Don't take my babies- part 2

CharmingsDaughter asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch2305 "Don't take my babies" where someone does try and take Emma and Neal.

Slowly but surely, Snow managed to move on from her vivid nightmares. She accepted that she was placing more truth on them than there actually was, and over the course of a few weeks, managed to shake them off completely. If only Snow had known then that she should have stuck by her instincts and took those nightmares as a warning. Perhaps then she and Charming would not have returned home from chairing a town meeting (between the three adults in the Charming family they took turns going to important events with one person staying behind to babysit Neal) to find their front door burst open…and their children missing.

"I knew it. I should never have stopped listening to those nightmares." Snow told herself as she and Charming searched the loft apartment for any tiny clue as to who had taken their children.

"I know. Snow, I'm so sorry. I should never have told you they were just bad dreams. You knew what your gut instincts were telling you and I made you stop listening. It's my fault the kids have been taken." Charming said, voice laced with guilt. Snow turned to Charming, framing his face with her hands.

"Hey." She said gently. "We're never going to find them both if we stay here all day blaming ourselves. Neither of us are to blame for this. The blame lies solely with whoever it is that has taken our children. We'll find them, Charming, that is what this family does best. Emma knows that. She'll keep Neal safe, I know she will. But if whoever it is that has taken our children has harmed a hair on either of their heads…"

"Then we destroy them." Charming growled in response. Snow nodded, the fire burning in Charming's eyes reflected in her own. They would rescue their children from whoever had taken them. Nobody would separate their family ever again.
