This is the episode I focused on the characters. Sorry if the ending feels a bit rushed.
Also, I'm functioning off the basis that All-Stars never happened because... reasons, so Gwen and Courtney still hate each other, Scott's still single, and all that is all the same.
Also, I'm including some stats at the end of this episode showing the progress (and opposite) of the teams. Other than that, enjoy the show!

"Last time! On the Ridonculous Race!" Don leapt into the frame. "We explored the Big Apple, one last time! We had a cooking disaster in the kitchen, and then some terrible performances as these very non-musicians attempted to play jazz! But in the end, it was the Rockers who took the biggest loss, and were the first ones sent home. Who will go home next? Find out here. On! The Ridonculous Race!"
/
Intro
/
"We're still here in the Big Apple," Don said, standing next to a Don Box. "And our previous winners, the Marines, are here to take the first tip."
Duncan and Brick stepped up to the Don Box. "As your Corporal, I should probably take this one first," Duncan said, casually tapping the top of the Don Box and taking the tip.
"What does it say, sir?" Brick saluted Duncan.
Duncan read it carefully. "To the JFK Airport! Lieutenant, I need a taxi!"
"Sir yes sir!" Brick cried, and the Marines took off.
Don looked at them pass by, while Harold and Leonard were stuck in a standby position. "Uh… Don?" Harold asked. "Can we take the tip yet?"
"Oh!" Don jumped. "Yeah, sure, whatever."
/
Confessional- Magicians
"Today, I'm taking the challenge for real," Harold said. "I let Duncan get the better of me last time, but today, mohawk goes down, and I'll be taking the top spot!"
Leonard looked at him awkwardly. "You… have a teammate you know?" He asked.
"Whatever," Harold rolled his eyes.
/
The Police Cadets had just taken off, and the Life-Long Friends were up. "I took it last time," Sydney said. "How about you this time?"
"Okay!" Emily nodded, tapping the Box and taking the tip.
/
Confessional- Life-Long Friends
"We didn't make much of an impression on the last challenge," Emily admitted. "But that was all part of our game plan really."
Sydney frowned. "Look, we're just sort of.. Normal. Unlike everyone here, we're sort of just here to have a good time and maybe try and win."
Emily cracked her knuckles. "Oh, we're winning."
/
"Hi Kitty!" Jay said, approaching the Sister.
Kitty turned around. "Hey Jay! What's up?"
"Mickey and I were talking, and um," Jay stuttered. "We'd be willing to trade places with you if you want."
Emma immediately pushed Noah to the ground and looked at Jay cynically. "What do you want in return?"
"To be honest, we want in on your alliance with them," Mickey piped up, pointing at the Reality TV Pros.
Emma sighed exasperatedly. "We tried this last season and it didn't work."
"Things have changed since then," Jay claimed. Behind him, Akira's ears perked up. "We did outperform you last time."
/
Confessional- Adversity Twins
"We've never done anything super special with our lives," Mickey admitted. "But we did really well in New York, and it was a pretty big boost in confidence!"
Jay nodded. "For once, I feel really good! And I just feel like if we can get on board with the Reality TV Pros and the Sisters? I think we have a pretty good shot of getting really far!"
/
Emma sputtered, but Kitty recovered. "You know Emma, they do have a point."
"Don't you remember last time, Kit?" Emma demanded. "They crashed our glider!"
"You also made us lose," Mickey said pathetically.
Owen laughed. "Ball's in your court, Emma."
Emma leaned backwards and punched Owen. "Adversity Twins!" Don called Mickey and Jay. "You guys ready?"
"Oh well," Jay said timidly. "Wish us luck!"
/
Scott and Dawn had just taken off, and Don was the only one remaining. "As our teams look at the tips, let's talk about the next location!"
An exotic background appeared behind Don. "Chad!" He cheered. "Not just a man anymore, they named a whole country after him! What a Chad! Chad was home to Mansa Musa, the richest man in the world… ever, and home to the Saharan Desert!" He laughed and sighed. "Takes me back to Morocco…."
/
Duncan and Brick ran into the airport, and screeched to a halt in front of the reception counter. "Two tickets to Chad," Duncan ordered the receptionist, who began typing. "Actually," he paused and turned to Brick ."I have an idea."
/
"Hurry up Leonard!" Harold yelled to him. "Gosh!"
Leonard was clearly out of breath, and the Police Cadets passed him, and he looked incredibly defeated.
