Chapter 1
The Crybaby, Usagi's Beautiful Transformation
(Opening sequence time and the theme song is The Headmasters by Hirnobu Kageyama from Transformers Headmasters. Anyway Listen to the song on YouTube First and then let your imagination paint the picture in your mind's eye)
A flash on the Moon reveals the logo with the Kanji saying Kingdom Hearts on top with the rest saying Sora's adventures of Sailor Moon in front of the silhouette of the moon as Sora, Sailor Moon and their friends fly past the camera one by one. The logo flashes once.
The Golden Highwind swoops down and lands in Juuban Park where Sora and the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts leap out and race across the path with Usagi and Rei running with them in amazement.
The view shifts towards the other planets in the Solar System that is surrounded by stars that also show other worlds.
We see Queen Beryl and her four generals prepare to attack Sailor Moon's world by firing a beam of pure darkness that spawns thousands of Heartless.
We see the Sailor Guardians transform from their civilian clothing into their Sailor Guardian outfits one by one as the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts leap above them leaving a golden streak of light as they charge at the Heartless and youma summoned by Queen Beryl.
A fierce battle ensues between the heroes of light and the Heartless as Sora and friends wield their keyblades to keep them at bay. Tuxedo Mask enters the fray wielding his cane as a club as he and Sora exchange a thumbs up and a proud smile.
Sora and Jadeite engage in a fierce duel with the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts fending off Nephrite, Zoisite, Kunzite and the Heartless with Sailors Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter unleashing their most powerful attacks.
Sora deflects an energy bolt heading to Minako and retaliates with Ragnarok directed at a youma disintegrating it instantly. He grabs Minako's hand and unleashes Crescent Beam Ragnarok upon more of the Heartless as Roxas and Xion fend off the other Heartless with Sailor Jupiter who unleashes thunder attacks on the water heartless destroying them as well.
Sailors Mars, Mercury, Moon, Lea, Namine, Mickey surge into the Heartless and vanquish them instantly. Donald, Goofy, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus also turn and strike down the Heartless about to ambush Kairi by using their mastery of the elements of nature to their advantage.
The silvery glow of Kingdom Hearts appears on the center of the screen with the golden crescent moon on the it's right, and a rose symbol on the left as the 19 heroes fly past it, then land in front of Kingdom Hearts adorned by the golden crescent moon and the red rose symbol posing heroically.
(There we go, I hope that's a good enough introduction, The opening track is from Transformers Headmasters. So, give it a listen and let your mind's eye paint the picture in your head.)
It was morning in Juuban as the sun shone through the bedroom window of Usagi Tsukino. She was sound asleep without even a single care in the world. Usagi however was 14 years old and attended Juuban Middle School. She was also a bit clumsy, and often got picked on for being emotionally dramatic.
"Usagi, it's past 8 AM," called her mother, Keiko Tsukino.
Usagi moaned a bit, until her eye suddenly snapped open.
"OH NO! NOT AGAIN!" she cried out in shock.
Quickly she got dressed in her school uniform, brushed her teeth, and began running back and forth in a frenzied panic.
"Geez Mom, Why couldn't you wake me up sooner!? I'm late now!" snapped Usagi.
"I did try several times dear, and each time you told me to leave you alone," replied her mother, Keiko Tsukino, who was looking at some discarded drawings.
"I don't remember that!" replied Usagi who was still in a frenzied panic.
"Usagi," called her mother.
"What!? I'm in a hurry!" wailed Usagi.
"I know, but don't you need your lunch?" she asked.
Usagi walked back with a look of disappointment on her face.
"Thanks, mom," Usagi said in a deadpan tone.
She collected her lunch, her school bags, put on her shoes, and raced out the front door.
"See you later," called Usagi, and raced away.
Usagi yawned and complained about why mornings always had to come so early, as she tried to shake the sleep from her system. She was just heading to her school when she saw a guy, close to around her age, gently petting a dark colored cat and making sure that she was alright, and smiled at him. The guy noticed her smile and he smiled back at her making her rather surprised.
"Hey there," he said, raising his hand over his head.
"Oh, hello to you," replied Usagi.
She slowly walked up to the guy and took note of his spiky brown hair, and eye color.
"I'm Usagi Tsukino," she said.
"I'm Sora," replied the spiky-haired brunette.
Usagi was amazed.
"That's a pretty cool name," she said.
Then she noticed the cat in Sora's arms.
"Oh you poor thing are you okay?" she asked the cat.
"Don't worry, some heartless were attacking it, and even placed a bandage on her forehead. But, I was able to drive them off and save this cat from being turned into one itself," replied Sora.
"The Heartless?" asked Usagi.
"Creatures that reside in the realm of darkness. They prey on the darkness within people's hearts, then they take those hearts, and use them to create new Heartless to replenish their ranks," he explained.
The cat yowled at Usagi as she held him.
"I think this cat's saying you should remove the bandage upon her," Sora said to her.
"Okay, but it does look pretty cute on her," giggled Usagi.
