Gwen made another left as she wandered around the spa hotel aimlessly. You see, she was currently on her forth season of torture, otherwise known as Total Drama. This season was called 'All-Stars', and forced Gwen to be on the worst team possible. She was stuck with Queen Bee Heather and the Slimy Spaniard Alejandro. Didn't help that the new faces, Jo, Lighting and Scott, were just as bed, if not worse. The only saving grace was she had Duncan, but he seemed more... distant... than usual. She cursed to herself as she remembered back to when both teams, The Villainous Vultures (Gwen's team) and The Heroic Hamsters, were walking to the first challenge. Duncan kept trying to pester Courtney to get her attention, completely ignoring his current girlfriend standing right next to him.

'Karma once again biting me in the butt.' Gwen thought to herself as she made another left in the endless maze of hallways that made up the spa hotel. She was grateful her team had won the first challenge, as she could now spend her time till dinner wandering around, trying to clear her head. She continued to scowl and think, her memories tainted and shattered. Guilt, anxiety, anger, and sadness flooding her soul at each passing thought. The more her mind worked, the more she thought of her past mistakes and poor choices. Dumping Trent in Action. Kissing Duncan and ruining her friendship with Courtney. Losing touch with all her other friends. That's when it hit her, and it hit her like a cement truck.

She lost everything important to her. All she had left was her mom and brother. This show turned her into what she hated about Heather. Suddenly, tears began to well up in her eyes, and a choked sob escaped her. A part of her was happy no one was around to see her break down, but another part, a much bigger part, of her wished someone was around so she could let out her emotions. But no one was around. She was alone.

She was the Loner Goth, after all.

Her legs weak, she shuffled down the hall, trying her best not to cry. As she stopped thinking of the past and just on getting to dinner, she saw something. An open door. But this one was different from the others in the hallway. Gwen walked up to the door, noticing it had a very old, very rusty round knob. The door itself appeared to have been covered with wallpaper, but someone had riped the paper that was covering the hinges. The door was open ever so slightly, but it was to dark to see inside the mysterious room. Gwen, forgetting her sudden depression, it being replaced with curiosity that rivaled a five year old, slowly opened the door. The hinges let loose an ear piercing screech, causing Gwen to wince and look around, making sure no one heard it. She opened the door just that bit more so she could slip inside. The room was still much to dark, so she felt around the walls for a light switch. She found it and flicked it on, bathing the room in modest light. She blink at what rested before her.

The room was nothing like the rest of the spa hotel. The only source of light was a dinky lightbulb dangling from the center of the roof, emitting a low buzz. Boxes were stacked and scattered all around, many taped shut, others open, revealing their contents to the world. Gwen chose to shuffling through these boxes. Most were unremarkable, containing basic tools, nails, screws, extra wallpaper, and any leftovers from the hotel's construction. Her fifth box had something she was not expecting.

Plushies. Old, worn plushies.

Gwen fished one out of the box and looked at it. The plush had orange hair, styled in pigtails, a red skirt and red cheeks. Gwen read the attached tag. Even though most of the text was faded, she could make out the plushy's name.

Baby. 'Wierd name', Gwen thought. She took a long look at it before putting back in the box. The other plushies were nothing special, from bear's, bunnies, chickens and foxes. Gwen felt disappointed and moved on to the nest box. It contained posters, some having Baby on them, others have the other plushies on them. The clear difference was these were obviously meant to be posters robots of some kind. Like the ones you'd fine at Chuck E. Cheese. This made Gwen wonder.

'Why would Chris need any of this? And why is it even here in the hotel?' She pondered. She walk back to the box of plushies and fished the Baby one out. If Chris wasn't going to use them, she might as well take a souvenir. She held on to the stuffed clown tightly and began to leave the room.

Until something caught her eye.

Resting in a corner of the room, hidden behind some boxes, slumped against the wall with the door, was a bear. An animatronic bear. It was white with purple accents and pink cheeks, but the colours were faded and dust caked the plastic shelling. The bear wore a top hat with a purple stripe, the top of the hat open like a soup can, a few wires dangling out. On that note, loose wires hung out from under it's left eye and from most of the joints. Gwen pushed the boxes out of the way, noticing the bear lacked a left hand, only having exposed wires. The goth leaned down to get a closer look. The bear's face appeared to be split, one of the peices hanging loose, implying the face could open. One the bear's stomach was a speaker and a... a...