"Do you want to be eliminated again?!" Harold demanded. "Look, we have to hurry to this plane or else we'll be stuck in the bottom ten!"
Leonard looked up at him nervously
/
Confessional- Leonard (Magicians)
"I like Harold a lot, and he's a lot of fun to be around," Leonard said. "But he's become… mean. All he thinks about is beating Duncan, and that's not what I signed up for."
/
"Okay!" Duncan was holding a stack of tickets next to Brick as the Police Cadets, Life-Long Friends, Magicians, Fashion Bloggers, and Detectives entered the room. "I've bought twenty tickets! Who wants on the first flight?!"
The Cadets took the tickets from Duncan, followed by the Life-Long Friends, then the Fashion Bloggers, but the line stopped when the Magicians approached Duncan.
"No, I don't think so," Duncan moved his arm as Harold reached for the tickets. "You didn't help us last time, so you don't get a ticket."
Harold glared at him. "I didn't help you because you were trying to cheat! And why does it matter? You still came in first!"
"No, you didn't help me because you were salty," Duncan poked Harold in the chest. "I know you don't care about cheating. Remember Courtney?"
Brick fidgeted. "Corporal, don't you think it's a bit unethical to prevent them from getting on the first flight? They did get here on time."
"Are you familiar with the Golden Rule?" Duncan asked Brick. "Do unto others as they have done to you," he glared at Harold. "Now get out of the line."
Akira and Corollary exchanged looks. "We don't really want your tickets," Corollary said. "You're cheating, even if Don doesn't say so."
"I want to win this fair and square after all," Akira said. The Detectives side stepped out of the line, and joined the Magicians.
/
"Flight one is departing with the Marines, Police Cadets, Life-Long Friends, Fashion Bloggers, Ice Dancers, Adversity Twins, Sleepers, Sisters, Traitors, and Lovers!" Don said in a voice-over. "Those on Flight 2 will have a thirty minute gap to make up for!" He pointed to a chart.

"You know, this flight would be a lot more bearable if Noah were here," Emma said, picking at her leggings.
Kitty shrugged. "Maybe it's the world trying to send you a sign. You need to focus on the game, and not the boys in it."
"Maybe you're right, Kit," Emma smiled. "Speaking of the game, let's go over potential alliance partners."
Kitty frowned. "We're already allies with the Reality TV Pros. We need more?"
"Yes!" Emma said. "We need to maximize our chances of winning! Now, tell me the people on this flight again."
Kitty rubbed her chin. "Um.. Marines?"
"No. They're delinquents and cheaters."
"Police Cadets?"
"No."
"Life-Long Friends?"
"I don't think so."
"Fashion Bloggers."
"Maybe."
"Ice Dancers."
"Don't make me laugh!"
"Ad-"
Mickey jumped up on the seat behind Kitty, making Emma jump. "Sorry! We couldn't help but overhear you!"
"We already said no!" Emma said adamantly.
Kitty looked up at Mickey. "Can we just have this time to ourselves without anyone listening to us?!"
"Suit yourself," Mickey shrugged and disappeared.
Emma sighed. "Where were we?"
"Uh.. Sleepers I think," Kitty said.
Emma shook her head. "I don't think a newbie's gonna help us. I think the Sleepers will just weigh us down."
"Traitors?" Kitty asked.
"No way," Emma deadpanned. "Traitor in the name."
"And um.. Lovers," Kitty concluded.
Emma thought for a minute. "That might not be your worst idea. They both placed really well in World Tour, maybe they would do well here."
"When should we get to know them?" Kitty asked, looking at her watch. "We've got like.. Sixteen hours."
Emma shook her head. "We'll get to it."
/
"So why did you two come back anyway?" MacArthur asked. The Police Cadets, Fashion Bloggers, and Sleepers were sitting together. Hanbei was sleeping, of course, and Eric was reading 1984. "You guys sucked a lemon last time."
Tom looked at her, both offended and surprised. "Thanks. I'll have you know that we were offered the spot back because of our popularity."
"You'll have to forgive MacArthur," Sanders said, stomping on MacArthur's foot.
MacArthur laughed. "You thought that hurt?"
"Let's ignore that," Jen said. "Don's pretty much offered us complete immunity until the halfway point."
MacArthur and Sanders gaped, and Hanbei opened one eye. "They need us for the marketing," Tom smiled. "I mean.. We're gonna try, but it's totally not necessary."
