House of Thieves:

After the play was over a small party was held. Jerome saw an older student and went to her to flirt with her.

"So Chelsea you're Gary's older sister. He lost out in the gene pool didn't he," said Jerome.

"Excuse me, I think I will get more punch," said Chelsea, as she walked towards the punch bowl

"I will come with you. I have quite a pull here being the star and all, said Jerome, as followed her.

"You're one-half of the camel, said Chelsea

"The better half. But hey listen I'm more than ready to let others take the spotlight. For me it is enough to sit back knowing that I'm personally responsible for giving the people a wonderful evening," said Jerome

"As the camel," said Chelsea

"As the writer," said Jerome

"Really? So, how come it that on the poster says a person known as Nina Martin wrote it?" Asked Chelsea, while she pointed to the poster.

"Nina Martin is my pen name. I'm modest," said Jerome.

"Nina, Fabian," said Trudy, as she waved at Nina and Fabian.

"Very modest," said Chelsea, as she walked away.

Jerome turned around and saw Otis and Alfie laughing in the back. Otis had filmed the whole thing. Jerome walked towards Otis to take his camera away from him. Otis started to run.

After Nina and Fabian had gotten compliments from Trudy and uncle Ade. Nina took Fabian apart the tell him about the second puzzle piece.

"So Victor had another puzzle piece in the safe the whole time?" Asked Fabian.

"Which he thought was the only one. Maybe the puzzle pieces are more than just clues," said Nina.

"One thing is for certain. He will go ballistic when he realizes they're gone," said Fabian.

"I'm guessing because of the play he might be going in that direction," said Nina.

Patricia walked up the Nina and Fabian.

"I have looked every for Joy. What if Victor caught her or murdered her," said Patricia.

"We don't know if Victor was talking about Joy. We can't assume that," said Nina.

"Yeah, maybe he meant Rufus, he was in the audience too," said Fabian.

"That is just as bad," said Patricia.

"Yeah, now that I said it out loud, it doesn't help either," said Fabian.

"It can't be Rufus. We saw him disappear out the back. So we know he's safe," said Nina

"Oh no! What is the time?" Asked Patricia.

"Nearly 8:00 o'clock," said Nina

"He will be waiting for me, I have to go," said Patricia.

"Are you sure you should go meet him. Patricia," said Fabian.

But Patricia didn't listen and just kept on walking.

In the meantime in the drama room. Mick and Mara were sitting together hand in hand.

"Well, then, said Mick," nervously.

"Well, then," said Mara, also nervously.

"This is weird," said Mick.

"Just a bit," said Mara.

"Yeah," said Mick.

"Mick, I have to tell you something," said Mara.

"No, I have to tell you something. So, glad you're back," said Mick.

"I haven't been anywhere," said Mara.

"The real Mara," said Mick.

"You never seem to notice real Mara," said Mara.

"I was in denial," said Mick

"After you and Amber were finished, I thought you were starting to like me," said Mara.

"I was, said Mick

"Then after that kiss I was sure that you didn't. And I started to get jealous of someone else," said Mara.

Mara was about to tell the truth but she was again interrupted by Mr. Winkler who told Mick that Mr. Sweet was waiting in his office for him. Mick stood up and gave Mara a kiss on the cheek and walked away.

Amber watched everything that happened between Mick and Mara and felt a bit jealous and upset. Aaron sat down next to her.

"You okay?" Asked Aaron.

"Yeah. I'm just a bit upset that Mr. Winkler cut my canary scene," said Amber.

"Don't lie to me. I know that you're upset about Mick and Mara," said Aaron.

"How do know?" Asked Amber.

"Hey I'm your twin. I can feel it when you're upset, because I'm feeling upset," said Aaron.

"You do?" Asked Amber.

"Yeah. I don't like seeing my sister being upset," said Aaron.

"Thanks for being my brother," said Amber.

Amber rested her head on Aaron's shoulder.

In the meantime Caitlin and Fiona were talking.

"Hey Caitlin have you seen my parents anywhere? Asked Fiona.

"No, maybe Trudy knows," said Caitlin.

"Yeah, I'm gonna go ask her," said Fiona.

Fiona and Caitlin walked over to Trudy.

"Trudy have you seen my parents?" Asked Fiona.

"Oh sweetie, I totally forgot. Your father called me earlier, he said that there was an emergency and that they couldn't make it," said Trudy.

"I don't why I got my hopes up this time, they always do this," said Fiona.

Fiona started to cry and walked out of the drama room. Caitlin followed her to see if she was okay.

A half an hour later. Patricia had arrived at the old ruins and Rufus was waiting for her.

"Rufus," said Patricia

"I said half an hour," said Rufus.

"I'm looking for Joy," said Patricia.

"Did you find her?" Asked Rufus.

"No. I was hoping she might be with you," said Patricia. "Did you know she was going to be at the play?" She asked.

"Yes, I arranged to meet her here. Then Victor spotted her," said Rufus.

"I know. I saw him chasing her. Do you think he caught her?" Asked Patricia.

"Let's hope not," said Rufus. "How did you spot her in the audience?" He asked.

"She wrote me a note," said Patricia. "Didn't she tell you?" She asked.

"Yes, very naughty of her, what if it got in the wrong hands," said Rufus.

"It doesn't matter she wrote it in code. Look backwards writing. Nine in the woods, Joy," said Patricia, while she showed Rufus the card.

"That's clever," said Rufus.

"I think she means the main clearing. Near Blue Bird lane," said Patricia.

"We can't let them get their hands on Joy, Patricia," said Rufus.

"I know, what if they already have," said Patricia

"No, I am certain Joy was okay. I think she will be there to meet you," said Rufus. "Can you get there?" He asked.

"Yes. I will have to go back and sign out. Make sure nobody misses me," said Patricia.

