Evil still loves

A guest asked for a oneshot of evil Snowing from Isaac's world have Emma who is three years old.

There are some requests I get that get me really excited because they allow me to stretch my creative muscles. I struggle sleeping, so I use such requests to plan over in my head to help me drift off. This was definitely one of them. I've edited the evil version of Snowing slightly so that they love each other.

Stay tuned tomorrow for the announcement of an exciting week ;)

Emma's bottom lip quivered as she tried her best to hide the muddy stain on her dress. She didn't want either of her parents to see it. Not because they would get mad at her, mommy and daddy never got mad at Emma, but because they would get really mad when they found out who had given her the stain. It was an accident. Even at three years old, Emma understood what that meant. Unfortunately, she also understood that her parents didn't seem to care if something was an accident or not. Emma knew her mommy and daddy loved her very much, and they loved each other. They told her that lots. The problem was, they didn't seem to have much love for anyone else. Whenever someone made a mistake, Emma rarely saw them again. The guard who had accidentally brushed his muddy hand against her was Dimitri. He was one of Emma's favourites. He smiled at her whenever he saw her. He didn't look scared like most of the guards. Emma didn't want him to get into trouble with her parents because of her. She didn't know how long she had before one of her parents came into her nursery. They didn't like to leave her alone (they considered without at least one of them to be alone) for very long. As they also told Emma, they had a lot of people out to get them, they didn't want them getting Emma.

Emma panicked as she heard her door being opened. She took the segment of her dress with the stain and held it behind her back. She looked up to see it was her daddy. He gave his little girl a small smile.

"There you are." He said quietly. "You've become quite the little explorer, haven't you?" Emma smiled nervously. She was getting older, she didn't like always being stuck to her parents. So sometimes, she slipped off. Unfortunately, this time it had gone wrong. Charming came and bent down so he was closer to Emma's level. "Let's not go wondering off, princess. We don't want anything to happen to you."

"No, we do not." Came a cool voice from the doorway. Emma peered over her daddy's shoulder to see her mommy. Her panicking only intensified. Snow came over and kissed the top of Emma's head. She frowned. "What are you hiding, Emma?" She asked. Emma tightened her grip on her dress.

"Nothing." She lied. Charming frowned. He bent up, leaning behind Emma's back to see what she was hiding.

"Oh Emma, did you go outside by yourself? Your dress is all dirty." He commented. He took Emma's hand away so the stained section of the dress fell back into place and Snow could see it. Snow took it into her hands and frowned.

"It was an accident." Emma said quickly, her eyes beginning to water. She didn't want Dimitri to get into trouble.

"Emma, there's no need to cry…" Snow said as she swiftly picked Emma up into her arms. Someone cleared their throat at the door.

"I'm so sorry to interrupt, your majesties, there is a matter that needs attention downstairs." Came a timid sounding voice. Emma looked up from her mommy's shoulder. Charming didn't miss the way her eyes widened. Snow felt how Emma tensed up in her arms. She and Charming shared a look, suspicious.

"Emma, does this guard have anything to do with your dress being dirty?" Snow asked her outright, staring coldly at Dimitri. She saw him gulp. Emma shook her head frantically. She started to cry. Not Dimitri. She liked him.

"Please, don't hurt the princess. It was my fault." Dimitri said quickly misjudging the situation. "I brushed my hand against her and it was dirty…" Dimitri was unable to finish his sentence. He made a strangled sound as Snow suddenly held him up by the throat with her magic.

"Hurt the princess?" She hissed. "How dare you insinuate either of us would hurt her. It is not Emma you need to worry about."

"Mommy." Emma whimpered, clinging to her, not able to look. She didn't want her parents to hurt him. Snow set Emma back down.

"Go next door and wait in mommy and daddy's room." Snow instructed her gently. Emma looked back at them, pleadingly. "Go on." Snow told her. Emma could see she couldn't do anything to stop Dimitri from disappearing like the rest. A tear slid down her cheek as she shuffled out the room.

"Emma." Charming called to her as she reached the doorway. Emma looked back. "No wandering off this time." He told her. Emma nodded. She went out into the hallway. "As for you." She heard her father snarl to Dimitri. "You made my little girl cry. Big mistake." Emma didn't like the scary sounds that came next. She ran into her mommy and daddy's room and covered her ears as hard as she could. Even then, she could still here Dimitri screaming. That just made Emma cry more. Then eventually…nothing. Emma dared to open her eyes. She first saw two other guards approach her nursery. Then, they came back out with Dimitri in the middle.

"The dungeon." She heard her mommy say coolly. Emma thought that Dimitri must be sleepy. He was moaning, like she sometimes did in the morning, and the other guards were helping him walk. But that was all Emma saw before her parents came into their room. Charming came and picked Emma up. Snow wiped the tears from Emma's cheeks. Emma didn't even flinch at how icy cold her mommy's touch was. Both her parents always felt cold.

"No more tears, baby. He won't be able to upset you again." Snow promised her. Emma didn't respond. Dimitri hadn't upset her, but her parents never seemed to understand that. "Who does mommy love?" Snow asked the daily question.

"Daddy and Emma." Emma chanted back. She knew the only answers to these questions like the back of her hand.

"Who does daddy love?"

"Mommy and Emma."

"Good girl. Who does Emma love?"

"Mommy and daddy." Emma responded back. She used to try answering that question by saying that she loved everybody, but she was told that was wrong, it was mommy and daddy. Emma of course loved her parents, she just loved everyone else too. Emma suddenly clung tightly to her daddy. She wondered if she hugged him tightly enough if maybe, just maybe, her love might be able to go through to him to. Then she could do the same to mommy. Then no more people would disappear.
