Hey guys, I'm back with another chapter! :)
Night time.
A cemetery gate opens and Jake enters, walking towards a crypt. Dean hides behind a large tomb, a gun in hand.
"Howdy, Jake."
Sam, Bobby, Ellen and I appear from the shadows, our guns raised.
"Wait… you were dead. I killed you." Jake's face paled when he saw Sam.
"Yeah? Well, next time, finish the job."
"I did! I cut clean through your spinal cord, man. You can't be alive. You can't be."
Sam glances at Dean.
"Okay, just take it real easy there, son." Bobby replied.
"And if I don't?"
"Wait and see." Sam replied.
"What, you a tough guy all of a sudden? What are you gonna do—kill me? Like she did?" Jake glances at me. I smirked at him.
"It's a thought." Sam replied.
"You had your chance. You couldn't."
"I won't make that mistake twice."
Jake begins to laugh.
"What are you smiling at, you little bitch?" Dean says angrily.
Jake glances at Ellen. "Hey Lady, do me a favor. Put that gun to your head."
Ellen points her gun at her temple. "See that Ava girl was right. Once you give in to it, there's all sorts of new Jedi mind tricks you can learn."
Panic went through my body when I saw Ellen with her gun on her temple.
"Let her go." Sam says, glancing at Jake.
Ellen was trembling. "Shoot him."
"You'll be mopping up skull before you get a shot off." Jake says, smiling, then paused. "Everybody put your guns down. Except you, sweetheart."
Four guns drop. "Okay. Thank you."
Jake turns around and pulls the Colt out of his pocket. I slowly took the gun out of my back pocket, nodding to Sam.
While he is inserting it into the Crypt, Dean and Bobby grab Ellen before she can shoot herself just as Sam and I shot at Jake four times in the back. Jake falls onto the ground and Sam positions himself in front of him.
I watched Sam as he stood over, gasping Jake. "Please…don't. Please."
Sam shoots Jake three more times in the chest.
The five watch as two separate engravings on the crypt spin in different directions, then stop.
"Oh no." Bobby says out loud and I glanced at him.
"Bobby, what is it?" Ellen says, looking at him.
"It's hell."
Dean pulls the Colt from the Crypt. "Take cover—now!" Bobby shouted as we ran behind tombstones as the doors to the crypt burst open.
A large black mass erupts from the other side and shoots outward. The demons breach the Devil's Trap and escapes.
"What the hell just happened?!" Dean shouted over the noise.
"That's a devil gate. A damn door to hell!" Ellen screams over the noise.
The railway iron is show being bent in two and a pair of legs crossing.
"Come on! We gotta shut that gate!" Ellen screams out. I ran with Ellen and Bobby to shut the gate.
Dean checks the Colt for bullets. "If the demon gave this to Jake…then maybe..."
Thunder crashes and the Yellow-Eyed Demon appear behind Dean. He flings the Colt out of Dean's hand and into his own.
"A boy shouldn't play with Daddy's guns." The demon says, then throws Dean into the air, where Dean hit his head on a tombstone.
"Dean!" Sam lets go of the gate door and runs to his brother. The demon throws Sam against a nearby tree.
"I'll get to you in a minute, champ. But I'm proud of you—knew you had it in you." The demon paralyzes Dean.
"Sit a spell. So, Dean… I got to thank you. You see, demons can't resurrect people unless a deal is made. I know red tape-it'll make you nuts. But thanks to you, Sammy's back in rotation."
The demon laughs. "Now, I wasn't counting on that, but I'm glad. I liked him better than Jake, anyhow. Tell me—have you ever heard the expression, "If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is?"
"You call that deal good." Dean says, struggling out of the paralyzing spell.
"Well, it's a better shake than your dad ever got. And you never wondered why? I'm surprised at you. I mean… you saw what your brother just did to Jake, right? That was pretty cold, wasn't it?" He chuckles. "How certain are you that what you brought back, is 100% Sam? How about Emma? She's pretty cold, considering she killed Jake twice without a thought."
He laughs again and my blood ran cold when I saw him. I was still trying to close the gate with Bobby and Ellen.
"You of all people should know, that's what's dead, should stay dead. Anyway… thanks a bunch. I knew I kept you alive for some reason. Until now, anyway. I couldn't have done it without your pathetic, self-loathing, self-destructive desire to sacrifice yourself for your family."
I closed my eyes for a moment. Then I glanced at Bobby and he saw the look in my eyes. "No, Emma. Don't!" Bobby shouted at me as I ran after the demon. The demon turns to face me quickly and threw out his hand to put spells on me, but it didn't have an effect on me. In fact, I threw my hand out and threw him against the tree.
The demon shook his head after being thrown against the tree, looking at me in shock. "That's impossible. You can't be strong already, Emma."
He says as I walk slowly to him. I chuckle bitterly. "Well, I've been working on it for a long time. It turns out that I have super strength as you witnessed. I can also do this." I turn my head to one of the trees and it burst into flames. "I can put anything on fire if I want to. In fact... I can put you on fire right now." I stared at him coldly and he stood up quickly. "Don't! We can make a deal, please don't. I know who your real dad is."
I froze. "What do you mean by it? I thought David was my father."
He shook his head, walking around me slowly. "No, Emma. The vision you had about your mom kissing a man. That's your father."
My head whips to him. "You're lying." I whispered, tearing up.
He chuckles quietly, then stops in front of me. "Oh, dear Emma, I wish I was. In fact, I didn't even know that your mother had an affair until after you were born. I was pretty pissed considering that you're very special to both sides."
I frowned at him. "Special? You mean with the demon blood inside me that I'm special?"
"Oh no. You have an other half inside you that is very special and also very rare."
The realization hits me and I gasped softly. "Are you saying…. I'm a half angel?"
"Maybe."
"Why didn't you tell me this in my dream?" I whispered, feeling all the emotions running through me.
He leans down to my ear. "Because I decided to tell you that in person, Emma."
Suddenly, he jams his knife in my stomach and I let out a yelp. Dean screams out. "EMMA!"
Oh shit! This is not good at all.
