Motorbike

Jen asked for a oneshot of August teaching Emma how to ride a motorcycle. Her parents flip out when they see Emma riding one.

"Snow, deep breaths now." Charming said, mimicking large breaths of his own for Snow to copy. She's burst through the door, babbling some incoherent nonsense. She was clearly distressed about something important.

"Emma. August. Motorbike. Riding." Snow said through the breaths. Charming's brows furrowed together in confusion. Had Snow forgotten the basics of sentence structure? Snow became frustrated that Charming wasn't getting her. She took a few more deep breaths. "August has taught Emma how to ride his motorcycle." Snow explained. Now Charming understood. He grabbed Neal out his playpen and rushed out the front door with Snow hot on his heels. Snow showed him to the parking lot where August appeared to be teaching their daughter. It was clear Emma was having a whale of a time, but Snow and Charming were less than thrilled.

"She's probably not wearing elbow and kneepads." Snow said. True, she was grateful there was at least a helmet, but Snow didn't think a helmet was enough for a legal death trap.

"Emma!" Charming shouted when Emma cut the engine. Emma looked over, grinning sheepishly.

"Hey guys!" She called, waving over at them. "Want a ride anywhere? August has given me a few lessons. Pretty neat, huh?"

"Neat?!" Snow squeaked. "Emma, that thing is lethal! Please, get off it slowly. Make sure it's not going to keep going with you half on and half off." Emma rolled her eyes, exaggerating her movements as she got off August's bike.

"Thanks August." She said, giving him back his spare helmet. "Might be a while before the next lesson."

"No problem." August chuckled. He smiled over at Emma's parents. "Although, judging by the looks I'm getting, we'll be lucky if I'm alive for there to be a next lesson."
