Bringing her home
captainswan2000 asked for a oneshot of *mid-season finale spoilers!* Charming and Hook saving Emma from the "wish world" instead of Regina.
"Brilliant. We're here. Now what do we do?" Killian groaned, rubbing the part of his back he had landed on. Charming got up from the hard ground. They were definitely in the Enchanted Forest. They were near where his palace was.
"We find Emma." Charming told him. "You heard what Regina said. To get her home we have to make her wish she had another life. She doesn't have to mean it when she says it, she just has to say it while she touches the lamp." Charming said, patting the genie's lamp in his pocket. It hadn't been easy getting the lamp of the Evil Queen. Now that he and Hook had used the second wish to get themselves here, they only had one wish left for Emma to wish them all home. There would be no second chances.
Just then, the pair heard a light humming. They drew their weapons, ready for a fight…that was until Emma approached them. Emma gasped at them both.
"Daddy." Emma said, sounding apprehensive. She stared at him. "What happened to your hair? Who is this man you're with?" Charming and Hook stared at Emma. Well, she looked like Emma. She wasn't acting like their Emma at all.
"I'm experimenting with an aging potion." Charming quickly lied. They now had to avoid bumping into his alternate self, and the alternate Snow. "He's a…sailor. He's asked if he can have refuge at the palace for a few days. He's been shipwrecked." Emma looked at Killian, clearly concerned.
"You poor thing." She commented. "Well of course, you must come back to the palace immediately." Charming had to restrain himself from rolling his eyes. Even in this world Emma was clearly head over heels for the pirate. Killian, unfortunately, saw it as well.
"That's very kind of you, m'lady. I've never been in a palace before. Will you be kind enough to show me to my quarters for the night?" He asked her. Emma smiled at him. Clearly in this world she was a lot more innocent.
"Well of course I will." She promised before turning round to lead the way back to the castle. As soon as her back was turned, Charming walloped Hook on the back of the head. Hook sniggered as he rubbed the now sore spot. Totally worth it. Charming frowned over at Emma, skipping back to the palace with her basket of flowers in the crook of her arm. She looked so happy here, so sweet. She had called him daddy. Of course he knew he had to get Emma home. This wasn't really his Emma, as much as he wished it was. Besides, he needed Emma home to wake Snow up. He had to get his family back together, and he could only do that in the other world.
