Disclaimer: I do not own the Fate series or any of its characters.

Author's Note: So...I asked Hong Cong for some assistance on creating my own version on the Salem story. I only wanted to write the climax part of it cause...that seemed more interesting and fun. Hehe.

Please enjoy!

The Demon pillar had risen in its full unholy glory. Ristsuka, Mash, and the servants Sheba, Mata Hari, Robin Hood, and Crice battled hard to defeat the demon. Raum had provided a hard fight but like the demon pillars before it, Raum was defeated. But like the others, Raum had one last trick up his sleeve. Before Ritsuka ordered Robin to shoot him, the demon god attacked first..and fatally injured Lavinia. Abigail Williams, who was half way through her transformation stood, looking down at the injured pale girl.

"Lav...Lavinia?" She said. "Please...not now..."

"Abby, get a hold of yourself!" Ritsuka shouted to the now half witch girl.

Abby trembled as she grit her teeth. Raum had hurt the most important person in her life. Her best friend. She could not let that slide. More and more she felt something strange...something beyond the world that wanted to crawl out. A being from another dimension. An Outer God. The Keyhole on her forehead glowed brightly as she began to change once more. The bright light blinded everyone for just a second, and when they could see once more, standing before them wasn't Abigail Williams.

"pain...Suffering...All of it," she stated coldly. "All must pay for their sins upon this world..."

"Wh..What is this?!" Ritsuka asked in bewilderment at the escalating situation. "What happened to Abby?!"

Sheba took a step forward. "That is no longer Abigail Williams. The Outer God must have taken over her completely. Her sanity now gone, and about to go on a rampage!"

"We can't allow that!" Mash shouted as she raised her shield. "We must do something!"

Abigail summoned two large keys, one in each hand, as otherworldly tendrils started sprouting beneath her, eyes focused on them. "Are you ready to be cleansed of your sins? The world is a harsh and lonely place. Only through the redemption of truth will you finally be cleansed of it all."

"Not in this way!" Ritsuka declared. "This is all wrong!"

Abigail was not phased by the declaration, smirking in malicious amusement as she raised her left hand key. "So you wish to go first and be cleansed?"

Ritsuka could only clench her first on her chest. She did not want to fight Abby but with her as she is now, there was no other choice. Before she could give the command, Robin Hood already stepped up and fired several arrows at the Outer God Vessel

The now Pale witch used her tentacles behind and under to swat the bolts away. Using the opportunity given, Mash charged in with her shield to bash Abigail. The witch felt herself get hit twice before being kicked back and stumbling. With her sight now on Mash, Abigail grinned as she raised her keys high.

"Think you can escape judgement?" jamming her keys into the ground and "unlocking" what lied beneath, portals appeared behind the Shielder and Archer class servants. Tentacles sprouted from these portals as they thrashed and hurled the two servants to the wall.

"No! Mash! Robin!" Ritsuka cried.

Before Abigail could attack them again, pink balls of energy smacked into her, swiftly turning the one firing them off, Mata Hari

"Wretched girl!" Abby snarled as the belly dancer fired more off, dancing around the tentacles Abigail summoned. Blocking her last shot, the tentacles under Abigail flung her towards Mata Hari and allowed her to use her keys, hitting the dancer.

Mata Hari cried out in pain on impact, as Abigail hit her again and again. "Sinful woman! Shameful Seducer!" With her last strike, Abigail sent the wounded dancer away with a tendril.

Sheba raised her lamp and produced a magical smoke formed hammer. Sheba smashed Abigail with it twice before summoning her three enigmas to assault the witch. Unfortunately for her, Abigail smacked them away with her keys, using the tendrils under her to create distance

What Abigail didn't realize was that Circe was waiting for her. The Caster of Okeanos, who was flying above her, had her staff pointed at her.

"Oh no...!" Abigail gasped in disbelief.

"Sorry Abigail, but this is for your own good." Circe fired off a powerful blast of magical energy at the Outer God vessel. Abigail screamed as she was smashed into the ground, a large crater forming from her impact. Circe floated down with Sheba stepping next to her.

