Chapter 17

Usagi's a Model: The Flash of the Monster Camera

"Lunch time!" Usagi said in a sing-song voice, when class had ended.

She was preparing to eat her lunch, when she heard Naru and some of her friends talking about some photos that were taken by Kijin Shinokawa, who won the Japan Photo Contest, and was regarded as a prodigy by many people all over town. But, Usagi often liked to get in on the gossip, as she learned that he went to Gohongi Boy's Middle School, making Sora turn and step up to them.

"I wonder if this guy's willing to take pictures of important people," he said, just as Usagi raced to Ami who was figuring out a difficult math problem.

"Yes, I know," Ami said to Usagi, making Sora glance at the two girls.

"How can you be so calm about this? Don't you understand, we have the opportunity to meet someone famous today. Come on let's go and get his autograph," Usagi said to her friend.

"Sorry, but, Ami's gotta go to cram school today," Sora said to Usagi, making her feel down.

"I know," she said somberly.

"Don't feel bad. Just be happy that Sora understands my decisions," smiled Ami.

Sora chuckled a bit, nearly making Usagi lash out at him, when she remembered his warning about darkness taking control of her heart and allowing the Heartless to capture it so as to turn her into one of them.

"Still, having a bit of a break from study time, can help put your mind at ease," he said.

"Yeah, I guess," Usagi said, still feeling upset at how Sora respected Ami's decisions.

At Gohongi Middle School, several reporters were asking Kijin questions about how he had won the photo contest, when Axel walked by eating Sea-Salt ice cream. He saw Usagi and Naru ahead of him, when they saw Kijin near the school entrance.

"There he is, I can't believe it!" Usagi said excitedly.

She and Naru were about to approach him, when Rei stopped them.

"That's far enough," she said.

"This guy needs his personal space. Which means we don't have time for a Q&A. You'd better cool your jets, or else I'll put you in your place," Axel said with a wicked grin, as he summoned his chakrams.

"What does that mean? What's wrong with asking a celebrity for an autograph?" demanded Usagi.

"Do you understand what his art's about?" Rei asked, making Usagi confused.

"Why don't you ask Sora to take pictures of you in your cosplay? Or would you rather I tell Master Yen Sid that you guys are acting like spoiled kids again?" Axel asked.

"Wait! Don't threaten these girls," Kijin said as he stood near them.

"Look, about what I said, it was a joke, kid," replied Axel, as he holstered his chakrams.

"I know, Axel. But, if it makes you happier, Usagi and I will accept our punishment from Master Yen Sid," Rei said quietly.

"That goes for me as well," added Usagi, who bowed her head in shame.

After the ordeal between Rei and Usagi, Kijin began taking pictures of the horizon beyond. He almost fell, when Nephrite saved his life, telling him to be extra careful and pulled him back onto the street. When he was safe and sound, Nephrite placed his hand on Kijin's camera, and began transferring his dark power into it, before returning it to him.

"I'm a big fan of yours. Keep taking those great pictures, okay?" Nephrite said as he walked away.

"Uh, sure," replied Kijin, who was unaware of the darkness inside of his camera.

Back in his estate, Nephrite observed the cosmos above, knowing that Kijin Shinokawa's life essence would belong to him, so that he could deliver it to Queen Beryl in preparation for the return of their great ruler. Meanwhile, Kijin was now growing maniacal at each point, as he believed that his creativity would be a massive explosion by taking pictures of girls that would fuel him with joy.

"Be a model: Get your picture taken by famous photographer Kijin Shinokawa," Usagi said as she read a magazine about young fashion models.

Her eyes lit up with anticipation, just as Luna approached her with a strange little device that functioned like Sora's gummi phone.

"Usagi, the new communicators are ready for you and the other Guardians to use," she said.

"I'm going to become a model," Usagi said, ignoring Luna.

"And I've already gone ahead and given them to Ami and Rei," continued Luna.

"Good work, Luna. I'll give them a little test by contacting Ami first," Sora said as he picked it up.

He pressed a button, and Ami's face appeared on the circular screen of Usagi's communicator.

"What is it, Sora? Everything Okay?" Ami asked him.

"Everything's fine Ami. Just testing Usagi's communicator for her, but she's more excited about being a model than her duty as a Sailor Guardian," replied Sora.

"I know what you mean, Sora. Even though these communicators are meant to be for emergencies only, I'm actually happy that you're testing their functionality for Luna. In the meantime, I've still got a difficult math problem to take care of," said Ami.

