"This is it." Izuku said.

As Izuku opened the door, Kyoka smiled as she saw their apartment.

After the two of them had graduated, Izuku and Kyoka had quickly gained recognition and praise for their hero work.

The two of them were surprised to find that within a year after graduating, they had been placed among the top forty heroes, along with some of their former classmates.

As a result of this, they received a lot more work and they were finally able to move into a place of their own.

"It's perfect." Kyoka said.

The apartment wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

It had a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a little kitchen, but to Kyoka, it didn't matter where they would live, she was just happy to be living with Izuku.

Kyoka turned around and kissed Izuku on the cheek before lovingly wrapping her arms around him.

"I'm glad that you like it, but just wait, once we get unpacked and get all of these boxes out of here, it'll really look great." Izuku said, enthusiastically.

Kyoka chuckled at him, loving how he had made it sound like a promise.

As they spent the day unpacking their things and decorating the place, Izuku would constantly glance over at his girlfriend.

As Izuku looked at her again, his eyes met hers and she smiled.

"I want to do everything I can for her." Izuku thought.

As the sun started to set, the two of them sighed from exhaustion and sat down on the couch.

"I'm really tired." Kyoka said.

Kyoka rested her head on Izuku's shoulder.

"Don't worry, I'll take the night patrol." Izuku said.

"No, just give me some time and I'll be ready." Kyoka said.

Kyoka let out a yawn and Izuku hugged her.

"Hey, it's been a long day and you should get some rest." Izuku said.

Izuku lifted her up and carried her to bed as he held her in his arms.

Izuku put her on the bed, covered her with a blanket and kissed her.

"I'll be back soon." Izuku whispered.

Later.

Izuku jumped from rooftop to rooftop, looking down at the streets below him.

As he jumped down and landed, some people cheered for him while others asked for his autograph.

Izuku nervously agreed and signed various books and pictures.

"I'll never get used to this kind of attention." Izuku thought.

Izuku wanted to leave but didn't want to disappoint anyone.

"Alright, that's enough everyone, we've got work to do." Kirishima said.

The group of people stared in awe as the hero known as Red Riot approached them.

"Deku, let's get going, we've got a patrol to finish." Kirishima said.

As the two of them walked away, Izuku sighed, in relief.

"Thanks for that, Kirishima." Izuku said.

"Don't mention it." Kirishima said, with a smirk.

As the night went on, Izuku and Kirishima talked about their careers and the villains they've had to fight so far.

Eventually, Izuku had made his way back to the apartment.

"So, where's Jiro?" Kirishima asked.

"She's at home, I let her rest." Izuku said.

"It's weird seeing you out here on your own, usually the two of you are inseparable." Kirishima said.

Izuku nodded, in agreement.

"Speaking of which, when are you going to propose to her?" Kirishima asked.

"Kirishima, I've already talked to Ashido about this." Izuku said.

"Yeah and we both agree that you're taking too long." Kirishima said.

"She really has become a bad influence on you." Izuku said.

"The point is that you're clearly ready, you've been carrying that ring around for months." Kirishima said.

Izuku sighed and pulled a small box out of his pocket.

"I'm not going to rush into anything." Izuku said.

"That's never stopped you before." Kirishima said.

Kirishima chuckled as he remembered how Izuku would rush into battle whenever they faced threats.

"Just think about it." Kirishima said.

As Kirishima walked away, Izuku quietly opened the door and walked in.

Izuku let out a yawn and got ready for bed.

Izuku walked into the bedroom and saw that Kyoka was still asleep.

Izuku looked on, in contentment and got in bed.

As he wrapped his arms around her and held her closer, he kissed her on the cheek.

"I love you." Izuku whispered.

Izuku fell asleep, completely unaware of one thing.

Kyoka was awake.

After a few minutes, she got out of bed, making sure that she wouldn't wake up Izuku as she did so.

Kyoka made her way over to the wall, where Izuku's hero costume was currently displayed.

Kyoka reached into the pocket and pulled out the small box that was inside.

Unknown to both Kirishima and Izuku, Kyoka had overheard their conversation.

Kyoka opened the box and as soon as she saw the ring, she smiled.

Kyoka admired the beauty of the ring and what it represented.

Kyoka then closed the box and put it back into the pocket of the costume.

As she turned around and looked at Izuku, she wanted to wake him up but knew that she wouldn't.

"Don't wait too long." Kyoka thought.

Kyoka got back into bed and returned to being in his embrace.

"I love you too." Kyoka said.

Kyoka kissed him and began to rest again.

"I promise that I'll say yes to you." Kyoka thought.

Needless to say, she would keep that promise.
