As Mina Ashido closed the door to her dorm room, she let out a sigh of relief. Her girlfriend, Tsuyu, was meant to be here any minute now, and Mina had barely gotten back to her dorm room in time with the stack of food they would be sharing. Luckily, some of it was already here, a surprise for Tsuyu hiding under a towel on her desk, opposite her pink and black zebra striped bed. What Mina did have, a stack of pizzas, a pair of big bottles of cola, and a bag of chocolates, she set down on her bed and caught her breath.
Rushing around Musutafu and across U.A. High School was not easy, thanks to the sheer size of the city and the school campus. It was even harder for Mina, thanks to the sheer size of herself, and also the food she was carrying. Mina was a chunky girl, one of the heaviest at U.A. High. However, even with her weight, she was still in surprisingly good shape. The layers of fat on Mina's body hid undeniable athleticism, or at least it was hard to deny it once someone saw her in action. This was most obvious with her mighty thighs and perky behind. Sure, her rear was large enough for Mina to use as a shelf, and sure, her thighs rubbed together so much that the inner thighs of her hero outfit needed to be reinforced, but there was a good amount of muscle in there too, letting her run, jump, and kick ass with the rest of her class. She even had the impressive dexterity required for dance, and could dance circles around classmates that were literally half her weight. That may have been why she was so fond of wearing shorts, like the short denim ones she was wearing now, but she was not going to admit it to everyone.
It was a different story up top, with most of her bulky arms just being fat, and what little of the fat that went to her chest and belly was firm, but not hiding anything spectacular. She was as strong as she needed to be, but she was hardly going to catch up with some of her stronger classmates. Still, either way, she enjoyed her size and, most importantly, she enjoyed the process of getting to that size and staying there, even if it meant that her purple tank top, along with the rest of her wardrobe, had a fair few Xs in their sizes.
Mina was setting up her laptop on her bed when she heard a knock on her dorm room door. She immediately perked up, knowing who that knocking likely was. She hopped on over to the door with a big grin on her face, or at least a bigger one than usual. Fortunately, the door opened inwards, otherwise Mina would've bowled her girlfriend over.
However, the girl on the other side of the door would likely have been a challenge to knock over. Mina might have been a big girl, one of the biggest students in her class, but Tsuyu was without a doubt the heaviest student at U.A. High, at least when none of them had their weights affected by a Quirk of some kind.
Unlike Mina, Tsuyu's fat just poured out of her clothes, her belly rolling over the waistband of her black shorts and halfway down her massive thighs, which themselves were being squished by the cuffs of her shorts before billowing out. 'Billowing out' would also be a good way to describe what was happening with Tsuyu's arms, as the cuffs of her plain green t-shirt squeezed her biceps. Her t-shirt didn't cover much of her flabby belly, maybe only the top roll or two.
Despite an appearance that would most likely never be called 'athletic', Tsuyu was far from completely useless as a hero, as she had proven over the last few years at U.A. In fact, she was one of the few heroes, or in her case future heroes, that used their weight to their advantage. She could use it as an anchor while using her extendable tongue to catch airborne enemies, she could use it to crash down on enemies after her mighty hops, and she could use it to insulate against the cold, to make sure that she did not end up risking going into hibernation when it was too cold. All it all, it certainly was not all downsides.
"Tsu!" Mina called out as she wrapped her girlfriend in a big hug. Tsuyu stiffened up awkwardly for a moment, but soon she relaxed and returned the hug.
"Hey Mina, ribbit," Tsuyu said softly, nuzzling against Mina.
"I got us a ton of food to share. I figured you're already had plenty of cake today, so I wanted to do something different," Mina explained as she led Tsuyu to the bed. The pair maneuvered around the pizzas, chocolates, and drinks and snuggled in tight together at the head of the bed, resting against the wall. Mina might have only had the one pillow, but with how well padded the two girls were, they did not particularly need the pillow, or any other pillows for that matter. Mina scooped up her laptop and set in on her lap.
"What's on the laptop, ribbit?" Tsuyu asked as she flipped open a pizza box and saw a heart-shaped pepperoni pizza. "Aww, ribbit, that's cute."
"I know, right? I had to get it when I saw it. I think they're meant for Valentine's Day, but I think my girlfriend's birthday is more important," Mina said as she gave Tsuyu a gentle squeezing hug with one arm and pulled a slice of the pizza with the other. "Open wide," she sang as she brought the pizza towards Tsuyu's big mouth. Happily opening wide, Tsuyu just about fit the whole slice in her mouth, only stopping just short of the crust, which Mina fed in shortly after. "Oh, shoot, I forgot, this cartoon is kinda what got me into this sort of thing," Mina explained as she patted her padded paunch. "At least, I think it was this one. I know heaps of people on the internet mention these episodes when they're talking about cartoons from when they were kids that probably got them into this. Anyway, I thought it'd be fun to share this with you."
Mina flipped open the laptop and started the first episode. It was about an evil baker that was using her baked goods and her quirk to fatten up unsuspecting civilians and the three young colour-coordinated heroes that fought and stopped her, even if they ended up caught up in the scheme too and ended up very fat.
"I wonder how effective someone with that quirk would be as a villain," Tsuyu mused out loud, after finishing off the pizza she had started on.
