Diner brawl- part 2

SwanJones- fanfic asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch2768 "Diner brawl" where Snowing tell Emma she's on desk duty for 2 weeks because of her reaction. Emma gets mad and tells them they can't do that. Charming warns her they'll make it a month if she doesn't watch her attitude.

Emma was still fizzing when her parents got her home. How dare that drunk call her feral! Who did she think she was?! And for the man to insinuate that she needed controlled? She wasn't a damn dog!

"You need to cool off." Charming told her sternly. "You cannot go around punching members of the public, no matter how provoked you are."

"I can when they call me fucking feral." Emma growled, pacing back and forth furiously.

"Language." Snow warned her, giving her a very stern look. Emma bit her lip, figuring now was not the time to point out that Neal wasn't really taking in words yet anyway.

"No, you can't." Charming responded calmly. "It's completely inappropriate and does not set a good example. I think you need a little break away from being on call. There's a lot of paperwork building up anyway. Should take you two weeks to get through it all." Charming told her. Emma's eyes narrowed as she realised what her dad was actually saying.

"You don't have the authority to do that." She growled. Charming raised his eyebrows.

"Like you don't have the authority to go assaulting people?" He pointed out. "I'll make it a month if you keep up with this, Emma. Seems to me like you're maybe getting a little big for your boots." He told her. Emma bit back her response, knowing it would only make things worse for her. Instead, she stomped past them both and up the stairs without another word. Snow and Charming let her go, knowing if they followed her now it would just lead to a confrontation. Snow entwined her fingers with Charming's. They both knew two weeks behind the desk was exactly what Emma needed, but that didn't mean these next two weeks living with their daughter were going to be particularly pleasant.