"Think we did it?" Sheba asked.

"I hope so." Circe replied as they looked down at the unconscious girl. As they got closer look, a white glow appeared on Abigail, who rose back up and smirked cruelly at the two casters.

"Nice try."

"What?! How?!" Ritsuka gasped.

It was then that Abigail closed her eyes. The remaining servants recover to see another purple glow that surrounded the witch. Sheba could not beleive what she was seeing and neither could Circe.

"No...Don't tell me she's using..." Sheba started.

"Her Noble Phantasm!" Circe finished.

Abigail chanted in an eldritch tongue as eldritch tentacles spawned behind her. "I hold the silver key...Unlock..." she said quietly. An eye within the keyhole on her forehead opened, looking around before zoning in on the servants. "My father...My God..."

The tentacles hit each and every servant like a ton of bricks, critically injuring them all. "Qlipoth Rhizome!" With her utterance, and with the assault finished, the tentacles withdrew into the void as Abigail looked upon the injured.

"These were your sins." She stated. "This was your cleansing. Remember it well."

Ritsuka's body starts to tremble as she looked around, seeing every servant on the floor and unable to get up. Abigail turned her gaze towards the redhead.

"You, what will you do to cleanse yourself of sin?" She asked. "Or would you prefer I do that for you?"

The Chaldean master stepped forward with a fist on her chest. "If anyone needs their sins cleansed, it should be yours! You have to stop this Abby! Doing this won't change anything!"

"The foul demon hurt the one most important to me." Abigail replied as she turned briefly to gaze upon the Raven form of Raum, several tentacles on her command thrashing his form. "You would never understand.."

"Abby, I understand completely!" Ritsuka bravely rushed Abigail, wrapping her in a hug. "Please...think about how Lavinia would feel if she saw you like this. She would be devastated!"

"Don't touch me...!"

"Abby, please!" Ritsuka begged as she hugged tighter. "Try to remember!"

The Pale witch tried to use her tentacles to shake the redhead off herself, but somehow, were unable to. Why? Deep within her mind, memories flashed before her. Memories of Lavinia and her. The day they became friends. How She offered a teddy bear to Lavinia to have them match. But most importantly...the memory of watching the whales together. Memories that she would not forget, of her and Lavinia being the best of friends, and how they would always be together.

Ritsuka's embrace caused the Outer God's influence to weaken as Abigail slowly transformed back into her normal form. Her hair changed from white to blonde and her skin returned to its original tone. Her clothes also changed from the skimpy and witch like to what she wore before. The servants, finally regaining consciousness and seeing the sight, were shocked by what they see.

"Senpai..." Mash uttered.

Ritsuka pulled away and saw that the Abigail that they had come to know and love had returned. "Abby? Are you ok?"

"Huh...Whaaaaa?!" Abigial looked around frantically, shocked and confused. "The Outer God...huh?"

"It's gone.." Ritsuka said. "I guess..my power of love and friendship caused this?"

"Friendship..." Abby muttered. She suddenly gasped as realization hit her. "Lavinia! Where is she?!"

Ritsuka and her servants gave her sad expressions, making the blonde child worry. She turns around and sees the fatally wounded pale child on the floor.

"LAVINIA!" She cried as she rushed to her friends side, carefully picking her up and resting her on her lap. "Lavina! Lavinia! Please, wake up!"

The pale girl's eyes fluttered open, her vision slightly blurred, but still able to make out the silhouette of her dear friend looking down at her. "A..Abby?"

"Lavinia!" Abby cried

"I...I'm so sorry.." The introvert's voice was nothing above a whisper.

"It's going to be okay! You'll make it!" Abby said. "You'll make it...won't you?" Tears formed in the blonde child's eyes as she looks up to the others. All they can do was hang their heads low. Abby could tell that was not a good sign. Lavinia would not survive.

