Regina looked at Belle terrified of her reaction when she heard the truth behind Gold's actions. It wouldn't be something new of course, considering that he had lied at her many many times, but she looked like she trusted him lately. That's why she managed to live and love that man for so many years.
Snow rushed towards Belle and held the princesses' hands lovingly trying to relax her. She didn't seem like she could think straight at the moment. Her husband's dead body was laying next to her and turns out that she was the only one that had no idea about what was going on.
"Oh Belle, now it's not the right time to talk about this..."
Snow whispered but Belle argued right away with a fierce nod of her head and hands. She sat down on the stairs hiding her face between her knees sobbing.
"Why do I have to be the only one who never knows the truth? All these years I know you guys, I always feel left out. You're always very much aware of what's going on while I feel entirely stupid for having no idea! I'm tired of this... I'm tired of constantly waiting from others to count me in! At least think about that this time this entire fuss is about my husband! I deserve to know... I'm done with you guys trying to hide the truth from me to protect me! I'm not a child!"
She barked at snow through her sobs and then glanced over Regina who kept looking at her with a worried look on her face. The weird thing was that the queen seemed upset about Gold's as well. Belle always expected that everyone would be happy and excited when something happened to her husband, but no. They were all caught out of guard, and didn't seem happy at all.
"You're feeling sorry for me?"
She asked Regina and shook her head smiling sarcastically. Her hot tears kept spreading all over her cheeks making her soft skin ache.
"I don't like people feeling pity for me as well madam mayor you're not the only one! Just please.. the last thing you can do for me right now, is telling me the truth!"
She rolled her eyes and fiddled her fingers together uncomfortably.
Snow looked at Regina and nodded her head. She deserved to know. Maybe finding out that her husband never actually changed his wicked habits would break her, but at least that way it would be easier for her to think straight and move on.
"I... I'm so sorry I'm the one who has to break this to you, but Gold never changed really. You know him... we all know that he's capable about anything. So, I wasn't the one who casted the curse... not this time. It was him. He just blamed me cause we made a deal and I was supposed to take the blame so he could get away with it... and not disappoint you."
A long pause followed. Everyone focused their eyes on Belle who had lowered her head looking down awkwardly and silent. The past few seconds felt like a century. Silence was a pure torture for everyone when Belle finally cleared her throat and tried to speak.
"You think I didn't know?"
Snow widened her eyes open looking at the brunette girl quite astonished.
"You think all these years I didn't have the time to process what happened and look into it? You think that I am that stupid that had no idea what my husband was up to? Of course I knew... but I didn't have a choice but accept the truth. The last curse brought us here, in New York, and life seemed normal. We started trying for a baby and things finally seemed to be cooling off. I felt like he was finally settling down... it was pretty convenient for me to forget about the past and finally enjoy my husband and our life together. No magic, no dark one, just us... I never expected that he would have gotten punished for his actions now..."
Another loud sob escaped her lips as snow rubbed her back gently trying to soothe her. That woman was beyond wise and mature. Maybe her attitude constantly reminded at everyone that she was a little girl, but she was the most mature one of them all when she had to act.
People underestimated her a lot, but her inner strength was enormous.
"I'm sorry Belle..."
Emma mumbled sitting down next to her rubbing her knee. The ambulance finally arrived, as nurses run among the group of friends to surround the dead man and check on his pulse.
A young nurse looked at Emma with a sad look on her face as she removed her fingers from Gold'a neck.
"I'm so sorry..."
Emma just shook her head.
"We know."
A couple of hours later after three hours in the hospital and police station afterwards the funeral was finally prepared. They were lucky to find a funeral parlour so soon to take care of them. Belle wouldn't leave Gold's side for a second. She kept crying over his body, mourning the loss of the love of her life, as she was slowly trying to process the past few hours and the impact they had on her life.
Weird how things can change from one minute to another. They all showed up in the graveyard saying a couple of nice words for the dead man, when the funeral was finally over and they gathered up in a coffee house named Daniels coffee to spend some time together as a big family.
