Summary: 150 competitors from your favorite video games compete in an all-out battle royal gauntlet to see which character can not only be considered the greatest of all time, but can be granted any wish he desires. Who will definitely be the last one standing?

Chapter 16: Keep Yourself Alive
10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… *BZZT!*
Entrant #121: Fox McCloud (StarFox)
Once that buzzer rang out full-blast, the song "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins began playing out as a anthropormorphic fox with a green jumpsuit, black gloves, white boots and white jacket with a StarFox logo right on his left arm came out to a stellar amount of cheers from the crowd. He immediately used his laser gun to spin it all around and fly it right up in the air before catching it with his hands, just to dazzle the fans for a bit.
"I think he's about to step in the danger zone, gentleman!" The King exclaimed.
"And that's just the way Fox McCloud from StarFox likes it!" JR exclaimed as well, "He's the 121st entrant entering this match!"
"We've all seen his friends Falco and Krystal get their fair share of the Rumble, and now it's Fox's turn to do his time!" Cole replied.
Fox then took off running, which at the same time that the next entrant was about to make his way.
Entrant #122: Haohmaru (Samurai Shodown)
The character select theme to the game "Samurai Shodown" began playing full-blast as a muscular samurai with sleeveless arms, white karate gi, taped gloves, spiky black ponytailed hair and a samurai sword in hand began walking through the curtain and greeted by another big pop from the San Diego faithful.
"Oh boy, Mitsurugi's got some competition coming!" The King exclaimed.
"And it just came in the form of Haohmaru from Samurai Shodown at #122!" JR exclaimed as well.
"This is gonna be interesting if we get a Soul Calibur vs. Samurai Shodown matchup going on here tonight!" Tazz replied.
With his sword still in hand, Haohmaru began that long walk down the aisle, fast enough for the next entrant to make his way out next.
Entrant #123: Luke fon Fabre (Tales of the Abyss)
The song "Got The Time" by Anthrax played around the soundsystem as a man with bright short red hair, white vest shirt, dark jeans and brown boots sped right through the curtain and went all the way down the aisle, being greeted by another good round of cheers from ringside.
"This looks like one hell of a firecracker!" JR pointed out.
"Well, you can best be sure he's gonna go off like one too!" Tazz nodding to JR.
"Coming in at #123 is Luke fon Fabre from Namco's Tales of the Abyss!" Cole exclaimed once more.
Just as he got right inside the ring, the camera scrolled back to the stage to see yet another entrant enter.
Entrant #124: Aloy (Horizon Zero Dawn)
The crowd was treated to the sound of "On Fire" by Van Halen playing across the stadium as a woman with auburn cornrows, dressed in a leather light brown shirt with multi-colored beads, brown leather pants with a light brown belt and tanned furry boots came out through the curtain and shot an arrow from her bow way up in the air. However, it wasn't just any arrow that was shot in the air. This one had a firework attached to it though. So as once as that fire-work strapped arrow was way up in the air.
*BOOM!*
The pyro coming from that arrow suddenly went off all around, dazzling the entire fans who now began to root for this woman all around.
"Wow, talk about entering the Rumble with a bang, JR!" The King chuckled out.
"Indeed, this woman is looking to go out with a bang too, now that Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn has entered this matchup!" Cole replied.
Tazz then analyzed Aloy from far away saying, "You know, she reminds me a lot like Becky Lynch now that I see it."
"Well, it's no surprise that Becky Lynch once cosplayed as Aloy at WrestleMania 33!" JR replied to Tazz.
Aloy managed to make it halfway down the aisle before the lights suddenly dimmed to black all across the stadium, leading the rest of the people to stand up out of curiosity of what was going on.
"Whoa, hold up a minute..." Tazz muttered out.
"I don't get it," JR shrugged before saying, "Did we suffer some sort of power outage?"
There was a little bit of silence for a good several seconds before "Hells Bells" by AC/DC started playing out full-blast around the stadium, which was followed by the appearance of a black anthropormorphic hedgehog with white shoes and red eyes. Once he walked through that curtain though, he was instantly greeted by a thunderous ovation from the rest of the fans, who all chanted "Shadow" over and over again just to pump him right up. Just to complete his entrance though, the entire stage started shooting out fire all around, making the crowds even more excited for this entrant known as...
Entrant #125: Shadow The Hedgehog (Sonic The Hedgehog)
"Oh boy, are these people in for it now, or what?" Tazz smirked to his broadcast partners.
"No doubt their number's up, Tazz, now that Shadow The Hedgehog is making his way down in the Rumble match!" Cole nodded a bit.
The King then smirked out as he said, "Gotta say, I like the way he's entering this Rumble! He's just taking his sweet time getting down the ring, therefore he can be less tired!"
"I don't know if that's a strategy or not, King," JR shrugged before saying, "But regardless what happens, Shadow will be unstoppable once he finally makes it inside the ring!"
What The King really said about Shadow was true. He was definitely taking his sweet time walking down the aisle while the rest of the competitors all looked on with a combination of both amazement and horror.
The ones who weren't even paying attention to that awesome entrance however was Knuckles and Sly Cooper most of all. Knuckles was at the lower right corner, trying to hang on as tight as he could as Sly attempted to push him right off. Still struggling for his life though, Knuckles managed to lean his head up and see Shadow take that slow-ass walk from far away.
