Also, I don't own Danmachi nor Bloodborne

Chapter 1

"Bell, wake up. You need to wake up." said a woman shaking Bell awake.

"Mama, what's wrong?" asked Bell, still half asleep.

"They're here. Quickly go to the cellar, hide." the woman said.

"But mama what about you?" asked Bell, worry visible in his voice.

"I'll be fine. Go Bell." His mother said.

"Yes, mama." Bell said, quietly running to the cellar. Once he was inside all he heard was a door slamming open and a quick scream of pain and Bell knew he was alone.

Two days later

Maria often walked through the remains of the hamlet, to remind herself of the pain she had caused, no sound, nothing but the soft sploshing of her boots through the water. She also wanted to find out who was coming by here and placing flowers in front of a gravestone by the beach, where the corpse of 'Kos' was found. Of course, she had her own little grave for the washed-up great one standing on one of the cliffs that overlooked the site. The light splish-splash behind her signified that there is someone following her. She quickly, but quietly ducked into one of the buildings to see what or who was following her. Peeking her head out from the doorway she saw a boy trudging through the water holding flowers. to step out and find out who he is.

"Who are you, and what are you doing out here?" Maria asked.

The boy visibly froze and turned to look at her, horror evident in his eyes. He turned to run only to sprint head-first into a pole effectively knocking him unconscious.

Maria stared at the unmoving boy for a second, before walking up to his body, picking him up, and carrying him out of the defiled hamlet.

Bell was walking through the unfamiliar tunnels of the Dungeon, watching for any stronger prey.

Whenever the Good Hunter summoned him they always made short work of their foes. At least that was the case until she stumbled upon the nightmare, he told her to turn back, but she didn't she kept on powering through the nightmare. He did try to stop her, but she was persistent. When she fought against Maria, she did stop, she left the nightmare alone for the time being. But once she was stronger she came right back to the Nightmare. He saw Maria's chair, but she was gone and with the way to the Fishing Hamlet open, he knew what happened. He had barely felt such anger before, but he knew that once someone was dead, they cannot come back. He attacked her again and again, always pursuing her, but then she killed him, and he felt the fire inside him whither and die, so he took up his blade against the Orphan with her and they killed it! When Bell followed the Good Hunter to this world the Great Ones took pity on him once again, and they granted him, his beloved sister back!

Bell shook his head, freeing his mind from the past, after all, It was all just a bad dream.