"Copy that, Ami. Be sure to send word to Rei about the successful test. Sora out," Sora said, and clicked the transmitter off.

"You know, it's a good thing you contacted Ami in my place, Sora. I hope she sends word to Rei as requested, cause if I called her, all she'd do is threaten to have me walk up to some Heartless just so that they could take my heart and make me one of them," Usagi said.

"That's something the Princess would neither forgive nor forget. All she'd do is condemn Rei's actions and have her branded as a traitor to the light," said Luna.

"You're right, We can't allow Darkness to win," replied Sora, as he passed the communicator to Usagi.

She placed it into her pocket, and went downstairs to explain her decision about being a model, which made Shingo start laughing at her.

"You, become a model!?" He guffawed loudly.

"Why not!?" snapped Usagi.

"Aw, gimme a break! That is never gonna happen. A model needs more than a pretty face and a nice body, she has to have a sharp mind, too," replied Shingo.

"Well then, I'll just study really hard from now on," Usagi said.

But Sora placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Listen Usagi, I for one think you'd be an awesome model, even if Shingo believes otherwise," he said.

"Sora may be right about that. But, I know you'd never change a bit," snickered Shingo.

This made Sora so angry that he was about to summon his keyblade and threaten Shingo with it, when he felt Usagi take his other hand and shake her head at him.

"Let it go, Sora. He may be my brother, but that doesn't give you the right to hurt him," she said with a worried look in her eyes.

"Listen Shingo, even if your sister may be immature as I am, which is something Rei would agree upon, that won't stop her from following her heart," Sora said to Shingo.

"Well, okay then, good luck to you sis," Shingo said to Usagi, making her smile at Sora for the way he spoke to him.

They slowly walked off to the Crown Game Center, to meet with Motoki.

"Just be glad I don't punch him in the face in public, much like how I wanted to punch Weiss Schnee's brother Whitley real badly after his dad, Jacques Schnee, won the election by forming an alliance with Arthur Watts back on Remnant," said Sora.

"Listen, I know Shingo can be obnoxious, but no matter how much of an annoyance he can be, he's still my brother. But, hearing that you wanted to punch one of your friends' siblings directly in the face in public, would actually make them afraid of you. But hearing about your previous interactions with this Whitley, I can sort of see why Shingo reminds you of that guy," replied Usagi.

"Yeah, well, he was obnoxious alright. But, most of my other friends, who were also connected to Weiss, managed to send him walking to the restroom to wash off the wine that splashed all over him at Jacques' victory party, even after I asked if he was okay," explained Sora, as he almost laughed his head off.

When Usagi heard that, she couldn't help but laugh at the little story Sora had told her about what happened to Whitley, as they arrived at the arcade, and explained to Motoki about what Shingo said to his sister.

"Hey, don't worry about it Sora. Usagi can't give up before she even starts. What's important is that she embraces the challenge and tries her hardest, even if she doesn't succeed," Motoki said.

"Thanks Motoki, you're the only one who ever supports me," smiled Usagi.

"You should try your hardest Usagi, although you probably won't make the cut. But even so, go ahead and give it a shot," said Mamoru.

"Don't you dare talk like that! Or else!" Sora said angrily, as he almost summoned his keyblade to strike Mamoru down with it.

But Luna shook her head as her way of telling him not to give into anger.

"Honestly though, people these days have it all wrong. They believe that simply having good looks is what makes a girl beautiful. But what actually allows a girl to stand out from everybody else, is more than just her physical appearance," explained Mamoru, which made Sora even more angry than before, that he felt the darkness welling up within his heart.

"And what exactly is that!?" shouted Sora.

"What's inside: A kind heart, and the guts to do what she thinks is right and just, no matter how hard it might be," replied Mamoru.

"Huh, girls have guts too?" asked Usagi, making Sora calm down a bit, but still have an angry glare on Mamoru.

"Yeah, but in your case, you're missing both guts and beauty," said Mamoru.

"Yeah, sure! But so what if Usagi doesn't have any!?" Sora asked furiously.

"Listen, Kijin Shinokawa is willing to photograph any girl, any time. As long as she's young. And I say that taking pictures with that kind of attitude makes him nothing more than a second rate, or even third rate photographer, at best," Mamoru said to him.