"HEY SHADOW, HURRY THE HECK UP AND HELP ME OUT!" The echidna shouted monstrously, still having trouble holding onto his grip. Realizing this problem, Knuckles muttered to himself, "Ah, forget him, I'll just have to get Sly myself."
Being desperate to stay alive though, Knuckles managed to take that cap of Sly and lower it across the thief's face, blinding him for the moment.
"Hey, looks like that helped!" Tazz pointed out.
"Smart move for Knuckles to blind Sly like that!" The King exclaimed, "Reminds me of my Memphis days!"
Sly managed to lift back his blue beret up only to turn around and see Knuckles somersault close to him, looking to pull off a big Honor Roll. Yet once Knuckles got up, Sly surprised the echidna by hitting him with a bicycle knee strike right to the face!
"Oh, what a shot!" Cole shrieked a little.
"I think that one reached my eardrums!" JR nodded.
That bicycle knee strike to the face was more than enough to daze Knuckles all around, which was perfect enough for Sly to surprise him with a dropkick, forcing Knuckles to tumble over the ropes and onto the floor therefore getting eliminated much to his disappointment!
"Oh no, Knuckles is gone!" Tazz said, groaning all around. "Some help Shadow was!"
"What did Shadow have anything to do with Knuckles's elimination?" Cole said to Tazz.
"He was too slow, Cole!" Tazz whined again, "That was the problem."
"I don't think Shadow would care at all, King!" JR shook his head, "He's here for himself!"
"That's no surprise to me, Shadow only cares about himself as far as I'm concerned." The King glared.
90th Elimination: Knuckles The Echidna; Eliminated by: Sly Cooper; Duration: 11:52
Sly Cooper immediately decided to taunt an incapacitated Knuckles just by rolling his cane like a wheel and tossing it in the air, right before catching it and ending it with a bow as if he was saying goodbye to the fallen echidna.
But that proved to be a mistake though as Crash, Crunch and Pasadena suddenly snuck up from behind grabbed Sly right by his shirt, tossing him over the top rope, only for the thief to hang on tightly to the ropes, which only had Sly remaining on the apron.
"And Sly's over and… no wait, he's still hanging on!" JR quickly corrected.
"That was almost like a last-second desperation move right there!" The King pointed out.
Sly attempted to hang on the ropes the best that he could, but the pushing momentum of both Crash and Crunch was just too hard to overcome. Pasadena immediately caught Sly right by surprise with a punch to the head, forcing Sly off the apron…
…
…
...only to use his family's signature cane to hang onto the ropes, leaving the crowd dazzled seeing Sly remaining right on the apron in that fashion!
"Hey, look at that!" Tazz pointed out, "Sly's using the cane!"
"That cane just saved Sly's hide for the time being!" JR pointed out, still losing it from that near-save spot.
"Is that even against Rumble rules?" The King asked JR.
The Oklahoman immediately shrugged as he said, "I don't think it matters as long as Sly's feet didn't touch the floor!"
Sly attempted to pull himself back up to the ring only for Pasadena to dropkick the thief right in the knees. That hit managed to get him off the apron, yet still managed to hang onto the cane, leaving his legs wobbling hopelessly back and forth in the air.
"I think Sly's… wait a minute!" Tazz yelped.
"Sly's still hanging onto the cane!" JR shrieked once more, "I can't believe it!"
"I can," The King nodded before saying, "I got a feeling Sly won't hang out for much longer with his legs shaking back and forth."
"Sly Cooper is using everything he can to avoid elimination." Cole stated.
The thief attempted to use the cane like a rope, attempting to climb right back up.
But before that could happen though, a strange laser beam was zapped out of nowhere, frying Sly right by his hands which forced him to let go and drop right to the floor, getting eliminated unexpectedly much to the shock of the fans!
"Oh no!" JR yelped.
"What just happened?!" Tazz yelped as well, not even knowing what was going on.
"Someone just shot a laser right from the crowd and zapped Sly right out of the Rumble!" Cole replied, "That's a shame for Mr. Cooper!"
"I can't believe it," The King shook his head, "And after all this time too!"
91st Elimination: Sly Cooper; Eliminated by: Crash Bandicoot, Crunch Bandicoot and Pasadena O'Possum (with some help from a mysterious laser); Duration: 11:52
Sly found himself on the floor looking very disappointed and very appalled what just happened to him.
But suddenly, the camera immediately scrolled up close to him and saw a mysterious buxom figure with blue hair, blue bra, leather tan jacket, blue jeans and brown boots hop up over the barricade and point her signature laser gun towards Sly. But it wasn't just any buxom figure, it was a curvaceous female fox that went by the name of one figure that JR managed to identify.
"Hey, wait a second!" Tazz quickly pointed out, "Is that…?"
"That's Carmelita Fox!" JR shrieked in shock.
"I knew she was behind Sly's elimination!" The King shouted, "She shot that laser out from the audience!"
"She's not in the Rumble match, but I think I have a good reason why she got Sly eliminated!" Cole said to his partners.
Clinching onto her laser gun as slightly as she could, Carmelita growled to Sly, "Ok, ringtail, I've now got you where I want you!"
Sly immediately shook his nerves out and stood up to Carmelita, "Dang it, Carmelita! You got me eliminated!"
"Well, that's what you get for leaving me back at Paris!" The foxy agent shouted back, "I had every right to do that to you!"
