Sides

Just one of my own since I have an empty request list. *Season 6 spoilers!* (Can I get an Aussie update on that?) Basically, based around Belle's silence when Rumple threatened Emma, and a certain mama bear not liking it.

"Are you threatening my child?" Rumple asked coldly. Snow tensed herself. The Dark One might be powerful, but not powerful enough to threaten her daughter while she was standing right there. Snow quickly glanced over to where Belle stood beside Rumple. Her blood boiled. She did nothing.

"I don't have a choice. He's tried to kill me, twice, I'm not gonna give him a third chance." Emma pointed out. Snow eyed up Rumple as he dared to come closer. She was ready to pounce into action.

"Alright Saviour." Rumple said, little emotion showing. "If you cross my son, I will do what I must to stop you." Snow once again glanced at Belle. For a moment, Snow thought she was about to speak up and tell Rumple he was out of line…but she did nothing. Well, Snow wasn't about to make that same mistake.

"We didn't start this fight." She growled. She then looked over to Belle. "Are you just going to stand there and let him talk to her like that?" She snapped, fed up with her silence. Belle looked up, like a deer caught in the headlights.

"Snow, he's my boy…"

"Well your boy hurt my girl." Snow snapped. She did not take potential fatality of her daughter lightly. Rumple snarled.

"Don't you talk to my wife like that…"

"Don't you talk to my mother like that." Emma interrupted, rage building within her. She readied herself for having to use her magic, but Snow placed her hand around Emma's wrist, letting her know that she could handle this. Snow then stepped forward, going between Emma and the Dark One.

"I'm not scared of you in this realm, imp." Snow snarled. She looked him up and down slowly. "Here, you're just an old man with a wonky leg. An old man who can be taken down if necessary. Remember that." She warned him. Snow turned back to Emma. "Let's go home." She said, beginning to walk to the spider web covered exit. Snow walked behind Emma, making sure her back was covered in case Rumple should decide to fight dirty. Snow watched Emma go through. She was then halfway through herself when Belle broke her silence.

"Snow, wait." She said, rushing forward. Snow turned and looked at Belle, politely, but making it clear as long as Gideon was coming after Emma, their allegiance was on hold. Belle seemed flustered, unsure of what to say.

"This isn't easy, for any of us. Gideon, he's my boy…"

"I understand Belle, really, I do." Snow cut her off, seeing where this was going. "You chose your son, I get that. I'm choosing my daughter." With that, Snow left the shop. She would protect her daughter, no matter who got in her way.
