House of Hazard:

Patricia was still locked in Rufus car. Patricia banged on the window and screamed for help.

"Help! Help! Help me!" Screamed Patricia.

"You can scream as much as you want or as loud as you want, there is no one here who can hear you," said Rufus.

"What do you want from me?" Asked Patricia.

Rufus did not answer Patricia's question.

"I've to pee, said Patricia

"Yeah right, like I hadn't heard that one before. I wasn't born yesterday, Patricia," said Rufus.

"Yeah, I mean it. I really need to. If you don't let me out I'll just do it in the car, said Patricia

Rufus let Patricia out of the car. Rufus had tied Patricia's hands with rope and held that rope so that she could not escape.

"This should work," said Rufus

"Ever heard of privacy?" Asked Patricia

Rufus turned around.

"Yeah, I can't pee like that," said Patricia.

"And remember don't do nothing stupid," said Rufus.

Rufus gave Patricia more rope. Patricia walked behind a tree. Patricia tried to get her hands free but couldn't. Then she tried to bite the rope, but she couldn't. But Patricia did managed to get her necklace of and threw it on the ground, hoping that somebody would find it. Patricia was dragged back into the car.

The next morning in Anubis house. Nina, Fabian and Aaron were sitting at the table discussing the play from last night.

"That look on Victor's face last night was all the conformation that we needed," said Fabian;

"Yeah but know he knows we know and we that know and we didn't have much of a plan after that," said Nina.

"Has anyone see Patricia?" Asked Mara, she entered the living room.

"Didn't she come home last night?" Asked Nina.

"No. Trudy said she went out with her aunt and Uncle after the play. But I thought she would be back by now," said Mara.

"Are you alright, Mara?" Asked Fabian.

"No I need to talk to Patricia," said Mara.

"You can talk to us if you like," said Nina.

"I can't," said Mara.

Mara exited the living room. Amber entered the living room from the kitchen.

"Trouble in paradise," said Amber.

"Sorry?" Asked Fabian.

"Her and Mick were boyfriend and girlfriend for all of one hour and then they broke up," said Amber.

"Why?" Asked Nina.

"Who knows," said Amber.

"Where do you think Patricia is?" Asked Nina.

"Definitely not with her aunt and uncle. Patricia can't stand her aunt. So we know that is a lie," said Aaron.

"Then let's hope she is with Joy and not Rufus," said Fabian

"I thought he was one of the good guys. It's impossible to keep track. We need a newsletter," said Amber.

"I just hope she is okay," said Nina.

In meantime. Rufus had driven to an old looking shed. Rufus opened the door and in that shed was Patricia sitting. Patricia sat in a chair and had an old blanket on her, to keep her warm.

"Good morning Patricia, did you sleep well?" Asked Rufus.

"What do you want from me?" Asked Patricia.

"From you nothing at all. But your BFF Joy, she has something I want," said Rufus.

"What do you want from Joy?" Asked Patricia.

"That's for you to question and for me to know," said Rufus.

Rufus put a piece duct tape on Patricia mouth and made her hold the newspaper of today. Then Rufus took a picture of Patricia hold the newspaper. And finally Rufus took the purple streak from Patricia's hair.

Back at the all the residents expect for Patricia and Mara were having breakfast.

"You're quiet, Mick," said Amber.

"Am I?" Asked Mick.

"Trouble in Maradise?" Asked Amber.

Amber, Jerome, Otis and Alfie laughed at Amber's word play.

"Wow, that was so clever. Get it Mara-dise," said Amber.

"Ingenious, none of your business," said Mick, as he stood up and left the living room.

"Ooh, touchy," said Jerome.

"So Fiona, did you see your folks last night?" Asked Nina.

"No, they didn't show up," said Fiona.

"I'm so sorry to hear that," said Nina.

"I'm kind of used to it right now," said Fiona.

"Even you can't make something positive out that, can't you?" Joked Jerome.

"Shut up Jerome!" Said Caitlin.

Fiona left the living room with tears in her eyes. Caitlin stood up and followed her. The residents didn't said a word and just gave Jerome an angry glare. Even Otis and Alfie didn't approve of Jerome's comment.

In the meantime in Mr. Sweet's office. Mr. Sweet was doing some paper work, when his phone rang. Mr. Sweet picked up the phone.

"Sweet speaking," said Mr. Sweet.

"Hello, Eric," said Rufus.

"Who's this?" Asked Mr. Sweet.

"I think you know who it is," said Rufus.

"Zeno. Why were you at the play last night? What are you up to?" Asked Mr. Sweet.

"You mean you don't know. One of your students is missing. Patricia Williamson, I borrowed her," said Rufus.

"What, are you mad?" Asked Mr. Sweet, who began to worry.

"Quite possibly," said Rufus.

"Is she alright? If you have harmed her," said Mr. Sweet

"No she is fine, for now," said Rufus.

"What is it you want from us?" Asked Mr. Sweet.

"Oh, I have quite a list," said Rufus.

"You are no longer a member with this society. You chose your path. You have no right to make any demands," said Mr. Sweet

"No, it's time to think again, Eric," said Rufus.

Rufus hung up the phone. Mr. Sweet was sweating so much and didn't know what to do.

Back at the house all the residents were in the living room and then Victor entered the living room.