"Yeah, I guess you're right." Sly said as he got his hands right up his neck, as if he was gonna to surrender. But then he pointed over to Carmelita's shoulder and shouted, "HOLY CRAP, IS THAT THE UNABOMBER?"
"Huh, where?" Carmelita shouted as she turned around.
It was quite foolish of her to do that though as it forced Sly to sprint right over to the lower right barricade, making his getaway while making Carmelita look like a fool in the process. Carmelita then turned his back around to see Sly disappear from sight and make his way out of the arena, forcing Carmelita to chase right after him.
"You come back here, ringtail!" The fox shouted angrily, "I'm gonna get you if that's the last thing that I do!"
"Well, Sly might not have won the Rumble, but at least he managed to resist arrest!" Tazz chuckled a bit.
"I swear, these two have one really weird relationship." The King gulped a little, "I wonder what their sex life's like?"
"I really don't want to know, King…" JR shook his head.
While both Sly and Carmelita left the entire arena entirely, the camera scrolled back into the ring to see another faceoff occur in the match.
This time the rest of the fans all stood up to see Mitsurugi and Haohmaru draw their respective swords against one another, nicely ignoring the referee's cries that swords could not be used in the Rumble at all. The two samurai swordsmen hardly cared at all as both Haohmaru and Mitsurugi wanted this grudge match against each other.
"We got a faceoff happening here!" Cole pointed out.
"It's definitely Samurai Shodown vs. Soul Calibur here tonight in the Rumble!" JR exclaimed.
"Yeah, these two men don't even care if they kill each other," The King shook his head before saying, "These people paid good money to see a clash between these two!"
After only a complete second of that little faceoff, both Mitsurugi and Haohmaru clashed their swords against one another, scraping off the sparks that was being heard all around them. The fans were immediately going wild for these two, which resulted in dual chants between Mitsurugi and Haohmaru coming from ringside area. The swords kept on clashing and clashing again, keeping everyone watching this match on the literal edge of their seats.
"This is definitely off the charts, guys!" Tazz pointed out again.
"They're definitely laying it on the line, I assume!" JR said life-wise.
The King chuckled to himself before saying, "This is so exciting, I don't even know who to cheer for in this!"
Both Haohmaru and Mitsurugi began to clash again, but only for Johnny Cage to cut right in and toss a ladder to both of the samurai, knocking them down much to the disappointment of the fans watching.
"Aw, come on, Cage!" Tazz groaned.
"Cage just carpetbombed both Mitsurugi and Haohmaru with that ladder!" JR exclaimed in return.
"Well, leave it to Johnny Cage to be a buzzkill!" The King groaned as well, "And to just think it was getting good between the two samurai!"
With the two samurai swordsman obviously taken care of at this point, Johnny Cage obliged by getting his hands on the ladder, only for Fox McCloud to come flying right out of nowhere and hit the actor with a Coup De Grace! The impact of course, sent Cage's face right across the ladder, knocking him right out completely.
"A Coup De Grace right on the ladder!" JR shrieked.
"Fox McCloud just legit planted Cage on that one!" Tazz replied, "What are the chances you think he's gonna get plastic surgery for that little spot?"
"I legit don't want to think about that right now!" The King said, shaking his head out of fear.
Meanwhile as The King continued to be worried about Cage's safety, the camera scrolled to the left to see Shadow The Hedgehog finally get inside the ring after a long-ass walk down the aisle. He immediately went right to work and blasted Nathan Drake, Chris Redfield and Dart Feld with clotheslines before picking up Dart and slamming him down with an impressive high-angled Scoop Slam!
"And Shadow's going to work!" Cole pointed out.
Tazz shrugged as he said, "What can I say? He's taking care of business and working overtime!"
"Work out!" The King smirked, busy finishing out Tazz's entire sentence.
After he put down Dart with a big body slam, Shadow then picked the armored swordsman right up his feet, and lifted him off the mat therefore slamming him facefirst with a big reverse STO.
"Shadow strikes again!" Cole exclaimed.
"And he struck big with that levitating reverse STO!" JR exclaimed as well.
As Shadow continued his dominance in the match, Miss Spencer had her hands full with Aloy as the two women were busy exchanging open-handed chops toward each other. Each one starting to get a little painful than the next.
"We've got Miss Spencer and Aloy exchanging chops against one another." Cole replied.
"This is definitely quite the girl-on-girl action I enjoy, Cole!" Tazz smirked out.
"Yeah, it's definitely not the kind of action you thought of, Tazz." JR said, trying to correct Tazz.
Aloy managed to chop Miss Spencer hard right onto her chest, forcing the attractive blonde-haired teacher to hold onto her chest in excruciating pain. But she managed to subside that pain away and exchange Aloy a brutal chop of her own, making the red-head feel the same that Spencer was feeling not too long ago.
"Somebody get some Pepto-Bismol for her!" The King chuckled out.
"She may have to thanks to that chop!" JR nodded.
That chop that Miss Spencer let out enraged Aloy to the point where she attempted to hit back with a hard elbow, only for Miss Spencer to wrench out her arm and surprise the futuristic red-haired hunter with an Eat Defeat right to the face!
"Oh, there we go!" Tazz replied.
"Miss Spencer definitely nailed that Eat Defeat!" Cole nodded, "A brilliant counter!"
"Yeah, I think she'll have to go visit a dentist too!" Tazz exclaimed once again.