"THAT'S IT!" yelled Sora, brandishing his keyblade and charging right at Mamoru.

"Sora, no! He's not worth it!" pleaded Usagi, making Sora stop and turn around with an extremely angry glare on his face.

Even Motoki was worried about Sora, when he saw the glare on his face.

"Easy, Sora. You're starting to scare her," he said.

Sora's anger slowly subsided, then he glanced at Usagi and Luna.

"Let's go, you guys," he said to them in a dark tone, and walked off.

Usagi and Luna followed him as well, and left the arcade far behind, just as Motoki and Mamoru started having a private conversation, when they were out of ear shot. The next morning, Usagi and Sora were standing by the front gates of Shingo's school, when the young boy showed up.

"Hey, why are you standing there?" he asked.

"No reason," Sora and Usagi said quickly.

"Oh, I get it. You're waiting for the mail to see if you're going to become a model, aren't you?" Shingo said to his sister.

Usagi and Sora glanced at him.

"Don't be ridiculous, there's no way they'd ever choose someone like you. You're gonna get rejected for sure as soon as they see your picture," he said casually.

"You rotten-!" shouted Sora.

"Sora don't try and stoop to Shingo's level!" interrupted Usagi.

"Mail for you, Usagi," said a passing mailman.

He handed a letter to her, and raced away.

"Here it is," she said, letting her worry subside.

"Probably just some junk mail," murmured Shingo.

"Will you get out of here!?" snapped Sora.

"Okay, okay! Geez, take a chill pill, Sora," replied Shingo, and he scooted away.

"Yes! I got selected! I made it past the first round!" Usagi cried out, excitedly.

"And it looks like, you're gonna report to the new Japan Hotel for a professional photoshoot tomorrow!" added Sora.

The two friends soon began jumping for joy, which did make Shingo somewhat surprised that Sora truly was like Usagi. Then later they went to the bedroom, where Usagi was practicing her stride and speaking different rhymes as Sora coached her on how to be a model.

"What are you guys doing, now?" asked Luna.

"She's practicing to be a model, Luna," replied Sora, as he had his hands behind his head.

But the books on Usagi's head fell off as she turned and smiled politely at Sora.

"Uh, guys, I need to concentrate a little more," she said.

She began practicing her singing, and even began hopping like a bunny across the room, making Luna collapse onto her side.

"Now what should I wear tomorrow?" Usagi asked.

"Why not bring your swimsuit to the photoshoot?" suggested Sora.

"That's a great idea! They said I need to bring a swimsuit to the photoshoot," replied Usagi.

Usagi, began rummaging around in her dresser, until she pulled out her pink swimsuit that now had a few small holes, due to the moths, but Sora gently placed his hand upon her shoulder.

"We'll patch up the holes the moths made with some ribbons," he said.

"Now, you're starting to sound a bit like Ami, Sora," giggled Usagi.

Sora couldn't help but chuckle as well, until they entered the New Japan Hotel, which was full of people waiting for their chance to be photographed at the contest, the next day.

"Whoa, it's packed!" Sora and Usagi said in surprise.

"Art is an explosion! Now, all of you go to your assigned dressing rooms and wait your turn there! And no peeking at the photoshoot! I don't want to be distracted! Come out, only at your allotted time! Got it!?" Kijin said to the girls in a firm tone, but Sora could sense there was darkness inside of his heart.

"I've got a really bad feeling about this, you guy," shuddered Luna, who was hiding Usagi's basket.

"Why's that?" Usagi asked.

"I can sense darkness lurking inside of Kijin's heart, and his attitude is really starting to remind me of one of Xehanort's minions, who goes by the name of Vanitas," answered Sora.

"Everyone knows that artists are eccentric and temperamental," said Usagi.

"Maybe, but still, I'd recommend caution. Whatever's making Kijin act this way, is thanks to the darkness that's been infused into his heart," warned Sora.

"No matter how I look at it, I just don't understand how Usagi got picked to be a model," muttered Luna.

"Hey! Luna!" snapped Usagi, trying to grab her feline friend.

"Oh, hi guys," said Naru who approached them.

"So, did Usagi pass the first audition too?" asked Miss Haruna.

"Heh, she sure did Miss Haruna," replied Sora, brushing his upper lip with his thumb.

Usagi seemed confused, but she did allow Sora to enter the locker room, due to his strong respect for girls, as Usagi practiced in front of the dressing room mirror. Then, Sora noticed MIss Haruna and Naru in their swimsuits, and gave them a thumbs up as his way of saying they looked good in them.

