Out on the road back to Pontypandy, Elvis and Sam were driving back to the Station when Elvis decided to ask Sam about what Station Officer Steele was going to say if Arnold's ankle was broken. "I wonder what Station Officer Steele would say about Arnold if he had broken his ankle." He asked over the radio on Hydrus.

"Who knows, Elvis. Maybe he won't be upset with Arnold about that. I'll tell him when we get back to the station, and when we get back, can you put the kettle on for some tea tonight, please?"

"Ok, Sam. I'll have some tea ready tonight."

Elvis was thinking about what Sam had said. He was soon remembering the time when he broke his leg while mopping the floors at the Station near Venus while singing to his music. Just as they were turning past the flood's house, Sam had to stop because there was a go-kart in the middle of the road and Norman Price was racing down the road followed by Mandy, but she didn't move until Sam was past. Sam noticed that she was not like Norman when it comes to go-karts. So, he went over from Mercury to see what was going on. "Are you alright, Mandy?" he asked when he knelt down beside Mandy.

Mandy was surprised that Sam had found out that she was behind Norman, she didn't want to tell him that she was ok. So, she looked at Sam and told him what was going on.

"I'm sorry, Fireman Sam. I just wasn't feeling like racing down the road without letting you pass by. Norman was too fast and I couldn't keep up. He is probably down there laughing at me by my house right now. Before that, Norman and I were in the park when I was catching up with him. I then fell and landed on my arm, I'm not sure if it's broken. Norman was telling me that I am ok, but I am not. I feel like I did something wrong."

Sam and Mandy looked back at her house to find Norman laughing at her while recording it all to send to Sarah, James, and Hannah. Soon, they looked away from Norman. Sam was worried about Mandy. "Don't worry, Mandy. I'll talk to him later. Right now I can see that you are hurt. I'll see if your mum can help." he said getting up to walk to where Helen and Mike were. Mike was in his workshop working on his next project for the big event in Pontypandy in the month of November.

"Ok, Sam."

So, he walked over to the house and knocked on the door. Helen answered the door, it was dark out as the team had returned from Cardiff without Penny and Ellie as they were with Arnold in the Hospital. "Hello, Sam. Is something wrong?" she asked looking around the area.

"I'm afraid that Mandy was with Norman with their go-karts and Norman raced down past me and Elvis, Mandy was behind as she was waiting for me to pass by. However, I think that she may have a medical emergency before this happened."

Helen looked over by Mercury, and she could see Mandy in her go-kart which was stopped by where Mercury was. Mandy was holding her arm as she was worried that she might've broken it. She grabbed her first aid kit and walked out into the night with Sam.

"Ok, Sam. I know that they were coming home right now and Norman was bringing her home with their go-karts."

Elvis was sitting in Hydrus as he was waiting for Sam to move Mercury, but he was soon looking behind him to see Sam and Helen walk past him, then he saw Mandy over by Mercury and he noticed something was wrong. So, he decided to see what was wrong. "Sam, is everything alright?" he asked, catching up to them.

"No, Elvis. Norman was racing down the road past both of us and Mandy was slow to catch up to him. We're worried that she might've broken her arm. I'll be having a talk with Norman about this. Can you come with me so we can talk to Norman about his racing?"

"Ok, Sam."

Sam and Elvis were walking over to talk to Norman Price who was waiting outside the workshop, he was still recording the video when he later noticed Sam and Elvis walk towards his area. He turned off the recording so he could talk to them. He was looking like he had done something wrong.

Up in Cardiff, Ellie and Penny were with Arnold after they had found him in an alleyway. He was still waiting for someone to look at his ankle. Ellie was looking at her phone and Penny was reading a magazine about the fittest firefighters of Wales from 2003. She later found her photo in the magazine. Arnold was sitting on the bed thinking about the possibility of his ankle being broken. His phone was on charge on the table right by Ellie. They were still waiting for about 15 minutes when someone finally arrived at where Arnold was waiting. "Hello, I'm very sorry for the wait." she said as the curtain was pulled open and then closed.

"That's alright, I hope it wasn't too long."

"Yeah, I was hoping you'd said that. It was really busy today. Anyway, I'm Doctor Erica Johnson. You must be Arnold McKinley, am I right?"

"Yes I am. These are my colleagues, Ellie Phillips, and Penny Morris. I was brought here by ambulance after I was reported missing in the city. I somehow looked at the map wrong and I tripped over a piece of string while losing my balance on a can out in an alleyway. That's how I ended up here."

"Ah, I see. Well, I think I can tell that you did sprain your ankle. So, I think I will need to check to see if you can move it. Is that ok?"

"Sure, I just hope it's not broken, I work as a Firefighter in Pontypandy with them."

"Oh, I heard from the ambulance crew that brought you here, I'll soon have you back on your feet. It may take some time though."

Soon, Arnold was having his ankle checked at the hospital while Ellie and Penny were waiting for the results. It was soon reaching 10 at night when they heard that Sam and Elvis encountered another problem.

