Chapter 2
Punishment Awaits: The House of Fortune is the Monster Mansion
It was nearly nightfall in Juban as the street lamps activated, while the people walked to and fro about their various concerns, knowing full well what they would plan to do later on in the future. Two women were walking to a fortune teller holding several bamboo sticks in his hands, as he began telling many girls' their fortunes of what would come to them in the future. Behind them was Jadeite, dressed in a bowler hat, dark glasses, and a dark long coat over his uniform. He walked away scoffing at them, while his eyes were filled with hatred, as Cloud raced along the road on his motorcycle, Fenrir. In her dark citadel, Sephiroth approached Queen Beryl.
"There's still no sign of the Legendary Silver Crystal, but the Whispers have told me of how people may have a future that is bright, instead of dark. In the meantime, I believe some examples will have to be made for those who have not located that little gemstone," the One-Winged Angel said as he drew Masamune.
He struck down several youma, causing a massacre that made most of them bow to him in obedience.
"That's enough, Sephiroth. We don't want to eliminate too many of our forces now, do we? Our great ruler needs a great amount of life energy and can't be kept waiting forever," she said to him.
"Hmph… I was expecting more of a challenge from these failures," replied Sephiroth, when Jadeite returned via the dark corridor.
Sephiroth, turned to face him.
"Good to see you, Jadeite," he said to the blonde general.
"And you as well, Sephiroth," replied Jadeite, who bowed to him and Beryl.
"As I'm sure Sephiroth said, the Legendary Silver Crystal has not yet been found. So I want you to harvest the life energy from these mortals instead," said Queen Beryl.
"Rest assured, I have already taken care of it," replied Jadeite.
"As for Cloud, you will leave him to me. I will eliminate him myself. Refusing my demands, will lead to your destruction," Sephiroth said darkly to him as he pointed his blade near Jadeite's chest.
By morning, Usagi's alarm clock was going off, but she was still asleep when Luna walked up to her.
"Time to wake up," she said.
But she pulled the covers over her head, to try and block out the sound of her alarm clock.
"Oh no you don't!" Luna said, and jumped onto her chest, putting her wait on Usagi.
"I can't breathe," gagged Usagi.
"How do you expect to succeed in our mission lying down?" asked the dark colored cat.
Usagi picked up her clock, and looked mildly irritated.
"Atta girl," said Luna.
"It's after eight? Why didn't wake me up earlier Luna? Now I'm gonna be late for school!" cried Usagi as she jumped out of bed and got dressed in a hurry, leaving Luna disappointed.
At Juban Public Middle School, Haruna was taking attendance just as Usagi snuck slowly into her class room, and crawled to her desk as quiet as a mouse.
"Well hello and good morning to you Usagi," Umino said excitedly to his classmate, making her irritated.
"Better wait in the hallway before Miss Haruna sends you to the principal's office for immediate expulsion without the need for suspension," warned Axel, making her very disappointed.
Usagi nodded sadly at him, which did make Miss Haruna surprised, but Sora placed his hand upon Axel's shoulder.
"Come on, Axel, you don't need to be that harsh on Usagi," he said.
"I'm afraid this young man makes a very valid point Axel," she said in agreement with the brunette keyblade wielder, who walked out of the classroom to join Usagi and Umino in the hall.
"Why are you two out here in the hall exactly?" asked Usagi.
"Oh, well, you know it's actually hard to explain," replied Umino.
"Obviously, it's because you need to understand the true meaning of humility, you wild weasel," Sora said, with his back towards Umino.
A short while later, Naru raced up to Umino who was leaning against a tree.
"So what did you want to talk about?" she asked him.
"I wanna go on a date with Usagi, she's my dream girl," he said quickly.
"You gotta be kidding me. Why would a nerd like you, go on a date with someone like her?" asked Roxas, who was walking towards him with an angry glare on his face.
"I want to exchange diaries with her, I want to talk to her parents about our future together," he continued, only for the two of them to laugh at him.
"That's not gonna happen," they said together, making Umino cry out in dismay.
"You need to learn to be a bit more patient around girls, Umino, otherwise they'll hate you forever, and the Gurio bloodline would reach a dead end," said Roxas.