/
Confessional- Police Cadets
"Thanks MacArthur!" Sanders shouted at her partner. "We could have been in an alliance with those people, but instead you just had to insult them!"
MacArthur frowned. "I didn't know they were offered immunity! What do you expect from me?!"
Sanders took a deep breath. "I… don't know to be honest."
/
"When you say immunity," Hanbei said, eyes still closed. "What would happen when you came in last?"
Tom shrugged. "I don't know. Don just basically begged our agents. I like to think he had to grovel to get us back on."
/
Confessional- Sleepers
"They're lying," Hanbei said, while Eric didn't look up from his book. "I admire them for the lie, but I don't believe them for a second."
/
"I'd still like to go to Paris again," Tom squealed. "Speed shopping was the best thing from the first season!"
Jen squealed back at him. "What about the yacht?"
"That was the best thing too!" Tom continued squealing. Sanders and MacArthur covered their ears, looking annoyed at the Fashion Bloggers. Hanbei reached for a pair of headphones from a backpack and put them on without opening his eyes, and Eric still didn't bother looking up.

Cody and Sierra were sharing a compartment, and Cody was tying his shoelaces, while Sierra was spreading out sheets on a bed. "So Sierra?" Cody asked nervously.
"What do you need my Cody-kins?" Sierra asked, turning to him, and taking a seat on the bed.
Cody gulped. "Is there just the one bed or-"
"Don't worry!" Sierra reassured him. "I'm planning on sleeping on the floor."
Cody nodded, pulling out a small case. "Hey, so I downloaded some movies for the flights since I figured we'd be spending a lot of time on the plane. Got any you like?" He threw the case to the Superfan.
Sierra thumbed through the case. "You have Titanic?!" She squealed, taking a CD out of the case.
"Well…" Cody rubbed his neck. "I remembered it was your favorite, so I packed it. I also brought some of my favorite candy for you," he pulled out a yellow box and handed them to Sierra.
Sierra looked at him. "Aw! Thank you so much Cody-kins!"
/
Confessional- Cody (Lovers)
Cody looked at the floor. "Look, Sierra is really the one whose carrying team- I'm good at much of anything, and honestly, I totally owe her for World Tour. She's really proven herself to be someone who will always be there for me, and if it means having to put up with a dumb name and watching some cheesy movies…" He paused. "I'd be willing to do it."
/
"This is my favorite part!" Sierra said with zeal, squeezing Cody, who was sitting across the bed from her.
Cody smiled. "I'm really glad you're enjoying yourself Sierra," he said, hugging her back.
/
The camera reopened on Courtney staring at Gwen from across the compartment, with the kind of cold icy gaze of death that Medusa herself would have.
"I hate you," Courtney narrowed her eyes.
Gwen rolled her eyes. "Look, I know you hate me Courtney. But maybe if we tried acting like a team, we might be able to do better!"
"You're right," Courtney said icily. "I could try, but wasn't it you who stole Duncan from me?!"
"Stole?!" Gwen asked exasperatedly. "Maybe I should try from a different angle. Isn't your job as a CIT to make sure we don't fight?"
Courtney tapped her foot impatiently. "Not in one-on-one environments."
/
The camera opened on the second group of contestants. "Our second group is rather angry as their plane is only just now taking off!" Don said, voicing over as another spreadsheet appeared.

"I still can't believe that jerk Duncan kept us off the first flight for no reason!" Harold fumed, while Leonard was messing with an ocarina. "And you called me a jerk?!"
Leonard shrugged, playing around with his ocarina.
"I for one find it incredibly insulting that the Marines would do this to you," Akira said, tapping Harold's leg. "Me and Corollary stayed behind to keep you company."
Harold nodded. "Thanks guys. I really appreciate it."
"I can't believe you let us come in nineteenth!" Stephanie's screams were overheard, interrupting the Detectives and the Magicians.
/
Confessional- Detectives
"My intention doesn't really lie with the Magicians," Akira said, moving his finger as if he was performing an equation. "But the Magicians do give us an opportunity. Don has given us the whole game by isolating the competition. Taking the fall for the Magicians is all just part of the plan."
Corollary looked at his partner suspiciously. "Any chance I can be let in on this master plan of yours?"
"I think you'll find you're on a need-to-know basis," Akira grinned. "All that's important is that we keep Harold's motivation up, and the Marines will play themselves in time."
