A/N: I don't own any Puppet Master characters, they belong to Full Moon Features and Charles Band. I do however own Archer, Elizabeth and Wildcard and as normal when the puppets speak it will be in italics.

Also thank you Cryptic for letting me use Jinkx and Irya in this story.

A short time later Jester watched as Elizabeth was loaded into a train carriage by the Doctor who he had now learned was called Irya Smirnov-Lupei.

She would be looking after Elizabeth while the rest of the puppets would be with Jinkx.

He looked around the carriage he was in as Jinkx loaded the trunk.

It was certainly luxurious, though he couldn't help but notice the lack of windows in it.

"She's in good hands Jester." Jinkx assured giving him a gentle pat on the head.

Within a few minutes of the trunk being placed in the carriage the train started moving almost knocking Jester and Lucy off their feet from the momentum.

Jinkx opened up the trunk much to the puppets surprise.

"You can walk around for a bit, it'll be a few hours before we get there." Jinkx explained.

They nodded jumping out and looking around.

"So this is what train carriage looks like nowadays." Six commented impressed.

"No windows." Archer commented.

Pinhead just shook his head.

"I should have stayed with her."

"There's no use beating yourself up Pinhead. You did all you could." Tunneler assured putting a hand on his friends shoulder.

"Tunneler's right Pinhead, beating yourself up won't help anything." Leech Woman said climbing out of Elizabeth's backpack.

Lucy looked around the carriage confused and scared.

"Where are we going?" She asked quietly.

"Somewhere safe. Your former master knows where we were so we had to leave." Toulon explained, his spirit appearing by them.

"What's going to happen to Elizabeth?" Wildcard asked looking up at Jinkx hoping she knew what she was asking.

"Elizabeth is in good care." Jinkx assured.

Though it was apparent Wildcard and Pinhead didn't like being away from her.

Wildcard she could understand but it was still unusual for Pinhead to be so concerned.

Jinkx picked up Lucy sitting down rubbing her head gently looking at the puppets.

"Archer can you come here?"

Archer looked reluctant but did so, almost loosing balance when the carriage would bump.

Jester jumped down wanting to explore the new area.

The last time they had been on a train was when they were fleeing Germany during the second world War.

Though that was far less comfortable with six puppets in a duffle bag.

Jinkx smiled at Lucy trying to comfort her before picking up Archer and sitting both Lucy and Archer on the desk giving Archer a gentle pat of affection.

Archer clearly went tense at being touched but didn't try to run off this time.

"One step at a time." Jinkx said.

She knew things had been harder for Archer without Blade being around.

He was safety locked in a separate box along with the notes from Elizabeth's grandfather.

Jinkx picked up Decapitron and put him down next to Archer and Lucy before lifting up Lucy's arms.

"Toulon, from my brief examination of this puppet she appears to be missing some arms, am I mistaken?"

Lucy looked away feeling uncomfortable.

"It appears that is the case, though from what my friends have told me this was something he regularly did." Decapitron replied.

"Wish we could fix that damm platform of yours. It's just creepy that you're stuck lifeless." Torch said crossing his arms.

The others nodded in agreement.

"You never did tell us how it got damaged." Jester said.

There was an audible sigh.

"During the time Elizabeth's grandfather was being hunted he tried to modify it so that would self generate the electricity I need. Unfortunately it was not a complete success." Decapitron explained.

"But don't you have to have the Decapitron Puppet activated before you can project yourself through it?" Tunneler asked.

"There is stored power in here that gives me the temporary ability to communicate with our masters. But not enough for me to physically move."

They nodded in understanding.

I also own Matthew Gallagher and Richard Kraus and Lucy