"So I should be stealthy and go for a surprise attack!" Umino said with determination, settling on his features.
"No! You can't force Usagi to be yours forever!" snapped Roxas, as he brandished his keyblade, making Naru worried.
"Wait Roxas! I say Umino should ask a fortune teller what he should do," she said kindly to him.
"Well, in that case, I already have the answer," piped in Umino.
He pulled out a small screen of his making from his front jacket pocket pocket.
"This fortune telling game I have was based on an idea of mine. It says that Usagi and I are supposed to get married and live happily ever after," he said ecstatically, as he showed it to them.
This only made them annoyed.
"See, it says happy couple," grinned the nerd.
But Roxas screamed in anger, making him flinch, as he swatted the device from Umino's hand, destroying it in an instant.
"I hate you so much! Naru and I weren't talking about games! We were talking about going to an actual fortune teller!" he said furiously, as he was about to strike him down, but Naru held her arms out in front of him.
"Wait Roxas! Brute force won't help him learn!" she said desperately to him.
"Yeah, she's right. You'd end up becoming a delinquent," piped in Umino.
Roxas lowered his arm and his keyblade disappeared from his hand.
"Sorry," he said with a sheepish grin.
"You know, House of Fortune just opened in the Juban district, and I've heard they're really good. So, why don't you go there and give them a try?" suggested Naru.
Umino nodded with enthusiasm, but Roxas wasn't so sure.
"I'll go get some ice-cream," he said to Naru, and raced off.
At the same time, Usagi was racing down the street with Sora at her side, when they spotted the fortune teller, and saw what was up.
"What's going on?" asked Usagi.
"Beats me, but there usually was a long line of people here," replied Sora.
"You're right, but now I have competition," the older man said with a light-hearted chuckle.
He pointed behind them, and the two friends looked at what they saw.
"House of Fortune?" they asked together.
"It's so flashy. What is that place?" Usagi asked the fortune teller.
"Well, that is the new House of Fortune," replied the fortune teller.
"So, uh, do you really think they do fortune telling in that place?" asked Sora.
"Yes, and everyone wants to go there because it's new," replied the older man.
Sora looked upon it with a look of suspicion in his eyes, but Usagi turned to the old man with her hand raised, and a happy smile on her face.
"Well, I want you to read my fortune," she said.
"Why of course," the fortune teller said with a kindly smile.
He pulled out magnifying glass, and looked at Usagi's hand.
"I can tell there's a boy that likes you right now, and it's someone you see all the time," he said observantly.
Unbeknownst to the two of them, Umino walked into the House of Fortune, while Sora looked suspiciously at the young nerd.
Sounds an awful lot like Umino, he thought.
They continued to walk down the streets of Juban, when Usagi suddenly stopped making Sora turn and face her.
"A boy I see all the time likes me? Could it be him?" she asked excitedly.
Then she raced off, to the Crown Arcade, with Sora trailing behind her. But Usagi was mildly disappointed.
"Too bad, it looks like he's not here yet," she said, but turned around looking contentedly at Sora.
"Hey, Usagi," a voice called from nearby.
Usagi was surprised, but Sora turned and faced the other guy as well. He was dressed in a midnight-blue suit, with a pinstripe shirt, a red waistcoat, and a pair of dark colored shoes.
"That's what I call, perfect timing. I'm just about to start work," he said to her.
"Hi Motoki, what a coincidence," Usagi said happily.
He suddenly saw Sora standing next to her.
"Oh, who's your friend?" Motoki asked.
"Oh, uh… His name's Sora," replied Usagi.
"Hey there," Sora said to Motoki.
"Nice to meet you Sora, I'm Motoki Furuhara," Motoki said as the two guys shook hands with each other.
He then glanced at Usagi.
"Hey, the Sailor V game just came out. You wanna be the first one to give it a try?" asked Motoki.
"Yeah," replied Usagi.
"Okay, sure," added Sora.
Sora stood behind Usagi, as she began playing the Sailor V game. She was concentrating hard on defeating a vicious lizard-like creature. When it was beaten, she made Sailor V jump over a snake, only for the monster to respawn and blast her to dust.