Corollary looked perplexed. "How?"
"Thomas will deal with them," Akira said deviously.
/
"We didn't get to see much of each other in the last challenge," Bridgette said to Dave as he picked at a piece of lint on his khakis.
Dave nodded. "Yeah, I definitely want to know more about you!" He said, turning to face the surfer. "Hobbies?"
"Surfing," Bridgette thought for a moment. "I used to host the aftermath.. I just recently went on a surfing trip around Australia!"
"Wow, that's awesome!" Dave grinned. "I've always wanted to learn how to surf!"
/
Confessional- Bridgette (Islanders)
"I think Dave is a nice guy," Bridgette said. "But we just have nothing in common to be honest. Plus I saw him in Pahkitew. I know he's a grade-a nut job, but he's still my teammate. As long as I can keep him sane, who knows? He might be cooler than I thought."
/
"So you're actually a king?" Connor asked, sitting in his space with Brandon taking a nap next to him.
Isaac nodded and smiled. "Like I said before, it's just a title really. To be honest, Thomas' family has had a history of servitude to my kingdom."
"That is correct," Thomas grunted.
"How long ago did your family make that vow?" Isaac scratched his chin. "It must have been over five hundred years."
Thomas nodded. "It was one day that my ancestors travelled to his kingdom, and begged for help on their knees. And it was thanks to Isaac's ancestors that my bloodline still exists. I owe him my life."
"I still think you should live your life for you, not me," Isaac said solemnly. "But you've always been good company."
Thomas nodded. "My only wish is to live for you and honor the promise, milord. I am living my life for me."
Isaac tugged at his pants guiltily.
"Say what you want," Connor laughed. "I wish I had got servants! Imagine that!"
Isaac shook his head. "There's much more to being a king than just getting whatever you want."
The Parisians were passing by the group of people. "Where are you thinking? I'm thinking Paris!" Lindsay squealed.
"Don said Chad Linds," Beth said exasperatedly.
Lindsay frowned. "Chad? I haven't seen him since middle school."
"Not the.. Sharpest tool in the drawer," Isaac commented, scratching his chin again.
Thomas shook his head. Connor merely laughed. "She's so stupid!" Connor bawled.
/
Confessional- King and Guard
"Connor seems to be rather blunt," Isaac said. "But still, he and Brandon are likely one of the better pairs in the race."
Thomas shook his head. "I disagree, milord."
"Why?" Isaac looked at him.
Thomas shook his head. "I should have said nothing. My deepest apologies, Lord Isaac."
/
"So…" Dawn began as she and Scott were sitting across from each other. "Hobbies?"
Scott shook his head. "We have nothing in common. Stop trying."
"We were almost eliminated last time!" Dawn pointed out. "The least we can do is try to get to know each other better!"
"Fine. Why are you so obsessed with nature?" Scott asked pointedly.
Dawn sighed. "I don't think I'm obsessed. I just feel very connected with the world around me. I signed up for the show to expand my horizons."
Scott hesitated for a moment. "Well- um…"
/
Confessional- Scott (Sun & Moon)
"I feel pretty connected with nature as well," Scott admitted, holding his shark tooth. "As much as I don't like Dawn, I think I have… respect for her?"
/
"So for you," Dawn said. "Why do you betray people? I get the sense that you had an unfulfilling childhood."
Scott raised an eyebrow. "I'm starting to remember why I didn't like you so much."
"Oh sorry," Dawn said sincerely. "As much as I can see into a person's past, I don't really know how to… 'read the room' I guess."
Scott looked at her suspiciously. "It's alright," he said slowly. "It's just most of the time, people don't like having their problems told straight to their face. If you kept that stuff to yourself, I think people would like you a bit more."
Dawn smiled. "Understood. I'll keep it to myself."
Scott nodded at her and leaned back into his chair, preparing to go to sleep.
"Hey Scott?" Dawn asked timidly.
Scott opened an eye. "Sup?"
"Since we're teammates, am I allowed to tell you?"
"Sure. I don't see why not."
Dawn grinned wider. "Hey, thank you. Good night, team mate."
/
"You know, this flight would be so much better with Emma," Noah groaned as Owen was trembling."It sucks that she's so far ahead of us."
Heather snorted from across the aisle. "Looks like someone's got a crush since we last met."
"More than a crush," Owen said. "Full on dating!"
Alejandro and Heather looked at each other and shared an evil grin. "We'll keep that in mind," Alejandro said, turning around.