Everyone was surprisingly quiet. They didn't even expect that losing a person like Gold would have such a huge impact on them. Emma walked outside of the coffee shop lighting a cigarette as she rested her head on the wooden door gazing around the bright town.
Night time had arrived sooner than any other day this time, and seemed enormous. The rain was pouring on the bitumen making a soft noise that almost lulled Emma who was currently completely lost in her thoughts.
She found herself embarrassing for being constantly stressed over her situation with Regina while there were people around her mourning the loss of a friend and a husband. Her problem right now seemed teeny tiny in front of the phenom of death.
The door of the coffee house opened up making a sibilant and disturbing sound. The blond woman turned around uninterested and not in the mood to talk at all when she saw her father approaching her. She sipped another bang of her cigarette and put it out on the ashtray on her left rubbing her hands together to warm them up.
David stood next to her with a frown on his face but didn't say anything at first. He just put his hands inside his pockets and looked at the bedraggled road outside of the coffee house leading at the Main Street.
"You okay?"
He finally broke the uncomfortable silence between them and rubbed her shoulder smoothly.
"Yes I guess so... are you?"
"I'm worried."
He admitted clearing his throat.
"About what?"
"About you."
"Oh come on dad. I'll be fine... we all have been through a break up... if that's how I can call it anyway..."
She laughed sarcastically looking away.
"I guess... I haven't."
"Of course. Love at first sight. Prince Charming and Snow White! You guys couldn't have been anymore perfect for each other."
She rolled her eyes and crossed her hands underneath her chance.
"Hey things haven't been always fun and lyrical."
He argued and leaned his head on the wooden door behind him frowning.
"What do you mean?"
She frowned.
"I mean that, no matter how much perfect Snow was for me, or no matter the fact that our relationship and life together was meant to be we have to congratulate ourselves for making it work."
Emma narrowed her eyes again looking at him
Even more confused.
"Let me explain... human relationships are always hard. Being together was our destiny yes... but we went through times that things were excruciating and unendurable. We went through many difficult phases in our lives and met way too many obstacles in our way. We could have just let the difficulties in our lives separate us, but we grew stronger through them and never let go of each other. The point is that we both fought very harder in order to have what we have now. And that's why I cherish our love every single day!"
A smile spread on his face at the memory of their moments together and get gave him the goosebumps.
"Well, maybe I'm cursed or something I don't know, cause no matter how much I try to make things right I always fail. And Regina hates me... can you blame her?"
She rubbed her face in desperation and sighted pressing her Jean jacket closer on her body to warm herself up.
"If you love that woman you have nothing to lose. Just go for it!"
He smiled.
"Go for it and get rejected again? No oh I don't think so dad."
She huffed.
"Regina is a proud woman, and I'm pretty sure that she feels the exact same way with you, but you have to prove her that your feelings are mutual. Never thought I would be telling you this... especially about Regina, but if you think that she's the woman of your dreams and that you can stand that attitude for the rest of your life then it worths every single rejection. Cause in the end you'll win the girl."
Emma looked at him surprised and couldn't help but smile and hug him. She rested her head underneath his chin and he slowly run his fingers through her golden locks smiling proudly.
"Go for it Emma."
"You think so?"
"100% yes!"
He rubbed her back.
"Where is she?"
"Upstairs looking around the attic of the cafeteria with your mother. Your mum had a bright idea again about buying this place, so they are checking out every room."
Emma made a funny grimace on her face and nodded her head.
"Thanks dad."
She took a deep breath gathering as much courage as she could and let the exasperated breath she kept holding inside finally come outside and relax her lungs. She fixed her red leather jacket and tried to straighten her shoulders to look more confident and proud.
She waved at Archie, Gepetto and a couple of more people that smiled at her and rushed upstairs to find her mother looking a bunch of antiques laying on the surface of a wooden table.
"What are you doing here?"
She got the courage to finally say and her soothing low voice made both snow and Regina turn around to look at her. Although Regina didn't exactly look at her, but turn around her head avoiding any eye contact.
"Oh emma! Just in time! What do you think about having a family restaurant? It could be themed!"