"Argh! Game over!?" she cried out in frustration.
"It's a pretty hard game, isn't it?" Motoki said when he approached them.
"Yeah, sure is," replied Usagi.
"The usual saying is, 'the greater the difficulty, the greater the challenge!'" Sora said with a determined grin.
"Tell you what, let me show you some tricks," piped in Motoki.
He placed a coin into the slot, just as Usagi was about to stop him.
"It's on me," Motoki said, then he asked Usagi to watch how he'd beat the game.
As he showed them how to beat the game, Usagi was feeling some kind of strange feeling within her heart, making her think she was in heaven. But the moment was soon interrupted by the appearance of Luna, Donald, and Goofy, who were searching for them.
"Luna, Donald, Goofy, what are you doing here?" asked Usagi.
"Luna, Donald, and Goofy, that's their names huh?" Motoki asked with a hint of curiosity.
"Yep, they're our friends, Motoki," replied Sora.
"You know, I've seen that cat around here lately," Motoki said.
"Yeah, well, she's not actually a stray cat. She can be quite adventurous," Sora said.
"And because of the way you and Usagi have been slacking, Luna's been wondering where you are! So, no more buts from you, Usagi!" Donald quacked angrily.
"Aha! I knew I'd find you and Usagi here!" Mickey's voice said from the entrance.
"King Mickey!" gasped Goofy.
"Your Majesty!" added Sora.
King Mickey?" Motoki asked in confusion.
"Yep, that's me," replied Mickey.
Then Luna grabbed at Usagi's sleeve and held onto it tightly with her teeth buried into the fabric, until Usagi relented, picked up her bag, and turned to face Motoki.
"Well, see ya," she said to him.
"But, you're right in the middle of your game," replied Motoki.
"We'll see you tomorrow. But right now, we'd better get going," said Sora.
"I'll be waiting. Everytime I see you, it always perks up my whole day, you guys," replied Motoki.
In that instant Usagi blushed intensely, but Sora turned around and faced him as well.
"See ya," he said.
Then he and Usagi raced out the door of the arcade.
"Nice. Way to ruin the moment!" she said grumpily to Luna.
"We thought you were supposed to go straight home after School, and Sora was supposed to meet up with the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts," replied Luna.
"It's no big deal. That's just the way Usagi is," said Sora.
"But you're our leader Sora, and a leader has to keep us all on track, not go runnin' around with Usagi," reminded Goofy.
"Goofy's right, your mission is of the utmost importance," agreed Luna.
But Usagi didn't care, and raced off into the distance.
"Where are you going now?" asked the cat.
"I'm going to see that fortune teller again, about my future with Motoki," answered Usagi.
"I'm gonna go with her as well. After all, I've asked Riku to be my second in command of you guys," added Sora, then he raced after Usagi.
They arrived to see that the fortune teller was gone, leaving them momentarily stunned.
"No, we're too late," Usagi said softly.
"What should we do now, Usagi?" asked Sora.
Suddenly, an idea flew into her head, as she glanced at the House of Fortune. She wanted to ask the guy about her fortune from before, but she wanted to know right away, while Sora glanced up at the house with that same look of suspicion he had from before, when Luna showed up.
"Just are you up to, you guys?" she asked.
"Nothing, never mind," replied Usagi, but then she saw Sora's suspicious glare and became nervous.
"Is something wrong, Sora?" asked the cat.
"Yeah, that place must be radiating with darkness," he said to Luna.
"Wait, I know," Usagi said, making Sora look at her.
He noticed her loosening her foot from her shoe.
"Heads. I go to the guy I saw before. Tails, I go to the House of Fortune," she said inquisitively.
With a great kick, she sent her shoe flying up into the sky. Luna watched it, until she heard a loud thump.
"OW!" cried the same guy Sora and Usagi met.
Uh oh," they said.
He whirled around clenching Usagi's shoe.
"It's that stuck up guy, again," Usagi whispered to Sora.
"You need to watch where you're throwing things, bunhead," the guy said furiously.
"WHO ASKED YOU!?" shouted Sora as he brandished his keyblade.
