So, I had been thinking of for quite a long time and I will release more chapters to this in March since my exams end then.

Disclaimer: I don't own Dragon Ball, but if I did, this is how it would play out.

A universe is a large place. So large that mere mortals couldn't even comprehend it. Countless galaxies, stars, planets, lives. Everything that can be conceived exists within a universe.

These creations had to be kept in check. If they got to corrupted, they had to be destroyed.

The Sozo no Kami created while the Hakai no Kami destroyed. They both were linked with each other, dependent on one another for the upkeep of the Universe.

"Mistress, I believe it is time for you to wake up." A gentle yet firm voice spoke. The owner of the voice was a tall humanoid with pale blue skin, violet eyes and long white hair which was kept in a high ponytail. She wore a green robe with puffy shoulders, a black cuirass with white and orange circle decorations, and a red sash. She also wore green tights and white high heeled shoes with black soles. She held a long sceptre with a gem that floated above it. "You have been sleeping for quite a long time."

"Give me a minute." A female voice replied as the person got up, yawning as she did so. Her long jet black hair was kept in pigtails as she left the bed.

Vados shook her head with a small smile, "It seems as if Lady Chichi still haven't stopped sleeping in the buff." She commented, getting the attention of the woman.

"Ah shut it and get my clothes ready. I need to shower." Chichi replied.

Vados smiled, "Ho ho, as you wish."

(Training Grounds)

Soon Chichi was dressed, wearing a red and pink collar with white lining on both edges. She also wore golden bangle and arm rings, as well as an earring. She also wore red pants, with a sash in the front.

She had beads of sweats rolling off of her as she slowly descended to the ground. She had been training under Vados for quite some time today and she had progressed further into her training for that mode. "Say Vados, anything new happened while I was asleep?" She asked.

Vados paused as she thought of it before nodding. "Several events have transpired, along with the Oracle Fish having a vision."

On hearing that, Chichi sat upright, "Oh do tell."

"Well, the Frost Demon Frieza is dead, as well as his father." She said.

Chichi raised an eye at that, "Wasn't he the one who destroyed Planet Vegeta? And what of his sister? The purple one?" She asked.

Vados peered into her sceptre, "It seems that she is still alive, living on planet Earth."

"Earth?" Chichi replied, her eyes stony to the untrained eye, but to Vados, she knew that there was worry in them as well. After all, she had someone she cared for there.

"Don't worry," Vados said, "It seems that she is living peacefully among the inhabitants, oh," Vados paused, "It seems that she is in a relationship with as well, she has a kid."

Chichi leaned in closer to have a view, and to her surprise, she saw the Frost Demon Ize was sitting calmly besides Yamcha. "How did she get there?" She wondered.

"Well, after the death of her brother and father, she went to defeat the person who killed them," Vados replied.

"You never told me who killed them," Chichi said as she stared at the female angel with a critical eye.

"Ho ho, too impatient are we?" Vados teased before telling her, "After the defeat of Frieza on Namek, both he and his father travelled to Earth, intent on killing the Saiyan who defeated him as well as destroying the planet."

On hearing this, Chichi snorted, "Wait, a Saiyan defeated Frieza?" She said in between the laughs, "And there he was, claiming to be the strongest in the Universe, barring yours truly of course."

"Yes, a Saiyan by the name of Kakarot defeated Frieza," Vados said as she knew that Lady Chichi was in for a surprise. "Anyways, on Earth, he is killed by a Half-Saiyan known as Trunks."

Another snort from Chichi, "What names are the Saiyans even choosing?" However, another thing caught her attention, "Wait, you said Half Saiyan, is Trunks the child of this Kakarot?"

Vados shook her head, "No. Trunks is the son of Prince Vegeta, who is now living on Earth alongside his wife Bulma." The name refreshed a memory in Chichi. "Isn't that the name of your friend when you took a break on Earth?" The angel asked.

Chichi nodded, remembering a certain someone whom she had spent time with.

"Anyways, after the defeat of Frieza, there was an Otherworld Tournament that happened, with the victor training under the Grand Kai," Vados said.

"Really, who was the victor?" Chichi asked. While she didn't have any interest in these small affairs, she still was curious.

"Son Goku of Planet Earth." Her attendant replied and her heart froze.

"Son Goku?" She asked, not believing that Goku had died. "How… How did he die?" She asked.