"Lavinia..." Abby choked out a sob. Mash begins to shed tears of her own, Ritsuka wrapping an arm around her shoulder. Sheba and Circe do the same. Mata Hari buries her head on Robin's chest to hide her own tears.

"Abby...? I wish we could spend more time together..." Lavinia whispered. "Even though I came from...a horrible tale..I'm just a person that came from that tale.."

"Yes, but our friendship was the real thing!" Abby said, leaning closer and gently squeezing her dying friend's hand. "You and I are best friends! That itself is real!"

Lavinia let out a weak laugh, and a smile. "I wish...I could see the whales...one last time with you.."

"Lavinia!" Abby cried. "Don't go...!"

Lavinia's eyes flutter shut for the last time, never to open again. Abby shakes her a few times.

"Lavinia? Lavinia..?" Abigail finally realized her friend is...dead. "Lavinia! No! No!!" She sobbed her heart out, burying her head on her friend's chest.

Everyone else shed tears of sorrow. Mash buries her head in Ritsuka's chest, crying her heart out as her master hugs her, her own tears falling. Mata Hari cried for the fallen girl to, while Circe and Sheba looked on in remorse for the young girl.

Abigail pulled away, sniffling, as she cradled the pale girl in her arms. "My dear friend..I am so sorry...If only I had acted sooner...You wound't have gotten hurt." Tears continued to fall from the blonde girl. Carefully, she took one of her ribbons off her hair and puts in on Lavinia's. "You were like the sister I never had...Lavinia. I will always love you..." She leaned in and gives a kiss on Lavinia's cheek. She cried once more, holding the pale girl in her arms.

Ritsuka looked towards the two Casters. "Circe? Sheba? Is there anything you can do to save Lavinia?"

The two look exchange looks before turning to the master.

"Reviving someone...may be difficult.." Circe said. "But, we will try our best."

Sheba raised her lamp to produce magical smoke and it goes toward Lavinia, gently picking her up and surprising Abby. The smoke acted as a small bed for her as it floats towards Circe. Closing her eyes and raising her staff, the witch queen began to chant in Greek as she waved her tool of power in a circle. As Circe chanted her spell, bright yellow light appear and shine brightly on the child. Lavinia's wounds close and the blood goes away. Abby couldn't believe her eyes, as could no one else as they looked on.

The glowing soon stopped once Circe finished chanting and Sheba carefully placed the girl toward Abby's arms. The blonde girl looked down at Lavinia, awaiting the final results. To her great fortune, the revival spell worked. Lavinia opened her eyes to see her best friend.

"Abby...?" She asked softly.

"Lavinia! You're alive!" Abby hugged Lavinia tightly, her tears now ones of happiness.

"Whoa, it worked!" Ritsuka said with a smile. "Sheba, Circe, thank you!"

Circe smirked. "That spell took a whole lot out of me, and I'm fairly certain I might have made Hades mad but...I think this was worth it~"

Ritsuka turned towards the two happy children. she saw Abby giggling happily as she nuzzled her head against her best friend's cheek, Lavinia giving her own in return

The Next Day*

At the very place where they saw the whales, Abby and lavinia are sitting on the grass. They watched as whales rose from the ocean, releasing water from their blowholes before diving back in.

"Haaaah...I am so glad we get to see it again," Abby said. "Just you and me. Together."

"Y-yeah...It's amazing...Abby~" Lavinia replies. "B-but where are...Fujimaru and...Mash..? Didn't they want to watch them with us one last time?"

"They had left already..with Ritsuka holding some golden cup or something." Abby replied. "I think it was a key to go back to where they call home. Who knows though. Hehehe! The most important thing is..." She suddenly hugged the introvert." I get to be with my best friend..Forever and ever~"

"Abby...Y-you're squeezing me too tightly..." Lavinia stuttered out. Abby only giggled.

"I don't care~" The blonde girl nuzzled her head once more against her best friend's cheek. "My life is always wonderful with you around~"

Lavinia blushed and gave a weak but happy smile. "Y-yeah...Same here..."
