Here's another sample for my next chapter. I hope you're enjoying my fanfic so far!
Chapter Three: The Bazaar Trip
The Bostonius made its landing at the outskirts of an Indian city, where it was nighttime.
"I still can't believe someone else has beaten us to the Clockwerk tail feathers," said Luke.
"Those parts seem valuable enough to inspire other criminals to be involved in this as well," said Emmy.
"And once again the authorities are too incompetent to stop this Cooper Gang who have already complicated matters," said Sycamore.
"Perhaps we should ally ourselves with them," said Professor Layton.
Sycamore, Emmy, and Luke become nonplus after hearting what Layton said.
"What?!" cried Luke.
"Layton, have you gone mad?" asked Professor Sycamore.
"I don't enjoy abetting criminals, but what if the Cooper Gang has the same goal to stop the Klaww Gang? And if so, they must know something about Clockwerk that will give us an incentive to trust them."
"Trust them?" asked Sycamore.
"They might be of more help than the authorities. Besides, we'll be more prepared to take back the Clockwerk parts."
Professor Sycamore, Emmy, and Luke remained silent.
"I hope you know what you're doing, professor," said Emmy.
"At any rate, let's review the next Klaw Gang member and his share of the bird."
"The man we're looking for manufactures spice that he made a fortune selling in the black market," said Sycamore.
"His name is Rajan, and the Klaw Gang depends on his spice for their operations. That's how Dimitri got his supply to serve at his nightclub."
"Why do Dimitri need so much spice to feed an entire city?" asked Luke. "And on top of that, how can spices be illegal?"
"I don't know the answer to your first question, Luke, but consuming too much spice can drive you into a state of rage."
"Rajan is in possession of the Clockwerk wings," said Sycamore. "He's planning to unveil them at ball he arranged for tonight."
"He has a pretentious demeanor, that man," said Layton. "Rajan believes that displaying will be bring him prestige. We need to attend his party so we can steal the Clockwerk wings back from him. If he knows Professor Sycamore's and my stature as archaeologists, he might let us in. If we also happen to find the Cooper Gang there, we should try to reason with them and work on a heist together."
"I'll stay here and be waiting for another return from you," said Raymound as Professor Layton, Emmy, Luke, and Professor Sycamore disembarked the ship.

"Wow, the marketplace sure seems busy, even at this time of night," admired Luke.
"Yes, I believe they call it a bazaar," said Sycamore.
"Oh, I love to go shopping here," said Emmy. "I wonder what kind of stuff they sell in those country."
"Don't get too carried away, Emmy," said Layton. "Let's not forget what we came here for."
"Oh, that's right, professor," Emmy focused up. "We need to get those wings before the Cooper Gang beats us to it again."
"Rajan's palace shouldn't be hard to miss," said Layton. "We should go there at once."
O-O-O-O
They made their way to front of Rajan's palace, where they stood before the entrance.
"Well, here we are," said Sycamore. "let's make them know we're here."
As they knocked on the doors, a slot opened to reveal a pair of eyes behind it.
"Excuse me," Layton said to the anonymous figure, "My name is Hershel Layton, I'm an archaeologist from London. These are my colleagues, Emmy and Luke."
"And I'm Professor Sycamore, I specialize in archaeology as well."
"We've heard of your masters party and are hoping you'd invite us in regarding our stature."
"Sorry, 'sir', but we have a dress code," said the man obscured behind the door. "You got a tuxedo?"
"I'm sorry, but it appears I forgot to meet the dress requirements."
"Well, I hope you see me dressed up for the occasion," said Sycamore.
"Sure, you can come on in," the man said.
"Sorry, Layton," Sycamore apologized. "I'm afraid they won't let the three of you in unless you dress formal like myself."
"Go on without us," said Layton. "With any luck, we may be able to find the appropriate wear at the bazaar."
"Alright!" cheered Luke. "We get to go to the marketplace after all."
"By the way, before you go," said Sycamore, "I've heard Rajan already invited the other Klaw Gang members inside. The authorities also attended the party as well. While you go shopping, I'll try to sort them out from the rest of the guests."
"We promise to catch up as soon as we can," said Layton.
O-O-O-O
At the bazaar, many merchants were selling goods with people crowding at their stalls.
