Early lunch
A guest asked for a oneshot of little Emma wanting nimis when they are out somewhere. Snow has to stop what she is doing and attend to her since Emma is getting jittery despite Snow trying to calm her. Minor trigger that this chapter contains breastfeeding so if that, for whatever reason, offends or angers you, just skip the chapter.
"Come on sweetheart." Snow murmured, trying to pat Emma's back as she sat in the sling against her chest. "Not now." Apparently though, four month old Emma thought now was the perfect time for an early lunch. Snow sighed. She had thought feeding her just before they left would be enough to keep her settled until they got back to the palace after meeting with all the stallholders. Snow continued to do her best to settle Emma until they got home, but Emma was having none of it. She was obviously hungry.
"Excuse me one moment." Snow excused herself, turning her back on everyone as she got Emma latched on. She might be a queen, but she was also the mother of a baby who relied on her solely for nutrition. She wasn't just going to let Emma go hungry for the sake of everyone else. Charming didn't even bat an eye when Snow came back with Emma feeding. He'd seen it plenty of times before. The stallholders, however, had not. Bless them, they did their best to be polite, but it was obvious they didn't quite know where to look. Snow was unaware that feeding her child changed the positioning of her eyes, but apparently, it did. She didn't really mind though, it wasn't the first time Emma got hungry in public. She just dealt with it when then situation came up, it was no big deal.
