An explainer first: This is a story about Lincoln and Becky, this is one about Becky from the Casagrandes , not to be confused with Becky from the Loud House. Just to be clear. I wonder if this is the first fanfic to use her, I don't know.

I thought it would be fun to have a story with Lincoln and (Kid) Becky meet up and have a little love at first site. And this being time before Valentine's Day is good time to write and publish this. So anyway, enjoy. Thanks for reading!

Lincoln Loud walked out of the apartment building in Great Lakes City. The weather was fine, it wasn't hot, it wasn't cold, the sky was blue, not even those white puffy clouds could be seen. The city did have that tinge of smog in the air that many large cities have. Citizens were taking advantage of the nice day, down the street there were two kids: both of them were blondes, the girl had her hair up with a stubby ponytail bun thing, she was wearing a blue dress, in two tones of blue, and white skates; the boy looked just like her, so they must have been siblings, he was wearing brown pants with a red long-sleeved shirt, his hair looked like hers, but no bun. He also was wearing roller skates. The two of them were playing hockey, or something that involved hockey sticks. Lincoln noticed them as he was taking in the sights.

"Incoming!" a voice yelled.

Lincoln wasn't sure at first who or what it was for, he didn't pay attention to it until he felt a pain in his shin. He buckled down to the ground, grabbing his right leg in pain. The girl roller skated over to him. He looked up at her, had a noticeable missing tooth, bushy thick eyebrows, and a piggish nose.

"Are you alright?" she asked.

"Ugh, yeah, something just hit my leg, but it's not broken, I think," he said in slight pain.

She grabbed his right hand and pulled him up, he was able to get up, but his right leg still kind of hurt.

"I'm sorry, our tennis ball hit you, but we did say, in coming," she said.

"I didn't know that was for me," he said.

"Oh, I should have said , white haired kid," she replied.

She snickered as she looked at him. She noticed a chipped tooth. The hair was the thing that stood out the most about him.

"I've never seen ya before, are you new here?" she asked.

"Uh, no, I'm visiting Ronnie Anne and her family for a party," he said.

"Oh yeah, me and my bro are going to that," she replied.

"Great, you know Ronnie Anne?" he asked.

"Yep, we got to school with her, I'm Becky, by the way, this boy over here, is my brother, Ricky," she said.

Lincoln looked over at the boy who roller skated over, he was also missing a tooth, had the piggish nose and bushy eyebrows.

"I'm Lincoln," Lincoln said.

"Are you alright, dude?" Ricky asked.

"Yeah, the pain has gone down," Lincoln answered.

"That's good , wouldn't want you to sue us," Becky joked.

"Are you two, twins?" Lincoln asked.

Becky turned to her brother who turned to her, they stared at each other for a moment, then they started to laugh. Becky looked at Lincoln with a smirk.

"Nah, we're clones, but they made a mistake with one and made one a boy," she said.

Lincoln said nothing, he just blanked.

"That was a joke, of course, we're twins," she said.

"We're not sure which one is older; our parents didn't tell us," Ricky added.

"So is that your normal hair color, or are you just a really smooth old man?" Becky asked.

"Like I haven't heard that before," Lincoln said sarcastically, "It's my normal hair color."

"Hey, I'm thirsty, do you want something to drink, my treat," Ricky said, "Might as well since we hit you with a ball."

"Sure," Lincoln said.

"Do you like cola?" Becky asked.

"Sure, that's fine," Lincoln replied.

"I'll be right back," Ricky said.

Ricky went to the mercado to get drinks. Becky and Lincoln were still there on the sidewalk. There was that awkward silence of not knowing what to say next. Lincoln had a nervous smile, while Becky was looking around for something to talk about; she looked at Lincoln's face for a moment and got an idea.

"Do you play hockey or something?" she asked.

"No, why?" he asked.

"Your chipped front tooth, do you play any aggressive sports?" she asked.

"Nope," he replied, "Sorry."

"Ah," she said, then opened her mouth wide and pointed at her tooth, "I lost this one in a lucha match against a 14-year-old, last year."

The way she said it, Lincoln noticed, she said it was a pride, like it was a victory trophy that she held in high honor.

"So you wrestle?" Lincoln asked.

She smirked and started to laugh loudly.

"Why? Do you want to challenge me?" she asked.

Lincoln shook his head and waved his hands in retreat.

"That's too bad, I thought you would be a good sparring partner," she said.

"You would like my sister, Lynn," he said.

Her ears perked, the boy mentioned a sister, he had a sibling, like she did.

"You have a sister?" she asked.

"Well, I have ten actually?" he replied.

Becky rubbed her ears and smacked the right side of her head, like she was trying to get something out of her ears.

"Did I hear ten?" she asked.

