Summary: 150 competitors from your favorite video games compete in an all-out battle royal gauntlet to see which character can not only be considered the greatest of all time, but can be granted any wish he desires. Who will definitely be the last one standing?

Chapter 18: Symphony of Destruction

Entrant #141: Tifa Lockhart (Final Fantasy VII)
Right as the buzzer sounded, the crowd all stood up to their feet as the GoArmy Remix to "25 or 6 to 4" by Chicago played around Qualcomm Stadium. That of course would soon be followed by the appearance of a beautiful long-haired woman with dark hair, auburn eyes, red lips, small white top with suspenders, black short shorts, red gloves with long dark sleeves and dark boots came running down the aisle with a big standing ovation coming from ringside.
"I think Cloud's got some backup coming!" Tazz pointed out.
"Coming straight out of Final Fantasy VII is Cloud's long-time girlfriend, Tifa Lockhart coming in at #141!" JR exclaimed.
"With her on Cloud's side, I think either him or Tifa will have a good chance of winning!" The King exclaimed as well.
Tifa managed to make it all the way to the ring while at the same time the camera scrolled up to the stage to witness the next entrant make his/hers appearance.
Entrant #142: Chun-Li (Street Fighter)
The song "Chun-Li" by Nicki Minaj played next on the soundsystem right as the same time, a beautiful Chinese woman with her signature cloth-covered buns came out wearing her signature blue China-inspired dress with silk stockings and bright white boots. The applause she got was just like everyone that came out through that curtain: Filled with loud cheers that nearly tore this stadium right up.
"Looks like here's someone whose got legs!" The King pointed out.
"And she's gonna know how to use them once she gets in the ring, King!" Cole nodded, "We've got Chun-Li from the Street Fighter series coming right in at #142!"
"I hear claims that she seems to be the strongest woman in the world, Cole." Tazz replied, "Can't wait to see those rumors come true!"
Meanwhile, while Chun-Li was busy making his way down the aisle though, the camera managed to move back in the ring just in time to see Crash Bandicoot rush right at Mario with a running body press, in which the momentum was so strong that it sent both the bandicoot and plumber over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating each other much to the shock of the crowd!
"Whoa, what the-?" JR said, being caught off-guard by the double elimination.
"I think Crash and Mario eliminated themselves out of this match!" Tazz pointed out.
"That's definitely gotta be unfortunate for the both of them!" Cole replied, "And they too were also considered favorites!"
"Well, not anymore they're not!" The King shook his head.

Right as both Crash and Mario left ringside and Chun-Li got inside the ring at the same time, the crowd all looked towards the stage to reveal the next entrant.
Entrant #143: Alucard (CastleVania)
All of a sudden, Alucard's theme from the game CastleVania: Symphony of the Night played out in full-blast as a white-haired man with long hair and decked out in a dark trenchcoat with a black vest, black jeans and black boots began walking through the curtain and walking down the aisle with a fierce determined look on his face. Not also that, but he too managed to get quite a good pop from the audience as well.
"Oh, I can tell this guy's gonna be out for blood!" Tazz pointed out again.
"And no doubt doing just that is Alucard from the CastleVania series coming out at #143!" Cole exclaimed.
"If I were the rest of the competitors in the ring right now, I'd definitely watch out for this guy." JR pointed out as well, "This guy is sure to mean business!"
Alucard managed to walk down half-way the ramp before the camera scrolled up to the stage to check out the next entrant's appearance.
Entrant #144: Paul Phoenix (Tekken)
The rest of the crowd all rose up to their feet as the song "Bad To The Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers became the next song to light up the large speakers on the stage. It was soon followed by the appearance of a muscular man with a five-o'clock shadow, blonde eraser-like hair and decked out in a biker jacket, leather jeans, leather gloves and biker boots. His appearance drove the fans around ringside especially crazy, going wild and chanting out the next entrant's name just to give him that boost he needed to enter the match.
"Look who's ready to rise out of the ashes, JR!" The King replied.
"And no doubt this next competitor is ready to light up the Rumble next, King!" JR replied as well, "Drawing out #144 is Paul Phoenix from the Tekken series!"
"He's been labeled in later games as a bumbling idiot, but his judo skills will be no laughing matter here tonight should anyone rub him the wrong way!" Cole exclaimed.
Paul made it half-way down the ring long enough for the cameraman to get a look at the next entrant getting ready to enter the matchup.
Without any warning, the lights all around the stadium managed to darken around a bit while the song "Du Hast" by Rammstein played in response at the same time that a barrage of red lasers began shooting around the stage just for a cool effect. It was soon followed by red smoke blowing from the stage itself, which started to confuse the commentators a bit being confused of what was going on.
"Uh, what's going on here, guys?" Tazz raised his eyebrow.
"I don't have a clue, Tazz." JR shrugged, "But whoever has this entrance is definitely gonna be quite intimidating!"
"I don't know about you, JR, but I got a bad feeling about this!" The King said, gulping in fear.