Vados nodded, "He died sacrificing his life against Cell." She then tapped on the ground, changing the scenery around them. Chichi noted that the new scenery now had a stage of sorts, with a bug-like creature on one end. It had swollen up to extreme extents.

"So that is Cell?" She asked, to which Vados nodded.

In front of Cell stood a boy with flaring aura, yellow spiked hair in orange gi stood. He had a terrified expression on his face, and in an instant Chichi recognized him, Son Gohan. Her son. Her child. With Goku.

Why was he facing Cell?

"Do you see this Gohan? Even with your Super Saiyan powers, you're no match for me." Cell stated with a laugh, "I will blow up the Solar System, and kill you all!"

On hearing this, Chichi froze. Gohan was a Saiyan? That wasn't possible. Wait, she thought to herself. Didn't Gohan had black hair? She questioned. That meant that Goku was a Saiyan as well.

Suddenly, another person teleported in front of Cell. He was an adult who wore orange gi and had yellow hair as well.

She recognized the face. Why shouldn't she? After all, that face belonged to the man she loved. Well, loves.

Seeing the yellow hair only confirmed her suspicions, that Goku was a Saiyan. "Did Goku know about this?" She asked her teacher.

Vados shook her head, "He only learned about this around four years after you left." She replied and Chichi was instantly reminded of that day, the day when she left Goku and her son Gohan to resume her duties as a Hakai no Kami.

"Gohan, I am proud of you." She heard Goku say, "You are strong, caring and above all, smart." Goku had a longing expression as he raised two fingers to his forehead, "You really take after your mother." He then looked at the rest of the fighters, "Please take care of him." And with that, he teleported him and Cell to Kami knows where.

Chichi had tears leaking out of her eyes. Even then Goku remembered her.

"D-D-Daaaadddd!" She heard her son scream out as his aura flared once more. She wanted to go up to him and hug him, tell him it was okay, that she was there for him, but she didn't. She couldn't.

This was a memory. It had already transpired. It had already happened and she wasn't there for him. She felt guilty. Why didn't she stay with them?

Suddenly with an explosion of dust and debris, Cell had returned, killing a warrior with lavender coloured hair. "Hmm, it seems that Son Goku wasn't enough to kill me. What a pitiful fool." She heard him say, enraging her. However, before she realized, something had gone up and punched Cell in the face, sending him flying.

She realized that it was Gohan, his aura now enveloping him even more as he ragged on the bio-android more. His hair was now standing upright as electric aura surrounded him, "I'LL KILL YOU!" She heard him scream.

With that, the surroundings around them changed back to what was their training ground. "What happened next?" She said, "I want to know."

"Ho ho, is it that our resident Destroyer feeling a little lovesick?" Vados teased, only to receive a glare, "No need to worry, Gohan-san defeated Cell and has lived with Bulma and Vegeta since then."

"Oh, Old Kai has also been released from the sword." The angel said.

Chichi raised an eye, "Who released the old coot?" She asked. She had sealed the idiot away for being a pervert.

Vados grinned, "Well, since Majin Buu was released as well, Shin had taken Son Gohan to their world to train him with the sword. She tapped the ground and their surrounding changed once more.

Gohan, who was an adult and was wearing a get-up similar to a Kai. He swung the sword around as a familiar figure made an appearance.

Gohan smiled, "Dad!". Chichi also smiled at this as well. She noticed that Goku had grown quite well. "How's the situation with Majin Buu?" He asked as Goku got a serious look.

"Bad." He replied, "Not even Super Saiyan 3 can match up to what Buu is now."

Chichi tilted her head at that. Was Goku facing Majin Buu? And did he ascend beyond Super Saiyan? She smiled, her Goku was simply amazing.

"So what's the plan?" Gohan asked.

Goku grinned, "The plan is for you to defeat Buu." Chichi stared at him, the plan was simple. Way too simple.

Gohan nodded, "Can you help me?" He said as he motioned to his sword.

"Sure," Goku replied as Gohan rushed at his father, swinging his sword. Goku raised an arm to block it, but to their surprise, the sword shattered, releasing the Old Kai.

The scenery around them changed again, now a wasteland. Gohan stood before the pink demon, his hair black yet his demeanour similar to what he had when he faced Cell.

"However, that wasn't enough to defeat Buu," Vados said, "And Son Gohan was absorbed."

Chichi's heart fell. "What happened after that?"

Vados smirked, "You'll see."

Time moved forward as she now saw two fighters stand before Buu. Goku and Vegeta. "Are you sure about this Kakarot?" Chichi looked shocked at that.

