IzuOcha Week 2021 – Day Three: Wooden/Mirror

Class 2-A watched quietly as Izuku and Ochako were sitting together at one of the tables. Both of them reached for their book they are reading and turned the page at the same time. They were crowding from the stairwell.

"So, is anyone else noticing that they seem to be mirroring each other again today?" asked Denki.

"No. I see it too," Mina answers.

The teens continue watching this odd scene happening.

Izuku and Ochako reach for their drinks, take a long sip in perfect sync with the other, set it down, and continue reading quietly.

"What the hell are you idiots doing?" complained Katsuki when he walked behind them.

Mina hushed Katsuki by slapping her hand over his mouth, which earned her one of his heated glares.

"We're spying," she whispers.

He raised an eyebrow, as if to say, 'What the hell? Why?'

Minoru was shaking more.

"I can't take this no more. This has been happening for the last two weeks," he mutters.

"Mineta, no," hissed Mina. But Mineta rushed out.

"What are you two doing?" he yells, pointing an accusatory finger at the two.

Izuku and Ochako blinked, setting their book down and putting a book mark to mark their passage. Again, this action was done in harmonious sync.

"What are you talking about?" the cinnamon rolls questioned.

"That! This mirroring thing you're doing?" he yells.

"Mineta! Sheesh! Ruin good entertainment!" shouted Mina, as the rest of the class emerge.

Izuku and Ochako look to each other for a moment. Then they look back to their classmates.

"I don't know what you're talking about," the cinnamon rolls calmly tell their friends/classmates. They grab their glasses, drain the rest of the barley tea, and briefly go to the kitchen. They then make their way to the stairwell. "We're going upstairs. Call us when it's dinner time."

And they disappear upstairs, in sync with their footsteps.

"You know what… I don't even want to ask," mutters Katsuki, finding a spot on the sofa and steals the remote off the table.

Upstairs, the two enter Izuku's bedroom. The moment the door is shut, both teens burst out laughing.

"Oh my god! I was wondering how long until someone snapped and asked us what we're doing," laughs Izuku.

Ochako was giggling, collapsing onto Izuku's bed.

"That was good, Izuku."

Izuku wiped a tear from his eye.

"Thank you, Ochako."

"Well, two weeks doing the Mirror Challenge. So much fun."

"You think they know about the Mirror Challenge?"

"Let them find out," the teen tells Izuku.

Izuku smirks, plopping down onto the bed next to Ochako and pulls the girl into his arms, making her squeal in delight.

"How about a kiss, hm?"

"Gladly."

The couple locked lips, enjoying the tender moment between them.