Miss Spencer soon looked around to look for someone else to fight until the camera scrolled quickly to see Candy Cane leap up out of the barricade and get inside the ring, sneaking on the teacher long enough for the eliminated Candy Cane to grab Miss Spencer right by the shirt and throw her over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating her to a shockwave of boos from the crowd.
"Wait a minute!" Tazz said, quickly pointing out what just happened.
"What the hell is this?!" JR shrieked out again, "Candy Cane's not even in the match anymore!"
"NOOOOOOOO, not Miss Spencer!" The King said, crying out in defeat. "This isn't fair!"
"Unfortunately, it ain't!" JR shook his head angrily, "Candy Cane has now cost Miss Spencer the Video Game All-Star Royal Rumble!"
"This is bullshit, JR!" Tazz cried out angrily too.
"Unfortunately Tazz!" Cole replied, "But there's really nothing we can do to change the results!"
92nd Elimination: Miss Spencer; Eliminated by: Candy Cane; Duration: 21:48
With the boos coming off the stadium like gangbusters, the rebellious red-haired schoolgirl decided to rub it in her defeated teacher's face by taunting her with a couple of middle fingers in order to piss off Miss Spencer. She did so right away as Spencer attempted to get back into the ring, only for the rest of the backstage officials to pull her right back. The fans were also booing at this scene non-stop, telling the officials to "Let Her Go" as a result of Miss Spencer being held back.
"Look at her, she's frickin' livid!" Tazz exclaimed.
"Who can blame her!" Cole said.
Candy Cane taunting Miss Spencer as an insult to injury proved to be a fateful mistake though as Aloy rushed after her and blasted Candy upside the head with a running clothesline, which sent Candy Cane over the top rope and onto the floor. It didn't count as an elimination though since Candy Cane herself was already out of this match a long time ago. Yet this scene was enough to make the fans pop up right on their feet with a couple of cheers.
"Well, someone finally shut her up!" The King said, sighing in relief.
"I'm guessing Candy Cane forgot Aloy was there!" JR pointed out.
As Candy Cane was getting right back up to her feet looking a little dazed, she turned around to see Miss Spencer tackling her to the ground, before starting to unload a flurry of punches straight to the skull. And she was firing on with rage and anger that only Miss Spencer herself could let out right now. Candy Cane tried to cry out for help, but that only made Miss Spencer punch even more hard and get even more angrier.
"Miss Spencer's on the attack!" Cole shouted.
"Oh man, Candy's really done it now!" The King yelped, taking cover under his seat.
"I think she might've pushed her teacher too far this time." JR replied. "And getting her eliminated was one of those things!"
Miss Spencer continued to beatdown her disrespectful student long enough for the blood to leak out and pour down Candy Cane's entire face, but alas, the teacher wasn't quite done with her. Seeing what was going down, the rest of the referees and backstage officials ran in in an attempt to stop her, but only for Miss Spencer to let go of Candy Cane and scare them off by threatening to punch them. They then agreed to back up for safety reasons considering they didn't want to be on the bad end of an angry teacher beating. But they knew they had to do their job and keep things from getting worse regardless.
"So much for helping Candy Cane out!" Tazz exclaimed.
"Miss Spencer wants to make sure nobody helps her student at all!" JR shook his head, "This is just flat-out punishment!"
Thankfully, with Candy Cane still down however, Miss Spencer decided to make her suffer even more by wrapping her arms around Candy Cane's neck and locking in a rear naked choke, leaving her unable to fight back or breathe due to the damage she received from her own teacher. She even tried to wiggle free, but that only made Miss Spencer lock in the hold even tighter, choking the schoolgirl to the point where Candy Cane's face was turning into a nasty shade of purple. This caused the referees and backstage officials to get involved yet again, trying their best to latch Miss Spencer off her student before she could possibly choke her to death.
"Miss Spencer is now literally out of control!" The King shrieked, still taking cover as usual.
"I don't know how long she's got that chokehold long for, truth be told!" Tazz shrugged.
"Oh my god, we've gotta get some security out here to pull her off." Cole replied.
"Somebody's gotta stop this!" JR cringed out of pure horror, "Dang it, this is too much!"
Finally after what seemed to be a long 5 minute struggle, referees and backstage officials were finally able to pull Miss Spencer off of Candy Cane, now leaving the red-haired rebel a bloody painful mess.
"About time she finally let go!" Tazz exclaimed.
"Candy Cane's in poor shape here!" The King whimpered a bit, "I think she's seeing red a little too much!"
As they checked on Candy Cane's condition, the backstage officials were finally managing to hold Miss Spencer back before she could do further damage to her already bloody and beaten-up student. But knowing the damage she had already caused much to the delight of the San Diego fans watching, Miss Spencer finally took her leave up the aisle while at the same time the EMT's were quickly rolling up a stretcher for Candy Cane to be put up as a response.
"I'm not lying, but I think we just saw a new side of Miss Spencer I've never seen before!" Cole exclaimed.
"I sure as heck don't go anywhere near her ever." JR shook his head out of safety for himself, "That was the most horrendous beatdown I've ever seen!"
"Hey guys I hate to interrupt ya, but I think somebody just got eliminated over by the far side." Tazz mentioned.
"I wonder who that was!" The King replied as the camera quickly scrolled over to the right.
When they did however, the camera got a look at Barret Wallace, who was busy throwing a fit at ringside for some reason. This ended up confusing some of the commentators, who didn't know why Barret was outside the ring for god-knows-what.
