Secret tattoo
Patty asked for a oneshot of Snowing finding out that Emma (I know you asked for Rosie but people get narky when I do too much wit OCs) got a tattoo with her boyfriend's name on it.
Reviews don't seem to be working right now, I never got emails for these (although I'm not really getting many requests either, lol) so sorry if you think I've been ignoring you!
Jojo Bean: All chapters must have interaction between at least 2 Charming family members.
I know I still have more to do, so don't worry, however I'm extremely busy right now so there is going to be a bit of a lag. Keep those requests coming though! This story doesn't exist without you guys.
Emma winced again as she gingerly sat down on the couch. The previous day, she had pulled a muscle whilst working out. Snow and Charming had both offered to book her an appointment with Whale, but Emma refused. She said she wasn't going to the doctor for something as stupid as a pulled muscle. The problem was, it seemed to be getting worse.
"Alright, top up." Snow ordered her. She wasn't letting this go on much longer if she felt Emma needed medical attention. Emma just raised an eyebrow. Snow stared back boldly; she would be winning this round. Emma tried to look to her dad for support, but it quickly became clear he was siding with her mom. Emma sighed. They could both be ridiculous sometimes. But to save an argument, Emma lifted her top so her mom could examine her side. Snow crouched down to take a closer look, gently prodding the area to see if anything felt out of sorts. Then, she moved her head back, squinting, and tilting her head to the side.
"What? Is there an alien about to pop out of me?" Emma asked. Snow shook her head, ignoring her daughter's cheek.
"No, but who's Matthew?" She asked. Emma's eyes widened. It had been so long since she'd thought about that…she'd just grown accustomed to seeing it. She yanked her top back down.
"Ok, thanks for looking mom. I feel fine now. I'm going to go upstairs and rest properly…"
"Emma." Snow repeated. "Who is Matthew and why is his name permanently inked on your ribcage?"
"Excuse me?" Charming spluttered. Emma felt her face heat up, but there would be no getting out of this now.
"Well, when you're in the system, there aren't an awful lot of people looking out for you, making sure that you're making good choices." Emma began. "I was sixteen, staying in Savannah, Georgia. I was seeing this guy called Matthew." Charming groaned, he didn't like this story already. Emma tried her best to ignore him. "Well, Mattie and I thought we were star-crossed lovers, and decided to cement this fact by using our new fake to get tattoos of each other's names near our hearts. Of course, three months later we broke up and were left with the tattoos. Laser removal seemed a bit too costly, and I don't even notice it anymore." Emma told them. She could see her father looked pale as he took a seat. Her mom just seemed concerned. Emma could tell she was thinking about infections, whilst her dad was clearly more focusing on who the tattoo had been dedicated to.
"There aren't any others we should know about?" Her dad croaked. "I'm not sure I could take the surprise again." Emma had to bite her lip to stop herself from laughing before saying
"Oh you know, just the tramp stamp I have dedicated to Justin Garcia." Emma could see her dad was about to blow his pulmonary artery. She couldn't hold her laughter back any longer. "I'm just yanking your chain dad. I don't have any more hidden tattoos, I promise." Charming just nodded. That girl was going to make him go grey yet.