"Wait, Goku is Kakarot?" She asked.

Vados smiled, "Why yes, that was the name he was given when he was a child."

They both watched on as the two Saiyans put on the Potara Earrings as Chichi realized what they were planning. Suddenly the two Saiyans were propelled towards each other and a blinding light ensued.

When the light subsided, a new being stood in their place. "I am neither Goku nor Vegeta, I am the fusion of the two Saiyans, I am Vegito." He then rushed forward, landing a blow on Buu, "Yosha!"

The environment around them changed. They were now on the planet of the Kais. Goku seemed severely beaten down. "What happened?" Chichi asked.

"After removing everyone absorbed from Buu, the Majin reverted to his original form and Goku had to resort to a seemingly forgotten technique. The Potara time limit also came into play." They saw as Goku looked at Vegeta.

"Vegeta, can you make that ball again?" He asked as he unfurled his tail. Vegeta frowned as he released the false moon.

"I hope you know what you're doing." He said.

In an instant, Goku grew in size, shadowing the environment around him. Chichi looked on as Goku turned into an Oozaru. The brown fur started to turn gold.

"Vados, what's the power boost for this?" She asked.

"From the looks of it, it multiplies his powers at least by thirty thousand, probably more."

Soon the ape began to shrink in size, much to Chichi's amazement. "What is happening?" She wondered out loud. A blinding light ensued as something amazing happened.

There he stood in all his glory. His jet black hair was longer, more wilder, as his eyes were yellow. There was an outline of red around his eyes as red fur covered his body. He looked primal, and Chichi absolutely loved the new look.

Soon the surrounding around them returned to their original. "And after that, Son Goku was able to defeat Majin Buu quite easily."

"What are they doing right now?" Chichi asked.

"As of right now, they are celebrating Bulma-san's birthday," Vados said as both Chichi and the angel peered into the orb. They saw Vegeta handling the numerous guests that were present. Bulma was sitting at the table while Trunks chatted with Marron, whom she learned was the daughter of Krillin and Android 18, also known as Lazuli.

"Huh, who's that besides Gohan?" Chichi asked.

"Oh, that's his wife, Videl," Vados replied, shocking the Hakai no Kami of Universe Seven.

"Gohan has a wife?" She asked. How much had she missed?

The two of them looked at Gohan and Videl chat it up with Yamcha and Ize, who was carrying a small child, who looked similar to Ize but had black platings instead of white. "Is that their kid?" Chichi asked. The Frost Demoness looked surprisingly human, but then she remembered that their abilities also included shape-shifting to a certain degree. At the moment, Ize had the body of a human female with purple eyes and white hair.

Vados nodded, "Yes, that is the daughter of Yamcha and Ize, Winter." She said, "They have been married for quite some time now."

Chichi nodded at that, "That's great and all, but I don't see Goku anywhere."

"That is because Son Goku is currently in his home." Vados said, "He usually spends this day alone since this is the day you left him."

Chichi twitched at that. She looked down at the ground. Trying to repress her memories. Memories of the best times of her life. "It had to be done. My duty as a Hakai no Kami takes more priority."

Vados frowned at that. She walked over to the woman, "Lady Chichi, you should realize that you're the only Hakai no Kami that takes things this seriously. Look at Lord Beerus of Universe Six, he dabbles in mortal food time to time, or how about Lady Heles of Universe Two. She partakes in beauty contests." She gave the woman a one-armed hug, "You would be a lot happy if you went back." She said.

Chichi looked at the caring eyes of Vados, "That is not that easy." She started, "I would have to explain why I left, among other things, and even after that, I am not sure if they'd accept me back into their lives."

"We won't know if we don't try," Vados said as she tapped her staff, teleporting the both of them to Earth.

(Earth-Mt Paozu)

Goku sighed as he laid in bed, staring at the ceiling. His tail wrapped around his waist, the red fur on his body clean as always. Ever since he had transformed into a Primal Saiyan, he hadn't been able to turn back. He later learned that it was his new body.

It had been Kami knows how long since he had last seen her. He smiled as he remembered the time they had shared together. He looked at his left hand, staring at the wedding ring.

His wife had long since left him for Kami knows what reason, but he still wore it. He wondered where she was now. He looked out the window, looking at the sky.

His eyes widened as he felt two massive power sources appear in front of his house. While he couldn't get a read on their power level, he could sense them. He got up as he rushed outside.