Snow chirped excitedly and kept looking around the objects and furniture picturing how she wanted that place to look.
"You want to buy a restaurant?"
"Well not exactly a restaurant, maybe a coffee house or a pastry shop, that could remind us a little of granny's. I miss that place, and maybe this is my opportunity to start doing something that I love!"
"Making coffees?"
Emma frowned looking at her mother with a pleasing look on her face screaming at snow to stop.
"Well you don't get the point emma! I will get to be around people and give them my positivity and kind energy every single morning through a warm cup of coffee and a smile!"
She literally cheered and run at the other corner of the attic looking at the windows.
"It's quite spacious and bright in here what do you think? Maybe we could place the kitchen area here and accept customers downstairs."
"Mum... maybe you should talk about this with dad, after all I am not the kind of person that has any knowledge about starting a business. If you want to find someone or catch a bad guy though you have my number!"
Emma winked playfully hiding an awkward smile on her face. Snow just nodded.
"Can I have your cellphone?"
She looked at Regina like a little kid asking for candy.
"Wh... do you know how to use it?"
The brunette woman frowned looking at snow in confusion and irritation. She tried so hard not to be sarcastic all this time and actually prove snow how thankful she was for saving her ass.
"Of course I do! I'm a princess not brain damaged!"
Snow chirped again and as soon as regina handed her her cellphone the pixie head woman cheered again making Emma cover her eyes annoyed.
"Thank you! What's that thing you use to take pictures?"
"The camera app?"
"Yes that!"
"First row on the screen on your left."
She mumbled annoyed and the princess smiled amazed running downstairs to show David.
Emma crossed her hands again underneath her chest walking around the attic silent.
"So now your mother is a business woman as well."
"I guess she's full of surprises."
Emma admitted and sat down across Regina feeling like a fool for not even daring to tell Regina what she wanted to say all along. The theoretical part is always so easy until you get hit by reality.
"I hope she won't break my phone cause that wouldn't be a surprise to me."
Regina sighted looking around the room feeling uncomfortable.
"How's the baby?"
Emma asked again lowering her sight on Regina's swollen stomach. She was getting bigger day by day but she remained flawless and glowing. She was radiating with confidence and happiness even though the queen would never show anyone how excited she was to become a mum.
Of course that fact would change nothing between her and Henry. Henry will always be her little boy and one of her biggest weaknesses. It's just that she appreciates a lot the fact that she has the chance to replace the emptiness Ophelia left with a new baby to love and care about.
"He's okay. Active, and running out of room."
She forced a weak smile and Emma stood up slowly approaching her. The brunette had no idea how to react. All she could think about was Emma's sent reaching her nostrils and making her entire body shiver.
"How many times do I have to apologise?"
"Excuse me?"
Regina raised an eyebrow pretending like she had no idea.
"Just tell me a number Regina and I'll do it! Just tell me what I need to do so you can forgive me!"
Kiss me... of course she didn't say it. But she thought about it. Her heart was beating like crazy, and the butterflies inside her stomach made it impossible for her to think straight and rationally. She just just spluttered incoherently a couple of words that barely came out of her mouth and made no sense.
She was in a loss of words. She had no idea how to respond when that beautiful pair of forest green eyes were staring right inside her soul. The aura around the room was getting slowly tensed as both the saviour and the queen were staring at each other completely mesmerised.
"I should go downstairs."
Regina mumbled obviously dragging herself towards the staircase. The saviour had no time! She had to act! Win the girl her father said.. and she wasn't planning to fail on that! She rushed towards Regina grabbed her hand and pulled her closer placing a soft but passionate peck on her well rounded and juicy lips.
The brunette woman totally surrendered under Emma's touch. She let out a gasp through the passionate and heated kiss but Emma wouldn't let her go. Not now... not now that she finally felt her heart fulfilled again. The brunette woman brushed Emma's hair slowly with the tip of her fingers reached for Emma's face to grab and pull closer.
The blonde woman smile as she inserted her tongue inside Regina's mouth allowing their tongues together on their own unique rhythm. She slowly pushed Regina on the wall separating their lips allowing the brunette woman to breathe deeply as she started placing soft pecks on her neck making her body tense in arousal and excitement.