As the song continued to go on though, the 145th entrant of the match rose up from the stage wearing a black trenchcoat with black jeans, black boots and signature sunglasses while styling his familiar blonde hair much to the disdain of the San Diego crowd, who all hated this man deep down. But this was no ordinary man though. This man went right by the name of...
Entrant #145: Albert Wesker (Resident Evil)
"Oh no..." Cole yelped out of pure fear.
"I knew something like this was gonna happen, Cole!" The King pointed out.
"Entering at number #145 is one of the most heartless video game bastards in history, Albert Wesker from Resident Evil!" JR shouted, "I don't see no good coming out of this at all!"
"Considering what he's done throughout the series, I can guarantee you that's gonna be the case!" Tazz nodded, agreeing with the Hall-of-Famer.
As Wesker was walking slowly down the ramp, everybody that was still in the ring was looking at the next entrant with a look of fear and worry, knowing what kind of destruction Albert Wesker was bound to cause once he stepped inside that ring.
All of a sudden, both Alucard and Simon Belmont used this as a distraction to sneak up on Haohmaru from behind, grabbing the samurai right by his gi and flipped him over the rope and onto the floor, scoring a big elimination!
"Whoa, Haohmaru's out!" The King pointed out.
"Alucard and Simon definitely capitalized on that elimination!" JR exclaimed, "Score one for the duo themselves!"

Meanwhile, as Haohmaru took his leave from ringside, the camera scrolled back to the ring to see Felicia try to attempt a vertical suplex all over Cloud. She only managed to lift him up a foot before Tifa managed to get involved at the right time by surprising the catgirl with a sucker punch to the ribs!
"Oh, gut punch by Tifa!" Tazz replied.
"That's definitely got to be gut-wrenching for Felicia!" The King smirked out, making a bad pun in the process, "Get it because she got punched in the ribs."
"Seriously, King? You obviously need help with your jokes." JR muttered annoyingly to the King.
With Felicia taken care of, both Cloud and Tifa decided to do damage to the blue-haired catgirl by lifting her right up in a double suplex hold, all before dropping her down on the ropes, forcing Felicia to hang around the ropes painfully!
"Ouch!" Cole cringed a little, "That's a horrible crashlanding!"
"Not also that, Felicia's practically dangling around the ropes like a helpless kitty!" The King replied.
"I can't see her hanging in there for long!" Tazz said, shaking his head in return.
Tifa made sure Felicia didn't hang inside the ring for long.
With Cloud literally obliging her to do the work, Tifa rushed right in and hit a dropkick straight between Felicia's face, knocking the catgirl off the ropes and onto the floor, scoring her first elimination in the Rumble match!
"And Tifa ends Felicia's time in the Rumble!" JR shouted out.
"It sucks we're not gonna get to see those kittens anymore." The King groaned sadly, referring to her chest.
"Yeah, that's probably a tough loss for you, King." Cole rolled his eyes, "That marks Tifa's first elimination of the match!"
108th Elimination: Felicia; Eliminated by Tifa Lockhart; Duration: 24:39
As Felicia walked away from ringside looking a bit sad that she lost, Ivy Valentine was busy having her time with Tawna Bandicoot though as the tough-looking Brit had a hold of the buccaneer's stylish punk rock-inspired hair. During that painful yank though, Ivy looked right to the camera with a sinister smile right on her face.
"You see this everyone?" Ivy said to the camera, "This is what happens to those who aren't on my level!"
Before she could do something though, Tawna managed to surprise Ivy by stomping her on the foot and superkicking her right between the thigh, forcing Ivy down on one knee.
"Well, that's what Ivy just got for being cocky!" JR exclaimed.
"I agree!" The King nodded, "That definitely wasn't right to tick Tawna off like that!"
With Ivy still on one knee and barely getting up, Tawna immediately went up right on the middle rope. And as soon as Ivy bent herself over, Tawna leapt off that middle rope and grabbed Ivy right by the waist, flipping both of their bodies over as Tawna hit Ivy with a big Panama Sunrise (which was practically a Canadian Destroyer)!
"Tawna with the Panama Sunrise!" Michael Cole pointed out.
"I bet Adam Cole's watching this thinking how her version was better than his, bay-bay!" The King smirked once more, "Imagine that!"
"You know, Adam Cole would have socked you in the head if you stole his catchphrase like that." JR said to the King.
Meanwhile, the camera immediately scrolled to the lower right side of the ring where Carl Johnson was right at the middle rope though choking the life right out of Ryu with his one hand. Ryu attempted to escape the best that he could, but that grip of CJ's being too strong at this point, forcing the air out of the headband wearing street fighter.
"What on earth is Carl Johnson trying to do here?" Cole raised his eyebrow.
"I think he might be trying to overpower Ryu here, Cole!" Tazz pointed out.
"Yeah good luck with that!" The King said sarcastically, "There's no way that street thug gangster can overpower one of the toughest Street Fighters."
While he was still choking out Ryu though, CJ looked right to the camera with a sneer on his face, spatting right back at the camera man verbally.
