Going together
Fiona2832 asked for a oneshot of something based on "Lost boy" by Ruth B. I've messed around a bit with season 3 for this one.
He sprinkled me in pixie dust and told me to believe
Believe in him and believe in me
Together we will fly away in a cloud of green
To your beautiful destiny.
The clouds of Pan's curse began encircling them all, getting closer and closer. This was it. They didn't know where they were going. All they knew was that they were all leaving Storybrooke. Possibly for good. Charming was holding tightly to Snow. He looked over his head to see Emma doing the same with Henry. Although he could see the fear growing in her eyes. She needed him. She needed the support of someone who'd been through a curse like this before. Charming needed to hold his baby girl and remind her that no matter where they ended up, in their family, they always found each other. Charming squeezed Snow tightly before letting her go. They didn't have much time.
"Can you hold onto Henry for a moment?" He asked her. "There's something I need to do." Snow looked behind them to where Emma and Henry stood. She immediately understood. She smiled and kissed him.
"I love you." She told him. She didn't know if she would get a chance to say it otherwise.
"I love you too. Always." He replied, brushing his fingers down her cheek before they both made their way over to Emma and Henry. Snow swiftly took Henry and held him in her own arms. Before Emma had a chance to ask what was going on, Charming wrapped his own arms around her.
"It's ok." He promised her. "We'll all be ok."
"How can you know that?" Emma whispered, cautious that Henry might still be able to hear her. Charming kissed her forehead.
"Just trust me." He told her. "I'm going to be right here with you. I'm not letting you go. Your mom's right beside us, and she won't let Henry go. Wherever we end up, we'll work it out." Charming reached up and cradled the back of Emma's head as the clouds came closer. He held her close as she buried her head into his shoulder as the dark green clouds enveloped them. He closed his eyes, keeping a tight grip on her. Whatever happened, wherever they went, he wouldn't let her go.
