As Inko sat down at the table to join her friends, Kyoka hesitantly sat down as well.
"So, let's just get to the point." Mitsuki said.
"From what we've heard, it seems that you and Izuku are basically in a relationship." Nemuri said, teasingly.
Kyoka nervously blushed at the sudden remark from Midnight.
Inko was trying her hardest to keep her composure and avoid crying again.
"No, where did you hear that?" Kyoka questioned.
Inko, Mitsuki and Nemuri all turned to look at Mika, who was sitting there with a huge grin on her face.
"Mom!" Kyoka shouted, in embarrassment.
"It might not be official yet, but you're pretty much a couple already." Mika said.
Kyoka didn't know how to respond, so Mika continued talking.
"You both have feelings for each other and you've both helped each other to progress." Mika said.
"Not to mention that you probably have Inko's blessing." Mitsuki said.
Kyoka looked at Inko, who looked back at her with kindness in her expression.
"I'm happy that Izuku has found someone that he cares so much about." Inko said.
Kyoka felt a slight boost in her amount of confidence, but she still had her doubts.
"I just don't know what to do." Kyoka said.
"It's simple, just ask him out." Nemuri told her.
"I can't just do that out of nowhere!" Kyoka shouted.
"After what you've been through with him, do you really think that it's out of nowhere?" Mika questioned her.
"We have been this close for awhile, maybe it won't change anything even if I do ask him out." Kyoka thought.
"So, what are you going to do?" Mika asked.
Kyoka looked at the four women who were looking at her, anxiously waiting for her answer.
"I'm going to ask him to be my boyfriend." Kyoka said.
Nemuri and Mitsuki smirked, while Inko finally let the tears fall.
"I'm so grateful that you love him so much!" Inko exclaimed.
Mitsuki leaned towards Kyoka in order to whisper something to her.
"I'm happy for the two of you as well, but just know that if you ever hurt Izuku, you'll have to deal with me." Mitsuki whispered.
Kyoka leaned back, flinching in fear as she saw the terrifying glare on Mitsuki's face.
"I'm surprised, I just meant that you should ask him on a date but you went right to a relationship, well done." Mika commented.
Kyoka blushed, standing up to go to her room, before Mika stopped her.
"Hold on, where do you think that you're going?" Mika asked.
"To my room." Kyoka said.
"No, you said that you were going to ask Midoriya to be your boyfriend and you need to do it while you have this much confidence, so we're heading out." Mika said.
"Right now?" Kyoka asked.
"Yes." Mika said.
After getting ready, Kyoka and Mika left.
"I think that they forgot that we're still here." Nemuri said, in amusement.
"So, are you ready go home?" Inko asked.
"No way, I don't care if I'm in pain, I've got to see this!" Mitsuki exclaimed.
Mitsuki stood up and walked out, causing Inko to happily sigh.
"Some things never change." Inko said.
"Do you mind if I join you?" Nemuri asked.
"Not at all." Inko said, with a smile.
Later.
Inko had called Izuku to ask where he was and soon enough, the group had arrived.
Unfortunately for Kyoka, Izuku wasn't alone.
Mina was there as well, smiling and laughing along with Izuku.
Kyoka felt her confidence drop as she saw that the two of them were together.
"Kyoka, what's wrong?" Mika asked.
"It's nothing, we really shouldn't bother them right now." Kyoka said.
Kyoka turned away, trying not to make eye contact with anyone.
"Isn't that your friend, Mina?" Mika asked.
"I'm sure that Ashido won't mind." Nemuri said.
"No, it's alright, let's just go." Kyoka said.
Mika sighed and placed a hand on Kyoka's shoulder to comfort her.
"Kyoka, what's going on?" Mika asked.
"Mina and Izuku have been hanging out together for a few days now." Kyoka told them.
"Why is that bad?" Inko asked.
"They've been meeting up at night and they've been talking to each other about something but not telling anyone else what it is." Kyoka said.
"Mina doesn't keep anything from us, especially not Toru, so if she wouldn't even tell her, it must be something important." Kyoka thought.
"So you think that they're together?" Nemuri asked.
"I didn't say that." Kyoka said.
"But you were thinking about it." Mitsuki said.
"Well, there's only one way to find out." Mika said.
Mika stood up, with an intense expression now seen on her face.
"What are you doing?" Kyoka asked.
"I'm sure that Izuku would never do something like this and I'm sure that he only cares for you in such an intimate way." Mika assured Kyoka.
"However, if he is ignoring you in favor of talking to her, then I have to have a little talk with him." Mika said, threateningly.
Izuku suddenly shivered.
"What's wrong?" Mina asked.
"I don't know, I just have this weird feeling that I should be really afraid right now." Izuku said.