"Who are you guys?" He asked as he looked at them. One was a female with blue skin and white hair, while the other was… "Chichi?" Goku asked.

Chichi smiled a little, "Uh, hi?" She said before being suddenly being engulfed in a hug. She blushed a little as she felt his arms, his fur tickling her body. She cautiously wrapped her arms around him too, giving him a hug back.

Once the hug ended, he looked at Chichi, worried, "Where were you?" He asked.

Chichi frowned as she knew that she'd had to tell him one way or the other, "I think it would be best if we sat down."

Goku nodded as he led them both inside the house. Chichi looked around, her memories surfacing of when she lived here.

(Some Time Later)

Goku nodded as both Vados and Chichi had told him about what they were. "So you have been sleeping all this time?" He asked. On receiving a nod, he laughed, "Man, and I thought you'd be the one to rise early." He teased the Hakai no Kami, who blushed.

Once he stopped laughing, he smiled at her, "I'm glad you're back Chich." Goku said. Chichi smiled as she slid closer to Goku, getting enveloped in his embrace. Vados smiled at the interaction.

"I believe it would be best if Lady Chichi stayed here with Lord Goku," She said.

"That'd be awesome," Chichi said as she rested her head on his shoulders. She looked at her husband, "Hey Goku, how about we go to the birthday?" She asked.

Goku looked at his wife, "Nah, I want to spend some time with you." He said as he gave a small peck.

Chichi looked around as Vados tapped the ground, "I'll be leaving for today, Lady Chichi, and I will be returning tomorrow, to train you."

"Hey, can I join?" Goku asked, making both the Hakai no Kami and her attendant look at him.

"I would not recommend that Lord Goku," Vados said, "The training of the Hakai no Kamis is not for the faint of hearts. It is filled with gruelling training methods, along with a heartbreaking environment."

Goku chuckled at that, something which didn't shock both Chichi or Vados, "I'll be fine." He said, "I have faced countless enemies, I have been beaten, broken, and Kami knows what else, and after all that, I came out stronger. I can handle it."

Vados smiled at this, "Those were just the words I was looking for, Lord Goku." She said as she vanished.

Chichi smiled at that. It seemed as if they were going to train together from now. "Hey Goku, where's Gohan?" She asked.

"Well, Gohan lives with Videl now." He said, "He has been living with her for a few years now." Chichi frowned at that. Had she left Goku alone for all these years? Goku noticed the frown on her face. "Hey what's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing, I just realized that I left you all alone." She said, "You faced all of those troubles without me, fought all the battles without me." She then looked at him, tears in her eyes, "Gohan grew up into a capable young man, without me."

Goku frowned at that, "Hey none of that." He said as he wiped away the tears. "If it weren't for you, the Earth wouldn't even be here right now, after all, you're the mother of Son Gohan." He said, making her smile a little.

They stayed like that for a couple of minutes before Chichi asked, "What are we going to do now?"

Goku hummed at that, "Oh, I haven't had breakfast yet." He said.

Chichi nodded at that. Their first breakfast in years.

(A Short While Later)

Goku had whipped up something so quickly that even Chichi was impressed. "And there we go." He said as he placed a variety of food on the table. She could see eggs, pancakes, soft bread, orange juice, apple juice and whatnot. He looked at the table and chuckled, "I think I went a bit overboard."

Chichi smiled, "No, this is fine." She said. "I haven't had this type of breakfast in ages."

"Oh yeah, how old are you actually?" Goku said bluntly, "I have been wondering about that ever since I got to know that you're a Hakai no Kami."

Chichi flared at that. You weren't supposed to ask a woman her age. If it was some random mortal, she would have destroyed them then and there, however, seeing the natural curiosity on Goku's face made her smile, his tail swaying from side to side.

"If you really want to know, I am more than Seventy-Five Million Years Old." She said. She waited for his reply, and to her shock, he had stars in his eyes.

"Oh man, you must be pretty strong then." The Primal Saiyan replied. "I bet you must know some awesome moves." He said as he smiled.

Chichi smiled, "I know a couple." Perhaps having Goku fawn over her was good. "Say, do you know anything?"

Goku nodded, "Yeah, I have learned plenty of things, like the Kaioken and the Spirit Bomb."

Chichi spat out her drink, "Wait you know the Kaioken?" She asked, alarmed. She had learned of the move from King Kai. The move increased your battle prowess at the cost of your body.

"Yeah, it has been useful to me at times." The Saiyan replied, remembering the times where he had used the move.

