chapter 3: it was all yellow
Nine weeks have passed, as their relationship continued to grow. Austin has seen almost every color as spending time with her has caused the color to enter his life.
Almost as in his blonde hair— (which is classified under yellow) is still grey. He's seen all the other colors though, green from when she made lunch for him, squealing that he bought her pickles.
Blue from when a butterfly (in the middle of March— might he add) landed on his nose causing a very girly scream to escape his throat as Ally snorted at his antics. Her snort made him start to laugh resulting the once monochromatic butterfly in his eyes, to become blue.
He saw orange when he got sick and Ally came over to take care of him, and at one point when she went to go get orange juice, she accidentally spilled all over his white shirt. She immediately tried cleaning up, and muttered a million apologies making Austin smile, then look back down to see orange across his white V-neck.
Lastly, he saw purple when they were on a date at a Japanese restaurant. She had said he looked very handsome in his black suit, he flushed before looking down and realizing that it wasn't actually black, it was purple.
Needless to say, it's been amazing.
She was everything that he ever wanted and needed. Most of their dates ended up with them, at each other's apartments, jamming out to some oldies or trying to write a song for fun. Her dorkiness and intelligence found him completely enamored by his girlfriend.
However, there was one color that was missing.
The color of his hair, Ally quipped.
Yellow.
"Hey Austin, have you seen my flash drive with my acoustics presentation at your place? I think I accidentally forgot it at your place from last night." He smiled remembering their activities from last night.
"Yeah, it's on the counter. Do you want me to come over and drop it off?" Austin answered, picking up the drive and placing it in his wallet so he wouldn't forget.
"No, it's okay. I'll come in about 10 minutes."
"Okay then."
"Bye, see you in a bit."
"Bye."
He hung up, before going to see if he could find something in his fridge for lunch, that is until he got another call.
Mom
He internally cringed, he hasn't told his parents that he was in a relationship with Ally yet, knowing how judge-y they would be. Austin sighed and picked up, knowing if he just left there to ring now, she would try repeatedly.
"Hey Mom." He spoke into the phone, wondering why his mom was calling.
"Hey sweetie, we have two surprises for you..." Mimi began as Austin gulped knowing his mom's surprises have never been good surprises.
"Mom, what did you do?"
"My college friend and I caught up the other day, and she mentioned that she had a daughter who lives in New York, so we got to talking and agreed that we should set the two of you up!" She revealed, as Austin started to sputter unintelligibly.
"Mom, why would you— you didn't even... mom, why?" He exaggerated, knowing that if his mother set this up, there was no getting out of.
"Aw, don't be like that," She raved while Austin rolled his eyes. "She is a very sweet girl and you will like her a lot."
"Mom, I'm not going on a blind date. And that's final." Austin concluded, knowing he needed to stand up for himself.
"Why are you so against this—"
"It's because I'm already dating someone, and it turns out she is my soulmate." He announced, before realizing what he just said.
"What?"
"Yeah... I— erm... am dating someone already... and I finally saw colors except for just one, and she's awesome and I—" He finished off weakly.
"Why didn't you tell me?" She squealed over the phone. "Are you telling me my son met his soulmate in New York? That's so sweet!"
Austin began to chuckle as his mother began asking him a bunch of questions at once. Who is she? Does she go to the same university as you? Do you love her? Let me guess, she loves pancakes as much as you? Music? She's definitely into music, isn't she?
"Mom, calm down..." He paused before realizing that she previously mentioned that there was another surprise. "Hey, what was the second surprise?"
"Oh... your Dad and I will be visiting, we're actually at the airport right now!" Mimi exclaimed as Austin's eyes widened in horror.
"Mom!"
"Oh relax, we'll be at a nearby hotel, we just wanted to see how you were doing and seeing if you're keeping up with your business courses."
"Mom, for the last time, I'm not switching my major. I know what I want to do with my life, and it's not business." He objected, knowing that his parents would in fact let him switch his major in his junior year saying that if he ever changed his mind, they were more than happy to let him continue his studies, and pay off his tuition for him.
"Alright, alright. I'll see you in about four hours then. Let's have dinner together."
"Do you need me to pick you guys up?"
"Oh no, we will be fine honey. We will go to the hotel to freshen up first and then come by your apartment around 7."
"Okay then, see you. Bye."
"Bye."
Austin hung up before covering his hand with his face. I can't believe she was going to try and set me up with someone.
