Note: This is my first official story for Looney Tunes, so I hope that everyone likes it.
A black duck with an orange bill walked up to the receptionist desk at the airport. This waterfowl was none other than Daffy Duck, who was going home after a trip to Venice. After walking up to the desk, Daffy ordered a ticket for a ride back to America. The receptionist, a redhead, told him that he had to wait a little bit, as there were a lot of people waiting for their plane rides as well. Daffy nodded, deciding to take a seat for the time being.
Give me a ticket for an airplane
Ain't got time to take a fast train
My lonely days are gone
I'm going home
My baby just wrote me a letter
When it was his turn, Daffy walked back up to the receptionist's desk. When the receptionist spoke to the duck, he stated that a ticket would cost roughly 15 euros. Upon hearing that, Daffy dug through his pockets and pulled out the amount he needed. Laying the money out on the desk, the waterfowl received his ticket and was told to go to the fifth terminal, where a ride back to America was waiting
I don't care how much money I gotta spend
Got to get back to my baby again
My lonely days are gone
I'm going home
My baby just wrote me a letter
Upon entering the plane, Daffy was led to his seat. Sitting down, the duck took out a piece of paper and unfolded it. The piece of paper turned out to be a letter. Daffy quietly read it, looking through the letter.
Daffy,
I really wish that you told me about your trip to Venice, I kinda want to visit that place. Anyway, how long is your trip going to last? Even though you annoy that stuffing out of everyone, including me, I can't live without you. I think that even Bugs and Lola are waiting for you to come back. I hope that you call me when you get back to America, you lovable idiot. I just want to see you again.
Sincerely yours,
Tina
Well, she wrote me a letter
Said she couldn't live without me no more
Listen mister, can't you see I got to get back
To my baby once-a more
Anyway, yeah!
Daffy smiled as he put the letter back into his pocket. It was going to be a long ride back to America, but it was worth it. Not only would he be reunited with his friends, but he would also see Tina again. The two were boyfriend and girlfriend, so they were together. The moment the plane landed, the moment Daffy was going to call Tina. After all, hearing her voice was music to his ears.
Note: Like Bugs, Daffy has had multiple girlfriends and wives throughout his history. The significant other I used for the story is none other than Tina Russo from The Looney Tunes Show. I like her character, so I decided to use her. As for the story itself, I set it to the song The Letter by The Box Tops. This one is another early Valentines Day gift from me to you, so it's nothing special. What did you guys think about this chapter? Let me know when you leave a review or give a constructive criticism stating what you like and what you don't like. Until next time guys, peace!
