Switched around

A guest asked for a oneshot of Neal using his magic to make Emma the baby sister and himself the big brother.

"Neal this isn't funny!" Emma squeaked. Her voice sounded so stupid. "Change us back. Now."

"No!" Neal shouted, stamping his foot for emphasis. Emma stepped back, worried he was going to squish her. Neal like look like a man in his twenties, but he clearly still had his three-year-old brain. Emma had to be careful. He might really hurt her here without realising it. He obviously wouldn't know his own strength. He was just fed up with being the little brother and Emma telling him what to do.

"Ok, ok. Let's sit down." Emma said, clambering up onto the couch. She patted the space beside her. "Come sit beside Emmy." Neal scowled, but stomped over and sat down, clearly in a huff. Emma then tried to see if she could use her magic to sort things, but she couldn't seem to access it. She supposed it made sense. She never had magic until she was an adult. "I can't make you lunch if I'm small, and you're not allowed to use knives." Emma reminded him. "Can you change me back now?" Neal shook his head, and Emma thought he was going to cry. "Why not?"

"I can't." She sniffed. "I don't know how." Emma tried to hide her dread.

"Can you try for Emmy?" Neal nodded. He scrunched up his face, clearly in concentration, but nothing happened.

"Ok, ok." Emma said, taking his hand before he done himself an injury. "Don't worry about it, we'll sort it." Emma promised him. Neal burst into tears, trying to put his head on Emma's shoulder, but his head covered most of her torso. Emma did her best to comfort him…this was going to be quite tricky to fix.