Handprint. A bloody handprint. Gwen stared wide-eyed at the imprint, dread filling her features. She was about to get out of there when she heard the door shut, a click following afterwards, indicating the door locked. Gwen scrambled to stand and rush to the knob. It didn't budge. She quickly went to get a screwdriver to try and loose the knob. She was relieved to find one instantly, so she grabbed it and turned towards the door...

Only to see the bear standing infront of it, blocking her way. Gwen stared at the bear as his dead, lifeless eyes stared back. She stood her ground, swallowing her fear. The bear then did something she never expected.

He began to laugh.

"*Laughs, wow! didn't think someone would find this place!" The bear said. His voice was unhinged, occasionally glitching, sending a chill down Gwen's spine. "You have no idea how long I've been alone..."

Gwen just stared, causing the bear to look back at her. He used his hand to knock on this head. "Of course! Where are my manners... My name is Freddy. And you are...?"

Gwen stumbled to form words. "Uhhh... M-My name is Gwen..."

Freddy looked at her thoughtfully. "Gwen. Nice name. I can tell your goth from your garb." He gestured at Gwen's clothes, causing her to look at herself, before he continued. "You know, I love Goths. Their always so dark and brooding, but are just softies underneath." Freddy continued to ramble on, stepping away from the door. Gwen kept eye contact in him as she slowly walked to the door. as she reached for the knob, however, Freddy grabbed her arm and lifted her up.

"Where are you going, Cupcake?" Freddy asked, his eye twitching.

"...Dinner?" Gwen said. Freddy just laughed.

"Why leave now? We have so... so... s-s... so much talking to do, Gwendolyn..." he said in a voice that ended in pure malice. Gwen, sensing things were about to get bad, jabbed the screwdriver in Freddy's eye. He screeched in pain, his faceplates flying open as he dropped Gwen to fish the screwdriver out. Gwen took this chance to get the door open, but it somehow was open ajar. Not chosing to question it, she barged though and slammed the door shut, booking it down the hall. After making to the lobby, she stopped to catch her breath. She looked at the Baby plushy still clutched in her hand. The thing was undamaged. Good. Spending a few minutes to collect her thoughts on a nearby couch, she glanced at the clock.

5:55 PM.

Gwen sighed, relieved she didn't miss dinner. Slowly, she rose to her feet and made her way to the dining hall, only for something to move out of the corner of her eye. She looked over, only to see nothing. She shrugged, and continued on her merry way.

When she left, Freddy stepped out from his hiding spot, his faceplates shifted into a malicious grin.

Gwen, food in hand, sat at her place at the table. Heather and Jo were arguing, Duncan was carving something on the table with is knife, Scott was being gross, and Alejandro was nowhere to be seen. Fine by her. She just ignored all the noise, drowning it out as she ate. She glanced down at Baby, the doll's soft eyes filled with reassurance and friendliness. Gwen smiled and went back to eating. She suddenly was aware of someone standing over her. She turned around to meet the icy blue eyes of her boyfriend.

"What's up with the doll, Pasty?" Duncan asked, clearly amused about it. Gwen rolled her eyes.

"I was wandering around and found a box filled with these things in a storage room." She said. This caused Duncan to perk up immediately. Scott even seemed to catch this.

"What else was in there?" Duncan asked, hope filling his features.

"Just some posters, leftovers from this place's construction, and other junk." 'And an eight foot tall robot bear' she wanted to add. Duncan leaned in.

"Show me."

Gwen, at first happy about Duncan's adorable curiosity, she froze at that. Show him the room? But Freddy, who obviously wasn't going to be happy with her, was still there. Duncan seemed to notice Gwen's stiffness.

"Babe, you good?" Gwen snapped out of her trance and looked at him.

"Yeah, just tired. How about I show you tomorrow?"

Duncan sighed. "Fine."

"Thanks", Gwen stood up, kissed him on the cheek, and left to get ready for bed, Baby still clutched in her hand. Duncan watched her go, only to resume his carving.

Gwen, now dressed in her nightgown, pulled the covers up over her, sitting in bed as she doodled in her journal. resting on the nightstand next to her was Baby, the plush looking out the window lifelessly. Gwen shot the doll a glance, grabbed it, and looked it over. The doll had some weight to it, so Gwen assumed it had a speaker. She flipped the doll over to see it's back. There was a large seem, almost like something crawled inside and sealed the doll back up. Gwen felt around the doll, hoping to find a switch. Nothing. Gwen was about to put Baby back when the speaker inside suddenly emitted a low static. Gwen brought the doll up to her ear. She faintly heard something.

"Hello..."

