The two dogs then went to their usual position, a small bluff overlooking a small valley near Jake's Mountain. The two knew that the Paw Patrol knew where they were, but they were cunning enough to go to the area when the patrol was not expecting it, leading to the nuisance calls and the eventual recruitment of Megan. Armed with full auto airsoft rifles, the two planned to do what they normally did on these mornings, shot whatever animal comes by, unless it was any larger than a squirrel, that is what the suppressed 1911's were for. But normally all they saw were squirrels and seagulls, so it was majority no harm no foul. Today would be different. After about an hour of being out on the bluff, Shadow told Trevor to shut up for no apparent reason. "What's wrong?" Trevor asked confused. "Just be quiet, there is someone here, I can feel it." Shadow whispered. Thinking quickly, Shadow stood up and loudly said, "I'm gonna run over here and go to the bathroom real quick." He then dashed into the forest to the right of them. Trevor instantly picked up on the plan, and continued to shoot at the passing birds. From behind Trevor, a "sneaky" German Shepard slowly crept toward the what he thought was the unassuming culprit of these nuisance calls. Chase continued to creep up and then stopped behind Trevor, standing around fifteen feet behind the retriever. "Stop shooting the birds and put the gun down!" Chase yelled. Trevor turned around slowly and dropped the airsoft. He didn't move or do anything else, he just smiled at him. He then slowly began to chuckle as Chase moved ever so closer. When Trevor began to chuckle, Chase asked, "You think this is funny?" Trevor replied, "Oh no, what you did isn't funny, I just find it so comical that you though you actually snuck up on us." As soon as Chase began to question further, one of Shadow's long front legs wrapped around Chase's neck, placing him in a chokehold. Unable to say more, he quickly feel unconscious.

"Did you kill him?" Trevor asked looking slightly scared. "Nah, I wouldn't kill him unless I got about 10k for him, sure I scared the shit out of him though." Shadow quickly replied. "10k, that's kinda cheap." Trevor said chuckling. "Yeah well, he was stupid and cocky." Shadow retorted. "That is true," Trevor replied laughing, "So, what are we gonna do with him?" "Well I think we should pull the ultimate mind game for the new little pup that they just got in there." Shadow said. Trevor asked,"Well, he isn't gonna be out forever, lets do it and you can explain on the way." The two got into the Lambo Urus and began the trek toward the small city. "So what is the plan for this?" Trevor questioned. "Well, we are going to go up there, drop off his half-dead corpse, and tell them if any of them come up to us again, that they might not find them for at least a little while." Shadow said. "Well, sounds like we are trying to intimidate the new cute pup...I mean-" "Are you f***ing kidding me dude?" Shadow angrily halting his friend mid sentence. "Just stop thinking about her, chill out with picturing her, and act serious when we go up there." Shadow continued. "Dude I'm sorry, I'll try to stop..." Trevor said in a surprised voice. "Okay, good, Just follow my lead, and if worst comes to worst and your still fawning over her, she will more than likely be the one that we get to spend some time with anyways." Shadow said smirking. "Just please focus on other things right now, its getting annoying and I don't wanna have to beat your ass." "You would not beat my ass, matter of fact I'd kick yours." Trevor said in an attempt to defend himself. "Sure you would Mr. uptight, I'd have you unconscious or begging for mercy before you could say Megan." Shadow laughed as they began to enter the outskirts of the town.