"Oh, did I put on weight?" asked Miss Haruna.

"Not at all," replied Sora, making Naru smile at how respectful he was to women, thanks to his experience with Tifa Lockhart back at Radiant Garden.

"Hey, Usagi, you better hurry up and get dressed in your swimsuit," Naru said, as her gaze shifted to her best friend.

"Okay," replied Usagi, who turned and faced her friend.

"You brought one, right?" asked Naru.

"Yeah, she's wearing it, but I'm gonna step out of the dressing room and see what Kijin's up to," said Sora.

Usagi nodded, acknowledging Sora's decision, and revealed her swimsuit with some ribbons that managed to cover up the holes the moths made. Naru was impressed, but Usagi was still concerned.

"Something is really bothering me about this whole photoshoot," whispered Luna, as Sora joined her near the pool.

They could see Kijin was now taking photos like a mad man, until they saw a laser burst from the lens and envelope the girls inside of the camera. Sora and Luna gasped in shock.

"What just happened?" asked Luna.

"Looks like the Dark Kingdom's handiwork," replied Sora.

Luna nodded, her brow furrowing with determination.

"We gotta warn Usagi," she said, and raced back to the dressing room.

Carefully Luna walked slowly inside, with Sora not too far behind her as he kept himself focused on the task at hand.

"Listen closely, Usagi, all the girls being photographed completely vanished," whispered the cat.

"What are you talking about?" asked Usagi.

"You may not like this, but Kijin's being controlled by the darkness. I've sent word to our friends via Gummi phone, as well as through your communicator. Believe me, if you or any of our friends got zapped out of existence by that laser that burst from the camera lens, I'd transform into Vanitas, and he'd destroy all of you," Sora said, his mood going from serious to somber.

Luna was shocked to hear that from Sora, but she smiled sympathetically at him.

"Don't worry, Sora. I promise, even if you did turn into Vanitas, we'll always be in your heart, just so we can bring you back to your senses, no matter what," she said to him.

"Yeah, I'm with Luna on this one. You taught me an important lesson about how my true strength comes from my friends, even if she sees them as my greatest weakness," added Usagi.

"What was that, did you say something?" asked Naru.

"Everything's okay, Naru. But, You and Miss Haruna should know that you don't need to worry about your appearance," replied Sora.

"Fair enough," said Naru, as Haruna complained about her appearance.

The three friends went outside of the changing room, and Usagi contacted Ami.

"Bad news, Ami. The Dark Kingdom's on the move again. Alert Rei and the others, tell them to meet up at the New Japan Hotel, where the photoshoot is taking place," Sora said, as his anger slowly began to overtake him.

"Hey, guys it's time for our photoshoot," Naru said as she and Miss Haruna stepped out of the dressing room.

They slowly walked off to the pool.

"We really gotta listen to Sora," she and MIss Haruna said together.

"Let's go," Usagi said to her friends.

"Okay, follow us, Usagi," replied Sora, as he and Luna raced off down the corridor.

"Wait up!" called Usagi, who followed them.

The three of them soon arrived at the pool where the photoshoot was to take place.

"Hey, wait a second!" cried Usagi.

Her gaze suddenly shifted towards Kijin, who had his camera held at the ready, making Usagi disappointed.

"Ohh, I'm the only one who's not in the shoot," she moaned.

But Sora motioned for Usagi to watch carefully. When she looked up, a dark colored laser beam burst from the lens, and struck at Miss Haruna, Naru, and two other girls.

"They vanished!" cried Usagi.

"See, Sora was right," said Luna.

"We gotta stop him!" added Sora.

Usagi nodded, and ran towards Kijin, with Sora and Luna at her side, as they heard him laughing.

"Kijin, what did you do to everyone?" demanded Usagi.

"Art's an explosion. Any girl will do!" Kijin said with evil triumph in his eyes.

"No way! That's not how an artist should act, Kijin! Give back Usagi's friends or pay the price!" snapped Sora, brandishing his keyblade.

"You think that just any young girl will do? Taking pictures like that makes you no more than a third rate photographer!" said Usagi.

"Uh, Usagi, you're starting to sound like Mamoru," muttered Sora.

"Deep down, you're a photographer who understands the beauty of this world! Please, snap out of it!" cried Usagi.

