Getting a look

Chris asked for a oneshot of Charming walking along a lake in the EF at night. He hears humming and is drawn to it. He finds the source and it's bandit Snow, bathing. He tries not to look, but he just can't help himself. I've set it after Snow and Charming are together because I couldn't think of a way to fit it into the timeline otherwise haha.

You can take the boy away from the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the boy. I might be living the life as a royal now, but deep down, I would always be a shepherd. Part of that meant still functioning perfectly fine on next to no sleep. I only ever slept for a few hours each night. I got up not long after sunrise and went for a stroll to set my head for the day. I dearly wished we would take down George and his men soon. Only then could Snow and I even hope to have a chance at a normal life. I had promised to marry her when this was all over. That was yet another reason to want it over quickly I so desperately wanted to call her my wife.

As I walked around the lake we were camped at, a sound caught my attention. I could hear it only faintly, but it sounded like a person humming. A woman. Curious as to who else was up at this time, I followed the sound. I remained quiet, just in case the person was not an ally. But as I got close enough to hear who was humming, I smiled. It was Snow. She must have gotten up early herself to bathe in privacy. Well, she wasn't to know I'd be up at this time too. I knew I shouldn't be watching her, it was rude. If one of the dwarves caught me I might as well be one of George's men for the damage they would do to me, but I would take my chances. She was just so breathtakingly beautiful. Her hair…the way it glistened when it was wet. Although I couldn't deny that I was a little upset it was just too long for me to get a proper look. Although maybe I shouldn't be, but I couldn't help it. She was, after all, the woman I was going to marry. Of course I found her too tempting not to ogle at. But I did manage to get a hold of myself and tiptoe away before Snow caught me. I didn't want her to get embarrassed. I smiled as I walked away back to my tent. There were worse ways to start the morning.