Regina's fingers traced Emma's back as they slipped under her shirt slowly reaching the front side of Emma's body. She cupped Emma's breasts rubbing the sore area as she slipped her thumb inside Emma's lacey bra reaching for her hard nipples.
A soundless moan that sounded more like a whisper escaped Emma's lips as she as she arched her back pulling Regina closer and slowly helping the brunette to take off her velvet dress. She kissed Regina's nape smoothly making her body tense as the brunette held up her dark hair breathing heavily.
"I missed you so much..."
Emma breathed out finally taking off Regina's dress entirely leaving her naked with her underwear on only. Regina smirked pulling Emma closer as she sat on the edge of the wooden table in the middle of the room taking off her own bra.
"Your mum is gonna hate me for this. That could be her new table."
She winked connecting their lips together hitting the bottom lip of Emma's mouth playfully. The blonde woman giggled slipping down her fingers between Regina's legs already being able to feel the warmth the woman radiated. Regina spread her thighs a little more getting comfortable on the smooth surface.
"I missed your touch."
She mumbled as she leaned back her head completely weak underneath Emma's fingers down there. Emma rubbed Regina's wet spot over her Lacey panties when she removed the panties at the side of her core with the tip of her thumb.
"Are you comfortable?"
She whispered while placing soft kisses on Regina's thighs before Regina just moaned in response laying back on the table hypnotised.
"Fuck me..."
She managed to spit out in her hoarse voice.
Emma winked hitting her own lips playfully as she got down on her knees bringing Regina's legs behind her nape so she could reach the other woman's throbbing clit. First she run over the wet core two of her fingers slowly teasing it before she trusted them inside the queen and leaned closer to take a lick as well.
Regina winced arching her back at the feeling of Emma finally touching her pressing Emma's head on her spot harder with her hands.
"Fuck swan..."
"Shhh..."
Emma mumbled as she licked harder around the clitoris and thrusted a third finger inside the other woman increasing the pace of each thrust. Regina moaned in a weak and shaky voice as her legs encircled Emma's neck tightly pulling the blond woman even more towards her.
"You're gonna make me cum in no time..."
She breathed out panting as she shook her hips around Emma's fingers fucking them smoothly.
"Is that a bad thing my majesty?"
Regina just moaned grasping Emma's hair as her legs trembled. She shut her eyes closed groaning in need for release as she she felt her body slowly reaching her climax.
"Emma go harder..."
She pleaded almost chocking on her words as the blond woman increased her movements while grabbing Regina's ass in her solid hands.
It took no time for Regina to cry out in satisfaction as her juices exited her body. Emma made sure to swallow every single drop smiling playfully.
"Gosh..."
The brunette panted on the wooden table as the blond woman smirked.
"Don't be in such a hurry my queen. Not it's my turn."
She winked.
"Then jump on my dear."
She bit her lips helping Emma sitting on her lap in order for their clits to rub on each other. Emma sat carefully on the brunette's lap making sure not to hurt her. Their faces were now facing each other as Regina pulled Emma's face closer for a passionate kiss.
"Fuck you're so wet."
She admitted in high pitched voice as Emma's eyes rolled back inside her head in despair.
"Look at what you did to me."
Emma moaned swaying her hips against Regina's rubbing her sex harder against the brunette's. Regina's fingers slipped inside Emma's bra teasing the hard nipples as the blond woman cried out.
"God... I love fucking you."
Regina whispered in her ear seductively.
"I fucking love you."
Emma responded through her moans as she reached her climax as well panting. She buried her head under Regina's chin panting out of breath.
"I love you too emma..."
The brunette replied with a mumbled that she actually prayed emma wouldn't notice. But of course emma did...
"You love me?"
Her green eyes were wide open looking at Regina who seemed in loss of words again.
"Emma what the hell do you think you're doing?"
Another cry echoed in the room that didn't sound excited or loving at all. Both Emma and Regina turn around to find snow looking at them filled up with terror...
-Hope you enjoyed loves merry Christmas!!!!