"Meet me there in an hour at the clearing," said Rufus.

Patricia agreed with Rufus and then headed back to the house. Patricia was at the house and went to her room to get some stuff. Then a few moments after her Trudy and uncle Ade entered. Patricia walked downstairs and to go and meet Rufus.

"Hello, sweetie, why aren't you with the others?" Asked Trudy.

"My aunt and uncle were at the school play. They're taking me out for supper," said Patricia, as that was the first thing she could make up

"Have you signed out?" Asked Trudy.

"Yeah. The thing is I might be staying at their in their hotel tonight. Is that okay?" Asked Patricia.

"Well as long as you're at school first thing tomorrow morning," said Trudy.

"Yeah I'll," said Patricia

"Are they outside? Do they want to come in for a cup of tea?" Asked Trudy.

No, I just came back to get changed and sign out. See you," said Patricia.

Patricia left the house and Trudy didn't think much of it, so she took uncle Ade into the kitchen for something to eat.

In the meantime at school. Fabian was worried about Patricia and her meeting with Rufus.

"I'm really, really worried about Patricia. We should've stopped her," said Fabian.

"You have met Patricia? There is no stopping her when she wants to do something," said Nina.

At that same time. Mr. Winkler was approached by Victor and Mrs. Andrews.

"Mr. Winkler. I wanted to talk to you about the subject matter of your little play," said Victor.

"Oh, yes. Did you enjoy it?" Asked Mr. Winkler.

"Enjoy is perhaps not exactly the right words," said Victor

"Some of the themes, Jason, touched on the history of our society," said Mrs. Andrews

"Ahh, really? Asked Mr. Winkler

"Really. Let me guess, the people who came up with the ideas were Nina Martin, Fabian Rutter, Aaron Millington and Patricia Williamson," said Victor.

"Well actually if I remember correctly it was Amber Millington," said Mr. Winkler

"Amber Millington never. She doesn't have two brain cells to rub together," said Victor

"Actually she is smarter than she appears. Then come to think of it. It was Nina and Fabian who researched and wrote the play," said Mr. Winkler.

"I knew it," said Victor.

Victor then just stared with an angry look at Nina, Amber, Aaron and Fabian.

"Victor keeps staring at me, with this pointy face. Do you think he knows?" Asked Nina.

"Knows what?" Asked Amber

"That I have taken the puzzle piece," said Nina.

"No, not yet, he hasn't been back to the house," said Fabian.

"And I think it's just his usual look," said Aaron.

In the meantime. Mr. Sweet was in his office. Mick knocked on his door. Mr. Sweet told him to enter and sit down. Mick sat down.

"I know what you're going to say. It's not true. You can have these back, said Mick," as he threw the photos on Mr. Sweet desk.

"Miss Robinson should've never given you those," said Mr. Sweet, while he put the photos in his drawer.

"She had every right. They're pictures of her and me," said Mick

"Indeed they are," said Mr. Sweet.

"Which were taken by some sick individual who...," said Mick, but was interrupted because Mara entered Mr. Sweet's office

"You can't expel him. You can't fire Miss Robinson either," said Mara.

"That's very Noble of you, Mara. But if be so kind let me handle this," said Mr. Sweet.

"It was me. I took the photos," said Mara.

"What?" Asked Mick, who was shocked by Mara's confession.

"And then I made them look more than they really were," said Mara.

"I see," said Mr. Sweet.

"Why would you do that?" Asked Mick.

"I don't know. Because I was angry and jealous. I don't know. I'm so sorry, Mick. I tried to tell you earlier and earlier than that," said Mara.

"That's sick, Mara do you know that?" Asked Mick, as he got up and left Mr. Sweet office.

In the meantime. Victor had gone back to the house and into this office. Victor opened up the safe and saw that the tow puzzle piece were gone. And was not happy about it.

At that same time. Patricia and Rufus were in Rufus' car at the open clearing waiting for Joy.

"What time is it now?" Asked Rufus.

"Same as its when you asked me 30 seconds ago. Twenty passed nine. I think it's time to buy a watch," said Patricia.

"She's not coming, is she," said Rufus.

"I don't know. Maybe she can't. Maybe they got to her," said Patricia.

"So near and yet so far," said Rufus.

Suddenly Patricia phone rang. Patricia picked up and it was Nina. Rufus asked it was Joy. Patricia shook her head. Nina then asked where she was. Patricia told to she was going to meet Joy. Nina asked if she was alone. Patricia was about the say Rufus name, but before she could Rufus took her phone and hung the phone.

"Why are you mentioning my name. I have told you to everyone else I'm Rene," said Rufus.

"It's okay it's Nina. She's not going to say anything. I can't call you Rene anyways. It's too absurd," said Patricia.

Back at the house. Nina and the rest of the club were in the room of Nina and Amber.

"The line just ended," said Nina.

"That's weird," said Fabian

"I'm sure she was out of reach," said Aaron.

"Yeah, you don't got the best signal here anyways," said Amber.

"She sounded fine. She said they were meeting Joy apparently." Said Nina.

"I forgot to tell you the writing on Patricia's card was mirrored to meet up with Joy," said Fabian.

"That's big information to forget to tell us," said Aaron.

"Maybe Joy will have answers," said Amber.

"Fabian do you remember what the card said?" Asked Nina.

"No, I forgot," said Fabian.

This disappointed the club.

In the meantime. Patricia was still in Rufus' car. Patricia wanted her phone back. But then Rufus started to lock to doors.

"Why are you locking the doors? Let me out," begged Patricia.

"Don't talk, Patricia," said Rufus.

Patricia didn't know what was going on. Patricia was getting scared and want to leave, but she couldn't. The only thing she was thinking what was going to happen to her.