"Mom, dad, please stop fighting," Usagi said worriedly to the two guys.
"Okay, okay, you win. Here's your shoe back," the guy said as he tossed it back to Usagi, who caught it, and placed it back on her foot. But the way Sora was glaring at the other guy made her worried.
"What a way to ruin your happiness, Usagi," he said darkly as he glared at him.
"Uh, Sora, why would you think of brandishing your keyblade at him? I didn't sense any form of darkness inside of him," asked Luna.
But Sora stormed off with Usagi racing after him down the street, followed closely by Luna.
Inside the House of Fortune, there were many men and women all waiting patiently to get their fortunes read. The air was thick with the scent of burn incense, that filled the rooms around it with a different aura. Umino sat anxiously on his chair in the reading room, as he watched the fortune teller laying down several Tarot cards upon the table.
"Now then," she said, and with a soft exhale made the cards slowly stand up on their own.
It almost seemed like a magic show, which made Umino anxiously wait for the perfect moment.
"Look deep into my eyes," the woman said to him.
Umino did as he was told, and looked upon the woman. Suddenly the card in the middle slowly rose into the air.
"You have now become a charming servant of the devil. And whatever win pops into your head, you can do it without any fear at all," said the fortune teller.
"I understand completely, I can do whatever I want to do," replied Umino, as if he were in a trance.
Then the Devil card slowly floated across the room and slipped into his jacket. Unbeknownst to Umino, it flashed a dark violet color on the right side of his chest.
"Soon I'll begin collecting energy for my master," the fortune teller said, chuckling ominously.
Later that night, Usagi, Luna, and Sora were walking down the street of Juban when they heard another voice calling to them. It was Kenji Tsukino, Usagi and Shingo's father.
"Dad, what are you doing, shopping?" asked Usagi, when she turned to face him.
"Yeah, I decided to rush home early for a change and decided to help your mom by running some errands," replied her father.
"Oh, dad, that's really sweet of you," Usagi said with a cheerful smile on her face.
"Well, Mom does take care of everything around the house. This is the least I can do," Kenji said with a light-hearted chuckle.
But Usagi imagined Motoki in her father's place, and began imagining herself at how he'd act like a considerable husband to her.
"By the way, Usagi. What are you doing out so late?" Kenji asked his daughter, snapping her out of her thoughts.
Usagi turned to face him.
"Come on let's go before your mom gets worried," he said.
Usagi apologized quickly, and followed him. Behind her, Luna was following them as well, while Sora walked alongside her.
"Usagi, what's with the cat, and that young man?" he asked.
Suddenly, Luna stopped in her tracks, and Sora gasped in shock.
"Looks to me like they're trying to follow you home," said Kenji.
"Uh, that's just my friends," replied Usagi.
"Hmm… Okay, I guess that's only slightly strange," said her father, making Luna grumpy.
Then he turned to face Sora.
"And you must be," he said.
"I'm Sora," he replied.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Sora," Kenji said as he took his hand and shook it, as Usagi breathed a sigh of relief.
The next morning, at Juban Municipal Middle School, Usagi and Naru were at the front lockers changing their shoes, while Sora was still in his regular clothes.
"Has Umino said anything to you yet?" asked Naru.
"What do you mean? About what?" Usagi asked back.
"That he likes you. Like, likes you, likes you," replied Naru.
This made Usagi nearly panic.
"But he's so shy, he's never had a chance to tell you," said Naru.
"Usagi, let's go on a date," Umino said from behind them, as he leaned on a locker.
They all turned and saw that Umino was wearing a suit. But Sora shook his head in disapproval.
"You've gotta be kidding me," he muttered.
"What's happened to you?" asked Usagi.
"Umino, you can't come to school out of uniform like that!" Naru said.
"Who cares? Usagi let's get going," Umino said with a smooth tone in his voice.
"And just where exactly do you think you're gonna take her?" demanded Sora.
"Wow, someone's gotten a little bit overconfident all of a sudden," Naru said to Sora.
"Umino, what is with that outfit of yours?" Miss Haruna asked with an annoyed scowl.
But Umino pulled out a piece of bread and placed it in his mouth.
