So the Mha girls are going to be Momo (of course), Itsuka, , and Melissa. Take a guess as to who will be in the harem from the crossover possibilities.

There are 4 teachers. Two coming from a single anime, while the other half stand alone. Have fun taking a guess before I reveal them in the next chapter.

Izuku was 12 when all the abuse peaked. He was sure it would never get better. Like a moth to a flame, the greenette walked home where he could lick his wounds and prepare for the fresh batch of tomorrow. Though as comforting as his room sounded, he didn't want to go home just yet.

He decided a small park bench would be a good place for a rest. Maybe he could finish up some entries in his notebook or something. The first year of middle school was already numbing his ambition.

The seat was long and pleasant, plenty of both qualities to make him oblivious to the figure sitting at the end. Izuku got comfortable and started writing in the 10th edition of his notebook.

'So, Selkie has a powerful mutation type quirk that gives him the traits of a seal. That includes a boost in strength and speed that are nothing to shake off. He's half human so does that mean that his nostrils remain open. Seals have an acute sense of smell on the surface but not underwater since their noses get closed. Is his smell enhanced underwater, like a counter boost from human biology or…'

Once more, the greenette descended into ramblings about quirks and heroes. Normally, this would make others around him uncomfortable about the eccentricity but the man seated peacefully on the other end with his cane…

Was certainly not others.

He gave a side glance to the muttering teen and listened carefully. He was impressed at the boy's analytical skill, theorizing and concluding from even the smallest details. The more he listened, the more Izuku dragged his pen over the pages. Where most would see a flaw and fruitless distraction, he saw potential for something dangerous to be born. So few understood, in this age more than ever, that power was useless without the mind to comprehend its uses.

The elder stood up with a small tap of his wooden cane with a bulbous head, swirling like a snail shell. He was bald with white facial hair, and his eyes brows draped down to the middle of his beard. It was kept together by purple bindings, the same purple on the inside of his white overcoat. HIs outfit consisted of a black hakama and a white sash tied at his waist. His age did nothing to make his gaze less intense, nor force him into a decrepit hunch.

Instead, his imposing figure emanated dominance and a demand for respect. That feeling now washed over Izuku as the change in lighting made him aware of someone in front of him. The greenette felt his anxiety build and he gulped, all his senses quickly turning to fear once he looked up. The old man's eyes were stern, accentuated by the crossing scar above his right brow. His shaking increased and became visible.

"I-I w-w-was muttering a-again, r-right sir?" The senior nodded before he could continue. "I-I'm...I'm s-sorry, sir. I'll j-just le-leave you be. I won't be o-of trouble anymo-"

Halfway up, Izuku felt a powerful hand grab his shoulder. The grip was like steel, and yet there was a softness to it he couldn't put his finger on. However, at the moment, the scared hero hopeful couldn't think out of pure fear. He hesitated tilting his head back up once more but did so anyway, only to immediately lock eyes with the stranger again.

"You would apologize to me without hearing my reasoning for approaching you?" The man's voice was surprisingly gruff and eloquent at the same time. "Whoever has made you this timorous should be punished for such disgraceful treatment of another human. I approached you because I've taken in interest in your singularity. Such a quality could do you good in many endeavors of life."

The senior felt amused as Izuku blinked owlishly. "I-I...a-are you...d-do you really mean it?"

"I would not lie, only withhold the whole truth. Come. I take it that some clarity would do you good?"

Izuku bowed his head respectfully and nearly jumped to his feet. The man let out a hearty, quiet chuckle that he felt was a rare gesture for his character.

They turned left and walked beside one another, Izuku keeping his pace the same out of respect. "I should introduce myself. My name is Genryusai Yamamoto, a retired captain."

"W-Woah. Th-Thank you for your service, sir."

"Hmmm…" Yamamoto lost himself in thought for a moment. "Your gratitude is appreciated. What is your name, boy?"

"M-My name i-is Izuki Midoriya, Yamamoto sir." Izuku felt as though he was being blessed by a king.

The stranger hadn't treated him poorly and was also an individual of high honor at that.

He didn't know about his quirklessness, but his mother had taught him better than that. Izuku held back his fears and judgement.

"Mmm. You at least remain with the vigor in your voice to not waver on your name. Good."

Unfortunately, anxiety won the battle against patience. "S-Sir, I don't mean to be rude but I was originally supposed to be on my way home. I-I can t-tell you've noticed my affinity with people…..Is this about my...my quirk?"

"Mm? I assure you your reason for doubt is a fair one. Your last question, however...I have an offer for you. From that notebook and it's title, I can assume you wish to be an elite guardian of the helpless. To swear your soul to duty."

Izuku felt his blood drop. He was nearing the inevitable reveal and what would be his undoing in the eyes of even the elderly. How could he, worthless Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, amount to anything a captain could bestow upon him? He relented to fate and decided to get it over with.

"Y-Yes sir." Said Izuku, voice just above a whisper. "I do want to be a hero...but I can't."

"Why is that?"

"...I'm quirkless."

Silence as loud as Gabriel's horn reigned supreme. Not the birds in the nearby trees, the sleeping cat on the other side of the path, or even the sound of his heartbeat in his ears. Izuku waited for the insults, disappointment, and the slew of other things he'd been shown throughout life.

"Even better."

Izuku could not believe his ears.

"I-I...beg your pardon?"

"You are a rarity in this world. A remnant of humanity's beauty. Everyone is obsessed with quirks and the changes it has brought to society. While I cannot deny the prosperity it has bestowed on the world, I also see the ruination in minds of both old and young. All have lost the absolute meaning of strength and attribute all success to the thing they have perceived as power. True might is gained through body and spirit alone, the strongest weapon of the human being! The will to live on and fight!"

Izuku's life had been a proverbial storm, clawing through the mud just to see the next day. One day it was rain, others were hail, but he suffered all the same. It was the prospect of will power that was the greenette's greatest strength, whether he knew it or not. Yamamoto's speech turned the little spark of his dwindling hope into a roaring flame capable of melting even the coldest of discouragement. This. Was. His. Chance!

"My offer is to show you with the help of my colleagues how to become...the strongest of all."

Izuku was tired of being scared and looked Yamamoto straight in the eyes, making him widen his own slightly. Already, the old captain could see the change.

"I...accept."