Slowly but carefully, she gently removed the bandage and saw what looked like a crescent shape on the cat's forehead.
"Weird, a bald spot," murmured Usagi.
The cat however bounced off her head, and landed on top of a car. It glanced at Sora, then focused it's gaze on Usagi, who was rather nervous by the way it looked at her.
"Okay…?" Sora asked himself.
Suddenly the school bell rang and Usagi raced off in a much more frenzied panic, as the cat looked at her, but then shifted its gaze to Sora, and bowed respectfully to him.
"Thank you, Sora, was it?" it said.
"Yep," he said.
The cat nodded it's head at him in acknowledgement.
"My name is Luna, it's a pleasure to meet you," it said to him.
Despite his previous adventures in different worlds, Sora knew that he dealt with talking animals before, but then he extended his hand outwards before her. Instantly a flash of light appeared before them, and Luna saw what looked like a key-shaped sword in his hand.
"What is this weapon you're holding?" asked Luna.
"This is a Keyblade, it's a powerful weapon that can be used by anyone when a master performs the Rite of Inheritance with someone they deem to be worthy of wielding it. It may start being heavy to some wielders, but when they become stronger, the keyblade becomes much lighter for them," he explained.
"How fascinating," Luna said in amazement.
Then Sora glanced towards where Usagi had run off, but looked back at Luna.
"I'm gonna see where Usagi's gone, but I hope we'll see each other again Luna," he said.
"I'm sure we will, Sora," replied Luna, as she watched him walking off into the distance.
At Juuban Public Middle School, Usagi's English teacher, Miss Haruna Sakurada angrily berated Usagi for her lateness and told her to stand in the hallway.
"Oh man, no fair! It's not my fault if all the other kids get to school on time," she whined.
"Maybe you should set your alarm to an earlier time," suggested a voice from nearby.
Usagi turned and looked to see another person doing some cleaning in the school hall, and saw that his hair was black as night, but she had the same eye color that Sora had, and a gentle smile. But then she heard her stomach rumbling.
"And I'm hungry too," she moaned.
Carefully looking around, she made sure that nobody was watching or listening, then picked up her lunch.
"Well, Guess I'll have to make up for skipping breakfast," she said happily.
But she felt a hand on her shoulder and Usagi suddenly noticed a guy with the same hair color as Sora, but was quite tall, and well built.
"I don't think that'd be such a good idea, young lady," he said, when the door suddenly opened.
"I agree, Mr. Terra. This kind of attitude is exactly why Miss Tsukino is always failing," replied Usagi's teacher, Miss Haruna Sakurada, as she pulled out her test with a large 30 on it.
Usagi hung her head, as Miss Haruna and Terra respectfully nodded towards one another, then she watched him walking off down the school corridors.
"Aw, nuts!" she said grumpily.
"Geez, I can't believe you'd do this Usagi," said her classmate, Naru Osaka.
"Sounds to me like your pal needs to learn some self control," came a voice from nearby.
Naru whirled round and saw two guys walking towards them.
"Hello," said the guy with spiky red hair.
"Uh, who are you guys?" Naru asked them.
"I'm Roxas," said the dirty blonde haired guy.
"Who am I? Oh my name is Lea, but my friends call me Axel. Got it memorized?" said the red-haired guy.
"Come on you guys, Naru's my best friend, she knows I don't have that kind of self control. Besides, I'm a growing girl. I can't help it," complained Usagi.
"Growing girl, huh? What a joke," muttered Axel.
"Axel, be nice to her," warned Roxas.
Naru nodded her head in acknowledgement to Roxas's warning, when another of her classmates approached them.
"Hey, how'd you end up doing on your test, Usagi?" asked the guy in glasses.
"Hi, Umino," Usagi said, dejectedly.
"Listen Umino. Can't you tell that she's not in the best mood right now? But, if there's one thing I know, it's that failure is a far greater teacher," said Terra.
This made Naru rather surprised, when several more people came to see what was going on.
"Wow, Terra, that was actually profound," she said to him.
"Hey, it's okay, I slacked off a little, too. So I managed to achieve a ninety-five," Umino Gurio said, as he proudly showed them his score.
"Even though it's only a test, you shouldn't let your pride cloud your judgement," replied the silver haired young man.
"That's right," added Sora, who was also with them.
This suddenly made Usagi look up and smile at the spiky haired brunette that she had met earlier.
"Oh, Sora," she said excitedly.
"Hiya," replied Sora, as he waved at them.
"Sora?" asked Naru and Umino.
"Yep, hey guys," greeted Sora.
Then they looked at the rest of the newcomers.
"By the way, who are the rest of you guys?" Usagi asked curiously.
"I'm Riku," replied the silverette.
"I'm Kairi," said the third red-head.
"My name is Namine," said the first blonde.
"I'm Ventus, call me Ven," said the second blonde who resembled Roxas.
"My name is Terra," Terra said to them.
"I'm Aqua," said the bluette.