"This guy here ain't s**t!" CJ said to the camera, "You say he's a street fighter? I say, he's nothing more but a street nig-"
Before he could say that one offensive word though, Ryu immediately used the rest of his strength to lift CJ over the ropes from the front and flipped him down to the floor, eliminating him from the matchup!
"Whoa, you've gotta be kidding me!" Tazz yelped.
"I think Ryu had enough of Carl's BS for the rest of the night!" JR exclaimed, "Therefore, CJ's eliminated!"
"I told ya he wouldn't make it into the finals!" The King replied with glee before asking JR, "By the way, what was he exactly gonna say to him?"
"King, I'm not even gonna bother saying it to you, because I don't want a certain demographic getting pissed at us for even saying that word!" JR growled to the King, referring to the "N" word.
"Not to mention that we're not allowed to say that forbidden word on TV or on Pay Per View." Cole agreed, "If you have a problem, talk to the FCC."
109th Elimination: Carl Johnson; Eliminated by: Ryu; Duration: 27:04
It wouldn't be long before Carl Johnson oot right back to his feet, obviously not happy with being eliminated from the matchup thanks to Ryu.
Before he could walk away from ringside though, one of the cameraman suddenly got in CJ's way, forcing the street thug to push the lens away from him there knocking the camera man down.
"Man, get that f***in' camera outta my face!" CJ said, snapping to the fallen camera guy.
"Well, someone's actin' sore!" Tazz chuckled a bit.
"Can you honestly blame that no-good thug?" The King said to Tazz, "His attitude's a good reason why I'm behind this commentary table!"
"Well, as Carl Johnson's heading back to the locker room," Cole explained, "Somebody else just got eliminated by the farside near our announce table!"
"I wonder who that was?" Tazz questioned.
Trying so desperately hard to focus around the ring, one of the cameramen turned it towards the outside to see Shadow The Hedgehog flat on his back while Kazuya Mishima smirked right at him from inside the ring, being proud of his elimination while the fans were continuing to boo right at him.
"That was Shadow The Hedgehog that just got eliminated by that demon Kazuya Mishima." JR mentioned.
"They're dropping down like flies!" The King pointed out.
"Aw man, now Shadow's gone!" Tazz groaned in disappointment, "Damnit, I had faith in him!"
"Well, not anymore, Tazz!" Cole shook his head.
110th Elimination: Shadow The Hedgehog; Eliminated by: Kazuya Mishima; Duration: 18:15
Unfortunately, laughing at Shadow proved to be a regrettable mistake for Kazuya as Paul Phoenix came running in and jumped all over Kazuya from behind with a big stinger splash, forcing Kazuya's chest to collide with the turnbuckle!
"Big mistake for Kazuya!" The King pointed out.
"Paul managed to capitalize on that distraction!" JR exclaimed.
However, that wouldn't be the end for Kazuya just yet. He soon turned around only to be lifted up in the air by Paul Phoenix, leaving Jin to leap off the mat and grab Kazuya right by the head, dropping him down with a Shatter Machine!
"And they drop him with the Shatter Machine!" Cole replied.
"Guess that's what happens to those who receive karma!" JR said to Cole.
That Shatter Machine that Kazuya took looked to be more than enough to leave him dazed and confused, which forced both Jin and Paul to immediately capitalize on this occasion. The duo picked Kazuya right up on his feet before throwing him over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating him to a bunch of cheers from the audience.
"Kazuya is gone!" JR shouted out loud.
"Thank goodness we won't have to see him anymore!" The King sighed in relief, "That guy was nothing more than a savage!"
"Yeah, good riddance for that." Tazz nodded.
111st Elimination: Kazuya Mishima; Eliminated by: Jin Kazama and Paul Phoenix; Duration: 5:28
While Kazuya slowly got out of ringside looking very pissed off as ever (while at the same time everyone booed him the hell out of here), Albert Wesker was standing right in the middle of the ring, chuckling down evilly as he stared down both Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield.
"Uh-oh, I smell a rematch coming here!" The King gulped nervously.
"I got a good feeling these three are practically gonna destroy this ring!" Cole exclaimed.
Tazz took in a big gulp himself saying, "If that's the case, I think we may have to move underground, just for safety!"
It didn't take too long for Wesker to gesture the two to bring it on, forcing both Jill and Chris to rush right at him with flooding punches. Surprisingly, the punches began to work right away, hitting him hard and fast enough for Wesker to go down on one knee.
"Look at this," JR pointed out, "Jill and Chris are going all out over Wesker!"
"I don't know if this will work on Wesker, though." Tazz said, shrugging very unsurely. "We've seen everyone try to attack serious threats like this and fail right away."
The two continued to hit away at Wesker all before the evil mastermind struck out of nowhere by grabbing both Chris and Jill by the throats, choking them out for a bit therefore leaving both Chris and Jill right by their knees in return.
"You see what I mean, guys?" Tazz pointed out as well, possibly proving his point of what he said.
"I really hate it when Tazz is right." The King said as he groaned.
Cole shook his head before saying, "Wesker definitely proving his dominance over the two!"
