Siblings- part 2

Bunni asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch2115 "Siblings" where the children are all older and Snowing announce they're having another baby. Snowing don't get the reaction they were hoping for.

Emma, Neal, Rosie, Christopher and Michael didn't know what was going on. They had all been called out of their lessons and activities for a meeting with their parents. That never happened unless something had gone seriously wrong. They all denied any wrongdoing, but someone had to be lying. Otherwise, what was the point in them being here? Why would their parents take time out of their busy days? They were about to find out.

Snow and Charming came into the room their children had been gathered in. They immediately saw the worried look on all their faces.

"There's no reason to look so worried." Charming assured them all. "Nobody's in trouble." Emma scoffed. With five kids someone was always in trouble. Charming gave his eldest a warning look before he and Snow both sat down. "We needed to talk to you because we have something important that you all need to know." Charming continued, linking his hand with Snow's.

"You're not pregnant, are you?" Fifteen-year-old Emma joked. Snow and Charming both looked at their eldest, smiling.

"Actually, Emma, we are." Snow announced, her face breaking out into a grin. "We're having another baby!" Snow and Charming waited for their children to begin to get excited…it didn't happen. All five of their children showed different signs of negative emotion. From Rosie who was at least trying to smile to Emma who was clearly outraged.

"I don't understand?" Snow said, disappointed with her children. "Why aren't you happy? You all loved when we announced you were getting a new little brother or sister before…"

"Yeah, when we were little and getting new siblings was appropriate." Emma interrupted her mother. "Michael's nine now! It's weird for us getting a new baby. I'm almost old enough to be their mother!-"

"Like heck you are." Charming stopped her. "So there's going to be a bigger age gap? Why should that matter?"

"Emma is right dad." Neal added. "It will be quite strange." Christopher and Michael nodded in agreement. Rosie seemed determined to stay out of things completely. Snow and Charming didn't know what to say. They couldn't believe their children weren't as excited as they were.

"Well then." Snow said, her and Charming getting up. "You all have roughly eight months to get your heads around the idea, because it's happening." Snow and Charming left the room, leaving their children squabbling behind them. They were just going to have to accept this. Like it, or lump it.