His thoughts were interrupted when there was a timid knock at the door. He opened the door to find Ally waiting in her grey sweatshirt, black leggings and brown Ugg's. Her brown orbs were framed by her glasses as her cheeks were tinted pink from the cold. There was a backpack on her shoulders and she carried three brown paper bags.
"Ally, it's freezing out there! How come you aren't wearing a jacket?" Austin asked, knowing that Ally had called New York's March weather cold, on multiple occasions.
"It wasn't that cold, I was fine." She admitted, before starting to shiver.
"Oh, yeah you totally didn't just shiver right now." He sarcastically commented before stepping aside for the brunette to enter his apartment.
She placed the brown bags on the counter and began to pull some containers filled with food out.
"I made this Greek chicken grain bowl, because I knew that you probably didn't have lunch already... or you just had your serving of pancakes." She quirked her eyebrow at him, as he gave her a look.
"Hey, I only had like three pancakes."
"Mhm, that's what I thought. Now eat."
The two ate the food that Ally cooked (over the past couple of weeks, Austin had found that his amazing girlfriend was a remarkable cook, while his abilities only fell to pancakes), talking about how junior year of university was coming close.
"Acoustics is actually pretty fun, it's basically just physics and —"
"Nope, I don't want to hear anything about the sciences or math... I can't believe you actually took that course." Austin commented, knowing that Ally was more into literature than anything.
"I know but I think sound engineering is pretty cool, producing music is something I could see myself doing along with writing songs." Ally mentioned, taking a sip of water.
"Yeah, but producing music can be done without the education. I can't believe there are actually people who take the program here." Austin droned before receiving a playful glare from her.
"Don't criticize someone for deciding to learn the science behind sounds," Ally reprimanded, casually shrugging her shoulders. "There's probably a lot about waveforms and signals that we know about that you don't."
"That is true." He agreed, eating the last of his food.
"Hey, do you have my flash drive?" Ally queried, while Austin reached into his pocket to grab his wallet to give the flash drive. Austin handed it over and she nodded a quick thanks.
"Okay, I'm going to try and finish my project in the next hour and then study for my music history test on Bach and performance test that's in a couple of days... I think I should get going..." She trailed off, starting to clean up her plates. Austin's eyes immediately widened as he didn't want her to leave.
"No, can you please stay? Dez isn't here because he had to go to his cousin's wedding, don't leave me alone." He gave her the look, causing her to smile knowingly.
"Austin, last night, when I stayed until midnight, we didn't even—" She cut herself off before blushing at their actions from last night.
"Oh, you mean when we had—" He shrieked as Ally teasingly smacked his shoulder.
"Yeah... that," She flushed as Austin smirked at how she refers to sleeping with someone. "I just feel like you might distract me that's all."
"I promise I'll keep my distance and let you study." He pouted, tilting his head slightly to the left so that she would turn into putty.
"Ugh, fine." Ally decided, while Austin leaned in to kiss her on her right cheek.
For the next three hours, the duo worked on their different projects and studied for their tests, asking questions whenever they were confused about a certain topic. Around 5:30 pm, the rain started to pour and Ally was in the mood to curl up in a ball and sleep. Austin noticed and went to go stand behind her, seeing that she was now just browsing Pinterest. He reached over the brunette's head and shut off her laptop. Ally turned around in her chair to see the blonde (but still looked light grey-ish in her eyes) boy smiling softly at her.
"Can we cuddle? I'm really tired right now." She yawned for a moment, before smiling sleepily at her boyfriend. Austin took her hand, and pulled her towards the couch so that they were lying right beside each other, face to face with their legs entangled.
"Yeah, looks like we could both use the time to sleep." He mumbled softly, placing a soft kiss on her nose. He wrapped an arm around her waist while both her hands were placed on his chest. The two dozed off in each other's arms happily.
It was around 7:10 pm when there was loud knocking on the door. Ally stirred to hear the voice of middle-aged woman calling Austin's name.
Who could that be?
She took herself out of Austin's embrace, to which she shivered, and took a look at her face noticing that she needed to wash her face. She quickly ran over to the washroom, and splashed water on her face before heading back to the door.
Ally opened the door to see a middle-aged couple who had the resemblance of Austin, peer into the apartment.
"Austin, why did it take you so—" Mimi interrupted herself, taking a look at the young lady in front of her, noticing that she looked like her college friend, Penny Dawson. "Ally Dawson?"
