Morning sunshine- part 2

captainswan2000 asked for a oneshot ofa sequel to Ch143 "Morning sunshine" where Charming comes back after an hour to find that Emma has already broken out and left. He catches her doing something that makes him feel like he can't really be angry at her.

Remember, for the whole month of May old sequels will be written, including ones for stories already with 2 follow ups. This doesn't just stop at part 4s. If you want more, you can have more!

Charming managed to get a couple of practical things done around the town in an hour. After that, he figured Emma had been stewing in the cell for long enough. He would go back and let her out now so she could go rest up properly.

Or at least he would let her out, if she hadn't let herself out already. Damn his felon of a daughter. She had clearly picked the locks. Charming then began his search around Storybrooke, looking for her. He had checked with Snow, she hadn't gone home. She could be anywhere hanging out from him. First stop: Granny's.

"Hey Granny." Charming said, strolling up the counter. "I don't suppose you've seen Emma anywhere, have you?"

"Emma, sure. She came in for breakfast. She's right in that booth there…" Granny looked puzzled, the booth was empty. Charming sighed, thinking he was going to have to begin his search again. Although he was proven wrong when the door to the bathroom opened, with a green Emma shuffling out. Charming frowned, but he couldn't be too mad at her. She was clearly not well. Emma looked up and clocked her dad. Emma grimaced.

"I had to throw up. You didn't expect me to do it in the cell and sit in there with the smell until you got back, did you?" She asked. Charming wanted to give her a lecture. Both on over drinking, and on sneaking out of the cell, but seeing her like that made his heart melt. She was clearly teaching herself the lesson with how sick she was feeling.

"No, I suppose not." Charming sighed. He walked over and wrapped an arm around Emma. "Come on you, I'll drive you home. Get you some water and a blanket to ride this out." Emma leaned her head against her dad's chest, making his heart melt even more.

"Thanks dad." She said weakly. Charming kissed the top of her head.

"No problem, sweetheart." He told her. The sneaking out lecture could wait.