Jill and Chris attempted to fight back by trying to punch away at Wesker, but his grip was proven to be too tight to break out of. They were weak enough for Wesker to lift them right back up to their feet, only to push both Chris and Jill over the top rope and onto the ropes, eliminating them both much to the disgust of the entire San Diego crowd.
"Oh no no no, not them!" The King whined.
"I'm afraid it is, King!" JR nodded, "Albert Wesker gets rid of Jill and Chris!"
"Damnit, I thought the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team would be able to take down that monster." Tazz groaned.
"Well sadly, that wasn't the case Tazz." Cole replied.

Wesker took an evil smile around his face, letting the angry fans be all pissed off and butthurt that a sick sadistic bastard like Wesker himself eliminated two of the fan favorites from the Resident Evil franchise.
The King found himself disgusted by this arrogance, "This guy makes me sick, guys!"
"You're telling me, King!" JR nodded, "He makes King Corbin look likeable by comparison!"
"Who in the hell would ever want to like King Corbin at all?!" Cole groaned out.
"That's easy, nobody likes him!" Tazz teased.
Seeing his arch enemy eliminate his friends and teammates in front of his eyes, Leon Kennedy immediately started to charge away at Wesker, forcing the evil man right by the turnbuckle before flooding his entire face with repeatable haymakers. One of those punches of course forced Wesker's sunglasses to drop all the way down to the mat, leaving him spec-less.
"Leon Kennedy is in a state of rage!" JR shrieked mightily.
"Can you honestly blame him after what Wesker did to Chris and Jill?" Tazz said to JR.
"Not at all," Cole shook his head, answering Tazz's question for JR, "I think this just lit Leon's fire!"
"You're telling me!" The King replied, "I hope Leon tears him the hell apart!"
So far, Leon was doing a good job of it, hitting away at Wesker before he finally got groggy around the turnbuckle.
Leon wanted to stop there, but he was just getting started. He separated from Wesker for a little bit, only to run right back to the opposite turnbuckle. He then ran right back and surprised Wesker by hitting a corner running dropkick to the mastermind's face!
"Look at the cop go!" Tazz quickly pointed out.
"Leon Kennedy's firing off all over Wesker!" JR replied.
"He's still gonna have to get Wesker over the top rope if Leon wants to eliminate him from the rumble." The King explained.
The cop was far from finished though as Leon then grabbed Wesker by his head, still feeling groggy from that running dropkick.
Leon then proceeded to swirl his finger around the air a la Jake "The Snake" Roberts before dropping Wesker hard with an epic DDT that got the fans standing on their feet.
"Leon drops him with the DDT!" Cole shouted.
"By gawd, he planted that sumbitch!" JR exclaimed, "He planted him very well!"
With Wesker knocked down and out from that DDT, Leon decided right away to end it all.
He immediately picked him right up on his feet and proceeded to throw him out of the ring, but before he could however, Wesker regained consciousness and raked Leon right by the eyes before he counter whipped by tossing Leon right over the ropes and onto the floor, eliminating him from the match much to the shock and disbelief by both fans and commentators watching!"
"Noooooooo, Leon's gone!" The King cried out angrily.
"You've gotta be kidding me!" Cole groaned, "Leon almost had him!"
"WHAT?" The King shouted, "This can't be happening, Wesker has eliminated the entire S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team all in one sitting!"
"I swear, no one's gonna stop him at the rate he's going!" Tazz groaned as well.
114th Elimination: Leon Kennedy; Eliminated by: Albert Wesker; Duration: 17:10
As Leon found himself feeling from the outside floor being shocked and disappointed by his elimination, Wesker immediately picked up the rest of his specs and placed them back on, feeling even more proud that he had eliminated all three fan favorites from the entire match. He even took the time to relish in all of the books that were being thrown at him one at a time, thanks to this angry Qualcomm Stadium crowd.
"This man has enraged the ire of these fans!" JR pointed out.
"Will somebody please take this monster out of the rumble?" The King begged, "Please?"
Luckily for the King, it didn't take too long for him to find out once Wesker immediately turned around.
Wesker was appalled when he suddenly turned around to see the one person to face him: Dante. And Dante managed to reply the hard way by flipping Wesker right off and treating him to a hard right hook to the face, resulting in a hard three-punch combo.
"I'm guessing Wesker forgot about Dante!" Cole shouted.
"Let's see Wesker fight against the devil inside Dante!" The King smirked out, "This'll be fun!"
"Aw yeah, here we go!" Tazz grinned, "Dante's gonna be the man to take down Wesker."
Wesker tried to fight back the best that he could with punches of his own, but only for Dante to strike right back by kicking him right in the gut and grabbing his neck, dropping Wesker down with a big Stone Cold Stunner!
"Dante with the Stunner! Dante with the Stunner!" JR shouted repeatedly.
Dante immediately wasted no time capitalizing on a stunned Albert Wesker.
And he capitalized in a big, gigantic way by grabbing Wesker right by the coat all before tossing him over the top ropes and onto the floor, making the crowd jump right to their feet and cheer loudly for the elimination Dante made over Wesker!
