in annoyance.

"We didn't tell you, since we didn't think it was important information, given the Bijū are sealed, and no one knows about Kaguya or the true origins of Chakra. So there was really no need to know about information that's become irrelevant." Replied Dende.

"Okay, well why didn't you choose the Sage as your successor as Guardian? From what you just told me; he seems perfect for the job." Naruto said, making the elderly Guardian sigh and shake his head.

"I had actually considered it, believing Hagoromo would be a suitable candidate as Guardian. But after he gave humanity Chakra, I knew I couldn't have him become Guardian. As while he may have had good intentions, him giving humanity Chakra was a mistake, one that has led to dozens of wars and even more death." Said Dende, knowing that while Hagoromo had the makings of a Guardian, he was also too trusting with how he had given humanity a power like Chakra, even more so with how he handled the situation with his sons.

"Right. And what about Satsuki-chan's Chakra, and why it's fading away?" Naruto asked, while getting back to the reason for his visit.

"That is due to her unlocking and training her Ki, which is essentially flushing out all the impurities that's been in her body for over a thousand years, with Chakra being seen as an impurity since it isn't something humans are naturally born with. But one thing about Chakra, is that it is very adaptive and can merge with nearly any form of energy. So, if Satsuki is able to merge her Chakra with her Ki, her Chakra will ultimately be taken over by it due to it being a much larger and more potent form of energy, especially with how her Chakra's been weakening." Dende explained.

"Does that mean she'll lose her Ninjutsu and Sharingan?" Asked Naruto in worry, knowing Satsuki wouldn't take that very well.

"Not necessarily, while her Sharingan is a product of Chakra, it's also something she was born with, so she will still have access to it. She'll simply just be using Ki rather than Chakra to activate it. It may perhaps result in her Sharingan becoming better and stronger from being powered by Ki. As for her Ninjutsu, it's possible to convert Ki into elemental attacks as well." Dende replied.

"Indeed, like the maggot with weird powers from Cooler's Armored Squadron, he could convert Ki into lightning." Added Popo, the Guardian nodding in agreement.

"There's also Roshi's Thunder Shock Surprise and Vegeta's Shine Shot. Along with Nuova Shenron and Eis Shenron's fire and ice attacks as well." Dende said, making Naruto nodded at hearing this, relieved at getting some good news to bring to Satsuki.

"Great, I'll be sure to tell Satsuki-chan and start learning how to convert Ki into elemental attacks, so I can teach them to her." Replied Naruto before flying off again to go tell Satsuki what he learned, sure that she'll be happy that she'll still be able to use her Sharingan and perform elemental attacks.

*Timeskip-Two Weeks*

"You got another mission for me, old man?" Naruto asked while entering the Hokage's Office, after being called by the Sandaime.

Over the past two years, Naruto's already completed several missions for the Hokage, usually ones that were too difficult for regular Ninja to complete, or that would look bad for Konoha if they failed. But with Naruto being a mercenary, he wasn't directly tied to Konoha and thus could go where they couldn't and do what they couldn't as well.

With that best being shown with the very first job he completed, and so far, the one he enjoyed most, the assassination of Danzō Shimura. With Hiruzen having given Naruto the mission to kill Danzō, knowing that with his power and Saiyan heritage, they couldn't risk Danzō finding out. Especially given his recent slipups in keeping the warhawk under control.

With Naruto not wasting any time and making short work of Danzō and his ROOT Anbu, not taking the chance of him trying to escape or pull out any tricks. Simply going in and vaporizing the lot of them, before they even realized what was going on. With the Half-Saiyan taking a certain kind of joy in killing the old man, especially after learning he was the main mastermind behind the Uchiha Massacre. Something that he had immediately told Satsuki, with her obviously being pissed to learn the truth of what happened to her clan.

It was only due to him, Mikoto, and Izumi helping calm her down, that she didn't rush off in her emotional state and do something stupid. Though Satsuki did demand to know why her mother and Izumi didn't tell her, in the first place. Only to learn that they kept it a secret, in order to protect Satsuki. So they didn't taint her memory of her clan, as well as to keep her safe from those that would have used her anger as an excuse to wipe out the rest of the Uchiha Clan.