"That's Barret Wallace, King!" JR pointed out.
"Oh great, I missed what was going on because of the beatdown!" The King groaned a bit before asking Cole, "What was happening anyway?"
"We'll have to see it on replay!" Cole replied as an instant replay popped up on the screen.
The instant replay screen of course showed Master Chief dropkicking Barret right in the back of the head, forcing Barret to tumble forward towards the ropes. This then caused Master Chief to rush right over and clothesline Barret right in the back, which sent the burly gunman over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating him to much disappointment from the fans.
"Okay, we're seeing here that Master Chief eliminated him from behind!" JR exclaimed.
"Damn it, first Hope and Barret!" Tazz complained, "Why is it always the good Final Fantasy characters that keep getting eliminated?"
"Well, that's on them, Tazz!" The King shrugged out, "They don't think with their brain instead of their own heart!"
93rd Elimination: Barret Wallace; Eliminated by: Master Chief; Duration: 16:42
Still legit pissed that he was eliminated from the contest, Barret turned to the announcer's table and pounded it into an incomplete fit of rage.
He then turned to the King and shouted, "What the heck are ya lookin' at, ya scrub?!"
"I wasn't doing anything!" The King said, backing away from Barret, "Please calm down!"
"I don't think that's gonna help much, King!" JR shook his head to the King.
As Barret began walking out of ringside feeling quite angered from his elimination, the entire crowd all managed to get up out of their seat and turn their attention to the stage, where the Royal Rumble soon lit up on the titantron for the next five entrants to enter the matchup momentarily.
"We are about to bring out our next five entrants competing in this Rumble match!" JR exclaimed, "Just who will they be?"
10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… *BZZT!*
Entrant #126: Akuma (Street Fighter)
Once that buzzer sounded off full-blast, Akuma's theme song from Super Street Fighter II Turbo began to play loudly through the soundsystem as a man with spiky-red hair and dressed in a dark blue karate gi came out rising under the stage with his back turned to the audience. They all popped big during his entrance, especially when they saw his signature glowing red kanji sign light up on the back of his gi. That image of course spelled all trouble not just for the competitors inside that ring, but for the rest of the commentators too!
"Oh no, this is not gonna be good!" The King yelped in fear.
"Especially now that Akuma from the Street Fighter series has now entered the match!" Cole nodded out.
"This man's blood runs cold like a venomous snake in an ice rink!" JR exclaimed, "And the rest of the competitors inside the ring are all gonna feel the bite!"
"Well, whatever he does, I only hope we don't see his Shin Akuma phase here tonight!" Tazz said, literally fearing the worst from this situation.
As Akuma slowly took his time walking down the ramp, the crowd quickly looked over to the stage yet again to see the next entrant come out.
Entrant #127: Lucina (Fire Emblem)
The theme to Fire Emblem Awakening began to play out next, followed by the appearance of a woman with bright blue hair and decked out in a short armored blue dress with black leggings and blue high-heeled boots. Like Akuma of course, she also got quite the stellar ovation from the San Diego crowd herself, although she looked a little shaken from the beatdown she had suffered earlier from backstage not too long ago.
"Hey, I never thought we'd see her in the Rumble, huh?" Tazz smirked out.
"Indeed, Tazz." Cole nodded out before replying, "Lucina from Fire Emblem Awakening is our next entrant coming down to the Royal Rumble match!"
"Unfortunately, not in the way Lucina hoped since she got jumped from backstage earlier in the night!" JR shook his head.
"Well, regardless what happened to her, she's gonna vent out her frustrations on her opponents, I can tell you that much!" The King replied with sanity.
Lucina managed to run all the way down the aisle long enough for the next entrant to appear right through the curtain.
Entrant #128: Mario (Super Mario Bros.)
The entire theme song to the Super Mario Bros. Super Show cartoon played out in full force as a short yet familiar plumber with his signature red hat, round nose, moustache, red sweat shirt, blue overalls and brown shoes came out through the curtain, being greeted with a huge gigantic ovation that a true video game hero needed right now.
"Bah gawd, here he comes!" JR pointed out.
"One of the greatest video game characters is now in the Video Game All-Star Royal Rumble!" Cole exclaimed, "Coming in at #128 is Nintendo's flagship mascot, Mario!"
"Hard to believe he's been around for almost 40 years now!" Tazz exclaimed as well, "That's a lot of staying power!"
JR nodded to Tazz before saying, "And he'll definitely put that power to good use tonight!"
Mario made it all the way down the aisle, even passing Akuma long enough for the next entrant to enter the matchup next.
Entrant #129: Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil)
The entire theme song to COPS was playing loudly all throughout the stadium as a young man dressed up in a tight black t-shirt with light dark jeans, workboots, black gloves and a boyishly brown-haired haircut started rushing through the curtain and ran down the aisle, all while being greeted with a great response from the crowd.
"Oh, we got a serious contender comin', Cole!" Tazz pointed out.
"And coming out to do some serious damage is Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil series at #129!" Cole exclaimed.
"He's been spending his days at Raccoon City fighting off against mutant alligators, sadistic cult leaders and grotesque tyrants." JR replied to his partners, "So he'll be bound to use his zombie-hunting experience to good use!"
Right as Leon started running down that very long aisle, it wasn't long before the rest of the fans all turned to the stage and witnessed the next entrant that was about to come onto the match next.
