Me and Ben then watched as Bobby was walked to the dock by two guards in chains and shackles, when he stood in the dock he was then quickly sworn in. I felt my mouth go suddenly dry as I watched as Gareth stood up and looked up at Bobby; I watched as Bobby tried to keep his face blank as they shared a glance, which I knew was a part of his game.

"You are Mr Bobby Bailey, who lives at 1084 Cedarwood Drive, Auradon City, is that correct?" Gareth said, breaking the silence.

"That would be correct," Bobby answered.

"Thank you," Gareth answered. "We are going to start from the beginning-" he told us all. "You met Mrs Adams-" he began.

"Mal Faery" Bobby quickly said, cutting him off, causing Gareth's face to drop for a few seconds. "I didn't meet Mrs Adams" he told us all. "I met Mal Faery" he insisted.

"That would be correct" Gareth nodded at that. "She was known as Mal Faery at the time; but I have already explained that she will be now called Mrs Adams during this trial" he reminded Bobby.

"I know," Bobby answered. "And I disagree with that," he admitted.

"Why?" Gareth answered sincerely and we watched as Miss Smith quickly stood up again.

"Your Honour-" she started in concern.

Yes Miss Smith?" the Chief Justice repeated.

"I really think that this cross examination should not take place" she insisted. I sighed at this; I understood why she didn't want Bobby to speak. As soon I was brought into the conversation everyone knew that Bobby would not be able to resist; as during his interviews he had been very vocal when it came to me. He told anyone who would listen that he believed that I belonged with him and not Ben; and he insisted that he would do absolutely anything to make sure that this was the case - which obviously went against him.

"On what grounds" Chief Justice Williams questioned.

"I fear my client may miss speak-'' she advised. "Due to his mental health" she quickly elaborated.

"It has already been stated by two different doctor's have found that Mr Bailey can be cross examined," the Chief Justice reminded her. "I know how we can deal with this," he decided. "Mr Bailey?" he said as he looked over to Bobby.

"Yes your Honour?" Bobby answered politely.

"Would you like to follow your lawyers advice and not be cross examined, or are you ok to continue?" the Chief Justice asked. We all then watched as Bobby looked over to his lawyer for a few seconds before looking back over to Chief Justice Williams.

"Would I be able to seek counsel on this your Honour?" he questioned.

"Of course" the Chief Justice smiled. "Miss Smith, how long would you need to counsel your client?" he enquired.

"Just a few moments," Miss Smith answered.

"Very well" the Chief Justice nodded. "Do you wish to use the side room?" he questioned.

"Yes please" she answered; and we all then watched as a guard led Miss Smith to the side room of the courtroom as Bobby was led after her with the two same guards that led him to the dock.

"It would appear that his lawyer doesn't want him to speak" I heard Ben say.

"Can you blame her Ben?" I questioned as we both looked at each other. "He has quite a mouth on him" I stated. "He is probably going to be vulgar about me, gleeful about what he did to you" I continued as my mind started to think about the comments that were going to come out of his mouth. "And knowing him he is going to want to try and see a reaction from the pair of us" I finished.

"Well he isn't going to get one Mal" Ben insisted.

"What about when we are giving our evidence?" I questioned. This was something that concerned me. I didn't want me or Ben in the courtroom with any of them; but I knew that we were going to have to - as we both needed to give evidence, whether we liked it or not.

"Well-" Ben began. "Chief Justice has offered us to give it from here; and I think that we should do that" he advised which made me feel relieved. This answered all of my concerns as I knew that neither me or Ben was going to like leaving the other one in this room while the other one stood a short distance away from the accused party. I knew it would set my teeth on edge! As far as I was concerned I never wanted Ben anywhere near them ever again, if I could help it.

"Me too" I agreed.

"Really?" he asked.

"Yes" I nodded. "If I am honest, part of me wanted to face them; but I don't think given everything that has been going on that it is the right thing to do for us" I advised.

"You mean everything that happened on honeymoon?" he questioned slowly as he pulled his right brow up at me.

"Partly" I admitted. "What I am really meaning is the fact that I know that their pair of us are going to struggle when one of us leaves; and I don't want us to go through that stress" I implored him. "It's not good for anyone involved" I advised.

"I agree" he meekly smiled at me. I watched as he opened his mouth to say something but stopped when we heard the side door open and Bobby and his lawyer stepped out. When my eyes fell onto Miss Smith as she made her way back to her seat I couldn't help but note that she looked annoyed, very annoyed. It looked like Bobby was choosing to go against her advice. So as she abruptly dropped down into her seat I could see that she knew she was fighting a losing battle which made me wonder how much of a fight is she going to put up for Bobby.

"Well I think it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is about to happen" I noted.

"Of course" I heard Ben answer as Bobby stood back in the dock.

"Miss Smith" Chief Justice Williams called.

"Yes your Honour?" she answered as she quickly stood up.

"What have you and your client agreed upon?" the Chief Justice enquired.

"My client has made the decision to speak-" she advised. "Against my advice" she sighed before pursing her lips together.

"I see," Chief Justice noted. "Well let's continue" he advised as he nodded at Gareth, who stood back up. I took a couple of deep breaths to steady myself; this time his lawyer wasn't going to be able to stop Bobby's cross examination - and I dreaded to hear what was about to come out of Bobby's mouth.