"He's gone! Wesker's gone!" Cole shouted loudly, nearly losing his voice.
"Yeah, that's how it's done, guys!" Tazz smirked out, "Dante took care of that trash!"
"I'm glad we won't EVER have to see him again!" The King sighed in relief.
115th Elimination: Albert Wesker; Eliminated by: Dante; Duration: 4:31
Albert Wesker immediately got right back to his feet, obviously being surrounded by the people at ringside that were happy and cheering to finally see him out of the match.
This sight however got him enraged to the point that he immediately took one of the referees that were holding him back and tossed him far away to the barricade with freakish strength. And then, he tossed another ref to the side, nearly flipping him over to the left barricade as a result of rage.
"Hey, what the hell?!" JR groaned angrily.
"Oh come on, he can't do that!" The King cried out angrily as well, "What the hell is his problem?!"
"The fact that Wesker just fined himself for causing a riot at ringside, that's the problem!" Cole said to the King.
"Somebody better get a SWAT team out here," Tazz replied, "Or perhaps Stryker if that's the case!"
"I don't care who comes out frankly, as long as someone stops him from wreaking havoc!" JR replied as well to Tazz.
Wesker continued to cause anarchy at ringside by nearly tossing the referees and backstage personnel aside, along with a few weapons and steel steps that he threw as well. Heck, even some of the people sitting at ringside were being forced to take cover from Wesker's enraged temper tantrum, not even knowing if they were the next to get hit from the objects Wesker was throwing out of rage.
"Okay, I'm thinking about moving underground, Cole." Tazz said to Cole, "This guy's off his friggin' rocker!"
"I'll join you on that cause, Tazz, because otherwise this is gonna turn into a riot for REAL!" Cole replied back to the ECW legend
"We REALLY need some help out here, DAMMIT!" JR angrily screamed.
Wesker looked to start another riot in his hands before Kurtis Stryker began rushing right down the aisle and shooting the enraged mastermind right in the back of his head with his stun-gun, shocking him uncontrollably before Wesker finally fell right down to the floor. He kept shooting him long enough until Wesker immediately laid down unconscious, much to the safety of the fans and commentators watching.
"Oh, thank god it's over!" JR rolled his eyes in relief.
"You mean, thank god for Stryker, JR!" The King sighed in relief too, "He got that monster right by the back of his head!"
"Oh, good. I don't have to move down to that bomb shelter then." Tazz chuckled a bit.
"You and me both, Tazz." Cole replied. "I don't know if I could take another near-riot again!"
With Wesker looking very unconscious for real, some of the referees, security and backstage personnel who thankfully weren't tossed by him decided to pick Wesker's fallen body up right at the same time that the rest of the crowd all looked over to the stage and saw the Rumble clock light up for perhaps the last final time, awaiting the appearance of the final five Rumble entrants ready to enter the match.
"We've got the final five entrants coming!" Tazz pointed to the curtain, "I'm excited to see who they're gonna be!"

Entrant #146: Sora (Kingdom Hearts)
Once that buzzer finally sounded off for perhaps the final time, the metal cover of the battle theme from Kingdom Hearts began to play out loud, which was soon followed by the appearance of a teenager with spiky brown hair, dark tanktop with a black t-shirt vest, long dark shorts and black/yellow boots. However, he also wasn't entering empty-handed though as he had his signature keyblade attached to his hand, just to use for safe-keeping.
"Oh, this kid got very lucky with the number he drew!" The King chuckled.
"And no doubt his luck can change now that Sora from the Kingdom Hearts series enters at #146!" JR exclaimed.
Tazz then turned to his partners as he said, "I wonder if he'll survive to the end without Donald and Goofy right by his side?"
"I think he'll have a pretty good chance, Tazz." JR nodded to the Brooklyn native.
Sora ended up making all the way down the aisle before the camera turned to the next entrant of the match.
Entrant #147: Mike Haggar (Final Fight)
Haggar's theme from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 played throughout the stadium next as a big burly muscular man dressed in tall olive green pants, brown dress shoes and a single brown suspender/belt came through the curtain and started running down the aisle in a very calm pace. The crowd immediately went wild for this entrant, who managed to arrive with his signature mustache ready to come into play.
"Here comes some serious firepower now!" Tazz pointed out.
"Well, he definitely has the big guns to prove it, Tazz!" Cole exclaimed, "And Mike Haggar from Final Fight plans to use those big guns of his into play!"
"Aside from being a mayor for Metro City, he's also moonlights as a pro wrestler as well in the Saturday Night Slam Masters video game!" JR said, reminding that fact to his partners.
"Well, we might as well see if those wrestling skills pay off here tonight!" The King nodded.
While Haggar was still running down that long ramp though, the camera yet again scrolled up to the stage and saw the next entrant appear after Haggar.
Entrant #148: Captain John Price (Call of Duty)
The song "War" by Edwin Starr blared throughout the stadium as a middle-aged man dressed in all green-ish swat gear, alongside a fisherman's camo hat and a rugged beard came out through the curtain, rushing right down the aisle as the crowd cheered for him crazily to the point that they continued to chant "USA" afterwards.