But Kijin shoved her back, making Sora enraged.

"That's it!" he roared, and charged at Kijin.

He swung with all his strength, trying to strike him down, but Kijin blocked his attack, and sent him crashing to the ground, next to Usagi.

"Sora!" she cried.

"I'm fine, Usagi! Turn into Sailor Moon now! This guy has become his demise!" replied Sora, his eyes flickering between blue and yellow.

Usagi nodded, and raised her hand into the air.

"Moon Prism Power: Make Up!" she called to the ceiling.

Just as she turned into Sailor Moon, all the power that Kijin had managed to acquire was slowly overwhelming him.

"A girl's true beauty isn't only in her looks, it's in her heart, and having the guts to do what's right and just," Sailor Moon said, snapping Kijin out of his trance.

"Who are you?" demanded Kijin.

"Who is she? Oh, she's the pretty guardian who fights for love and justice. She's called Sailor Moon. Got it memorized?" said Axel, who arrived with the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts under Riku's temporary command.

"Now, whatever monster has possessed Kijin, come on out and show yourself!" Sailor Moon said in agreement.

"Ha! A love photo subject has just appeared right in front of me!" sneered Kijin, as he began taking snapshots that fired deadly energy beams of darkness at Sailor Moon.

"A monster has him under its control!" Sailor Moon said to Sora as she dodged.

"Fine, then let's rise to the challenge!" Sora said as he drew his keyblade, and charged at Kijin, deflecting each shot that was directed towards him.

"If this continues, the energy of Kijin's passion will be sucked away by the monster inside him!" cried Usagi, as she charged at Kijin.

Just as Kijin was about to take a picture of Sailor Moon, he did not expect her to perform a Sailor Kick, knocking the camera out of his hands. It fell into the pool with a splash as he screamed, just as Riku and the remaining Guardians of Kingdom Hearts struck down the Heartless that tried to stop them.

"You've got to pull yourself together," Sailor Moon said to the unconscious photographer.

Suddenly, the water swirled and parted to reveal Nephrite's latest minion, who landed near them.

"You're too late. I, Cameran, have stolen Kijin's energy!" the creature said to them.

She soon fired a beam of darkness that engulfed Kijin, and caused him to vanish, just as Sailor Moon jumped back in shock.

"Watch yourselves now, you guys. If Cameran takes your picture, you'll become sealed inside a photograph forever!" warned Luna.

"That doesn't sound like fun," gasped Usagi, just as Kijin fired another beam of darkness at her.

She dodged and weaved clumsily, until she was exhausted and left wide open, forcing Sora to stand in front of her in a defensive position.

"Oh no, Sora!" cried Luna, jumping in front of the beam.

"Luna!" cried Sora and Sailor Moon.

She vanished, causing Sora's anger to flare up.

"GIVE HER BACK!" he shouted.

"As you wish," chuckled Cameran.

She tossed Sailor Moon two pictures, containing Luna and Kijin within them. Sailor Moon was aghast, but Sora's anger continued to boil over until she thought it would burst like a balloon.

"No! Don't do it Sora!" cried Sailor Moon.

"And now, you two will become my next victims. I'll simply overwhelm you with my shutterclick attack!" declared Cameran, as she held her hand with the eye in it towards them.

"If I'm going to become a portrait, then you'll become one as well," Sora said in a bloodthirsty tone, as he felt his eyes change from blue to golden, and his body surrounded itself with darkness, which made Usagi worried about him.

"Stop right there!" called two voices.

Sailor Moon turned and noticed both Ami and Rei, dressed as Sailors Mercury and Mars, who heard Sora's call to action and arrived to the rescue. Mercury unleashed her bubble spray, to create a powerful fog bank.

"I'll seal your evil powers!" declared Mars.

She held up an exorcism tablet and began chanting, granting it her power. She sent the talismans right at Cameran who deflected them with her energy beams.

"You foolish brats! Do you really think that will stop me!?" snapped the camera demon.

"I don't understand. What's happening?" asked Sailor Moon.

She saw too late that they had also been blasted by the beams, and turned into photos as well. Sailor Moon watched as she placed them down on the ground, causing her to weep for them, as Sora's rage finally boiled over.

"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!" he roared.

Then his body was soon overwhelmed by the darkness, causing his clothes to change, into a red and black organic-looking bodysuit, with a glass helmet covering his head. Kairi turned and looked in shock.

