Emma pays the price
Gust asked for a oneshot of *season 6 spoilers!* the Evil Queen kidnapping Emma and putting her under a sleeping curse, leaving her in Snow's coffin in the woods. That is how her parents find her.
"She should have been here half an hour ago." Snow said, frowning at her watch. Charming looked at his own, just as concerned. Emma was meant to meet her parents at their loft apartment to help this try and work out a way to stop the Evil Queen before she took out her vengeance on either them or the town at large.
As Snow and Charming looked at their watches (and their phones to see if Emma had tried to get in contact with them) a cold laugh rang out across the apartment. Their heads snapped up. The Evil Queen had appeared in their home. Snow grabbed Neal from his crib, clutching him close to her. Charming stood in front of them both.
"We still have a few more hours before your deadline. Get out." He snarled. The Evil Queen just grinned at her biggest enemies.
"Oh, but that will no longer be necessary." She told them. Snow and Charming stared at her.
"What do you mean?" Snow demanded. The Evil Queen never simply gave up on her quest to hurt them both.
"Well, someone else has already paid the price on your behalf." She explained. Snow and Charming were confused for a moment, until their hearts froze. Emma. That's why she wasn't here. Charming grabbed his sword and aimed it at the Evil Queen.
"What have you done with our daughter?" He demanded. The Evil Queen just laughed at them. "Tell us!" Charming bellowed. The Evil Queen wasn't frightened at all.
"What are you going to do if I don't? You can't hurt me with that thing, not without hurting good old Regina as well." The Evil Queen smiled smugly, knowing she was right. "Your daughter came to me. She didn't want mommy and daddy dearest taken away from her, and didn't want the whole town to suffer. So she begged me to allow her to take the price instead. Being a kind queen, I let her." Snow tried to give Neal to Charming so she could slam the Evil Queen's head off a wall, but Charming wouldn't take him. He wanted to hurt her too, but right now, they needed answers.
"What have you done to her and where is she?" Charming hissed. The Evil Queen laughed once more.
"You'll have to find her." She told them. "Enjoy your little game of hide and seek." With that, she disappeared. Snow and Charming wasted no time in getting ready. Emma was out there somewhere, and they had to find her.
After quickly dropping Neal off with Granny, Snow and Charming gathered up everyone else to help them look. They searched high and low for Emma for over an hour before Regina found her. She knew how her evil half thought. She called everyone at once to the forest, warning them it wasn't pretty.
Snow and Charming were the last to arrive, having been the farthest away. When they got there, they found their daughter in Snow's old coffin. She was even wearing the same dress. She was in a sleeping curse.
"Have you kissed her?" Charming asked Hook. He never thought he'd be in a position where he wanted the former pirate to kiss his daughter. Killian nodded, clearly as devastated as both of them.
"Aye mate. Nothing. The lad has tried too."
"She'll have planned for you being here. This won't be an ordinary sleeping curse." Regina said. They all understood that Killian and Henry, right now, would be worried what it meant as their kisses didn't wake her up.
"Should we try?" Charming asked. Snow nodded. Anything was worth a try. Together, they walked over and bent down beside their daughter. They each kissed a cheek at the same time…nothing.
"Get her out of there." Snow demanded. She didn't ever want to see one of her children in a coffin again. "Change her out of that dress." Snow associated that dress with death. Regina flicked her wrist and Emma was in her own clothes. Charming then reached down into the coffin and picked Emma up bridal style. He and Snow shared a look. The Evil Queen had gone too far. She had gone after one of their children. First, they would wake Emma up. Then, they would make her pay.