Entrant #130: Cody Travers (Final Fight)
The Stage 1 theme from the game Final Fight began to play next, which was soon followed by the appearance of a blonde-haired man who was dressed in a tight white t-shirt, denim jeans, blue gloves and white sneakers. And he, like all of the five entrants who had entered before him, also got a very stellar applause as usual coming from the ecstatic San Diego crowd as usual.
"I'm guessing this guy's already looking for a fight!" The King pointed out quickly.
"And Cody Travers from the game Final Fight may no doubt find it here in the Video Game All-Star Royal Rumble!" JR exclaimed, "He's the 130th entrant so far!"
"I can hardly believe we're almost to the end, guys!" Tazz said, yawning quite a bit.
"Hard to know this is a long Rumble for sure!" Cole nodded to Tazz, "The rest of the competitors who entered way early in this match have to be beat at this time!"
Right as Cody finally got inside the ring though, the camera shifted to the middle of the ring where Mario was busy digging through the weapon-filled garbage can.
After only a few seconds of searching, he pulled out what seemed to be a red turtle shell, forcing the crowd right on their feet.
"Uh-oh, I don't see anything good coming out of this!" The King yelped.
"What the hell does he plan to do with that?" Tazz raised his eyebrow.
JR shrugged back to Tazz before saying, "Well, if you've been playing the Mario Kart games, you know dang well what he's gonna do!"
Not even knowing who he wanted to hit that turtle shell to, Mario went for a blind throw as he tossed that red shell all around, nailing both Terry Bogard, Simon Belmont and Kitana all in one sitting!
"Oh, dear lord!" Cole shouted.
"Mario struck the jackpot right there!" JR pointed out.
"Three for the price of one, I'll tell ya!" Tazz nodded, "If he keeps using that red shell to his advantage, I think I may change my pick to him!"
Meanwhile, as Mario continued to build momentum on his part, Akuma had finally made his way down the ring after a long Shadow-like walk down the aisle. He immediately cleaned house right away by kicking Kyo right on the ribs with a spinning back kick. Akuma then finished off his chain by smacking the ex-high schooler with a vicious discus clothesline!
"Oh, Akuma with a vicious Discus Clothesline!" Cole said, groaning a bit in agony.
"He nearly knocked the flames out of this kid!" Tazz exclaimed.
"That might've taken all the strength outta Kyo!" The King replied.
Akuma looked to do more damage to Kyo, but only for the spiky-haired martial artist with red hair to feel disinterested enough that he put the kid down.
As he was walking away, Luke fon Fabre suddenly leaped off the top rope and attempted to catch Akuma with a cannonball senton. It was there that Akuma channeled his inner Samoa Joe and walked away, forcing Luke to land on his back painfully.
"Oh no, what the hell were you thinking?!" The King groaned out to Luke.
"Akuma passed over this kid like he was nothing!" JR nodded, "It's like he wasn't even there!"
The impact forced Luke to immediately wrench his back in complete pain, which was the opportunity that Akuma needed to strike again.
Without no remorse, Akuma picked Luke up off his feet and got him in a Fireman's Carry position. It wouldn't be long before Akuma spun Luke's head and sent it driving down the mat with an epic F5!
"F5! Akuma with the F5!" Cole shouted out.
"Akuma's not here to mess around, Cole!" Tazz replied,
"No kidding!" The King nodded a bit out of safety for his well-being, "I wouldn't want to be in the ring with this psycho anyway!"
As Akuma still continued his dominance in the Rumble, the camera quickly scrolled to the right just in time to see Mitsurugi get launched in the air with a back body drop, courtesy of Snow Villiers.
But much to his unfortunate luck though, he ended up wrecking himself right into the ropes, landing rope-first onto his groin!
"Oh gawd!" JR yelped a bit in shock.
"I think he landed on his sword, JR!" Tazz smirked to the Oklahoman.
JR nodded back to Tazz as he replied back, "Heck, maybe a lot worse than that!"
Instead of making Mitsurugi ride the ropes painfully like a horse, both Snow and Lightning decided to cut the BS right away and get down to business. While Mitsurugi was still hanging around the ropes, the duo of Snow and Lightning hit the samurai warrior with an epic double superkick that knocked him off the ropes and onto the floor, eliminating him to yet another ovation from the crowd.
"Welp, there goes Mitsurugi!" The King exclaimed.
"That's another elimination for the duo of Snow and Lightning!" JR exclaimed, "And from the looks of it, they're mixing quite well!"
"Seems to me that Final Fantasy 13 is on a roll here in the Rumble so far!" Cole pointed out.
"Oh yeah, I think I've got some new favorites in Snow and Lightning." Tazz grinned.
JR then turned to Tazz before he raised his eyebrow, "Tazz, just exactly how many did you bet on?"
"Uhhhhhh…" Tazz shrugged in response before saying, "I dunno, I forgot."
94th Elimination: Heishiro Mitsurugi; Eliminated by: Lightning and Snow Villiers; Duration: 18:25
As Mitsurugi got back up to his feet and walked away from ringside in defeat, the camera scrolled up to the upper right turnbuckle where Tina Armstrong was trying to lift up Mai Shiranui with a big top rope superplex.
Unfortunately for the wrestler herself, Mai was hanging right onto the rope for dear life, making it impossible for Tina to lift her right up.