"Now, no one can save you now!" said Cameran as she stalked towards Sailor Moon like a hungry predator.

Sailor Moon felt as if she had failed, but she remembered what Luna had said about being turned into a photo for all time. She wondered if Cameran were to take her own picture, and soon prepared herself for the attack.

"I hope you're ready for your close up," Cameran said.

She fired an energy beam, but Sailor Moon jumped clear of the attack causing it to strike the wall. With a loud scream Cameran, realized that she had fallen for Sailor Moon's little bluff, and soon saw that she had gotten inside her own camera, causing her to become deformed. Meanwhile, Vanitas stalked towards Sailor Moon, struck her down, and held his keyblade over her chest, in an attempt to finish her off.

"SAILOR MOON!" cried Ventus, who lunged at Vanitas, and forced him back, right into Kairi's arms.

"I won't let this happen!" roared Cameran.

"No, you've become your demise!" declared Riku, as he cast Curaja on Sailor Moon's unconscious form.

Sailor Moon's eyes snapped open, and she removed her tiara.

"What you've done, cannot be forgiven!" she said, transforming it into the golden discus.

"Finish it, Sailor Moon!" called Kairi, as she held the struggling Vanitas.

"Moon Tiara Action!" cried Sailor Moon.

The golden discus surged towards Cameran, who screamed as she was struck down, and obliterated in an instant. Then suddenly, Cameran's demise released all those that had been turned into pictures, as Vanitas burst free from Kairi's embrace and charged towards her.

"Sailor Moon, behind you!" called Luna, who saw Vanitas running towards her.

But clever Ventus stopped his attack, and pushed the other boy back.

"Sailor Moon, try using Moon Tiara Stardust on Vanitas! It's the only way to bring Sora back to his senses!" he suggested.

Sailor Moon nodded, removed her Tiara, and unleashed the attack Ven saw from their previous misadventure. Soon a shimmering light surrounded Vanitas, making him cry out in shock. At last, Sora had returned, back in his own clothes, as he dropped to his hands and knees, causing Riku to rush to his side, and help him up.

"Don't worry, Sora. I've got you," he said.

Sora nodded, as Namine tossed him an elixir that restored him to full strength. He drank the elixir, then looked upon Sailor Moon, who was so happy to see him again.

Sailor Moon!" he said.

"Sora!" cried Usagi.

But Sora averted his gaze, as he was afraid she would be angry at him.

"I'm sorry," he said somberly.

But Usagi hugged him, just as Riku pulled out his gummi phone, and took their picture.

"Everything's all right now, Sora. But between the both of us, I think I've had enough of trying to get my picture taken," she said, as Sora hugged her back.

In Nephrite's manor, the dark-haired warlord saw that Cameran had failed him as the star faded away into nothingness.

"The demon star has vanished!" he growled.

"Well, well… It seems that your plan has failed, Nephrite," Zoisite chuckled.

"I agree with Zoisite on this matter," added Sephiroth.

"You two," Nephrite said in a low voice.

"We'd bet Queen Beryl will be quite interested to hear the results of your fights, and that another of your plans has failed," snickered the blonde ponytailed warlord.

"Heh, and what about all your plans, Zoisite? Have you found the legendary Silver Crystal that will awaken our great ruler yet?" Nephrite asked him.

"Fool, you will know what true terror is," Sephiroth said to him.

"Take care of your own business, before you stick your nose into someone else's," replied Nephrite, who turned his back on them.

"And what will you do, Nephrite?" the one-winged angel asked Nephrite.

"Don't forget, there are countless people in this world, for whom I can steal energy. Countless!" answered Nephrite, as the two men vanished into the darkness.

At Tsukino Residence, Kenji, Keiko, and Shingo all sat in front of the TV watching the news.

"Where's Usagi?" asked Kenji.

"She locked herself in her room, and won't come out," replied Keiko.

"She probably embarrassed herself big time at the photoshoot, and now she's way too mortified to face the family. Not that I'm complaining," said Shingo.

They could hear Kijin's speech on the television, about how young women could only be judged by their hearts, rather than their appearance, and how he was taught this lesson by a young woman, whom Sora knew to be Sailor Moon. He slowly went up stairs, and looked to see Usagi sleeping peacefully in her bed, but decided to leave her alone, and go on a late-night patrol on the city streets for any Heartless that would dare harm the citizens of Juban.
