The truth revealed- part 2
Kate asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch2367 "The truth revealed" where Snow finds out Emma is planning to elope since Charming still hasn't forgiven Killian but she has. She also has found out Charming stole from her. (Psst, cowardly guest, you might want to save your toys getting dirty and not read this one).
Guest: Sorry, but I specifically ask for a spoiler warning, so no.
I have seen the latest episode! How emotional!
"Please, Charming." Snow pleaded. "You have to talk to them-"
"What do you want me to say, Snow?" Charming interrupted her. "How am I meant to be ok with this? My daughter is marrying my father's killer!" Charming was distraught. He felt like his heart had been torn in two. He adored Emma, and he always would, but how could he accept her marrying Killian now? Snow moved forward and took Charming's hands.
"Nobody is asking you to." She said gently. "You think I'm happy about this? You don't think I'm having second thoughts about whether Killian is good enough for her or not now? Of course I am, but on the other hand, I know that Emma is a grown woman and makes her own life choices. We can't make them for her. It didn't help when she found out about you…borrowing the magical supplies from her." Snow pointed out. She wasn't having this discussion with Charming again. She had already had it when Emma had told her Killian had admitted Charming took some potion ingredients from her. Snow was sick of playing the messenger pigeon, flitting back and forth between Emma and Charming, trying to convince them to mend their relationship before it was too late. Now Emma had decided she and Killian were eloping to New York to marry and live because staying in Storybrooke was too tense. Snow couldn't allow that to happen. She knew Charming would regret it if Emma left for good, even if it meant accepting Killian would be part of their lives. "You cannot deny that Killian is a changed man…"
"Don't go there, Snow." Charming warned her. Snow sighed. What could she say? She was caught between a rock and a hard place here.
"I know you're still angry, I am too on your behalf. But please, don't let us lose our daughter again over this. We cannot stop her marrying Killian. Emma has made that very clear. But we can stop her walking out of our lives, and taking Henry and any potential future grandchildren with her." Snow told him. "I've done all I can now. You know how I feel, and you know what will happen if you don't be the bigger person here. I'm begging with you, Charming. Please, don't let us lose her again." Charming bit his lip, torn. He wasn't ready to forgive Killian (for which nobody could blame him), but was he ready to potentially lose his baby girl?