"I dunno, but she's no good in a fight. Heck, we could totally kick her butt, right?" Mina replied confidently, patting her upper arm, where a bicep was likely hiding beneath a thick layer of fat. She then went back to her own heart-shaped ultra-cheese pizza, which she was about three quarters of the way through.
The next episode came up, being a bit later in the season, and Tsuyu raised an eyebrow.
"What happened to the other episodes?" Tsuyu asked.
"Oh, I set it up so it's just the fatty episodes. Y'know, skip to the good stuff," Mina explained as the next episode started. The evil baker from the previous episode was back at it again, but this time she recruited a super strong fighter to deal with the heroes. With their quick thinking, they used the baker's food against her by feeding her fighter into sluggish uselessness.
"I think the fighter could have gotten used to that size if he worked hard enough," Tsuyu reasoned, shortly after finishing her second pizza.
"Yeah, but it's a cartoon. I think they were just trying to say 'fat bad', but, well, it didn't exactly work on us, did it?" Mina countered, gently rubbing Tsuyu's belly as she wore a massive grin on her face. Unlike Tsuyu, Mina had moved onto the chocolates, figuring that she was probably reaching her limit soon, and she turned out to be right over the course of the final episode. The final episode had the evil baker from before supported by aliens, who looked like people with body paint on them, who wanted the baker to soften everyone up, literally, so they could take over the world. The heroes, familiar with the evil baker's methods, managed to turn it against both the baker and the aliens, fattening up all the villains of the episode and saving the, somewhat heavier, world.
"Hey, look, fat aliens, like me!" Mina cheered, pointing at the screen and at herself. Her big grin was rimmed with chocolate that Tsuyu was fighting the urge to lick off with her extendable tongue.
"You're cuter, and less evil, so I like you more," Tsuyu responded after swallowing a massive mouthful of chocolate. "Oh, also, we're out of food," she added, nonchalantly. Mina's eyes widened as she looked around and saw that, yes, they had eaten everything. Tsuyu looked like it was barely a drop in her gut, while Mina was, very suddenly, feeling very full.
"Okay, sit tight, 'cause I've got a birthday surprise for you," Mina cheered. Tsuyu raised an eyebrow as she stayed in her spot, rubbing her comfortably full belly. Mina went to get up, but stalled partway through the endeavour. "Oof, I think I ate a little too much," Mina said, not sounding negative enough for it to be a complaint. She rubbed her bloated belly, caught her breath, braced herself, and hauled herself up and off of the bed.
"We should avoid doing this before hero work, ribbit," Tsuyu stated.
"Yeah, phew, no kidding. I shoulda put it closer so I didn't have to get up," Mina agreed. She waddled over to the item under the towel and picked it up, letting it press slightly against her belly. She then brought it back to set it on Tsuyu's lap.
"It's a bowl, ribbit?" Tsuyu asked.
"Yeah, but not just any bowl, but…" Mina paused for dramatic effect. Then, she grabbed the towel and whipped it off in one movement. That revealed the wobbling jelly, pink just like Mina. "Ta daa! Happy Birthday! I hope you like it!" The normally relaxed, almost aloof, Tsuyu broke out in a big smile, one that seemed more at home on the cheerful Mina's face.
"Jelly, my favourite," Tsuyu said, the glee clear in her voice.
"See, I might not be the best at, like, math and the other smart people stuff you're good at, but I can remember what my girlfriend likes," Mina said proudly, hands on her hips and her chest puffed out.
"Thank you so much, ribbit."
"Oh, and the big spoon's for you," Mina added, untangling the so-called big spoon from the towel and handing it to Tsuyu. Calling the spoon 'the big spoon' was quite the understatement. It would have been more accurate to call it a ladle or a serving spoon at the size that spoon was.
Eagerly, Tsuyu grabbed the spoon and dug in. This bowl was so large that Mina would almost certainly have struggled to eat it all, even if she had not just finished a mountain of pizza and chocolate, and washed it down with a couple of litres of fizzy drink. Ever hungry Tsuyu, however, worked her way through the jelly as if she had not eaten a bite of food the whole time that she was here. She shovelled it into her big mouth like it was barely even a morsel. Mina definitely expected this to take longer, but here Tsuyu was, ploughing through it in just a few minutes. Mina sat there, entranced by her girlfriend's beautiful gluttony.
"I love you so much," Mina said softly as she snuggled up to Tsuyu's plush side. Tsuyu nuzzled back, being careful to avoid Mina's horns. "I can't wait for us to be Japan's next big heroes together."
"Ribbit, me too."
[AN: This fic was written for kamenmaster over on DeviantArt, like the previous My Hero fic I wrote. I actually finished this almost 2 weeks ago, but I decided to hold onto it until today, February the 12th, because today is Tsuyu's canonical birthday. So there's a fun fact for ya.
Another fun fact, the heart-shaped pizzas are a real thing in Japan. They're a Valentine's thing and they cost ¥2100 (which sounds like a lot for a pizza, maybe Japanese people get paid better). Yep, that's the sort of research I do for these fics (actually, I was more looking to see if pepperoni pizza was a thing over in Japan and it totally is).]