"Yes, I have ten sisters," he answered.

"Wow, that's a lot, do your parents watch TV or something?" she asked.

"Huh?" Lincoln question.

Ricky walked over holding three cans of cola in his hands, the two of them looked at him. Lincoln noticed his missing tooth as well, the twins had a lot in common.

"Thanks," Lincoln said.

"Yeah, Ricky, good work," Becky said.

"So, Ricky, do you wrestle, too?" Lincoln asked.

"Is that a challenge?" Ricky asked.

"No, no, I see you are missing a tooth like Becky," Lincoln said.

"Oh this, I had it removed,to match Becky," Ricky said.

"What?"

Becky and Ricky snickered again.

"Oh, I see," Lincoln figured them out quickly.

"Yeah, I lost in a hockey game, ice hockey, our team won 3-2," Ricky replied.

The three of them sat on the steps that lead into the apartment building. When Becky finished her drink she sat the can down and smashed it, growling afterwards. Ricky laughed and did the same thing. Lincoln wasn't more cautious and just put his can into the recycle bin.

"Lincoln!" Becky yelled.

"Y-Yes," Lincoln stammered.

"You should play a game with us," Becky answered.

"Eh, I should really get back and see if Ronnie Anne needs help," Lincoln said.

The twins looked at each other and started to whisper amongst themselves, Lincoln stood there wondering what they were saying or planning. Becky looked at him and smirked.

"So you must be her boyfriend?" she questioned.

"No,she's just a friend, I'm not dating her, no," Lincoln replied.

"Maybe he just doesn't like us, Becky," Ricky said.

"That's not true, I didn't say I didn't like you two, it's just that I'm here to help Ronnie Anne and she's probably waiting right now," Lincoln tried to explain.

"Sure, that's alright, we understand," Becky said, her head was lookin at the ground, her body wasn't even still, she was lightly roller skating between two spots.

"Yeah, we understand, we scared you off," Ricky said.

The boy was standing in his orange socks, since he took off his roller blades to get the sodas. He was looking to the ground as well. Lincoln started to feel bad,he wasn't to hurt their feelings, they were strange, but they seemed kind of nice, in their own way.

"Maybe I could spend a few extra minutes with you two," he relented.

"Really?" Becky asked.

"Yeah, I guess so, but aren't you two going to the party later?" he asked.

"Yeah, duh," Ricky said.

"Hmm, I have an idea, Ricky, get the chairs and table from the alley," Becky said.

"Do it yourself, I'm never mind, I'm going to put my skates back on instead," he replied.

Becky's smile looked sinister as her gaze upon Lincoln made him wonder if had made the right decision.

"So you said you had ten sisters, right?" she asked.

"Yeah,"Lincoln said.

"Then are they going to be at the party?"she questioned.

"Well, no , just my oldest sister, since she's dating Ronnie Anne's brother," Lincoln answered.

"Interesting, you guys aren't from around here are ya?" Becky asked.

"No, I'm from Royal Woods."

"I've heard of that place before, where? Oh yeah, I've seen it on one of Ronnie Anne's hoodies."

"So are you two good friends?"

"Eh, we're more acquaintances, guess that's because she has so many friends."

"Oh."

Lincoln noticed her voice was softer than it was before, she had mostly been speaking in an aggressive tone or loudly. Now, she was speaking in a soft tone that made him notice that change instantly.

"Well, she did invite you, so she must uh, like you guys, at least," Lincoln replied.

"It's understandable, her friends like to skateboard, not really our thing, so I understand," she replied.

"You both like wrestling," Lincoln said.

"That's true, but I can destroy her in a few seconds," she said, the confidence returning to her voice.

"You seem to be close to your brother, I have two sisters who are twins; they are close even if they don't like the same things," Lincoln said.

"Hmm, yeah, having a twin is amazing, it's like an instant friend in your house," Becky replied.

Ricky roller skated over and let the two folding chairs and table crash to the ground, preferring to stop himself and not save them.

"Alright! It's time!" Ricky yelled.

"Uh what are we going to do" Lincoln asked nervously.

Becky was setting up the folding table, or TV tray to be exact, with the chairs on opposite sides facing each other. Ricky started to laugh, Lincoln could never say Ricky and Becky didn't like to laugh.

"Well, Lincoln, we challenge you to an…" Ricky started to say.

"An Arm wrestling match!" Becky and Ricky sang together.

"That's right, Lincoln, we challenge you, but we aren't sure who gets to wrestle you first," Ricky said.

"So you have to ref for us, first," Becky said.

"What?" Lincoln said.

"You know what a ref is, right?" Ricky asked.

"Yeah."

Becky sat in one chair, Ricky in the other; they had their elbows on the table, their hands in position.