"Oh captain, my captain, look who's coming down next!" The King smirked.
"No doubt it's Captain John Price from Call of Duty entering this Rumble match at #148!" Cole exclaimed once again.
JR nodded as he said, "You can best be sure he'll bring the words 'War Games' into a whole new meaning!"
As he continued to run down that long aisle though, the camera once again shifted back up to the stage and saw another new entrant coming down the ring.
Entrant #149: Lara Croft (Tomb Raider)
The crowd came up right to their feet as the song "Rise of the Ancient Mariner" by Iron Maiden played all throughout Qualcomm Stadium, which was soon followed next by the appearance of a beautiful brown-haired woman with a ponytail and dressed up in a light whitish blue tanktop, tight brown khaki jeans and brown boots. The next entrant smirked with satisfaction as the crowd all chanted "Lara" towards her, needing the energy that she wanted in order to enter.
"Oh, now this one looks like a real survivor, JR!" Tazz replied.
"And Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider series may be just that survivor to take it all the way!" JR exclaimed as well, "She's the 149th entrant to enter the Rumble match!"
"She's survived a lot in her heyday, and those kinds of skills she adapted in tombs and jungles have made her a pop-culture phenomenon!" Cole clearly stated.
"And she's looked good doing it, Cole!" King smirked out before saying, "But enough about that, let's see who's got the last number now!"
Once Lara finally got to ringside though however, ring announcer Howard Finkel stood right up out of his seat and sent the microphone straight to his lips, letting the rest of the people inside Qualcomm Stadium be entranced by his voice.
"And now, let us introduce the final participant in the Video Game All-Star Royal Rumble!"
After he was finished, the entire stadium all faded right to black, therefore confusing the rest of the fans and commentators on what was going on.
"Uh-oh, lights went out again." The King gulped in horror.
"I think I have a good feeling something ain't right..." Tazz gulped as well, fearing for the worst of what was gonna happen next.
What was happening right now of course was a circle of fire being formed right inside the ring, forcing some of the competitors to back away in the nick of time. The rest of the competitors in that ring were all looking at that fire with curiosity, fear and determination ridding right around their faces.
It wasn't long before "South of Heaven" by Slayer was being played midway, which was soon followed by the appearance of a hellish ninja dressed in yellow popping up from the fire circle, surprising everyone watching this match. No doubt with that familiar yellow garb and signature rope spear in his hands, this entrant was none other than...
Entrant #150: Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)
"Dear gawd in Heaven!" JR shrieked loudly in fear.
"Oh, this ain't heaven anymore, JR!" The King shook his head before saying, "This is now turned into hell!"
"And Scorpion from Mortal Kombat is about to give every single one of the competitors hell as we speak!" Cole said, nearly coming this close to crapping his pants from Scorpion's appearance.
Tazz suddenly chuckled out as he said, "You know, forget all of the picks I've made so far, I'm changing it all to this sonuvabitch!"
"I think that would be a wise idea at best, Tazz!" JR nodded, finally agreeing with Tazz.
The rest of the competitors in the ring however didn't even know what to make of this ninja spectre from Hell to begin with.
The first competitor to make a mistake approaching Scorpion was Luke fon Fabre, who was trying to attempt a left hook. Scorpion immediately saw it coming and managed to catch it completely, all before twisting Luke's arm and pulling the swordsman in, dropping Luke down with a Samoan Drop!
"Oh, bad move, Luke!" The King smirked out.
"That was definitely a big mistake on Luke's part for sure!" JR nodded.
Cammy White was the next contestant trying to surprise Scorpion with a leaping roundhouse kick, but it ended up being a big mistake for her once the hellish ninja caught her right by the leg. She then tripped her before Scorpion proceeded to lift her right by the legs, all before dropping her down on the mat with a lift-up powerbomb!
"Scorpion plants her with a powerbomb!" Cole shouted.
"He's definitely proving his dominance in this matchup so far!" Tazz replied right away, "Wonder if he's gonna show his flaming skull?"
"I can only hope it doesn't come to that!" JR shook his head.
While Scorpion continued his dominance in the match, Lucina was doing her best by trying to keep Kratos off-guard with a moonsault off the top rope.
Kratos immediately saw it coming and used his strength to catch Lucina mid-air, shocking the rest of the fans and commentators altogether!
"Uh-oh!" Cole yelped.
"What the hell was Lucina thinking?!" Tazz shrieked.
"Very simple, Tazz. She wasn't thinking!" The King shook his head to Tazz.
Catching Lucina right by his shoulder, Kratos decided to take out the blue-haired trash herself by tossing her over the top ropes and onto the floor, eliminating her out of this match.
"Looks like her night has come to an end!" JR shouted.
"That little mistake Lucina did definitely did her in!" Tazz nodded, agreeing with JR.

Right as Lucina took her leave from ringside though, Aisha took her sweet time hitting Lara Croft with three good left kicks to the chest, right before decking her right in the face with a big Dropsault!