"I'm Xion," said the dark haired girl Usagi met earlier.
"I'm Mickey Mouse, the King of Disney Town," the little mouse said to them.
"Donald Duck," quacked Mickey's friend.
"Name's Goofy, A-hyuck," finished Sora's second companion.
"I'm Naru Osaka, and this is Umino Gurio," replied Naru.
"Nice to meet you guys," replied Sora.
"Well, anyway, did you guys hear that Sailor V made another appearance the other night?" asked Naru.
Usagi was confused, but the others pretended to not know who it was, even though they already met her.
"No, I don't think we have," said Sora.
"Oh, well, I heard that she managed to catch a jewelry thief this time," Naru replied excitedly.
Riku chuckled a bit.
"Sounds to me like you guys idolize her," he said to them.
"Of course, Riku!" grinned Naru.
"Can you tell us who this Sailor V person is?" asked Ven.
Naru was about to snap at the blonde Roxas lookalike, when Umino placed his hand upon her shoulder and shook his head at her, making Usagi think that the nerd was telling her not to berate her new friends for not knowing Sailor V.
"Well, just to give you a heads up, Sailor V is a costumed crime fighter who's been battling in this part of town," explained Umino.
"Hmm… sounds sort of like some friends I know from another world," murmured Sora.
"And, rumor has it, she's part of the elite police special investigation unit," added the nerd.
Kairi was a bit surprised.
"Huh, how about that? I guess there is someone like Sora who's willing to take on any bad guys that would dare cause trouble," she said.
"Yeah, that's pretty cool," agreed Usagi.
"Kinda sounds like something Aqua and Terra would do, even when they had a difference of opinion," said Ven.
This made Aqua and Terra laugh in embarrassment, but Naru was smiling blissfully to herself.
"Jewelry is just so beautiful. I can totally understand why someone would want to steal it," she said.
"Yeah, I agree. I would love to have a diamond ring," replied Usagi.
Umino, however, was a bit distraught that his two friends were talking about what they wanted to wear, but Aqua, Kairi, Xion, and Namine understood what the two girls were talking about, and they two wanted something that would suit them quite well.
"Oh, I just remembered! A sale started at our jewelry store. Do you all want to come with me and check it out?" Naru asked them.
"Of course I do!" cheered Usagi.
"I'd like to see what they've got too!" added Sora.
Naru and Usagi nodded, and together with their new friends they agreed to meet at the jewelry store after school with Umino looking awkwardly at them.
"Uh, yeah, See you," he chuckled nervously.
(Now, whenever Queen Beryl and any of her minions are talking about their plans, play any version of Villains of a Sort from Kingdom Hearts)
Somewhere in the darkness, Queen Beryl was gazing into her crystal orb, when her legion of dark creatures emerged before her.
"Have you been able to make any progress in locating the Legendary Silver Crystal?" she asked.
"Hmph, not in the slightest. Perhaps I should make an example out of these failures," came a dark stoic voice from in front of her.
"Please, be patient Sephiroth. We must always keep in mind that the great ruler still remains in dire need of a massive amount of power. We will find the Silver Crystal at any cost, but for now, we'll provide our master with the life force of these mortals," replied Beryl.
"Very well, I will leave it to one of your confidants, Jadeite," said Sephiroth, as he slowly turned and walked away.
Then, a dark corridor opened up, and Jadeite emerged from within it. Beside him dressed in his old SOLDIER uniform, with a red scarf and cape, and golden talons on his fingers, was Cloud Strife.
"My liege, please allow us, Jadeite, and Cloud the honor of this task," he said as he bowed to her.
"So, what do you have in mind?" Cloud asked him.
"Simple, Cloud, my minion Morga is preparing to collect plenty of essence for our great ruler. She will not fail," answered Jadeite.
"Then I leave that to you. Go now Jadeite," said Beryl.
Jadeite nodded, as she turned to Cloud.
"As for you Cloud, You will oversee Morga's progress on this task," she said to him.
Cloud just shrugged his shoulders as a dark corridor opened for him.
"Fine, be my guest," he replied, and walked off into the portal.
At Juban Shopping District, Sora and his friends, along with Usagi and Naru, at the jewelry store, OSA.P where they could see many people walking into the store to buy some discount necklaces, Rings, earrings, bracelets, and all manner of different items that interested many women.
"There's so many people," said Usagi.
They could see Naru's mother through the crowd, thanking the many customers for coming to her shop.
"My mom's really getting into this whole sale thing," observed Naru.
"Maybe she's just trying to be more business oriented," replied Usagi.
None of them knew that Naru's mother was actually a dark creature in human disguise, as she observed her surroundings.
"Foolish Mortals," she said darkly.
She noticed all the women wearing different items on their person.
"Lend us your life force, and deliver it to the empress of Darkness!" Morgan said with evil triumph in her voice.
Hidden from the eyes of all the people in the store, Jadeite looked upon the glowing sphere above his hand, and smirked with pride.
