Morning wedding planning
Neongenesisevang asked for a oneshot of *6x18 spoilers!* Both Charming and Snow walking in on Emma and Hook at the pancakes scene.
Emma felt Killian's nose press against her ear. She could feel the smile dancing on his lips, her own smile forming to match his. She wasn't sure either of them were fully recovered from the night before, but maybe they could manage a round two.
"Something smells delicious." Killian whispered, his body pressed against hers. Emma could feel her stomach doing backflips.
"It's just from a box." She commented, as Killian's nose moved up to nuzzle her hairline.
"I'm not talking about the pancakes." He pointed out, swooping down and kissing her cheek. Emma swiftly turned so their bodies were flush against each other. She brought her hand up to caress his cheek. She felt the cold steel of his hook, the way it fit nicely around the curve of her hip. Emma placed her other hand on his back, holding them as close together as possible. She kissed him passionately. She never thought she could be so in love. She pulled back for a moment, biting her lip slightly as she gazed up into his eyes.
"What?" He asked, as Emma moved her hands to his shoulders. Emma shrugged slightly.
"I'm just…happy." She told him. "Still surprises me sometimes." She admitted.
"Aye love, me too." Killian told her in return. Emma leaned up and pressed her lips to his, slightly more softly, this time. Her arm went around his neck, still keeping him close to her. Yes, there was definitely going to be a round two that morning.
"To Hell with the pancakes." Emma said before returning her lips to his and slowly moving him towards the table…
The lovers were so lost in each other, that neither heard the key turn in the front door, or indeed, the door opening.
"Oh, great, you're up." Emma immediately pulled away from Killian at the sound of her mother's voice. Her eyes widened as she saw both her parents come through the front door, her mother carrying a heavily laden file of some sorts.
"Mom, dad." Emma said, surprised. Emma turned to Killian. She had yet to mention that her parents had a key to the house. "Uh-"
"Your parents have a key." Killian said, working it out for himself. "Yeah…good to know." They both sighed, trying to calm themselves down.
"I know we're a little early, but I woke up this morning and it just hit me…" Snow paused, Charming just behind her. Charming looked much more uncomfortable. "Are we interrupting something?" Snow croaked, suddenly aware of the intimate position of her daughter and her fiancé. Killian had attempted to move upon seeing Charming, aware their relationship wasn't quite at the stage of him being able to have a near walk-in and be ok with it- but he hadn't had enough time.
"No." Emma said, trying to sound light. Killian had wanted to say yes, but again, Charming's presence put him off.
"Good." Charming muttered. Killian was grateful he had remained silent.
"We were…uh…we were, just, making some pancakes." Emma said, turning back to the stove to hide her pink face.
"Pancakes, right." Snow said, looking down. She knew what that meant. "Uh…maybe we should come back after you've had…pancakes."
"Oh no we've got far too much to be getting on with." Charming interrupted her. He was not going home knowing what the pirate was doing back here with his daughter. No, they were now officially wedding planning.
"Don't worry, I've lost my appetite." Killian commented. Charming shot him a look. He heard Killian whisper something to Emma, but didn't quite catch it, he just saw Emma smile. He knew the pair were madly in love, and engaged, but that didn't mean he couldn't make sure the pirate was being respectful of his princess.