"Tina's looking to go high-risk here." JR pointed out.
"Yeah, but it looks like Mai's hanging on very nicely." The King smirked in response, "Must be that cleavage of hers that's keeping her from being lifted!"
"I really don't think it is…" Cole shrugged, not being unsure of what King said.
"C'mon, Cole, why do you think she was gifted with funbags like those?" King smirked once more.
JR rolled his eyes as he said, "You never stop, do you King?"
Tina looked to lift her up once more, only for Mai to push Tina right off the middle rope, knocking her down.
Mai attempted to strike the wrestler down with a high-risk maneuver, but before she could though, Cammy White came out of nowhere completely and used her legs to flip Mai all the way down with a hurricanrana. But while she came down though, Tina quickly recovered and instantly caught Mai mid-air with an earth-shattering Codebreaker!
"My goodness!" JR yelped out of his seat.
"What a maneuver by both Cammy and Tina!" Cole shouted.
"Who knew Tina had quick reflexes to pull off a codebreaker just like that?" Tazz replied to Cole.
Cole then shrugged to Tazz before saying, "Guess it was just all in the mind it seems!"
Meanwhile, as the action continued to go on, Johnny Cage managed to be his usual self by going right through the weapon-filled trash bin once more. Who knows how many things were stuffed inside there that even the actor himself didn't know about.
He searched around for several seconds before he pulled out a row of gigantic Fourth of July firecrackers in hand. Seeing those things in hand got him even more excited than ever.
"Oh, score, I got firecrackers!" Cage smirked to himself.
"Uh-oh, please tell me Cage is not gonna use those…" The King said with a big gulp on his throat.
"I only hope he doesn't!" JR shook his head, "I think they must be dangerous as they look."
Before Cage could even use those though, the buzzing around his phone went right off on his pants yet again, forcing the actor to pull the cellphone out of his pants pockets and open his phone right up.
When he did, it revealed a picture of his daughter Cassie Cage sitting right beside Kenny Omega at the catering room sharing a selfie.
"All right!" Cage smirked with a smile, "My daughter caught himself a live one!"
However, that little picture message proved to be a distraction though as Kyo Kusanagi used one of his flames to ignite the rope that was attached to the firecrackers. Cage did manage to notice just at the nick of time, forcing him to scream like a little girl as he threw the firecrackers at the center of the ring.
Once it got to the end, the firecrackers started to blow up all across the ring, scaring much of the competitors that were fighting and not to mention the commentators at ringside!
"Oh gawd, take cover!" JR said, ducking down in fear.
"Look out everybody!" Cole shouted, warning everyone watching this event.
Tazz then closed his eyes and shouted as well, "Women and children first!"
"I definitely can't look!" The King said, covering down last as a result.
One of the firecrackers that was ignited ended up blowing a bit around Fox McCloud's face, which blinded him to the point where he turned around and ate a chokeslam, courtesy of Shadow The Hedgehog (which surprisingly, he didn't get affected by the fireworks).
"Chokeslam by Shadow!" Cole said, still ducking down from the fireworks.
"I don't know why we're still calling the action while taking cover, but it looks like a couple of fireworks ain't gonna stop Shadow regardless." Tazz said to Cole.
The chokeslam proved to be more than enough to leave Fox incapacitated, which lead Shadow to pick him right up and use his hand to forcefully push Fox right over the ropes and onto the floor, eliminating him quite early in the matchup much to the shock of fans at ringside.
"Oh man, he's gone already?!" The King groaned, referring to Fox.
"Seems like it, King!" JR nodded to the King, "And that marks Shadow's first elimination in the match!"
"That sucks! I would've liked to see him last a little bit longer!" Tazz groaned as well.
"Unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the case this time, Tazz!" Cole shook his head.
95th Elimination: Fox McCloud; Eliminated by: Shadow the Hedgehog; Duration: 10:02
Fox soon picked himself back up on his feet and left ringside looking very defeated like the rest of the competitors that were eliminated in this matchup so far.
Right as he left though, the camera quickly scrolled back to the ring to see Leon Kennedy slam Dart Feld down on the mat with a vicious Tiger Driver. But that wasn't over though as Leon quickly grabbed Dart right by the legs and turned him over, locking in a Walls of Jericho that forced Dart's legs to crunch non-stop as a result!
"Leon got that Walls of Jericho locked in pretty good!" Tazz exclaimed.
"Definitely a wise move for Leon!" The King exclaimed as well before explaining, "Even though he can't eliminate his opponent that way, softening up another man's legs may leave that entrant vulnerable enough for him to be thrown over!"
"I bet that'll leave Dart's legs aching for mercy!" JR yelped a bit.
"That might've done enough to take him out of the rumble, JR!" Cole replied.
Before Leon could hold on to the Walls of Jericho any longer, Aisha came right in out of nowhere and hit him hard with a shining wizard to the face, finally letting go of Dart for the time being.
"Shining Wizard by Aisha!" The King replied.
"I think she may have knocked the brain cells right out of him!" JR pointed out.
Aisha began to taunt down to Leon Kennedy's face, only for the camera to scroll right behind her and see Jimmy Hopkins sneak right up on her like a little thief.
Without any warning, the bully from Bullworth Academy grabbed Aisha right by her thong and lifted them right off their pants, getting her in a painful atomic wedgie!
"Wedgie! Jimmy with a wedgie!" Cole shouted nonstop.