"This life force is being collected from those naive mortals who are drawn by the sparkle of those gems. I'm certain, Queen Beryl and Maleficent will be most impressed," he said to himself.
He chuckled to himself.
"Continue your work Morga, keep collecting everyone's life force. And remember, the Heartless will be on standby if you require their help in harvesting hearts that are full of darkness," said Jadeite.
"Understood," replied Morga.
But she suddenly heard Naru calling to her and quickly got back into character as Naru's mother.
"Oh, hello, I'm glad you came by, Naru," she said.
"I brought some friends over from school with me," replied Naru.
"Hi, Naru's Mom," said Usagi.
"Hey there," added Sora.
"Oh it's so nice of you to visit my store. But first, who are these wonderful young ladies and gentlemen you're with?" the disguised Morgan asked, as she looked at the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts.
"I'm Sora. He's Donald and that's Goofy. This is Riku, Kairi, my brother Roxas, my sister Xion, Kairi's sister Namine, Axel, Terra, Aqua, Ventus, ahd Mickey," replied Sora.
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Osaka," added Goofy.
"It's a pleasure to meet you all. My store's a bit crowded now, but please take your time and look around," said the disguised monster.
"Okay," replied Usagi.
"Yes, Ma'am," added Sora.
"And because you're Naru's friends, I'll even give you an extra discount," Naru's mother said excitedly.
"You really mean that?" Usagi asked Excitedly.
"Hmm… Sounds fair," added Sora.
She then presented a beautiful ring with a shimmering diamond.
"If you like diamonds, how about this one? It costs five hundred thousand," suggested Mrs. Osaka.
"Whoa, that's pretty expensive," said Sora.
"A hefty price tag, huh? But I'll give it to you for thirty thousand," replied Naru's mother.
"Five hundred thousand for thirty thousand?" Sora, Naru and Usagi asked in shock.
"I'll buy it," said another woman who shoved them aside.
Then the other customers all surged towards Naru's mother and began clamoring about the ring, while the three friends crawled their way out of the crowd, and reached the front entrance of the shop.
"Geez, talk about a land rush," Sora said as he dusted himself off.
"This is totally unbelievable," agreed Naru.
"Five-hundred thousand for thirty thousand, Oh, I really want it!" complained Usagi.
"You could always ask your dad for the money, right?" asked Naru.
"Yeah, but since I just failed my english test," replied Usagi.
"Oh, right," Sora said, as he remembered what Terra and Xion had told him about what happened between Usagi and Miss Haruna.
"And my allowance is gone. I spent it all," she continued.
But Sora and Naru smiled sympathetically at her.
"No big deal, there's always next time is all," they said together.
But Usagi sadly walked out of the store, with her new friends at her side.
"If only, I had studied a little more," she said somberly as she looked at her test.
She angrily crumpled up the paper and tossed it aside, which landed on the head of another individual with dark colored hair.
"Watch where you're throwing things, bunhead!" he called to her.
Instantly everyone whirled around and saw that he wore what looked like a green jacket, with a black shirt underneath, Purple pants, dark colored shoes, and had a pair of shades over his eyes.
"30 percent?" he asked with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"Actually yes, buddy. Which means we don't have time for a Q&A. So don't tell young Miss Tsukino, she needs to study a little more harder, pal," replied Axel as he readied his old chakrams instead of his Keyblade.
"Whoa!" gasped Usagi, as she was surprised by Axel's weapons.
"Stand down, Axel!" Sora said, then he stepped up to the guy.
"If it's all right, do you think you could let us have it back?" he asked politely.
"Uh... okay, fine, here you go," replied the other guy who was almost as tall as Terra.
"Thank you," said Sora.
Then he returned it to Usagi's hand and they all walked off into the distance.
"Who was that guy, and why did Axel threaten him?" she asked with a hint of curiosity in her voice.
"Ah, I wouldn't worry about him too much. I think he might be interested in what's in that jewelry store," replied Sora.
"Who knows? He does seem kind of strange," said Riku.
"Maybe so, Riku," piped in Usagi, as they continued walking down the street.
The guy slowly pulled off his shades, revealing his dark blue eyes as he glanced at the jewelry store. While they walked silently past the arcade with the sound of laser guns shooting, and klaxons going off, Sora stopped when he noticed a poster for the Sailor V game on the front door.
"What? They already made Sailor V into a video game?" she asked with a look of surprise on her face.
Sora nodded, and he saw that this was what Sailor V really looked like in the poster.
"If we do meet her, we might ask her if she's dealt with any bad guys," said Roxas.
Everyone looked at it, and remembered what Naru and Umino had told them about Sailor V.
"It must be so cool to be Sailor V. She doesn't have any tests to worry about, and I bet taking out all those bad guys feels super awesome," sighed Usagi, but she didn't notice the same cat she saved, whom Sora and his friends knew was called Luna, watching them from behind a sign for the Crown Arcade.
