Adeleine waved good-bye to Kirby and Tuff, as they went on to their journey.

Kirby and Tuff then went back to the farm to meet Farmer Tiff again, along with Ribbon.

"Now that my hens have been rounded up, would you like to join us for some coffee?" asked Farmer Tiff. "Ribbon just made it and it's prepared from roasted coffee beans."

"Oh, that would be great, Ribbon." said Kirby. "I've worked up quite an appetite."

"Yeah, that does sound great but I'm afraid we can't stop for coffee." said Tuff.

"Yeah, we can't stop for tea. I have to go to school today." said Kirby. "Goodbye, Tiff."

"Goodbye, Kirby. Goodbye, Tuff." said Tiff.

"And thanks again." said both Ribbon and Tiff.

Kirby and Tuff then went back to Kirby's house so Kirby could finish his breakfast.

"Hey, Kirby, do you know what day it is today?" asks Tuff.

"Of course I do, it's Monday." said Kirby.

"Yeah, Monday is the day that kids go back to school and people go to work!" said Tuff. "And we're gonna be learning lots of things in school!"

"Oh, right. Sorry, Tuff. I forgot all about it, and I haven't been ready yet. I've been saving the hen and giving it to Tiff after it escaped." said Kirby. "I've also been fixing the house for Adeleine."

"Do you have any homework in your backpack?" asks Tuff.

Kirby looked into his backpack to see if he has any homework there. "Got it!" he said. "I didn't want to forget about it." Kirby then took out his lunchbox. "I also brought my lunchbox with me in case I want to eat lunch."

"Well, what are you waiting for? Let's go!" Tuff told Kirby.

"Okay then." said Kirby.