"Aisha on a roll here against Lara!" Cole replied.
"She's doing a good job making sure Lara fails to get out of the starting gate!" Tazz quickly pointed out.
Lara immediately got right back up trying to shake some of the senses off that dropsault while Aisha continued to build off that momentum against the tomb raider.
The brit turned around in time for Aisha to wrap her legs around Lara's neck, hoping to flip the archaeologist over the top ropes with a hurricanrana. But once Aisha got her legs around Lara's neck though, the adventurer managed to counter at the last second, powerbombing Aisha over the top rope and onto Lucina, who caught her on the way down to elimination!
"Oh my goodness!" The King shrieked.
"What a counter by Lara Croft!" JR shrieked as well, nearly losing his mind.
"She just ended Aisha's victory hopes with that move!" Tazz pointed out again, "I bet that was a brutal fall!"
"Well, it was a good thing Lucina managed to catch her just at the nick of time!" Cole nodded.

While both Aisha and Lucina left ringside painfully altogether, the camera scrolled right back up to the ring to see Sora hop on the middle rope, trapping Nathan Drake off guard with a ten-punch salute straight to the noggin.
Well, it was more like a twenty-punch salute considering how fast Sora was punching the male adventurer over and over again.
"Well, Sora's looking energetic here tonight!" Cole exclaimed.
"Yeah, well I wouldn't be in that position if I were him!" Tazz shook his head.
"Why not?" The King shrugged to him.
Before Tazz could get in an answer though, Sora took the time to pump his fists toward the cheering crowd, just enough time for Captain John Price to push Sora off over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating him very early and yet very shockingly much to the stunned disbelief of the crowd themselves.
"Whoa, you've gotta be kidding me!" JR shrieked.
"WHAT!?" The King shouted, "SORA, YOU IDIOT!"
"Well, that was dumb of Sora to do that!" Cole shrieked as well, "He's out of this match!"
"I think he should've turned around and saw what was behind him instead of gloat!" Tazz said to his partners.
118th Elimination: Sora; Eliminated by: Captain John Price; Duration: 1:01
Sora immediately got back to his feet, looking very stunned, surprised yet dumbfounded that he found himself eliminated early in the match. So much so that he attempted to get back into the ring, only to be pulled off yet again by the security and referees themselves.
"C'mon, that wasn't fair!" Sora whined to the referee Marty Elias, "I didn't get a chance to do my stuff!"
"Sorry, it's not my problem." Marty said right back to Sora, "The rules are once you go over and out, you gotta go back!"
"Looks like the ref's got a point!" Tazz nodded out.
"Well like it or not, Sora is out of the rumble and must head to the back." Cole replied.
As Sora walked away upset, the camera quickly scrolled around in a panic, knowing that someone in the match had been thrown over the top rope and got eliminated.
It didn't take too long before they went to the upper left part of ringside to see Mike Haggar down and out into the ringside floor, indicating his early elimination from the match itself.
"WHAT? MIKE HAGGAR'S OUT TOO?!" The King shrieked in a panic.
"You've gotta be kidding me!" Tazz shrieked as well.
"Looks like he didn't get much of a chance too!" JR shook his head, "We might as well head to the replays to see what happened!"
As Haggar was still aching around at ringside looking stunned and dumbfounded, the replay of his elimination started playing right to the side, showing Haggar rushing right at Scorpion to attempt a clothesline. The hellish spectre, whose real name was Hanzo Hasashi, ducked down and lowered the ropes, forcing Haggar to mistakenly get thrown over the top rope and onto the floor.
"Well, that definitely was a mistake for him to do that!" Cole replied.
"He definitely brought it on himself to charge against a threat like Scorpion in the first place!" The King shook his head, "And that cost him dearly!"
"Yikes, I wonder what his daughter's gonna feel about that watching from Metro City?" Tazz said, referring to Haggar's daughter, Jessica.
119th Elimination: Mike Haggar; Eliminated by: Scorpion; Duration: 2:19
Right as Mike Haggar left ringside shaking his head out of disappointment, the camera went right back inside the ring where Kyo Kusanagi managed to catch Sam Fisher by surprise, hitting the stealth artist with a huge spinebuster in return!
"Kyo with a big spinebuster!" JR replied.
"Sam hasn't had very luck since his unfortunate run-in with Nathan Drake and Sully!" Cole shook his head.
Kyo wasn't looking to end things here with Sam though as he then approached the side of Sam's head, looking straight to the cheering audience with an eyebrow raised on the side of his head, Rock-style.
He then tapped Sam's shoulder with his foot before taking off his signature white headband and threw it over to the power-packed audience.
"Wait a minute," Tazz said, stopping himself for the moment, "Please tell me Kyo's not gonna do what I think he's gonna do!"
"Could this be the Most Electrifying Move in Sports Entertainment?" The King said suspensefully.
JR nodded before saying to the King, "Well, he's thinking about it, King!"
Before Kyo could run rope to rope however, he was suddenly stopped by Mai Shiranui herself, who forced Kyo to stay silent where he was.