"Compared to all that I'm nothing," moaned the blonde-odango-twin tailed girl, until she felt Sora's hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, Usagi. Even if you have to bring this test home, we'll let your relatives know that you've been struggling a lot, and need some time to let go of all that stress before you get your homework done," Sora assured her.
She was momentarily surprised when she saw Sora's sympathetic smile, but she smiled back at him, and nodded her head in agreement.
"Thanks, you guys," she said, as she wept tears of happiness.
"No problem, Usagi. Now wipe those tears, and let's go talk to your mother about your struggles," Goofy said in a friendly tone.
As they walked away, Luna slowly stepped out with a determined glare in her eyes.
"Usagi Tsukino, at last I've found you," she said softly to herself.
At Tsukino Residence, Usagi stepped inside, with her friends not too far behind her.
"I'm home," she said.
"Oh, you're back. You're sure late getting home today," replied her mother.
"Uh, yeah, a little bit," Usagi said quickly.
"By the way, who are these people you're with?" asked Keiko.
"Oh right, these are my new friends. This is Sora, Kairi, Riku, Roxas, Ventus, Aqua, Terra, Xion, Namine, Axel, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy," replied Usagi.
"Hey, there," Sora said as he raised his hand up, as his way of greeting her.
"Sora, show some respect," grumbled Donald.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Keiko, Usagi's mother," she said to them.
The others nodded in acknowledgement.
"Oh, by the way, I bumped into Umino earlier, and he said you got your test back already," Keiko said to her daughter.
Usagi was surprised, but the others kept quiet about it.
"He said he got a 95 on his," continued Keiko.
"Oh really?" giggled Usagi.
Nothing to it for him, I guess, thought Sora, as he had his arms folded over his chest.
"Good for him. Darn you Umino, I'm so gonna get you for this," she grumbled.
"So, what did you get on your test Usagi?" asked her mother.
But Sora stepped forward and decided to break the ice between them.
"Listen, Mrs. Tsukino. I know that it's not my place to butt in on your conversation with Usagi, but I feel like speaking my mind to you on behalf of your daughter. The thing is, Usagi told us about her test score, and I have a feeling you might be disappointed in her for her failure. But I promise you this. We'll all pitch in to help her get better grades, as her unofficial tutors," he said to Keiko.
"Oh, well, can I see it?" she asked him.
Sora nodded, then gently passed the test to Keiko. As she looked carefully at it, she gave Sora an understanding smile.
"Hmm… I suppose you're right Sora. Even though I wish my daughter would bring me better grades, you've given me much to think about at the moment," said Usagi's mother.
"In that case, We'll step outside and give you some alone time," replied Riku.
Keiko nodded, and gave Riku an understanding smile. Then she watched them slowly step out of the house, so that she could vent her frustration alone.
"Phew, thanks for talking to Mom, guys," Usagi said happily to them.
But before Sora could answer, he spotted someone who was younger than they were. He had dirty blonde hair, a green shirt with yellow sleeves, with a nametag on it, blue pants, and a pair of green converse shoes over white socks.
"Hey, who the heck are you guys?" the boy asked.
"I'm Sora, And these are my friends," replied Sora.
"Donald Duck," quacked Donald.
"Name's Goofy," added Goofy.
"I'm Riku," said the silverette.
"My name is Kairi," piped in the red-head.
"My name is Namine," said the other blonde.
"I'm Roxas," said Sora's brother.
"My name is Xion," said the dark haired girl.
"My name is Axel, got it memorized?" the red-haired guy said, pointing to his brain.
"I'm Mickey Mouse, the King of Disney Town," said the little mouse.
"I'm Ventus. You can call me Ven," said Ventus.
"My name is Aqua," said the bluette.
"My name is Terra," said the older Brunette.
"Uh, nice to meet you guys. I'm Usagi's brother, Shingo Tsukino," replied the younger boy.
"Listen, you may want to give your mother some time to herself. She's pretty disappointed in Usagi for her grades being very poor. That's why we're gonna help her get better grades in the future," Riku told him.
"Okay then, best of luck to you guys. Oh, and Sora, I think you and your friends seem okay to hang out with," said Shingo, as he gave the spiky-haired brunette Keyblader a thumbs up.
"Thanks Shingo," replied Sora, as he gave Shingo a thumbs up as well.
Usagi was surprised. She'd never seen Shingo act this way in front of her new friends, but she nodded her understanding towards Shingo, despite how she disliked his obnoxious behavior towards her, as he walked into the house, and went up to his bedroom. At last, Keiko opened the door and allowed Usagi to come back inside, then she allowed her friends into the house so that she would get to know them better.
"Thank you, Ma'am," Sora said, as he respectfully shook her hand.
"You're most welcome, Sora," replied Keiko.
Back at OSA-P, the customers were now slowly beginning to feel fatigued, as the many gems on the rings, bracelets, and necklaces began to glow with an eerie dark color. They all collapsed onto the floor, and fell unconscious. Then suddenly several dark creatures with yellow eyes, suddenly emerged beside them. They were the Heartless, creatures that were attracted to the darkness inside people's hearts.