"Uh-huh." Chichi nodded as she made a mental note to talk to the Kai on teaching people that move, specifically her husband.

"Other than those two, I also know Instant Transmission." He said.

"The Yadratian move?" She asked.

"Yup." He said with a smile, "I had to learn it under a year."

"Impressive, most Yadratian learn this move over a couple of years," Chichi commented. "You must be a prodigy."

"Not really, I just like to learn." He replied as he scratched the back of his head.

Chichi smiled at the humbling nature of her husband.

Soon, breakfast had been eaten and they were telling the stories of their adventure, Goku more so than Chichi. The stories were long enough that evening had arrived and they sat on the roof.

"And that when she saw Yamcha and his bravery and was interested in him," Goku said, telling how Ize met the Team. "She forgot her fight with me and well, that's that."

"Wait, so she forgot about the fight?" Chichi asked.

"Well, not really. After spending some time with Yamcha, she saw how wrong the ways of her race was and talked it out with me." Goku said, "And since then, she has helped protect Earth from several threats. She also has been a good sparring partner besides Vegeta and Gohan." He said with a chuckle.

Chichi chuckled as she listened to the story. "It's quite amazing how much you've grown, Goku." She said.

"Yeah." The Saiyan replied as he looked at the sunset, something they used to do.

Chichi smiled as she rested her head on his shoulders. They were in bliss as they both rested in the comfortable silence. "Y'know," Goku started, "I had been waiting for you for a long time."

Chichi looked at his face, his eyes filled with sadness, "I felt angry. I wanted to be left alone." He said as he rested his face on his knees, "I hate the world. Everywhere I would go, I would see these happy couples, their families and I got jealous. I envied them to kingdom come." He chuckled, "There were times where I stayed indoors to avoid meeting people."

Chichi looked at him with concern. She really had messed up. She had left Goku all alone. She stared at him lovingly as she placed her hand gently on his face, turning it towards her. He looked at her as she looked at him, "I am here." She whispered as she leaned in closer, something that was copied by Goku as well.

They both closed their eyes as their lips met for the first time in two decades. The troubled past they both had was no longer there, for they were present in each others company, and that was all that mattered.

(The Next Day)

Goku stared at the ceiling, smiling. He then looked at his side, at the woman beside him. "Never did I ever thought you'd be back." He whispered as he turned to spoon her. She was back, his wife was back. He grinned as he hugged her tighter with his free arm. His other arm served as a pillow for Chichi. She rested, sleeping soundly. Goku grinned as he gave her a peck on the neck.

He rested his head as he remembered the events that transpired last night. How they finally reconnected after all these years. How they found each other. How they made love to each other.

Things seemed to finally look up for the Saiyan from Earth. He would have to introduce Chichi to the group again. He was lost in thoughts when he sensed some familiar kis, and a knock on the door. "Dad, can we come in?" It was his son, Gohan along with his wife, "We have some major news."

He got up in an instant, "Uh, coming." He called out, causing Chichi to wake up. "Chich, I think you better get ready." He said as he gave her a soft kiss. "Gohan's here." He quickly wore a white silky pant which he kept tight via a blue sash.

"Huh, he's here?" Chichi asked, now wide awake, covers falling off of her body. "I need to get ready." She mumbled as she rushed to find her clothes.

"I think something regular would be fine for now," Goku said. "Given the fact that you're a Hakai no Kami, I think it would shock Gohan."

"Yeah, you're right." Chichi said, "But I don't have any other clothes."

Goku grinned at that. "Check the closet." He said as he pointed to one, "I still have kept your clothes when you were here."

Chichi smiled at that as she opened the closet, finding several of her old clothes. She began to get dressed, opting for a purple dress that had an orange cloth tied on the top and a yellow sash. She also wore her wrist band and earring as well. She turned to see that Goku now wore a white sleeveless gi to cover his chest, leaving his well-sculpted arms free for her to see. "Chich, listen, I'll go down first so I can sort of get Gohan ready for you." He said to which she nodded. Seeing this, he went down to greet his son.

Chichi smiled at this. Perhaps this was for the best. The hole she had for two decades was now filled, filled by love and family.

She grinned as she heard the conversation below. Yes, this was for the best.

So, this is it for the first chapter and well this story contains one of my most favourite paring, which came about while I was playing Dokkan (still trying to get Int Gogeta SSJ4) and to make that ship possible, I needed a reason and as a result, this came to be.

Review and Follow this, thanks.