It wouldn't be long before Mai decided to join right in, forcing both her and Kyo to run both rope-to-rope and stop dead center in front of Sam Fisher. Without any sudden warning, both Kyo and Mai managed to hit a double People's Elbow all over Sam!
"There it is, a double People's Elbow!" The King shouted very excitedly.
"That reminded me a lot like the Rock N' Sock Connection!" Tazz smirked very widely, looking very impressed.
"Well, no doubt The Rock and Mick Foley are watching with open eyes tonight, Tazz!" JR nodded to Tazz, "And so it's the ecstatic crowd here in San Diego!"
With Sam Fisher incapacitated as ever from the Double People's Elbow, the duo of Kyo Kusanagi and Mai Shiranui immediately picked Sam up right on his feet and threw him over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating him to a thunderous applause from the audience.
"Time for Sam to head back into the shadows!" Tazz chuckled.
"And to the locker rooms as well!" JR exclaimed, "Sam is done for the night!"

Right as Sam Fisher made his way back to the locker room slowly in pain, the crowd was getting right up on their feet, obviously looking very impressed and excited of how well these video game characters were giving it all here in this match. Even the Angry Video Game Nerd was watching this from the skybox himself, grinning very widely as he found himself impressed with what Kenny Omega had planned so far.
"This crowd is off the chart!" JR exclaimed once more.
"I'll say, I think the Nerd's liking what he's seeing!" The King pointed.
"As well as he should be," Cole replied, "This event has definitely exceeded all expectations!"
"Who knows, with all of this excitement, maybe they'll be begging to see a second Rumble?" The King shrugged out of wonder.
JR shrugged back to the King, "If they do, then it'll be quite some time before we see another go down!"
Meanwhile, back at the ring, another elimination was looking to take place in the form of Tawna Bandicoot, who was being headscissored over the top ropes by Lara Croft. The momentum forced Tawna over the top ropes and onto the floor, hitting the ground with a complete thud!
"Welp, another one's gone!" Tazz replied.
"And unfortunately, it's Tawna who's getting the shaft!" The King nodded while groaning.
"With that being said, all members of Team Crash have now been eliminated from this Rumble match!" JR said, reminding everyone watching at home.

However, that wasn't the only elimination happening as well.
Somewhere at another part of the ring however were Alucard and Luke Fon Fabre, who were trying to engage in a bit of a pushing contest. So far, Luke fon Fabre was getting the upper hand, trying too hard to scoot Alucard closer to the ropes.
"Whoa, look at that kid go!" JR pointed out.
"Kid's got a lot of heart, I'll give him that!" Tazz nodded.
"No kidding, I think he's surprising Alucard with his strength!" The King nodded, agreeing with Tazz.
Unfortunately for the two of them, it would be a mistake however as Tifa Lockhart snuck right behind him and use every ounce of her strength to lift both Alucard and Luke's legs right up the mat, forcing them to be flipped over the top rope and onto the floor, eliminating them both to a very shocking explosive ovation from the crowd!
"NO WAY!" Tazz shouted in suspense.
"MY GAWD, TIFA WITH A DOUBLE ELIMINATION!" JR said, also screaming his ass off.
"I'll tell ya, I didn't see Tifa coming with that one!" The King said out of pure excitement, "Reminds me of what Shawn Michaels did back at the '96 Rumble with Vader and Yokozuna!"
"Well thanks to Tifa, both Alucard and Luke Fon Fabre have both been eliminated." Cole explained.

It didn't take too long for Tifa to celebrate with that double elimination, exciting the crowd with a big epic no-touch backflip all before blowing a goodbye kiss to the two men that she had eliminated from this very match.
"Is there anything phenomenal this girl can't do?" The King said to Cole.
"Well, like it or not King, she just eliminated two men all in one sitting!" Cole replied to the King, "That's something Beth Phoenix, Nia Jax and Chyna haven't done by themselves!"
Still amazed of what just happened, Tazz let out one giant smirk by saying to Cole, "I'm not sure about you, but-"
"If you wanna change your pick to Tifa, then go right ahead, Tazz." Cole said, giving Tazz the go-ahead.
"Change my pick?!" Tazz raised his eyebrow, "No, I was just asking how there's something that's so hot about a chick doing a backflip!"
"Well whatever hot thoughts you or The King have," JR replied, "Just keep them to yourselves!"
"Well I don't know about you, JR!" The King said as he shrugged, "But I really have no idea of who to choose right now between Tifa or Mai."
"Choose both of them if you want!" JR groaned loudly in return, "Either way, just stick with what you got!"

Yep, fans, we're finally at the final 27 it looks like. However, we need to ask ourselves these burning questions:
Why haven't we seen Johnny Cage do some more crazy shit?
Why is it so hard for me to try to focus on every character in the ring if they don't get any screen time at all?
Will this fic finally be over and done with.
Oh, it will be come next chapter because we're finally gonna get to the final conclusion of the Video Game All-Star Royal Rumble!
