Hey guys, I'm back! Sorry I took so long. I got very busy with school again. I'm kinda nervous because it's been quiet since I last heard from you guys... I hope you're not pissed off at me.
As Ellen prepared the body for the burial, she took the jade bracelet off Emma's wrist and passes it to Dean, who was standing nearby. Ellen then took the necklace off so she could give it to Jo personally. Ellen caresses her hair, then kissed her forehead.
"Goodbye, Emma." Ellen whispered, then leaves the room. Dean sighs heavily then sits down next to her body.
"I read the letter, Emma. The promise that you wanted me to keep for you…. I'll do it. If I find someone… I will tell that person, however I am feeling… without any fear. Oh god…. I don't know what to do now."
Dean sighs heavily and rubs his face. He stood up and started to wrap her body in a blanket, then stops in her face. He leans down and kisses her lips one last time. He then covers her face up in a blanket.
Bobby comes into the room and glances at Emma's wrapped body then at Dean.
"It's ready. Have you said your goodbyes yet?"
Dean's jaw clutches tightly, then he nodded. Dean picks her body up and carried her bridal style to outside where there was the wooden table with hay over it. Dean lays her body on it and backs away, standing with Ellen and Sam.
Bobby lights his torch and glance at them before walking over to her body.
"Goodbye, Emma. We'll miss you." Bobby says out loud to everybody then brings his torch down, flames rushing upon her body.
He backs away and stood with them. He wraps his arm around Ellen's shoulder, tears rolling down on his cheeks.
Ellen lets out a sob, watching her body burning. Dean watches her body burning with unshed tears. Sam is crying softly.
None of them say a word as they watched her body disappearing into ashes.
The next day
As Ellen said her goodbyes to everybody, Dean and Sam decided to stay a couple of days with Bobby since they already killed the demon that they have been looking for years. Now the demon's gone, they have nothing left. They lost their Dad and Emma.
Bobby hadn't said anything since they burned her body. He just sat there, drinking whiskey. Dean went to "fix" on his Impala. Sam decided to read the newspapers to see if there was a new case so they could work a new case to get their minds off on Emma's death.
Dean came back from fixing his car and took out his beer then walked past Sam without saying a word to his room.
Dean's POV
I felt someone caressing my cheek in my sleep and I woke up, seeing Emma's face. She had a smile on her face.
"Hi, Dean." Emma whispers, kissing my lips. I smiled at her. "Emma? Is this a dream?"
Emma frowned at me then chuckles at me. "Maybe or maybe not." Emma giggles, caressing my hair.
"I guess, I am. I had a horrible dream that you died." I said, feeling her hand stopped caressing me.
Emma sighs sadly, then climb on top of me, straddling my hips. She puts her hands on my chest.
"Dean… I'm here with you right now." She then moves one of her hands on top of my heart. "I'm here in your heart always. So you can remember me for the rest of your life."
I nodded, caressing her hand. I felt the tears coming. "I… I just can't believe you're gone. Why did you have to go and do that, Emma? Why couldn't you just stay back with Bobby and Ellen? You wouldn't have to die then." I let out a strangled sob.
Emma looks down sadly, then glances at me with tears in her eyes. "Oh, Dean. I'm so sorry." She caresses my cheek and I moved my cheek in her hand, feeling her warmth.
"Dean… Let's just forget about my death and just… spend time together."
I nodded and she lies down next to me, her arm across my stomach. She sighs heavily and looks up at me with her beautiful gray eyes.
"I miss you. I miss your smile… your beautiful eyes. Most of all, I miss your laugh. I wish I could hear you sing one more time."
Emma smiles at me then gives me a kiss. "I love you, Dean."
"I love you too, Emma." I whisper, wrapping my arm around her shoulders. Emma lays her head on my chest, relaxing. I rest my chin against her hair. I could smell the lavender shampoo that she had always used since I first met her.
"Dean?"
"Hmm?"
"I wish I hadn't died because I could have spent more time with you." She says, prompting her head up to look at me.
I nodded. "Me too."
The last time I saw Emma was her gentle smile.
"Hey Dean! Wake up." I felt someone hitting my shoulder gently. I woke up quickly, disappointed to leave the best dream I ever had.
"Hey, I found a case." Sam says, holding out a newspaper to me.
I groaned in annoyance. "I thought we agreed to stay for a couple of days to have a break from the hunting."
"I know, but… I need to do something to keep my mind off on Emma's death." Sam replies, looking down at his hands.
I took his newspaper away from him and glanced at the red circle around the headlines. "Dead Body Found Without A Heart."
I glanced back at Sam. "Werewolf?" I asked, sitting up on my bed.
Sam nodded. "Yeah, I think so. Apparently, this isn't the first body that they found without a heart. There was another one about a week ago. Same death as this one."
I nodded, standing up. "Then…we'll go." I said, staring at Sam.
What did you think of Dean's dream about Emma? So sad. :'(. Guess what... you'll finally see Emma in the next chapter! Please leave a review. Thanks!
