Another chapter is up! This is the third chapter that I've posted today... Wow... I'm going crazy with the writing lol.
I stood in the cemetery, looking around. How the hell did I get here? I must be dreaming. I glanced around until my eyes fall on the gate. This must be the cemetery that the guys were talking about. This is the place where Jake is coming. I walk closer to the gate and touched it. It was rough to my touch. I traced the gate with my hand and sigh heavily. This is the gate to Hell. Why? Why would Jake come here and open this? I felt my hair on the neck going up so I turned around quickly.
A man is standing there in the shadows. I couldn't see his face. "Who are you?" I asked out loud, afraid of him suddenly.
He steps forward and I gasped when I discovered that his eyes were yellow. "Oh my god, it's you." I said, stepping backward until my back hits the gate. Great, Now I'm trapped.
He smiles at me which cause my chills running up and down my spine. "Hello, Emma. It's good to see you again."
I shuddered in fear. "Why are you in my dream? What do you want from me?"
"Oh, nothing. I just wanted to see you. You see…" He says, walking closer to me and I can feel myself pushing my back farther into the gate.
"I have never been so much proud when I watched you killing Jake."
I could feel the blood draining from my face, letting out a whimper.
"You're becoming… Like me."
"No, I'm not!" I bark out, moving quickly to the side so he won't be closer to me. But he continues to follow me.
He lets out a laugh. "Oh, Emma. You have no idea what's happening to you. You get stronger every day. You have all these powers, some you already have and some you haven't got yet."
I frowned. "What do you mean?"
"Didn't you notice that the more you use your powers, the more you become like… evil? I know that you loved killing Jake."
I felt sick to my stomach. "No, I didn't love killing him. I regretted it the moment I did it." I said, scanning around to see if I could get out.
"Emma… you're lying. Tsk tsk tsk. I gave you my blood because I knew that you would be strong… Only I didn't realize how strong you would be until I witnessed Jake's death. Sam was meant to be the leader, but… Now is different. You're becoming a leader."
"No… no, I'm not. I won't do whatever you want me to do. I won't do it! NO!" I yell at him, stifling my sob.
He stops in front of me after walking around me like a tiger stalking his prey and smiled.
"Emma… don't you know that I have plans for you and Sam?" He says, tracing my arm with his fingers and I glanced away from his face, couldn't breathe due to fear.
"You see… Sam was supposed to be the leader of the army that I have been building over the years. Now… I picked you because your mother made a deal with me a long time ago."
I glance back quickly at his yellow eyes. "What?"
"You heard me. You know why?"
I shook my head quickly, trembling in fear.
"Because her husband had died and she was desperate to bring him back, especially when she found out that she was pregnant with you."
I let out a gasp. "No, you're lying. My mom would never do that."
"Well... She did. I told her that on one condition to bring her husband back, she would have to let me give my blood to you when you turned six months old. Only I did not expect her to come in. I had to kill her."
I closed my eyes, shaking with anger. "Ah… I sense the anger. I'm sure you want to kill me." He whispers in my ear.
I opened my eyes and glanced at him with anger. "You bet my ass that I'm going to kill you!" I screamed, waving my hand at him and he flew against one of the trees.
I panted heavily as he stood up, rubbing his head. "Well… That was good." He says to me, chuckling. Suddenly, he rushes to me that I didn't have time to defend myself and felt a sharp pain in my stomach.
I gasped out, feeling his knife inside me. He leans down to my ear as I clutch his hand with the knife.
"You shouldn't have messed with me, Emma." His voice laced with anger. He pulls out the knife out of me and I cry out, pressing my hand on my wound, blood coming out between my fingers.
He wipes the blood off on his sleeve and puts it back in his pocket. "Well, I'll see you tonight."
I fall to my knees, feeling the blood draining out of my stomach. Oh my god, I'm dying.
I gasp out loud, sitting up quickly on my bed. Holy shit, it was just a dream. I closed my eyes and fall backwards on my bed with a thump. I groaned as I felt the burning in my stomach. I lift my shirt up and gasped as I discovered an angry mark on my stomach, where he had stabbed me.
I trace the mark with my finger, hissing from the pain. Oh my god… it was real then. I sat up, letting my shirt go and looked at the clock. It was about 9:00 now and we have to go to the cemetery at 11:30. It's possible that I could die tonight.