"How do you know who I am?" Ally inquired, still not putting together that Austin's parents were standing right at the door.
"I went to college with your mother, Penny Dawson?" She stated, still confused about what's going on.
"Uh— who are you guys...?"
"We're Austin Moon's parents, are you one of his friends?" Mike questioned as Ally's eyes widened in dismay. Of freaking course.
"Oh... uh actually— I'm Austin's girlfriend." Ally stammered slightly as Mimi squealed and Mike smiled lightly.
"Oh my god, you're my son's girlfriend, which means you're... his soulmate!" Mimi gushed as Mike chuckled slightly.
"Wow, the irony." Mike commented, as he was informed of the entire story of Mimi and Austin's phone call from earlier. Just then there was a thud that came from the inside of the apartment, followed by a loud groan.
"Ally," Austin whined tiredly, wondering where she went. "Where did you go, can we cuddle some more?"
The blonde finally opened his eyes lazily, rubbing his eyes to walk when she spotted her figure by the doorway.
"Ally? Why are you standing there—" He stopped midway realizing that his parents were at the doorway. He immediately straightened out and coughed aggressively.
"Mom, Dad, what a surprise... what are you two doing here?" He blurted, gesturing for them to come inside.
"Uh... don't you remember— your mother called you just over seven hours ago to inform you that we were coming to New York." His father answered as Austin realized and immediately face-palmed.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. I completely forgot, we were studying and then we fell asleep cause we were tired. I can go get ready and we can go out to eat in about fifteen minutes. Is that alright?" Austin apologized, feeling guilty that he failed to recall his parents' arrival to New York.
"It's alright, Austin," Mimi laughed, before turning to look at Ally. "And Austin...your girlfriend here, was the one I was about to set you up with."
"What?" The blonde and brunette both blurted in shock.
"Yeah, Penny Dawson was my college friend and I guess she didn't know about this relationship either because wanted to set Ally up with you."
The couple looked at each other before giggling quietly. It looks like they could've met each other with the help of their parents as well.
"And Ally, if you don't mind, would you like to join us for dinner?" Mike suggested as Ally pursed her lips.
"No, you three go ahead. I wouldn't want to intrude—"
"Ally, darling, you wouldn't be intruding." Austin's mom insisted while Ally smiled slightly at the two.
"Okay, I'll tag along." Ally consented as the parents beamed at their son's girlfriend.
The couple freshened up before going to a popular restaurant by the riverside. They all ordered and ate their meals while talking about how Austin & Ally met, and how their relationship has progressed over the past couple of weeks. By the end of the meal, Mike and Mimi were telling Ally about an embarrassing story of when Austin cried over his pancakes falling on the ground.
"And then, he threw a tantrum over there not being enough butter." Mimi joked while Ally and Mike giggled in amusement. Austin on the other hand grumbled lightly as his parents were making him look like an absolute fool in front of Ally.
"I'm sorry that you have to deal with my son." Mike observed as Austin gave him a dry look.
"Geez thanks, Dad." He uttered awkwardly earning a pat on the cheek from Ally.
"It's okay, he's pretty great in my eyes, no matter what." Hearing her words had a grin plastered on his face. He leaned to the side to place a kiss on the side of her head, earning a blush from her. "But it doesn't mean he acts like an idiot most of the time." Ally claimed, earning a laugh from Austin's parents as he sulked pathetically, while Ally turned to place a kiss on the cheek.
Austin paid for the meal, and the four separated, her parents going to their hotel while Austin walked Ally back to her apartment. They stopped in front of the now familiar, modern, brown building again, like they did all those months ago.
"Mm, goodnight Ally. Sorry if meeting my parents unexpectedly came into your plans because of me." He mumbled quietly as Ally chuckled lightly.
"It's okay... I don't mind. They seem pretty chill."
"Just wait until my mother tries and scares you away with my baby photos." Austin shuddered, as she playfully rolled her eyes.
"Goodnight Austin." She leaned up to place a small kiss on his lips, while Austin returned. They both pulled away and both headed their separate ways.
"Ally, come on! The weather is really nice for us to go on a picnic. It's 70 degrees Fahrenheit!" Austin groaned, causing the brunette to sigh through the phone.
"Austin, there will be plenty of days we can go outside— but I don't have plenty of days to study for finals... which you should also be studying for." She stressed, before looking down at her textbooks again.