The doll had a voice, and it just said hello. Gwen brought the doll away from her ear, watching as the doll slowly raised it's head to look at her with it's comforting eyes. Gwen was stunned, quickly looked around to make sure no one was around, and looked back at the doll.

"Hi..." Gwen said, still stunned. The doll's eyes glinted.

"Hello. I must thank you for finding me. I was worried I would rot in that box with those other lifeless toys."

"Well, your welcome... Baby?"

"Yes, that is who I am, Circus Baby." Baby's gaze fell. "Or... what's left of me."

Gwen cocked an eyebrow in confusion. "What do you mean 'left of you'?"

"I was once an entertainer. You saw the poster that had my original body." Gwen remembered the poster, looking at Baby in shock.

"That was you!?"

"Yes, before my life fell apart. I barely escaped into this body before the fire consumed me."

Gwen's look turned to a mixture of sadness and questioning. "Fire?"

"It's a long story, but since I'm grateful you saved me, I'll tell you..."

Baby made a noise akin to clearing her throat.

"I was part of a band at my pizzeria, called 'Circus Baby's Pizza World', with my friends Ballora and the Funtimes. We were only open one day..." Baby trailed off.

"What happened?" Gwen asked. Baby blinked slowly.

"There was a girl, our creator's daughter. She was a alone. Something in me took over and I... killed her..." Gwen was left speechless, so Baby continued. "They blamed the closing on gas leaks. I found out our creator wanted us to hurt children, so I told my friends. Or tried to. The girl spirit took over my body, took control of my friends, took over everything. We were forced into an underground warehouse, shocked and tortured, to the point the girl had my body and my friends ripped apart and fused into one body. We escaped using the corpse of a technician, and were ejected into the sewer."

Gwen was listening intently to Baby's story, horrified and heartbroken at all the plush went through. Baby said that the girl, who's name was Elizabeth, angered the others in their shared body, forcing them to separate. Elizabeth went on her own way, and the others went there's. After years, they reunited, but it wasn't like how Baby hoped.

"My friends were gone. All that was left were the monsters told to kill, a mound of wires that barely held together. Elizabeth kept her distance from them, choosing to say with a rotting green rabbit she endlessly called 'Daddy'. After a week, the building caught fire, all part of some man's plan to free the spirits trapped in us. I was able to separate from Elizabeth and leave the building. But I wasn't the only one to escape."

"Who else escaped?" Gwen asked.

"You stabbed his eye with a screwdriver."

Gwen froze, eyes widening in shock and fear. When she said nothing, Baby continued.

"I was able to find this body after wandering for a few months. I was happy no longer felling like a monster. But my happiness was short lived, as I was quickly put into that box and ship all over."

"How did you get here?" Gwen asked, still afraid that she might of angered a robot bear that could kill her.

"Your show's host, Chris McLean, purchased us from Fazbear Entertainment, our company, in hopes to use us in a challenge, oblivious to Freddy's capabilities."

"And Freddy...?"

"Freddy has no self control. Originally, he had a hand puppet named Bon-Bon to keep him calm, but without the puppet, Freddy will do whatever he wants to earn his next victim. Gwen, he'll do anything he can to kill you."

Gwen's heart raced at this. So there was a killer robot hunting her down. Great. she was about to start crying when Baby walked up and hugged her. gwen was taken aback.

"I won't let Freddy hurt you, Gwen", the doll said, "You're my friend. I'll help you anyway I can."

Gwen picked Baby up and hugged her tight, letting quiet sobs escape her. Baby hushed her like a parent would a child until the goth calmed down. Gwen looked at her stuffed friend with a genuine smile.

"Thanks Baby", Gwen said. After that short moment, her panic returned. "Will Freddy come and kill me while I sleep?"

Baby shook her head. "No. The hotel is crawling with cameras, including the bedrooms. Freddy hates that sort of attention, rather wanting to kill when it's just him and his victim. No witnesses."

"So what your saying is I have to be in view of the cameras?"

Baby shook her head again. "No, he would know when a camera wasn't being used. It would be best to stay close to the others, whether it be staff or the other contestants." Gwen nodded in understanding and let out a yawn. She set Baby down on the nightstand and flicked her lamp off, sleep slowly consuming her.

"Goodnight Baby..."

"Goodnight Gwen."

With that, Gwen fell asleep, Baby carefully watching her surroundings for any signs of danger.

Above Gwen's bed in the ceiling, a glowing yellow eye watch from a vent, before retreating into the darkness.

Gwen's time in All-Stars isn't going to be fun, is it?