"What's happening? Everyone seems to be getting sick all of a sudden. Should we call an ambulance?" Naru asked, in shock at what she had seen.
She glanced around worriedly, until she heard dark cold laughter coming from nearby.
"Is it it enough, Morga?" asked a voice that sounded deep yet stoic.
"Yes, that should be enough life energy for now, Sephiroth," replied Morga.
"What do you mean?" Naru asked fearfully.
But then she felt Sephiroth's gaze upon her, and it felt like she was now frozen in a block of ice.
"Good to see you, Naru," Sephiroth said to her, as he slowly stalked towards her like a spider catching a fly in its web.
Back in Usagi's house, Usagi and her friends were all gathered in her room, while she lay on her bed feeling tired.
"Thank goodness she let us all back in. I'm completely exhausted from all of that," she said.
"That's just how most parents act, Usagi. Sometimes they can be proud of you, but sometimes they can feel disappointment when they're kids aren't doing their best," replied Roxas.
"Yeah, I guess," said Usagi.
"Better take a little break Usagi, we got a lot of homework to help you through," piped in Sora.
"By the way, thanks for sticking your neck out for me, Sora," she said smiling at him, as she yawned and started to doze off.
But she didn't sleep long, when the window behind her opened, and a shadow slowly fell upon her sleeping form. Then it slammed shut, making her wake up, and slowly turn to see the same cat she found standing near her.
"Hey, it's Luna! How've you been, girl?" asked Sora.
"I'm alright, thanks to you protecting me from the Heartless," she replied.
"You can talk!? No way, how can a cat talk?" gasped Usagi, as she jumped off her bed in surprise.
Luna cleared her throat, and looked upon them.
"As Sora said, My name is Luna. And you can't imagine how much I've been looking for you," said the violet cat, with the crescent moon mark on her forehead.
But Usagi seemed hesitant to reply.
"First thing's first, I'm very grateful to Sora and his friends for protecting me from the Heartless earlier today. Not to mention letting you take that bandage off. With it on, I can't talk, and it dulls my sensory powers. I thought I was done for when the heartless put it on, but because of that, it led me to you," said Luna.
"That's right, If you became a Heartless, your connection with Usagi would never be forged," murmured Sora.
"The Heartless?" Questioned Usagi.
"Yeah, creatures that reside in the realm of darkness. They're drawn to people whose hearts are filled with darkness, so that they can take those hearts and use them to increase their ranks. The only ones we know who have the power to command them, are Xehanort, Maleficent, Organization XIII, and a whole lot of other enemies that Sora and the rest of us fought in the past," explained Riku.
"And the worst part is that it's not a dream. It's actually happening for real," added Sora.
Luna was surprised, but she understood their words completely and nodded at them.
"But in any case, if you don't believe me, then let me prove to you that it's not a dream!" she declared.
With a great leap, she summoned forth a small item that landed on Usagi's bed in a shimmer of light, making the girl look up with one eye open.
"A little gift from me, just for you," smirked Luna.
"Wow!" Sora said with a look of surprise on his face.
"Wait, for me? It's so beautiful!" she said excitedly as she placed onto her chest.
But when Luna tried to get her attention, Usagi ignored her and began to look at herself in the mirror, which made Sora place his hand upon her shoulder.
"Come on, Usagi. You gotta listen to Luna," he said in both a firm but gentle tone.
"Thank you, Sora," she said to him, then she jumped onto Sora's chest, making him laugh, as she nuzzled him.
"I guess Luna's taken a bit of liking to you," giggled Kairi.
"How can she not, Kairi? Cause Luna often reminds me of my own cat," replied Sora.
"You have a cat!?" gasped Usagi.
"Yep, I sure do. But he's not with me right now. He's safe and sound at Destiny Islands!" Sora said to her.
"Anyway, getting back to the matter at hand, strange things are happening in this city. Even the police can't handle what's going on. A strange new enemy has appeared. You're the only one who can defeat this enemy. You're the guardian that's been chosen for this mission," explained Luna.
"And we'll help you too, Usagi. Because heroes don't quit," added Sora.
"But there's more than that, Sora. Usagi has to find the other guardians and their princess," continued Luna.
"Wow, really? How cool," giggled Usagi.
Even Sora had to laugh as well, at least until Donald clonked her on the knee with his staff, making her jump up and down on one foot as she cried out in pain.
"D'oh, would be serious for once?" he quacked grumpily.
"Donald!" Luna, Sora, and the rest of his friends said to him in a disappointed tone.
"Usagi, Sorry," he said apologetically to an angry Usagi.
"Usagi, you have a right to be angry. But trust me when I say you don't want to feed that emotion and draw the heartless to your location," warned Riku.
"I understand, Riku. Apology accepted Donald," she said to the court wizard.
"Yeah, just erase that memory from our minds, Namine," said Sora.
"You don't actually believe a single word I'm saying, do you?" Luna said with a look of disappointment in her eyes.
"Oh sure! Of course I believe you," smiled Usagi.