While this did calm Satsuki down a little, she was still angry at what was done to her clan, leading to her pulling out of the Academy. Refusing to be loyal to a village that discriminated her Clan and saw them as a bunch of traitors. Since while she would admit that the Uchiha Clan were also in the wrong since their attempt at a coup would have resulted in a Civil War and potentially the Fourth Shinobi War. Konoha was mainly at fault, for pushing her clan to such mentalities and extremes, since there is only so much abuse and discrimination a group of people can take before they start lashing out at those responsible for it.

This resulted in Satsuki planning to instead become Naruto's partner, once she was stronger.

As for Itachi, while Satsuki understood why he did what he did. She was still angry at him for killing those that had no part in the coup, while also using the Tsukuyomi on her and making Satsuki watch them die. If anything, Itachi was no longer the brother she once idolized, but a sheep and extremist that would kill men, women, and children. Regardless of if they're innocent or not, if he's ordered to. While mentally torturing his own little sister, who was just starting the Academy.

With Satsuki being lucky that she wasn't rendered braindead, by the Genjutsu.

But, while she'll still hunt him down and make him pay, Satsuki wasn't going to kill him. As that's what he would want, and she had no intentions of doing what her brother wanted, anymore.

Instead, she's going to beat him into the ground and then give back to him, what he gave to her. A long, unsightly, and pitiful life, living with what he's done.

"Yes, I did Naruto. I'm sending you to the Land of Water, to aid the rebellion of the Kirigakure Civil War. At the moment, the conflict is in a stalemate with neither side gaining any ground, and while I would like to personally help the rebels create a better and safer Kiri, I can't. If I sent Konoha Ninja to aid the rebels, it could blow up politically in Konoha's face, even more so if the loyalists are the ones to win. That's not even counting if enemy villages get involved and join the other side as an excuse to attack us." Sarutobi said, knowing if Konoha got involved, then it's likely Iwa and/or Kumo would as well, which could in turn lead to the war growing from a civil war to a Fourth Great Ninja War.

"But with me being a mercenary and having no official ties to Konoha, you have the opening to unofficially help the rebels." Concluded Naruto, the Hokage nodding in response.

"Yes. Do you accept the mission?" Questioned Hiruzen.

"Yes, I accept." Naruto replied, given the Bloodline Purge reminded him of when Popo and Dende told him about what Frieza did to the Saiyans and Namekians, with how he nearly eradicated both species.

Naruto went to take his leave, only to stop when the Hokage spoke again.

"One other thing Naruto. It's been two years since you returned to Konoha, and the Graduation Exam is on the horizon. Meaning it won't be long before your family and some of the other Uzumaki Clan members return." The Hokage said carefully, knowing Naruto's less than kind feelings to his family, aside from Miso.

"Your point?" Naruto asked coldly while looking over his shoulders, his eyes flashing a greenish-blue color for a moment.

"Will you be alright?" Sarutobi asked, knowing how such a reunion could very well result in Naruto going berserk, and the Sandaime has the feeling that they haven't even come close to seeing the true extent of Naruto's power.

"…We'll just have to wait and see." Replied Naruto, before taking his leave to prepare for his mission.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Naruto's begun training Satsuki, Lee, and Gai how to use Ki, with Satsuki learning Vegeta's techniques along with the Destructo Disk and Solar Flare, while Gai and Lee learn Yamcha and Tien's techniques, with all three also learning the Kaioken for a powerup, and a safer one than the Eight Gates. With Satsuki and Lee sparring against each other after two years to see how far they've come. Then afterwards we see Satsuki's Chakra is getting weaker, leading Naruto to ask Dende and Popo about it with him learning the origins of Chakra and the Bijū (also a quick note, don't forget the Guardian isn't omniscient, given how Kami wasn't able to instantly identify who Cell is, so Dende would have a hard time being able to see a parasite like Black Zetsu). Though learns Satsuki would still be able to use her Sharingan and that Ki can be converted into elemental attacks. Finally we see Naruto getting another mission from the Hokage, and learning he was given the mission to kill Danzō as well, not wasting any time in vaporizing the warhawk and his ROOT Anbu, along with learning he was the mastermind behind the Uchiha Massacre, something Naruto tells Satsuki. With her being enraged but is held back from doing anything rash, but still pulls out of the Academy to instead eventually become Naruto's partner, refusing to be loyal to a village that massacred her family. While Naruto's next mission is to assist the rebels in Kirigakure end the civil war, being able to due to being a mercenary and having no official ties to Konoha, along with learning his "family" will soon be returning as well. So, review if you liked go away if you didn't.