Back in Pontypandy, Sam and Elvis were with Norman and they determined that Norman had been going down the road at a high rate of Speed, Mandy was still up near Mercury with Helen checking her arm to see if she had broken anything. "Norman, You know that you should always look where you're going, especially at night. You never know what may happen. You could've been seriously hurt." he said looking very upset with Norman. Elvis was not impressed with Norman's speed down the road either.

"I'm Sorry, Sam. I just wanted to prove to Mandy that I am the fastest on a go-kart."

"Well, I think you need to find something else to do that doesn't involve a go-kart next time, Norman."

"Yes, Sam. I think I'll stay off the go-kart from now on."

Norman was still talking with Sam when Helen walked up with Mandy beside her. She grabbed the keys to the Mountain Rescue Ambulance and unlocked it. Mandy was helped into the seat on the left while Helen walked over to Sam. "Sam, I'm going to take Mandy to the hospital for an x-ray, I hope Mike knows." she said as she walked back to drive Mandy to Newtown Hospital.

"Don't worry, Helen. I'll let him know."

Soon, Helen and Mandy were off to Newtown. Mike was still in his workshop when he heard Sam and Norman outside, he went to see what was going on. He soon noticed that Helen had left and Mandy's go-kart was outside the door. "Everything alright, you two?" he asked as Sam and Norman looked at each other.

Sam and Norman were looking at Mike who was confused about what happened. "What?" he asked looking at Elvis, Sam and Norman from the door to his workshop.

Sam had to tell Mike where Helen was with Mandy and what happened that had them stop in the middle of the road. "Mike, I was just about to tell you that Helen had gone with her to Newtown Hospital."

"Oh, what happened?"

"Mandy was on her go-kart with Norman, and she was far behind while Norman was at a high rate of speed. I had managed to slow down to let Norman pass, but Mandy stopped just as she was up near Mercury. I decided to see what was going on, Mandy told me that she might've hurt her arm at the park while I was in Cardiff today."

"Eh? Didn't Helen tell me before, or did she tell you to let me know?"

"Yeah, I think she needed to go right now, and she did want me to tell you that."

"Oh, I hope Mandy's ok. Thanks, Sam. I'll be waiting for them, and I have something to keep me busy."

"No problem, Mike. Elvis and I better get back to the Station, and you better go home right now, Norman."

Soon, Sam and Elvis climbed back aboard their vehicles and left for the Fire Station while Norman left for the shop where his mom will be very upset with him about what happened to Mandy.

Back in Cardiff, Ellie and Penny were waiting for Arnold to return from X-ray when they finally saw the message that Mandy had been hurt and Norman was sent back home after he had caused trouble again. After they saw the message, the door to the corridor opened and Arnold was still on the bed with his ankle taped. They were in their station uniforms after they stored their search and rescue uniforms in Jupiter and Venus. "Well, have they said anything about your ankle, Arnold?" Ellie asked as they walked back to the room where they were before.

"I don't know, but it may be broken. I hope Station Officer Steele won't be cross, I was worried about that since I went missing, and I'm still worried about how I can move around in the Station."

"Me too, and I think Sam will tell him. He just told us that they had to stop by the Flood's house just now."

Just as they were talking about Norman and Mandy, Dr. Johnson came back with the results. She was relieved that it wasn't too bad. "Ok, I have the results from the x-ray of your ankle, Arnold. It's just badly bruised. I'm just pleased that you're ok."

"Me too. I'm relieved that it wasn't too bad."

"Well, I'm sure that you will be back to work soon. I'll just have it taped up, and you might need someone to help you to your vehicle, which I'm sure you already have set. I just need to tell you that you need to keep it up for 2 weeks, and then come back here where I can decide if you are cleared to return to work. Ok?"

"Ok, I'll make sure that my station officer knows about this. He was worried about it since I went missing."

Ellie and Penny looked at each other as they were the only ones to drive back to Pontypandy with Arnold, then Penny looked at Arnold while Ellie was going to get Jupiter so that Arnold had easy access. Penny placed her hand on top of his hand to reassure him that Station Officer Steele won't be too upset with him. "Don't worry, Arnold. Station Officer Steele will let you rest up in the lounge on the sofa." Penny said as she grabbed the keys to Venus.

Arnold was getting his ankle taped when he looked at Penny and smiled at her. Ellie soon came back with Jupiter. "Penny, I was wondering if I could drive back to Pontypandy with Arnold in Jupiter." Ellie said while texting Station Officer Steele about his injuries and that they were on their way back.

"Ok, Ellie. I'll follow behind you."

Soon, Arnold's ankle was taped and they were soon on their way back to Pontypandy. Dr. Johnson came back with some papers for Arnold to sign and brought a wheelchair for him in case he needs to move around. She passed it to Ellie who stored it in Jupiter's locker, Arnold came out with Penny after he signed the papers. They soon helped Arnold in Jupiter and Ellie jumped aboard the driver's side and secured herself with the seat belt while Arnold put his seat belt on. Penny soon followed behind in Venus after exiting the car park. They soon left for the Pontypandy Fire Station at around 10:30 at night.
