Inebriated

Just one of my own *6x14 spoilers!* based on the sneak peek we got earlier in the week.

Emma again tried to gently pry her face from her mom's hands, but despite the fact she was hammered, her grip was iron clad.

"You're just so pretty." Snow slurred. Emma couldn't be bothered telling her she had already told Emma that several times in the last fifteen minutes. Ever since she'd took Emma's face in her hands. "My pretty girl. That pirate wasn't good enough for you anyway. Good riddance."

"Uh huh. That's nice mom. If I could just…"

"Aren't you just so pretty?" Snow once again repeated. Emma shot Regina a look, who was sniggering in the corner. She was refusing to give Emma any help. Apparently seeing her mother going gooey all over her was just too hilarious to stop. Snow giggled. She knew she was embarrassing Emma, but she couldn't help herself. "Aw, don't go shy on me! It's all true. You are pretty. Mama's pretty girl. Tell me who you are…" Snow demanded.

"For goodness' sake mom!" Emma snapped, her face going beetroot. She managed to free herself from her mom's grip. Snow just giggled even more.

"Noooooo. You were supposed to say 'mama's pretty girl'. Silly sausage." Emma was appalled when her mom reached out and pinched her cheeks. Regina was now in hysterics in the corner of their booth. Emma was surprised she wasn't filming them by this point. "I make cute babies." Snow sighed. "Which is just as well. You caused me havoc for nine months. You bruised my pelvis…"

"Mom!" Emma squeaked in disgust.

"What? You did! Anyway, the point is, you're pretty. Killian didn't deserve you and if I see him ever again he'll be getting shot." Snow summarised.

"I think it's a different kind of shot that's causing problems tonight." Emma grumbled. Snow just laughed again. She got up, taking Emma's hand and pulling her with her.

"Enough misery for tonight. This girls' night was meant to cheer you up. Let's dance!" Emma wasn't sure dancing with her drunk mother sounded like a great way to cheer her up, but she wasn't sure she was getting much choice.