I stood up, grabbing my jeans and putting them on. I took my black shirt off and threw on a red T-shirt. I walked to the desk and opened the drawer, looking for papers and a pen. I found a large notepad so I took it out with my black pen. I grabbed the bag near me and took out the wallet. I sat down and started to write my will, then I wrote the letters for Dean, Sam, Bobby, Ellen and Jo. I sigh heavily as I opened the wallet and took out my pictures.
The first picture I was looking was Dean and me together. We're hugging for the camera. I'm smiling and Dean is smiling too, very rare for him to smile. It was when we first started dating and in this picture, we were so happy.
I took the second picture and laugh at it. Sam and I were at the beach one day to take a break from the case. We decided to have fun and we had so much fun on that day. I remember jumping on Sam's back and piggy rode him for fun. We laughed so hard that we couldn't breathe. The tourist took a picture for us. I was on his back, my arms wrapped around his neck. Sam was holding me up, smiling at the camera.
The third picture was Jo and me together. We were holding together like sisters, smiling at the camera. The fourth one was with me and Ellen, posing like a mother and daughter would do. Ellen was like another mother to me.
The last one is my favorite. Bobby can be so tough, but when it comes to me, he melts. I am sitting on his lap, my arms around him. I had taken his hat and popped it on my head. We were laughing in the picture.
I took the pictures and put them in each letter. There was another picture that I chose not to put in the letter. I stared at it and smiled. I was standing between Sam and Dean, their arms wrapped around me. We were all smiling at the camera. Bobby insisted to take a picture of us since I had a new camera and wanted to test it out. The boys were willing to pose for me.
I put the picture against my lips and kissed it. I folded it up and put it in my jean pocket.
I grabbed the envelopes and stick them inside my bag.
There's a knock on my door.
"Emma?" Sam says, waiting for my answer.
I grabbed my jacket and threw it on. "Come in!" I answered, walking to my dresser.
I watched Sam walking inside in the mirror as I put on Meg's necklace.
"Emma, are you okay?" Sam asks, staring at me in the mirror. I smile gently and turned around to face him.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Listen, I'm sorry that I didn't tell you guys about Jake. I just… needed to figure it out." I said, crossing my arms.
"I understand, but…. why? I mean… this isn't like you, Emma. Killing an innocent person like Jake, who is happened to be confused."
Sam sat down in my chair and notices the notepad. I sigh heavily and nodded. "You're right, this isn't me. Sam…. Something is happening to me and I don't understand. I know that I shouldn't have killed Jake, but…. it's like this rage… took over me and I snapped. But the good news is that he's alive now."
I turned back to the mirror and started to pull my hair up into a ponytail.
"Were you writing something?" Sam asks, looking at the notepad.
"Yes, I was. Don't worry about it; I was just writing down the list that I needed to make."
I decided not to tell Sam about my dream.
As I wrapped my hair up in a bun, my shirt lifted up and Sam saw the red mark on my stomach.
"Emma, what happened?" Sam says, touching my stomach. I pushed his hand away, pulling my shirt back down. "Nothing. It's just a scratch, that's all."
"Emma, that's not even a scratch. It looks like someone stabbed you or something like that."
"Sam, I'm fine. I'll tell you what happened later, but right now this isn't the right time, Sam." I say angrily, grabbing my bag and walked out.
As the time came closer, I became nervous. Dean was packing the Impala with Sam while Ellen gets ready for tonight. It was just me and Bobby in the kitchen.
I grabbed the envelopes out of my bag and walked to Bobby. "Bobby?"
He turns around and sees the envelopes in my hands. "What you got there, Emma?"
"Um… it's the letters addressed to all of you guys and one of them is um...my will." I explained, looking at Bobby. His eyes widen when I mentioned about the will.
"Emma, why are you..."
"Bobby, just take them. I will feel better if you take them. I trust you with them and I want you to promise me that you will give these letters to them in case… Something happens to me. This is just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry." I explained, shoving them into his hands.
Bobby sighed heavily, looking at me sadly. "Okay, fine. But you're not going to die. Unless there's something I don't know about, Emma?"
I shook my head. "No, there's nothing important that you need to know about. I'm fine and like I said, this is just for the future."
Bobby nodded and turns around to put the envelopes inside the bread box.
"Thank you, Bobby." I whispered and he smiles at me then hugs me tightly. "I care about you, Emma. I worry about you sometimes."
I nodded against his chest. "I know. Please don't. I'll be fine." I say, patting his cheek gently.
Well crap... Do you think Emma is going to die tonight? Post a review soon! :)