"We all do, Luna," added Sora.
"Great, just repeat the words I'm about to say to you," the cat said only to Usagi.
Then turned slowly to the side, and glanced at her.
"Moon Prism Power: Make Up!" she said in a loud voice.
Sora was confused, but Usagi saluted, until Riku stepped up.
"What's gonna happen when Usagi says, 'Moon Prism Power: Make Up?'" asked Riku.
"Well, you'll just have to wait and see," replied Sora.
"Yeah!" agreed Usagi.
Then she gained a look of determination.
"Moon Prism Power: Make Up!" she called to the heavens above.

The instant she said those words, her entire body was now surrounded by light, while everyone watched in awe, as her clothes were replaced by a different outfit as the light faded away. She wore a white leotard with yellow shoulder pads, a blue skirt that reached her upper calves, and had a collar with three white stripes that looked just like the one on her school uniform. Two red bows were upon her as well. One was on her chest containing her brooch, and other was on the back of her waist. On her hands were a pair of white gloves with that extended towards her elbow, and ended with red pads. Her odango-twintailed hair was also adorned with two red clips that looked like red orbs, with a white outline around them. On her forehead was a shimmering golden tiara with a ruby red gem at its center. On her feet were a pair of red knee high boots, with white at the top of them, with a crescent moon on the front. On her neck was a red choker with a crescent moon hanging off it.
"Whoa! Oh man!" Sora said excitedly, when he saw Usagi's new outfit.
"No way! What's going on!? I don't believe it, I transformed!" she gasped shock.
"Does anyone have any Idea what what we should call Usagi, now that she's wearing a different outfit?" asked Riku, making Usagi calm down in an instant.
Sora nodded as well, and turned to face Luna.
"I'm with Riku on this one," he said to the cat.
But then suddenly, Usagi heard the sound of Naru's voice, calling out for help, and Usagi recognized it from the new hairpieces in her hair.
"How am I hearing this?" she asked Luna.
"Do you believe me now?" asked the cat.
Sora nodded with an earnest smile.
"I still don't know what's going on, but I can hear that Naru's in big trouble," Usagi said with a worried look on her face.
"Usagi, you have become Sailor Moon. Now go quickly. Go and help your friend," said Luna.
At first Usagi was confused, but Sora slowly walked up to her and gently took her hand in his own.
"And we'll help you as well. Because, even if you are Sailor Moon, we'll always be friends, no matter what, Usagi" he added.
Then Usagi gently pulled him towards her and hugged him.
"Thank you, Sora," she said happily.
Eventually Sora hugged her as well, then they pulled back, and he turned to his friends.
"So how about it? Think we can help Sailor Moon save Naru?" he asked them.
The others nodded in agreement.
"All right! Let's do this!" he cried out, and they raced to the jewelry store.
At the Jewelry Store, Naru was still crying out for help, when she felt her mother's hand upon her throat. It began choking the life out of her, as Mrs. Osaka's appearance turned into that of Morga. Then suddenly, the Heartless appeared around her, and began to stalk towards her helpless form.
"Your mother is already trapped in the basement, and after I'm done eliminating you, I'll eliminate her too, and send you both to the realm of darkness!" she said with a wicked grin.
But before she could, a burst of light surged towards them, and forced them apart.
"Hands of Miss Osaka," a young guy's voice said from behind the dust cloud.
"Yeah, get away from her this instant!" a girl's voice said from behind her.
This forced Morga to turn and see who called out to her.
"And who might you be?" she demanded.
"Sora!" Sora's voice said from the entrance.
"Donald Duck!" cried out Donald.
"Goofy!" added Goofy.
"Riku!" announced the Silverette.
"Kairi!" the red-haired Keybearing princess said.
"Roxas!" said the former nobody.
"Xion!" said the raven haired girl
"Aqua!" said the bluette.
"Terra!" said the brunette keyblader.
"Ven!" the other spiky-haired guy said.
"Namine!" said the queen of memories.
"Mickey Mouse!" said the king of Disney Town.
"The name's Axel, or Lea, whatever you want to call me," the red-haired guy said nonchalantly.
"And as for me, I am the pretty guardian who fights for love and justice! I'm Sailor Moon! And in the name of the Moon, I'm punishing you!" she said in a grand tone.
"Got it Memorized?" asked Axel.
"You're Sailor What!?" Morga gasped in shock.
"Didn't you hear her!? She's called Sailor Moon!" retorted Sora, who now had his keyblade held at the ready.
"Are those stupid threats of yours supposed to scare me!?" snapped the enraged demon.
"So What!?" shouted Riku as he charged at Morga, but missed her.
"Now, arise creatures of the realm of darkness, and take their hearts as your own! Arise and destroy them!" cried the monster.
Instantly, the Heartless appeared around them and began charging at them, but Sailor Moon saw the emblem of the Heartless emblazoned upon their bodies and knew at once they were indeed creatures of the realm of darkness.