"Alright, count to three, Lincoln," Ricky said.

"Uh, 1….2….3…" Lincoln said.

The twins started to arm-wrestle. Pushing their arms back and forth, they were evenly matched. Lincoln was just watching them as they both struggled to pin the other one's arm down. He wondered, in the back of his mind, if they played against Lynn would they win? Then again, Lincoln would try to psych them out. Becky said something, Lincoln wasn't sure what she said, maybe the twins had their own twin speak, but all he knew was that she had Ricky's arm pinned down , 30 seconds later.

"Alright, Lincoln, you and me" Becky said.

Lincoln sighed as he staggered over to the chair and sat across from Becky.

"Let's make this more interesting, eh Ricky?" Becky said.

"Huh?" Lincoln questioned.

"Well, let's have it be that the loser has to kiss the winner," Ricky said.

His twin and Lincoln stared at him.

"That means one of us will just end up kissin' the other, that's not a real stake," Becky complained.

"How about this? Lincoln loses, he has to kiss you, but if Lincoln wins you have to do something he wants you to do," Ricky replied.

"Challenge accepted," Becky said.

"Alright, fine," Lincoln said.

"Also, loser plays me next," Ricky said.

The Loud boy and Becky put their elbows on the table and primed themselves to get started.

"Alright, 1...2...3!" Ricky yelled.

"Come on Lincoln, at least give me a challenge," she said.

Lincoln was not surprised by her strength, he was surprised that this wasn't over yet, arm-wrestling with Lynn, he'd be done by now. Was Becky weaker or was Becky holding back?

"Unless you want to kiss me?" she said.

"I...I…" Lincoln stammered.

Then she exhered more power and pinned his arm down. She had won.

"Becky Wins!" Ricky exclaimed.

"Oh come on!" Becky yelled.

Lincoln was surprised that she was actually annoyed that she won.

"You aren't happy you won?" Ricky asked.

"No, he wasn't even trying!" She yelled.

"Yes,I was, then you said that thing and I .." Lincoln replied.

"You got psyched out, wow," Becky said, "Anyways, we've got to do this thing right, re-match!"

"But you won, I uh,.."

Becky grabbed and slapped Ricky's arm, and yelled "Tag Team swap!"

Ricky swapped places with his sister.

"Alright, Ricky is in for me, the same challenge rules apply," she said.

"I have to kiss Ricky, if he wins?" Lincoln asked.

"You only look smart, don't you?" Becky asked.

"No, you would have to kiss Becky; she tagged me in," he said.

The next match began. Ricky felt weaker than Becky to Lincoln, but he figured that Ricky was giving him a false sense of security. Lincoln was still pushing with his might.

"So Lincoln, if you don't like sports, what do you do?" Ricky asked.

That was a random question, what was Ricky's game? Lincoln wondered. That must have been a trick question to distract him.

"I'm not falling for it, Ricky," Lincoln said.

"Don't be like that, If I wanted to beat you, I could have done that already," Ricky replied.

"I play video games, read comics, sometimes dabble in magic, do stuff with my friends or sisters," Lincoln answered.

"Hmm video games, cool, I play a little too," Ricky said, "Have you played Hockey Slashers?'

"Hockey Slashers?"

"Yeah, it's a game where you are a hockey player who also fights off bad guys with your hockey stick of death," Ricky explained.

"No, that sounds strange," Lincoln said.

"We should play sometime," Ricky said.

"Hey, you two, you remember you are arm-wreslting right?" Becky asked.

"Huh?" Ricky said, "Oh yeah." He then pinned Lincoln's arm down.

"Ricky wins!"

"So you did trick me," Lincoln said.

"No, I really did forget we were arm-wrestling for a moment there, and still would like to play a video game with you at some time," Ricky said.

"Guess you gotta kiss me, Lincoln," Becky said.

"Sigh, deals a deal," he said.

He stood up and swallowed some salvia. Becky blew a long breath and sighed out some air. She was standing there on her white socks. Ricky decided to put his back on, and to not look at this happen. Lincoln got closer to Becky, he realised that the girl was shorter than him. So, he slightly got to her level and pursed his lip and leaned in closer and kissed Becky on the lips. It was quick.

"Are you a pro or something?" she asked. Her voice was in that soft tone again.

"No, I just figured how that's done," Lincoln said.

"He probably remembers from seeing his sisters," RIcky said from the back.

"Well, you did what you had to do, so, I guess you can go back to Ronnie Anne's," she said.

"See you at the party Lincoln," Ricky said.

Walking through the hallway, Lincoln couldn't help but wonder what happened there. Was she bothered by the kiss? Ricky was the one that suggested it, but she agreed, and honestly, what was the chance that he was going to beat her...or her brother?