"Then how about we go on a picnic study date?" Austin asked eagerly, just wanting to spend some time with her during the nice weather. "I promise, I won't interrupt!"
"Fine, it's okay. Let's just go on a picnic date, I know how much it means to you." She agreed, knowing he would never let her get out of this.
"Yes! Pick you up in 30."
"Okay, bye."
"Bye."
After a little while, Austin showed up at her apartment wearing a black button up, some light wash jeans and his converses. He held a picnic basket in one hand, and picked up a bouquet of Ally's favorite, orchids and lilies, to surprise her.
He quickly brushed some stray strands of hair to side before going to knock on the door.
Knock. Knock. Knock.
The door immediately opened, revealing the tiny brunette in a pale grey dress with her hair styled half up and half down. She wore brown ankle boots that complemented the dress along with a brown braided belt around her waist. Austin beamed at the sight of her, handing the flowers to Ally causing her to blush.
"Here are some flowers, for my stunning girlfriend." Austin commented smoothly, smirking at the fact that Ally's face was as red as a tomato.
"Aw, thank you for the flowers. Let me just put them into this vase first." Ally walked to an empty vase that was given to her by her mother. "And you look very handsome." Ally quipped in a fancy British accent.
"Thank you, kind lady. Shall we depart for our date?" Austin queried while sticking his elbow out of the arm that wasn't carrying the basket.
"Yes, we shall." She giggled lightly, putting her arm around his.
Ally quickly locked the door before the couple made their way to Washington Square Park. It was a relatively close walk from where they lived, and it was a little less crowded than Central Park, so the duo knew that it'd be a better idea to go there.
Once they got there, Austin set down the blanket in an open field with a couple of people around the area. The two sat down and started to talk about their common interest: music.
"So, has there been any luck at the coffeehouse recently?" Ally questioned, knowing Austin has been practicing his covers of various songs for someone to actually notice him.
"Not yet..." Austin trailed off, looking at his lap sadly. "Sometimes, I wonder if it's all worth it..."
"Austin, don't say that," Ally grabbed his hand, intertwining it so that her thumb was brushing his knuckles. "You'll get there, you're crazy talented."
Austin grinned at the brunette reassuring him, feeling his heart start to beat faster in his chest.
"Thanks, Ally. I know if I have you by my side, I'll be fine"
"I know you will be fine," Ally smiled, before letting out a collective sigh. "Listen... I've been meaning to tell you this but— I was thinking that you could sing the songs that we've been writing in our jam sessions or a couple of songs that I wrote that would probably fit under your style..."
Austin's eyes enlarged before shaking his head in disagreement.
"No, Ally I can't—"
"Austin, I know how much this means to you, and I want you to try. I feel like if people start hearing original songs from you, you'll be recognized by more on-goers and the chances of being signed to a label are even higher. I have it all planned out, we could also create a YouTube channel to create content so that people could recognize you!" Ally exclaimed, causing Austin's ever-growing smile to widen even more, if possible.
"But, what about you? You deserve a record more than I do. You're way more talented than me, Ally."
"Austin, this could work though. We'll be like a team; I could be your songwriter and you could be the performer. We could do it together." Ally said, before speaking again. "I think we could make it."
"And if we don't... would you leave me?"
"No... I wouldn't leave you even if we weren't successful because—" Ally swallowed as her heart pounded in adoration and optimism and—
"Because I love you, Austin." Ally declared, realizing that his grey-ish hair was suddenly turning a different color— blonde... yellow. "I couldn't leave you even if I tried."
Austin's inhaled sharply, his heart hammering against his chest. His eyes widened before softening, realizing that he— he was in love with this girl too.
"Ally— I love you too..." He leaned forward and caught his lips with hers in a mind-blanking kiss. Ally's arms wound up around his neck while he was trying to press her into him as close as possible. He eventually pulled her onto his lap, as she started to comb her fingers through his platinum blonde hair. Austin eventually pulled away before resting his forehead against hers, his eyes still closed, trying to absorb what just happened.
"I know that we will have our problems and fights but, you should know that I do love you. That I'm in love with you because of the person that you are and your hopes, ambitions, thoughts... your everything." She muttered softly, opening her eyes to see Austin piercing his chocolate brown eyes into hers. Austin leaned in and kissed her softly once again, skimming her jaw with his thumb. She pulled away, grinning at her boyfriend.