"Let's go, you guys!" Sora said to his friends, and they charged bravely into the store, striking down any heartless that stood in their way of defeating Morga.
But Sailor Moon was having difficulty with the Heartless, and was dodging this way and that, until one struck at her with such force that she was sent flying towards a pillar with a scraped knee. Quickly, Sora struck down some of the heartless that surrounded him, and raced to Sailor Moon's side.
"Don't worry Sailor Moon! I've got this, stay back!" he said to her, then he lunged at the heartless and struck them down with a mighty blow.
Sailor Moon was aghast, until she felt her injury be healed up by a Curaga spell, cast by Donald Duck.
"Don't give up!" he called to her.
"Donald's right Sailor Moon, you've got to attack and defeat that monster!" agreed Luna, as Morga sent more heartless at the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts, and Sailor Moon, laughing maniacally.
"I know you're scared, Sailor Moon! But if you fall here, the darkness wins! And that's something I won't let happen, no matter what the cost!" Sora declared, as Morga surged towards him.
"I'll end you right here, boy!" shouted Morga, as she extended her arm to strike down Sora with a single swipe of her claws.
But Sora stood his ground and prepared himself for the attack. As Sailor Moon fearfully at him with tears pouring from her eyes.
"NO!" shouted Luna.
"SORA!" cried Sailor Moon.
Suddenly, a rose landed between them, it's stem embedded on the floor of the jewelry store. Seizing this opportunity, Sora catapulted towards Morga and struck at her with his keyblade, sending her sprawling to the ground.
"Who the heck was that?" he asked, as he landed behind her.
Both he, Sailor Moon, Luna, and the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts saw that he was dressed in a top hat, a black suit, with a white dress shirt, a black bowtie, a black cape with red linen inside of it, and a white mask over his eyes.
"I am known as Tuxedo Mask! Sailor Moon, you have to remember that you're crying isn't going to solve everything if you let your friends do most of the fighting!" said the caped crusader.
"Yeah, maybe not! But I can't help it!" she said fearfully.
With a loud wail, the hairpieces began glowing loudly, causing the Heartless to vanish, and immobilize Morgan completely. But it didn't affect Sora and his friends who were protected by a sound dampening spell Donald cast on them to protect their hearing and their mobility.
"Now's your chance! Hurl your tiara and yell, 'Moon Tiara Action!'" Luna said from behind her.
Slowly but surely, Sailor Moon got back on her feet.
"But why would I do that? What's gonna happen?" she asked.
"DO IT NOW, SAILOR MOON! OR WE'RE ALL GONNA TURN INTO HEARTLESS!" shouted Sora.
Clearing her mind of any doubts, Sailor Moon took hold of her tiara, pulled it off her forehead, and transformed it into a golden disc of light.
"Moon Tiara Action!" she cried out, and sent the energy disc right at Morga, who was now immobilized by both her supersonic attack, and Mickey's Stopza spell.
"And now, STRIKE RAID!" said Sora, as he flung his keyblade right at the same enemy he and Sailor Moon had in common.
Morga screamed in shock as the two attacks struck her down, in an explosion of light.
"Wow, no way!" gasped the blonde Sailor Guardian.
"Yes way, Sailor Moon! We got her!" said Sora, as his keyblade returned to his hand, while Morga soon crumbled into dust.
From the shadows, all the life energy Jadeite had collected vanished as well.
"Guess your pal Morga must've been defeated," Cloud said as he walked away.
"You're right, she failed me Cloud," replied jadeite with an angry glare in his eyes.
At the same time, Sailor Moon and Sora watched as Morga's remains faded away.
"We did it!" he said happily.
"Well done Sailor Moon. And yes, you're new allies as well. I won't soon forget what happened here tonight," Tuxedo Mask said to them.
Sora gave him a thumbs up as a way of saying thank you to him, which made Sailor Moon happy, to see him respecting someone they had during their brawl with Morga.
"He's right, you did great, you guys," said Luna.
"Yeah," replied Sora.
But Sailor Moon was transfixed upon him that she thought the man in black was both dashing and mysterious. The next morning, at Juban Public Middle School, everyone was in Miss Haruna's classroom with Usagi resting her head on her desk.
"I had this incredible dream last night! A superhero named Sailor Moon and her allies showed up to save me from a hideous monster, and those black creatures called Heartless. They were so cool!" Naru said excitedly.
"Are you serious? I had the exact same dream," said another student.
"Yeah, me too," said the third student.
"Wow, how weird," replied Naru.
But she didn't seem to notice Sora and his friends were listening in on their conversation.
"Hey, Usagi isn't that weird?" she asked her friend, until Sora stepped in.
"I don't think you should disturb her, she's been having difficulty sleeping last night," he said to her.
"Maybe you're right. never mind Usagi," she said.
But Usagi looked up at Sora, and gave him a reassuring smile, which Sora responded to her with a thumbs up. But deep down, she thought he was also pretty cool as she began to daydream about him, but she was also curious about his weapon, which he and his friends referred to as the Keyblade.