"Where'd you go?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"Oh I was outside, getting some air, and I ran into your neighbors; Becky and Ricky," he said.

"You were gone for a while," she said.

" They wanted me to arm-wrestle them," he explained.

"Yeah, they are kind of intense," she said.

"I thought you liked them, they said you invited them to the party," he said.

"I did, they're alright, just intense, " she replied.

"They were kind of fun."

"You played with them?"

"Yeah, like I said, they wanted me to arm-wrestle them, I lost twice."

Ronnie Anne laughed, that would be something that Lincoln would do. Lincoln started helping Ronnie Anne finish up getting ready for the party. He had to go to the mercado and get more drinks. He wondered if the twins were still outside playing. Looking around, there was no sign of them. He went inside the mercado, where Bobby was working.

"Hey Bobby, Ronnie Anne needs the drinks for the party," Lincoln said.

"Sure, right over there," Bobby said.

Lincoln looked over, it was a couple cases of soda, juice , and flavored water. He was going to have to make a few trips. He grabbed a case and then he saw Ricky, this time wearing regular sneakers walking over.

"Hey, it's Lincoln!" he said.

"Hi, Ricky," Lincoln said.

"Do you need some help?" Ricky asked.

"Eh, sure, I have to bring this stuff to Ronnie Anne's apartment," Lincoln replied.

Ricky grabbed two cases and sprinted off ahead of Lincoln. The boy was quick for having 24 cans of soda in his hands. Lincoln was holding the case with the bottles of juice. He followed, in the most lax since of the term, Ricky to the front doors.

"I won," Ricky said.

"Good, but we have to open the door,"Lincoln said."

The blonde boy was quick, he put the cases on the ground and opened the door, setting a case to hold it open. Lincoln got to go first. Then, he grabbed the one from the door and walked behind Lincoln. After setting the cases in the apartment down, they walked back the same way.

"Hey, Ricky, why did you want to have me kiss your sister?" Lincoln asked.

"What? Nah, that was her idea," Ricky said.

"Huh?"

"She wanted me to make that the challenge."

"But why?"

"Maybe she likes you."

Lincoln was blushing, a girl he just met liked him? Unless Ricky was messing him, he wasn't completely sure. He wasn't going to accuse someone who was helping him with this task of something. When they finished, Ricky said he and Becky would see him later at the party.

Finally, it was party time. Ronnie Anne's neighbors from the apartment building showed up, along with her family being there, also her friends. Lori was there with Bobby. Lincoln had become curious about the whereabouts of the twins he met earlier. Did they show up?"

"Hey Lincoln," Sid said, "What are you looking for?"

"Oh, nothing, I was seeing who made it," Lincoln replied.

"It is quite the crowd, look at that, my sister is dancing with Carl," Sid replied.

Lincoln noticed Ricky grabbing a can of cola from the table, he sprinted through the crowd and caught up to him. The music was louder by the table. Ricky was able to spot him.

"Hey, Ricky, you showed up," Lincoln said.

"Yeah, so did you, looking for Becky?" Ricky asked.

"Yeah, so, were you joking with me earlier?" Lincoln asked.

Ricky smirked showing his missing tooth, and grabbed Lincoln's right arm. He led Lincoln through the room to Becky. Becky was drinking some cola and waiting, possibly for Ricky. Lincoln saw her standing there and maybe it was the light, but she did look nice, he thought. Even if she was wearing the outfit she was wearing earlier, she still looked nice. What was her thinking? Did he really just think a girl looked nice?

"Hey Lincoln, Ricky caught ya, huh?" she asked.

"Ha, yeah, I guess," Lincoln said, nervously.

"This is a good song, let's dance" Becky said.

"I'm going to leave you the two of you and get more of those tamales," Ricky replied.

"Save me some, "Becky said.

It was just Lincoln and Becky standing there and dancing to a song. Ricky not being clear and just conveniently leaving was messing with his mind. Becky smiled, she noticed that something was off about Lincoln.

"Hey did that kiss confuse your whole day?" she asked.

Well, he couldn't say Becky wasn't bold, she wasn't shy.

"Uhh, no, I just don't dance much," he answered.

"I was worried, you were grossed out by me," she replied.

"What? I wasn't grossed out by you."

Becky smiled, he kind of liked how her nose flared a little and her sweet smile. He liked her smile. She was cute in a way, she was like a gremlin, but a sweet one. Heavily energetic, kind of goofy, but there was something about her.

"Hey, Becky?" he asked.

"Yeah?"

"How about a rematch, sometime?"

"Anytime, Lincoln."

Becky grabbed Lincoln's arm and she prompted him to dance. Her grip was impressive, but Lincoln didn't refuse. He grabbed her other arm and they danced, it probably didn't match up to the music, but it didn't matter.