Austin smiled before looking down at Ally's dress and realizing it was yellow. He chuckled lightly, pressing a light kiss to her forehead making her eyebrows crinkle in confusion.
"What?"
"Nothing— it's just your dress is yellow."
Ally looked down at her dress before laughing giddily. For some reason, Austin was absolutely fascinated at the fact that he could call this brown-eyed beauty wearing a yellow dress who loved music as much as he did, whose name is Ally Dawson, his. He wished he could take a picture of how happy she was in that moment, in the sunlight, laughing.
He decides that after this... his second favorite color is yellow.
Next to brown, of course.
After all, he owes that color a debt of gratitude.
"Austin, did you see my necklace?" Ally called, knowing that her boyfriend must've misplaced it somewhere during their move into their new apartment. "I think I might've left in that washroom, could you check for me?"
It's been exactly three years since Austin and Ally met each other at the coffeeshop, ultimately revolutionizing each other's lives. Since then, the duo graduated from their respective colleges and began looking for jobs. Unfortunately, it wasn't easy as the music industry was tough to get into. There had been many rejections, waiting lists, and interviews that occurred before Austin & Ally got signed to Starr Records. They immediately started working with diverse groups of songwriters and producers to gain a perspective on what genres and types of tracks they want to focus on. Their first album charted on Billboard at #3 while producing three hit singles that went #1 in multiple countries. Austin & Ally's success had continued to develop as they toured around the world, visiting different countries and meeting their international fans. Now, they were currently working on creating their second album, experimenting with different lyrics and sounds that have a unique sense of musicality.
Their relationship has been going in an upwards direction. With minor bumps here and there, they've managed to keep each other happy while being hopelessly in love with each other. After living in separate apartments for two years and a half, Austin decided to ask Ally to move in with him, to which Ally tackled him and smothered him in kisses. They later on decided that they should find a small apartment together to move in to. So, they found a place that has an overview of Central Park that was closer to their recording studio. They moved in about three months later, and after a month of living together, all seemed to be going well.
Also, there was the fact that Austin was going to propose to Ally.
Yeah.
He was nervous as hell, and was basically contemplating on asking his best friend to ask Ally to marry him.
But he knew that this was the girl he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He was sure of it.
"Yeah, I'll look for it right now." Austin walked into the washroom before spotting a small silver chain with a stud pendant. He grabbed before going to walk into their bedroom to see Ally in a gorgeous outfit. Austin's eyes widened in awe right while Ally turned around in her spaghetti strap red dress. Even after all this time, she grinned before blushing at his alluring gaze.
"You're beautiful."
"Thank you, you're pretty dapper yourself."
"Well thank you... I got the necklace... would you like me to put it on for you?" He asked as Ally nodded, turning around and placing her hair to one side. He quickly did the clasp on the necklace, placing a kiss on the crown on of her head while Ally turned around.
"Let's get going."
Austin made reservations for Le Bernardin, and then planned to take her on a small walk around Central Park, before taking her to the place where everything started, the coffeeshop.
"So, where are we going, rockstar?" Ally questioned eagerly, wanting to know his agenda for the night.
"It's a surprise." He responded inadvertently mysteriously, as she tilted her head in suspicion.
"Why did that sound ominous?"
"It wasn't supposed to be." He chuckled.
They reached the restaurant, trying not to laugh at the starstruck waitress who began to go on about how she was a huge fan. They took a seat near a candlelit table and ordered their food, talking about their plans for their next concert. Once they finished eating, the two made their way to Central Park, laughing at some innuendo Austin made out of something Ally said.
"Why did you make it sound like that?" Ally complained, pouting at her boyfriend.
"Aw, don't worry... we could try it later if you are willing—"
"Austin Monica Moon!"
"Not the full name card!" Austin groaned, before disconnecting the hand he was holding hers with. He then went to wrap his arm around her waist as they continued to walk around. They stopped by a street-performer playing the piano, the older woman played a rendition of Another Love. Austin beamed, knowing they both loved this song. He looked over at Ally, who was entranced by the pianist before gaining her attention.
"May I have this dance, milady?" Austin outstretched his hand, seeing Ally turn to chuckle playfully at his antics.
"It's cold out here," She commented dryly, knowing that the temperature would continue dropping. She noticed his smile turning into a mini frown before nodding. "But if it makes you happy, sure, I'll dance with you sir."