"Damn, that can't feel good!" Tazz cringed heavily, "I bet her crack must be hurting her now!"
"That's probably about it, Tazz!" JR nodded.
Aisha found herself holding her own spine in excruciating pain, obviously as a side effect of the painful butt floss wedgie suffered by the hands of Jimmy Hopkins himself. The bully found the audacity to laugh at her pain much to his enjoyment, not even knowing at all that Akuma was standing right behind him from a mile away. When Jimmy turned around, Akuma charged right at him with his left foot gliding around the mat.
He then grabbed the bully, and then in a shocking moment, the entire screen then turned white with the sound of big blows sounding off from the screen itself. The flash then ended with Jimmy Hopkins laying unconscious right on the mat with Akuma's back turning to the camera while the red kanji sign glowed on the back of his karate gi.
"Oh my goodness in heaven!" JR loudly shrieked.
Tazz then shouted with amazement, "Akuma just pulled off a goddang super combo there!"
"Definitely one of those moves Akuma was made famous for, the Shun Goku Satsu!" Cole exclaimed.
With Jimmy unconscious as ever from the entire combo itself, Akuma proceeded to pick up his fallen body and sent Jimmy throwing over the rop rope and onto the floor, immediately eliminating him from the Rumble match!
"Looks like his bullying days are over for the night!" The King exclaimed out of relief.
"No kidding," Tazz smirked, "I think he's serving detention down at the locker room tonight!"
"With that, Akuma picks off his first elimination of the night!" JR exclaimed as well.
96th Elimination: Jimmy Hopkins; Eliminated by: Akuma; Duration: 11:11
Meanwhile, while Jimmy was struggling as hell to get back up to his feet and leave ringside, the camera all but shifted back up to the ring where Crunch Bandicoot was busy attempting to bench press Lucina over and over again, just to keep the crowd excited.
"Take a look at that, guys!" Tazz said, pointing to Crunch.
"Crunch is going right to town all over Lucina tonight!" JR shouted.
"Looks like she probably won't last long here it seems!" The King also shouted.
Crunch looked to bench press her even more when all of a sudden, Lucina's hands went into Crunch's face and immediately clawed it right away, leaving his face to suffer out a big nasty scratch!
"Oh, right between the eyes, Cole!" Tazz pointed out.
"That might have been the only way for her to escape!" Cole replied.
"Agh, I can't see anythin'!" Crunch said, crying out in pain as he held his scratched face.
The blindness he had from the attack was more than enough for Lucina to capitalize right away by pushing Crunch right to the ropes, making him stumble a little bit. She then grabbed him right by the foot in order to lift it off the mat, leaving him to tumble slowly over the ropes.
"I think Lucina's gonna nail herself an elimination here!" The King exclaimed.
Tazz then found the need to shake his head no by saying, "Yeah, good luck having to do it by yourself, Lucina. Crunch is as big as a friggin' house!"
It looked to be a big problem for Lucina though as she found herself having a hard time trying to lift Crunch over (possibly because he was hanging onto the ropes). She then realized that Cloud Strife had came over to help her out by grabbing the other leg of Crunch in order to lift it himself, now making this a two-on-one elimination process. But knowing that Crunch would not give up that easily, he managed to cling onto the ropes as tight as he can, trying to survive this near-elimination counter from both Lucina and Cloud.
"Seems like she's getting some unlikely help!" JR replied.
"Never thought we'd see Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy teaming up together!" Tazz chuckled a bit, "It's like Pepsi and Coca Cola teaming up to make a mashup drink!"
What seemed to be a two-on-one elimination process had now proceeded to be a 18-on-1 process instead as a row of competitors stopped what they were doing and went over to help Lucina and Cloud out with Crunch. It wasn't long before Lightning, Snow, Tina, Chris, Morrigan, Jin, Cammy, Leon (which he quickly recovered from that shining wizard), Shadow, Aisha, Dixie, Nathan, Mario, Dart, Haohmaru and Simon all attempted to push Crunch over the ropes with all of their might. After a long struggle though, the group of contestants all managed to get Crunch over the top and onto the floor, resulting in a big elimination that left the fans right on their feet!
"I don't believe it!" The King yelped.
"It took a while, but they got Crunch out of the match!" JR shouted.
"That's gotta be a painful loss for Crunch!" Tazz nodded, "And he was one of the favorites too!"

Right as Crunch finally left ringside though, the camera scrolled back to the ring to see Aloy scoop up Cody right up on her shoulders in a Fireman's Carry position. She then ran to the center of the ring and flipped herself and Cody over, hitting him with a Rolling Hills!
"Impressive maneuver by Aloy!" Cole replied.
"That'll definitely make Cody disoriented!" Tazz nodded out once more.
However, the worst wasn't over for Cody yet though as Aloy then went right to the lower right turnbuckle, therefore nailing the ex-prisoner with an epic split-legged moonsault for good measure!
"Oh, that was hella good!" The King smirked, obviously liking what he was seeing from Aloy!
"Aloy nailing that split-legged moonsault picture perfectly!" JR exclaimed.
With Cody clutching his ribs out of pain from that move itself, the crowd then took the focus off of the ring and onto the stage, hereby waiting for the next row of contestants that were about to enter the Rumble match momentarily.
"I think we've got the next batch coming up, guys!" Tazz smirked very hungrily, "This is about to get hot!"
