I have returned.
Kai: So we see.
Me: *Glares at him* Don't get smart with me, mister.
Kai: *Snorts* Or else what?
Me:
Ten minutes later
Me: *Wipes hands* Sorry 'bout that. Had to take out the trash.
Nya: *Comes in* Has anyone seen Kai?
Me: Nope.
*Random noises from outside*
Ten minutes later
Nya: So he just FELL in the garbage?
Me: Yup.
Leo's POV
After cleaning up the mess our dear friend Percy made (Ow! Let go! Sorry, I'm sorry!), we made our way to the 'gaming room'. Lloyd inserted a disc and grabbed some remotes. He handed some to us. We hesitantly took them.
It was actually fun.
"So, tell us a little about yourselves," Lloyd said lazily.
"Um," Percy said. "Well, first of all, we're not from this world, Valdez can set himself on fire whenever he wants, I can control water and can be waterproof if I want, and Jason can control lightning and electricity." They nodded like it was all normal. It took a moment for their words to embed themselves in their brains.
"Wait," Kai, the red one, whirled to me. "You can control fire too?!"
"Waddaya mean, 'too'?" I asked. Kai grinned like a lunatic and held out his hand. A small flame flickered to life in it. "Cool!"
"You can control water?" Nya asked Percy. He nodded.
"And you can control electricity?" Jay asked Jason. Jason said yes, and Jay squealed like a little girl before bear-hugging Jason. "Yay!" Jason patted his back awkwardly while trying to get away from him. Once he was free, he walked over to Percy and I.
"Not a word to anyone," he warned.
"M'kay," Percy shrugged.
"Fine," I said grudgingly. We played with Lloyd until he stopped at the dam.
"Just need to open the store," he said, walking up to the cashier person and opening the store. Percy coughed into his fist.
"The dam store," he gave a lopsided grin.
"Yeah," Lloyd said, obviously not paying attention.
"Can I buy some dam health potions?"
"And I would like to buy some dam weapons," I said, catching on. Soon, we were all making dam jokes. Nya muttered "Boys," before cracking a grin. Zane looked as confused as ever.
Poor guy. Doesn't have a sense of humor.
Oh well.
His loss.
This might not be Camp Half-Blood or Camp Jupiter, but it was our home.
Or at least until we get back.