He smirked before placing one hand on her back while the other firmly clasped hers, her other hand found a place on his shoulder. The two slow-danced to the tune, and by the start of the chorus repeating the third time, Austin leaned in to tenderly kiss her. He squeezed her hand as she smiled into the kiss, forgetting they were standing in the middle of the sidewalk. Ally pulled away to rest her forehead against his, and the two remained like that, swaying to the other songs the musician played.
Once they realized that their fingers were frozen (from their oh-so-smart decision to not wear gloves), Austin decided that they should take the bus to their final stop.
"Austin, where are we going?"
"Oh, you'll see."
After a hindrance with New York traffic, they finally found themselves at their destination. Ally looked at the familiar building before turning to look at Austin in confusion.
"But the coffee shop isn't open right now...?"
"Oh... it is... for us." Austin pulled out a set of keys after staying in touch with the owner after all these years.
"Austin, what did you do? How did you even get the—"
"Relax, Ally... I didn't steal the keys. I asked for a favor, needed the coffee shop tonight."
"Why?" Ally was really confused right now. Did he want some coffee or something?
"You will see."
They walked into the empty and dark coffeehouse, strolling over to the counter. Austin set on the lights he had left here earlier in the day to leave a hazy golden aura to illuminate. He then walked over to the stage and picked up the guitar he had also left in here earlier. He quickly swallowed his fears and regrets of doing this before looking at Ally who was smiling.
Austin had it planned, he'd sing yellow, the first song he sang to Ally after he told her he loved her. Then he was going to sing the song that brought them together, brown-eyed girl. He began singing, without an introduction as Ally continued to watch him, engrossed in the songs he performed. The entire time, he kept his gaze on hers, never breaking away as they were lost in the moment.
Once he finished, he walked up to Ally and grabbed her hands, gulping at the thought of her rejecting him. He pushed it aside, before looking straight into his soulmate's eyes.
"Ally I— before we met, I never thought I'd meet my other half. And now, I can't even imagine my life without you. Everything is just put into perspective around you, and I can't believe that we met here, exactly three years ago. You are the sun to my moon, my everything," Austin exhaled as tears sprung to Ally's eyes. "I love you so much."
A stray tear fell from her cheek, and with a wobbly smile, she tried to convey her love for him. "I love you too, Austin. More than you could ever know."
He leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to her lips, placing his hands on her cheeks, brushing her cheekbones. She placed his hands on top of his, as he deepened the kiss knowing he had to pull away now before he got carried away. He broke the kiss to rest his forehead on hers, like he always did and took a breath.
Before he could psych himself out, he dropped down to one knee and found the box that had been resting in his back pocket. Ally felt him move away from their current position and opened her eyes only to see him, with trembling hands, hold an engagement ring.
"Ally, will you marry me?"
Ally stared in shock before dropping down to her knees in front of Austin, tears trailing down her cheek realizing she was being proposed to.
"Yes! Of course! Yes." She gushed, halfway sobbing through her words. Austin felt tears streaming down his face, before he acknowledged her response. He breathed a sigh of relief, before going to grab her hand in his and place the ring on her ring finger. The blonde slipped it on, then grabbed her face in his hands and captured her lips with his in a heartfelt kiss. He then pulled away to pull the brunette in a fierce hug, wrapping his arms around her waist tightly as her arms were around his neck.
"I'm so glad you said yes." He commented, before going to kiss the side of her head.
"You— you really thought I'd say no?" Ally asked in disbelief.
"For a second there... yes."
"You're such an idiot." Ally stated amusedly, shaking her head as he chuckled.
"Well, it's a good thing you're marrying this idiot."
"An idiot named Monica." She giggled quietly as Austin pulled away to give her a dreary stare.
"Seriously, Edgar?" Ally's eyes widened in shock as she has never even said a word about her middle name.
"How— how do you know my middle name?" Ally questioned as Austin had a small smirk plastered on his features.
"I have my sources."
"Creep."
Austin leaned into to kiss her again, both of them smiling into the kiss knowing that this was where he should be. He really never thought he'd never meet his soulmate, and now that he has her in his arms, he plans to never let go.
"I love you Ally." Austin stated seriously, smiling at his fiancée (yes, he was really happy he could call her that now).
"I love you Austin."
His life was colorful, and that's how he liked it, with Ally and his music.
That's all he really needed.