"Speak up! Is this some kind of joke!?" she asked again.
But as Umino walked past her, he flipped her skirt up, much to Sora's shock and dismay.
"Nope, that was a joke," Umino said slyly, as he walked off laughing maniacally.
"That's it! He's getting expelled for this!" Sora said furiously, as he charged after him.
But Miss Haruna cried out in shock, as she feared that she'd never be able to live it down, making both Usagi and Naru worried about her. (Even though Usagi disliked Miss Haruna because of the many times she failed her English Classes.) In the classroom, Umino was laughing loudly as he was reading manga, and making everyone look at him. Finally, Miss Haruna had enough of this foolishness from her student.
"That's quite enough out of you!" she snapped at him.
She stormed over to him, but was tripped by another student who also had a similar card hidden beneath his jacket.
"What are you doing, Yuji!?" Miss Haruna asked the student who tripped her.
"I think you'd better learn to walk and talk more quietly in class," Yuji said in a mocking tone.
"What did you say!?" demanded Miss Haruna.
But then Umino laughed louder than ever before. Usagi had never seen Umino acting this way before.
"What? Umino went to the house of fortune?" asked Usagi, when class had ended.
"Yeah, I told him all about it yesterday. I think that Yuji went over there as well," replied Naru.
Then Riku slowly walked over to them, his eyes serious as he glanced at the two girls.
"If he went to the House of Fortune, then that could mean-" he said.
Then they heard the sound of glass shattering nearby, and looked to where it had come from.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing!? You're all in big trouble!" snapped one of the teachers.
But he quickly took cover, as another rock was sent towards him, forcing him to shut the window, causing more glass to break.
"You think an incompetent teacher like you can boss us around? Think again!" sneered Umino.
"Yeah, let's teach him!" agreed Yuji.
Then the boys began throwing rocks at the windows, as they laughed maniacally. But what they didn't know was that someone was controlling them.
"Yes, keep causing trouble," said the fortune teller, as she held a devil card in her hand.
Even Jadeite was pleased to see the life energy he was now accumulating from the shadows.
"Ah, the rebellious energy of youth," he chuckled malevolently.
Usagi, Naru, Riku, and Sora all rushed to the source of the commotion.
"Hey, stop that!" Usagi said.
"What's gotten into you!?" asked Sora.
What do you think you're doing!?" Naru asked as well.
But then, Umino leered at Usagi and slowly stalked towards her, forcing the two keybladers to ready their keyblades.
"Hey, Usagi," he said to her.
"Stop saying my name like that!" hissed Usagi, but Umino grabbed her hand and pulled her towards him.
"How about a kiss?" he asked.
"In your dreams Umino!" shouted Sora as he lunged at him.
But Umino quickly kicked him hard in the chest sending him sprawling to the ground.
"Hey! Not cool Umino!" Riku said furiously, and charged at him.
"Wait Riku!" cried Naru, but she saw his attack halted by a dark barrier, sending Riku flying back as well.
But he quickly recovered and held his Keyblade in a battle stance, just in time to see Umino rest his hands on Usagi's shoulders. Unable to hold back the tears any longer, Usagi wailed loudly, making all the boys cover their ears at once.
"Come on let's get out of here, guys," Umino said to his friends, and they ran off into the distance.
"Wait, Umino!" snapped Sora, as he tried to follow them.
But it was too late. Umino and the other boys raced off into the distance.
"I'm sensing such terrible darkness coming from those kids," Luna said, over Usagi's crying.
"It's okay, they're gone now," Naru said, but Sora walked past her, and began swinging his keyblade furiously at the air around him.
"Get back here! How dare you make Usagi cry!? You'll pay for this!" he shouted furiously, as he swung his Keyblade in all directions, not even caring about what was going on around him.
"Phew, I feel better now," Usagi said as she calmed down.
"I wouldn't be too sure of that," said Riku, as he pointed towards Sora who was still angry.
"Sora, calm down! They've already left," Jiminy Cricket said.
This made Sora stop at once, as Naru slowly walked up to him.
"Sora?" she asked.
"I hate him… I hate how he tried to force himself on Usagi," he murmured.