/
"Attention teams!" Don said, his face appearing on TVs around the plane. "In the next destination, we're introducing a new type of challenge, the reward challenge!"
Emma frowned. "Reward challenge?"
"In a reward challenge, you have an optional second challenge that will net you a reward in the long run," Don explained. "If you're in the top spots, you might be in a position to risk it all for one of the rewards, and even if you aren't, if you can get it done and use the reward to your advantage, you might be able to score some slots. See you in Chad!"
/
"It looks like Don isn't going to tell us the reward," Jacques said to Josee. "Do you think we want to go for it?"
Josee shook her head. "I think the other teams will though! This is the perfect chance to snag first place and leave them in the dust!"
Jacques seemed to disagree with this, but decided against saying anything.
/
"The first plane is landing!" Don exclaimed as the plane made it's landing in Chad.
The Sisters were the first ones out of the plane. "Which direction?!" Emma demanded, looking around.
"Outta the way!" Duncan cried, shoving Emma out of the way, and he and Brick ran past the Sisters.
"Oh no they don't!" MacArthur shouted, with her and Sanders running past the Sisters as well.
/
The Marines were the first to reach the Don Box in the middle of a desert with MacArthur and Sanders right behind them, followed closely by the Lovers, Sisters, Sleepers, and Ice Dancers.
Duncan slammed his fist on the Don Box and took the tip. "We have to.. Cross the Sahara?!" He exclaimed.
/
"Indeed!" Don exclaimed from across the sand dune. "With an additional stop in the giant money bin we made based off of Scrooge McDuck, the teams must hike all the way across the desert! As for our reward challenge, teams will have to jump into the money bin, swim through the gold coins until they reach the bottom where they'll be rewarded with one of these," he pulled out a green slip of paper with his face on it.
"If they use these at the next Don Box, they'll get their reward!"
/
"Reward?" Brick asked Duncan.
"No need!" Duncan reassured him. "We're in first, remember? Let's book it!"
MacArthur looked at them angrily. "Oh no you don't!" She screamed, tackling Duncan into the sand.
"MacArthur!" Sanders cried, but Brick charged her, and a fist fight broke out.
Jacques and Josee looked at each other and grinned, seizing their opportunity to take first place. "After those Dancers!" Courtney shouted, and she and Gwen took second.
/
Confessional- Courtney (Traitors)
"Twelfth Place to tenth to second!" Courtney pumped her fist. "Me and Gwen are kicking this race!" She caught herself. "I! I am kicking this race!" She laughed nervously.
/
"What do you think?" Mickey asked Jay. Jay pointed to the money bin, and the Adversity Twins took off with the Sisters, Lovers, Sleepers, and Life-Long Friends behind them.
The teams entered the money bin and were greeted by a pool of golden coins. "Wow!" Kitty gasped, snapping some pictures.
"I don't know what you were expecting," Emma said. "I'll dive for the paper."
"We aren't sneezing!" Mickey cheered. "We must not be allergic to gold!"
Jay gave him a high five. "We can mark that off the list!"
Emma, Jay, Sydney, Eric, and Cody dove into the coins.
Cody spit out a piece of gold. "Ugh!" He shouted, disgusted. "What IS this?!"
"It's plastic," Sydney replied. "Don's cheap, I bet he skimped out on the budget."
Eric laughed. "I bet he did."
/
"H-hey!" The camera cut to Don, who was looking angrily at the group. "I didn't 'skimp out'!" He shouted. "Whatever! We're looking at the Ice Dancers in first, the Traitors in second, and the Fashion Bloggers, Marines, and Police Cadets in a tie for third as the second plane touches down!"
/
"Outta our way!" Scott demanded, throwing Beth out of the way before dashing towards the Don Box, leaving Dawn behind. He punched the Box, taking the tip. "We can't afford to take the detour," he said to Dawn, who was panting when she caught up to him. Scott grabbed her hand and dashed.
Thomas observed them. "How dysfunctional."
Isaac grinned wickedly. "How convenient."
/
"Ugh!" Emma shouted, resurfacing. "I can't breathe down here!" She looked at Kitty. "Let's switch."
/
Confessional- Sisters
"Ever since the finale last time, Kitty's been training herself to hold her breath for even longer," Emma said. "If she does it, we have a good shot at taking the whole thing!" Kitty squealed.