"Here we go," said Fabian.

"Is this about the play?" Joked Aaron

"I'm here because a serious theft has taken place. Items of great value were removed from my safe last night," said Victor. "Are you responsible?" He asked to Fabian.

"No," said Fabian.

"You?" Asked Victor to Nina

"Why do you think it was any of us? The school was full of people last night. When were they taken?" Asked Fabian.

"Well, they were there during the intermission. The only other time I was away from my room was during the second half of your irritating little play," said Victor

"There you go. We were all on stage," said Fabian

"Yes, couldn't of been any of us. We were performing. The show must go on and all of that," said Amber

"Of course. Of course. How very, very remiss of me. Very well, after school all of you," said Victor.

"Is that it then?" Asked Fabian

"For now, yes. But I shall discover who took those items. You mark my words. And when I do," said Victor

"What do you mean? Asked Nina.

"When the security cameras were taken down I asked for one camera to be left in my room. I totally had forgotten. So, whoever has stolen those items, will have been caught," said Victor.

Suddenly Trudy entered the living room.

"Victor, I have just taken a phone call from Mr. Sweet in your office. He said, can you get over to the school," said Trudy.

"What now?" Asked Victor.

"Yes, right away. He said it was an emergency," said Trudy.

"I'm on that tape. What are we going to do?" Asked Nina.

The residents and Victor left the house to go to school.

In the meantime in Mr. Sweet's office. Mr. Sweet was pacing back and forth. A moment later Mrs. Andrews and Victor entered Mr. Sweet's office.

"What's going on, Eric?" Asked Mrs. Andrews.

"I had a phone call earlier. This has just arrived delivered by hand," said Mr. Sweet.

Mr. Sweet gave Victor the envelope and in the envelope was the purple streak from Patricia and a photo of Patricia holding today's newspaper.

"Patricia has been kidnapped by Rufus Zeno," said Mr. Sweet

"Oh, no. That poor girl," said Mrs. Andrews

"There is more the Ankh objects have been stolen from my safe," said Victor.

"Is that Zeno too?" Asked Mrs. Andrews.

"I don't know, but I soon will," said Victor.

While Victor and the two teachers were discussing what they needed to do next. Mick was at the his locker grabbing some books, when he saw Miss Robinson walking by.

"Miss Robinson," said Mick.

"Hello, Mick," said Miss Robinson.

"You're back," said Mick.

"It seems so. I got a phone call from Mr. Sweet explaining everything," said Miss Robinson.

"Yes, I know. I can't believe Mara would do something like that," said Mick.

And at the same moment Mara walked by. Mara hid herself and eavesdropped on the conversation.

"I have my UCLA summer school tryouts tomorrow. I don't suppose this evening you could no, probably not a good idea," said Mick.

"Not after everything that's happened," said Miss Robinson.

"That's it, nothing has happened," said Mick

"I know, Mick. Let's just not give them something to talk about. Good luck with the tryouts," said Miss Robinson.

Miss Robinson said goodbye to Mick and headed to her own class.

Back in Mr. Sweet's office. Victor, Mr. Sweet and Mrs. Andrews were still discussing what to do.

"We cannot give in to Zeno's demands," said Victor

"That's all well and good. As headmaster I have a duty..," said Mr. Sweet, but Victor interrupted him.

"Your duty is to protect the chosen one and secrets of the society," said Victor.

"We know that, Victor. One of our pupils has been kidnapped. We can't sit back and do nothing," said Mrs. Andrews

"On the contrary. That is exactly what we should do," said Victor.

Victor stormed out of Mr. Sweet's office and then he gathered all the Anubis residents to go back to the house. Nina was worried. A few minutes later and they were back at the house. The residents sat down in front of the T.V.

"It's show time, boys and girls. Time to expose the thief," said Victor, as he put the DVD in the DVD-player.

Nina braced herself. Victor clicked on the play button, but it wasn't Nina who was on the tape but Victor shaving his nose hairs. The Anubis residents burst into laughter. Nina looked at Fabian, who showed her that he switched the DVD. Nina was so happy that she gave Fabian a kiss on his cheek. Fabian was totally flabbergasted by the kiss.

"Which of you children have dared to interfere with my equipment?" Asked Victor.

"Victor, can we see more of your home movies?" Joked Alfie

"Yeah you obviously have a nose for comedy," joked Otis.

Victor stormed out of the house and went back to Mr. Sweet office.

"Victor good that you're back," said Mr. Sweet.

"Look we need to discuss further what we need to do," said Mrs. Andrews.

"We're not giving into the demands of Rufus Zeno," said Victor.

"We know, that you won't do that," said Mrs. Andrews.

"But we also must make sure. That the other students won't ask any question. Now another one of their housemates has gone missing, that's to suspicious," said Mr. Sweet.

"I'll take care of that," said Victor.

In the meantime. Rufus headed back to the abandoned shed. When Rufus opened the door, he saw that Patricia was gone. Patricia had hid herself. Rufus started to look for her. At one point Rufus was standing in front of a bunch of boxes. Patricia pushed the boxes onto Rufus. Once Patricia thought that Rufus was unconscious, she saw her chance to escape. But Patricia could even set one stop, Rufus woke up and grabbed her leg.