"I know you didn't like it, but I know you're a good person," replied Naru.
Sora sadly turned away from her.
"I'm sorry," he said, but Naru hugged him.
"It's okay, Sora. I know that you care about Usagi, but you shouldn't take your anger out on Umino," replied Naru.
Sora nodded, then he hugged Naru back, making Usagi smile at them, just as the rest of his friends arrived when they heard him shouting. A short while later, Sora, Usagi, and their friends walked down the streets, just as Luna approached them. She was still thinking about how Umino tried to kiss him, but Sora was still feeling sore about how Umino acted.
"You have to listen to me, everyone, something evil is trying to stir up trouble," Luna said to them.
"You're right, Luna. Umino and the other guys at Usagi's school are being manipulated," replied Sora.
"They're being manipulated?" Usagi asked in shock.
"That's what Sora said, Usagi," replied Luna.
"I wonder if it has anything to do with that House of fortune?" she asked worriedly.
When Sora heard the name of that building, his expression darkened, making the others worried about him.
"Umino's been acting strange ever since he went to that place," Usagi said in an observant tone.
"Nice one, good job figuring that out," praised Luna.
"You're right, Umino started acting like a jerk to everyone. All because he went to the House of Fortune. Then that must mean..." said Riku.
"He's being controlled by the darkness!" finished Sora.
Then they raced off down the road, as fast as they could.
"Sounds like Riku and Sora are on the trail. Let's go," said Luna, as she followed them.
"Am I gonna have to fight again? Sounds kind of scary," whimpered Usagi.
"Hey, everything's gonna be fine, Usagi, trust me," Axel assured her.
"I agree with Axel," piped in Luna.
Soon they arrived at the House of Fortune, and took cover in an alleyway.
"Time to transform. Go on," whispered Luna.
"Do I have to?" whined Usagi.
"I'm afraid so, Usagi," replied Sora.
But she giggled shyly at him.
"Okay, I kinda forgot. I say, what?" she said with a goofy smile.
But Sora smiled at her and placed his hand upon her shoulder.
"All you have to do is say Moon Prism Power Make Up, and then you become Sailor Moon. Easy as one, two, three," explained Sora, which made Luna smile at him.
"Phew, thanks for reminding her, Sora," said the cat.
Sora gave her a thumbs up as his way of thanking her.
"Oh right, that's it," she said.
Taking a deep breath, she concentrated on the brooch on her chest.
"Moon Prism Power: Make Up!" she called to the heavens.
Soon she was engulfed in light, and her civilian clothes soon changed into the ones she wore as Sailor Moon.
"All right, then let's go," Sora said to his friends.
Inside the house of fortune, the woman had Umino and most of Usagi's classmates standing before her.
"All of you have done an excellent job so far. Now go and tear up the rest of this town," she said to them.
"Yeah," sneered Umino.
"Sounds like fun to me," agreed Yuji.
"Take another guess!" Riku's voice said from nearby.
He suddenly lunged at the woman, and swung his keyblade furiously at her.
"You know what's worse than being rude and damaging things that aren't yours?" asked Sailor Moon.
This made everyone turn around and face the door.
"People holding nothing of other people's feelings, that's what!" Sora and Sailor Moon said together.
"Who's there!?" demanded the woman.
Then the doors opened and revealed Sora, Sailor Moon, and the rest of their friends in another room.
"I'm the pretty guardian who fights for love and for justice," she said.
"You know, Sailor Moon. Got it memorized?" Axel asked.
"Ugh, way to ruin my speech Axel," muttered Usagi.
"I think so," replied the woman.
"Then let's have at it!" said Sora.
She soon threw her deck of tarot cards at them like shurikens, but Sora deflected them one by one with his Keyblade.
"Nice one, Sora!" cheered Luna.
"It's one thing to try and ask a girl out, but it's another thing to force her to do things she doesn't want to do!" snapped Sora, as he charged at them.
"Wait, Sora!" cried Ven.
But suddenly the Heartless appeared and charged towards Sailor Moon, forcing Roxas to jump into the fray, and attack them with Oathkeeper and Oblivion. Then the woman transformed herself into a hideous creature that greatly resembled the gorgon Medusa.