/
Kitty dove into the coins and resurfaced a second later, waving a paper around. "Got it!"
"Got it!" Sydney came up a second later, quickly followed by Cody.
"Let's book it!" Emma shouted to Kitty. "We don't have much of a lead!"
/
The Sisters stopped outside of the money bin, looking at the Don Box. "Let's put the paper in it's mouth," Emma suggested, putting the green slip in the Don Box's dispenser. "Now press the button."
Kitty obeyed, punching the button.
The Don Box took the slip before spitting out a different tip. "A tip?" Kitty asked, reaching for the tip, but Emma was quicker. She looked at the tip carefully and gasped. "A boomerang!" She exclaimed and squinted at it. "And it can be used at any time, even outside of this challenge!"
"Talk about worth it!" Kitty exclaimed, and the Sisters ran off as the Lovers and Life-Long Friends arrived.
/
"I hate you," MacArthur panted. The Marines and Police Cadets were both exhausted and moving much more slowly.
"Hey guys," Akira waved at them as he and Corollary passed the team with the Magicians at their side.
Brick looked at them incredulously. "How on Earth did you catch up?"
"I happen to know a shortcut," Harold said confidently.
/
Confessional- Magicians
"I used a divining rod," Harold said, holding the stick. "Ever since World Tour, I've carried one with me. These things are so useful!
Leonard crossed his arms. "No you didn't! I used a navigation spell!"
"Yeah, okay whatever," Harold said, getting up and walking out of the Confessional, leaving just Leonard, who sighed and looked at the floor."
/
Confessional- Detectives
"Excellent work selecting the Magicians to follow around," Corollary complimented Akira.
Akira smiled. "I knew as soon as Don said 'Chad' it'd be a good idea to follow Harold. He has a skillset that benefits him in situations like these."
/
The Ice Dancers were losing steam quickly, and the Traitors were quickly catching up to the villains of six years ago.
"Jaques!" Josse screamed. "What are you doing?! Run faster!"
Jacques shook his head. "You run faster first!"
"Fine!" Josse yelled back, speeding up before tripping and falling. She was atop a sand dune and began to roll down it, wincing in pain the whole way down.
"Josse!" Jacques cried, running down the dune to comfort his teammate. The Traitors took advantage of this to take first place.
Gwen pumped his fist. "Yes! Courtney! We're in first place, and there's no one here!"
"I know!" Courtney called back to Gwen. "We're finally getting what we deserve- What I deserve!"
/
Confessional- Gwen (Traitors)
"I know that Courtney's only in it for herself, but I feel like things are slowly getting better between us!" Gwen said happily. "If I can really get Courtney to like me again, we'll really be in business!"
/
"Run Ryan!" Stephanie cried as the Daters managed to pass the Reality TV Pros. The teams were in a clump, with the Daters, Reality TV Pros, Islanders, Parisians, Adversity Twins, King and Guard, and Physical Bros all struggling to get by each other.
Owen was clearly running out of steam the fastest. "Too hot," he panted. "I have to take a break!"
"We don't have time, Owen!" Noah shouted at him. "We're in a dead heat for last place, and if we get last, we're done!"
Bridgette looked to Dave. "Let's see if we can break ahead!" She shouted, speeding up as Dave did.
Dave locked eyes with her for a moment, and began looking goofy.
/
Confessional- Dave (Islanders)
"I know I was into Sky for the longest time," Dave said, putting hand sanitizer on. "I know Bridgette is into Geoff, but when I looked into those eyes, I… I just couldn't help it! You know?"
/
"Let's speed this puppy up!" Dave shouted to Bridgette, grabbing her hand and pulling her forward, ahead of the competition.
Mickey and Jay looked at each other. "Since when can Dave do that?!" Mickey cried.
"I don't know, but we have to keep pace!" Jay said. "We can't afford to come in last!"
/
Don was sitting at the Carpet of Completion when Tom and Jen stumbled onto the Carpet of Completion. "When did you take first?" Don asked, taking a sip out of a cocktail.
"We didn't at first, but then we found this!" Tom said, unrolling a carpet.
Don looked at him quizzically. "Is that your carpet from… Morocco?"
"Yep!" Jen grinned. "And when we found it, we realized he had to double time it. Since it's been doused in sand, we need to get it into a washing machine, STAT!"
Don shrugged. "Well you came in first, so there's a small house aways that direction," he pointed to his right. "Oh yeah, and congratulations, you're the first to arrive and all that."