"Go get them," she said to her mind-slaves.
"That's it! you're going down!" Sora said to her, as he charged right at Umino and the guys.
"Hold on, Sora!" called Sailor Moon, as the enslaved guys charged towards him.
They trampled over Sora, and began chasing Sailor Moon, but Axel became angry and jumped between them.
"Stop this! Umino!" he shouted, but they forced him back as well as Donald and Goofy stood between them.
"Don't make another move!" shouted Donald.
"Do you think we can stop them all by ourselves?" asked Goofy.
"Only one way to find out!" Sailor Moon said bravely.
Suddenly a rose struck the demonic being, and she writhed in agony. To everyone's surprise, the brainwashed students from Usagi's school stopped in their tracks.
"Not what I had in mind, but I'll take it," said Sora, just as Riku and Terra took down several more Heartless, that tried to catch him off guard.
"Someone else got in the way! Who is it now!?" she snapped.
It was Tuxedo Mask, leaning on the doorway Sailor Moon and her allies used to enter.
"Just in time!" Sora said to the caped crusader.
"You said it, Sora!" agreed Sailor Moon, who had just managed to get out of the way.
"No matter how bad things look, you must never give up," Tuxedo Mask said.
Sora nodded in agreement as he smiled respectfully at him.
"Okay!" said Sailor Moon, as he watched him stepping out the door.
"Until then, may your hearts be your guiding key!" he said to them.
"You too, Tuxedo Mask," replied Sora, as he disappeared.
"Yeah, see you soon," agreed Sailor Moon.
But the demonic being charged at them. Then, Sora whirled around to confront her, and held her off with everything he had.
"Looks like anger is her greatest weakness, Sailor Moon," he said.
"Yeah, you're right," she replied.
"We'll buy you some time to use your attack to take this freakshow down," Roxas said to her.
The demon attacked again, but this time everyone dodged out of the way, as she began scratching at the walls.
"Hey, that architecture costs a fortune!" Sora said, drawing it's attention to him.
It was about to charge at him, when Sailor Moon bravely stood back up, and pulled off her Tiara.
"I don't think so," she said with determination.
She soon transformed it into the golden discus once again.
"Moon Tiara Action!" She cried out.
"And now, Ars Arcanum!" added Sora.
Both attacks collided against the demon, and reduced her to dust and ash. At the same time, all the power Jadeite had managed to acquire faded away into dust.
"Guess Balm's future wasn't so bright after all," Cloud said nonchalantly, as Jadeite seethed with rage.
The cards that were within the guys, soon flew up and faded away, just as the dust piled did.
"We did it!" Sailor Moon said happily, as she clicked her fingers and made everyone return to normal.
Then Sora and his friends joined Sailor Moon at the exit.
"See you later guys!" they all said to them, and raced out of the building.
The next day at school, Umino dropped his school bag to the ground in dismay.
"What? I lifted up Miss Haruna's skirt? Seriously!?" he gasped.
He cried out feeling ashamed of himself.
"Plus you also demanded a kiss from Usagi, oh and you broke a window in one of the teacher's offices, but then Sora got really angry at you," said Naru.
But Umino picked up his school bag and sadly walked away.
"Hey, where are you going, Umino?" she asked him.
"Let him go, Naru. He needs to learn to deal with the consequences of his actions," Riku said when he approached her.
"Ah well, all that is left in my life now is despair," Umino said sadly.
"Good morning," said Usagi.
Umino flinched in shock at seeing Usagi being happy.
"Hey, what's up?" asked Sora.
"You guys, yesterday, I… uh…" Umino tried to say.
But the two friends smiled at him.
"Listen, don't worry about it," she assured the nerd.
"Yes, you're right, I shouldn't worry about it so much. .After all, you're always okay, when you get a bad grade on a test, aren't you. I should be more like you," replied Umino.
"Dude, give her a break," Sora said to him.
Until the school bell rang.
"Ah, I'm late," she said, but she tripped when she bumped into a crack on the sidewalk and fell over.
"Oh boy," muttered Sora, as he turned away from her.