/
"Thanks again for staying back with us at the airport," Leonard said to the Detectives.
Corollary waved his hand. "Oh, no problem. We believe in standing up for what we believe in, and what the Marines were doing was breaking that."
"Well when the dragon overlord takes over, let me know," Leonard said. "I owe you a favor!"
Akira and Corollary glanced at each other, but Akira shrugged and nodded. "Don't worry, I'd be more than willing to."
/
The clump had spread out, with the Daters and Physical Bros taking the lead behind the Islanders.
"We have to do something!" Jay told Mickey, and drew his boomerang.
"No, wait!" Mickey exclaimed, trying to stop his twin, but Jay had already had it pointed at one of the people in front of him.
"I boomerang you!" Jay said, in slowmotion, and fell backward from the impact of the boomerang. The Daters and Physical Bros stopped and waited to see who went down first. It was Brandon who took the shot and hit the ground.
Stephanie and Ryan recoiled. "You boomeranged someone?!" Ryan asked. "On this challenge?! That's cold as ice!"
Helicopter noises sounded when Don's voice came over a loudspeaker. "Attention contestants!" Don shouted. "The Adversity Twins have used their reward from the money bin! The Physical Bros have been boomeranged!"
/
"They used it already?!" Emma gaped, as she and Kitty ran through the desert, trying desperately trying to keep the Life-Long Friends and Lovers off their tail.
Sydney looked at her boomerang. "A boomerang on this challenge is a death sentence!"
"I didn't know the Twins were that cutthroat," Kitty gaped.
/
Duncan and the Cadets were also looking shocked. "That's hardcore dude," Duncan said to Brick.
"I know!" Sanders exclaimed. "How could the Twins boomerang someone already?!"
MacArthur looked curiously at Duncan. "Hey Duncan. What do you say to an alliance between us?"
Duncan shook his head. "I've never been fond of the cops."
"Are you fond of winners?" Brick asked his partner. "They have won the race before."
"Now that? I'm more partial to," Duncan said, considering the deal. "Well, let's make it official," he stuck out his hand.

"Ice Dancers, welcome to second!" Don said as Jacques and Josse, drenched in sweat, stepped onto the Carpet of Completion. "And… Magicians, you're third. Detectives, fourth."
Don got up from his chair. "With the Physical Bros boomeranged and the top spots disappearing, the competition is heating up!"
/
"Come on Kit!" Emma shouted, as the Sisters began to run for the Carpet of Completion, but it was the Traitors who got there first.
"Traitors in fifth! Sisters in sixth! Lovers in seventh! Sleepers in eighth! Life-Long Friends in ninth!"
/
The camera cut to a montage of faces showing up as Don called out their names. "Tenth! (Marines) Eleventh! (Cadets) Twelfth! (Totally Not Daters) Thirteenth! (Sun & Moon) Seven spots left, and you definitely don't want to be one of the eight left."
"Come on Bridgette!" Dave called to his partner as he stepped onto the Carpet of Completion. Bridgette followed him.
"Congrats Islanders," Don complimented them. "You've come in fourteenth! And the Daters are right behind you in fifteenth!"
"Hurry up Owen!" Noah cried as the Physical Bros started to gain on the clump from earlier. "We have to get to the Carpet!"
Don smiled. "King and Guard! Sixteenth! Parisians, welcome to seventeenth! And… Reality TV Pros, eighteenth. The final stretch comes down to the Adversity Twins and the Physical Bros!"
The Adversity Twins were just barely out of reach of the Physical Bros, but it was clear that if something didn't change, the Physical Bros would catch them.

And something changed. All of a sudden, Connor fell to the ground, and while Brandon took nineteenth, the Adversity Twins were the first pair on the Carpet.
"Congratulations Adversity Twins!" Don said. "You've come in nineteenth, and are still in the race! As for you Physical Bros, it makes me sad to say you're out of the race. Maybe if you hadn't tripped Connor, you'd still be in," he said to Brandon.
Brandon laughed. "You think I care?! I beat him here, and that's all that matters in the end!"
Don blinked. "I guess that's one way to look at it… Well there you have it folks, our second team eliminated, and the second episode completed? I hope you're looking forward to our next episode as much as I am. Find out who wins first next time! On the Ridonculous Race!"

Preemptive Answer: Why yes, Akira is roughly based around Akechi. How much of his personality did I carry over? I suppose that is a question.
