We have been sitting in the carriage for quite a long time and were bored. Taoren was leaning her head on my shoulder while I was looking down. Marc and Zhou were just sitting down talking to each other. Hundan and his minions were all enjoying themselves and talking to one another, fooling around. Ying Jie was leaned on the carriage wall, closing his eyes and crossing his arms.

"Do you guys wanna play 'What Would You Do'?" I asked Taoren, Marc, and Zhou, since he was with Marc. They turned to me.

"How do you play that?" asked Taoren.

"All we do is just take turns asking one another questions that lead to asking what they would do. You guys wanna play? It'll be fun!" I continued.

"Okay, I'm down. Seems interesting," Marc replied.

"Definitely!" Taoren said. We all turned to Zhou.

"That game sounds really stupid and boring," he commented.

"Do you or do you not want to play it, Zhu-Zhu?" I asked in a grumpy voice, causing Marc and Taoren to snicker.

"He will, Dani. Don't worry," Marc told me. Zhou rolled his eyes once again but I didn't care. I smiled and turned to Marc.

"I'll go first so you guys can get an idea of it," I began, and turned to Marc, "Marc, if you woke up and realized that all your eyelashes were in your eyes, what would you do?" He made a disgusted face while Taoren laughed her butt off. I caught Zhou rolling his eyes.

"Ew, what kind of question is that?" asked Zhou, although he was smiling. I smiled too and laughed silently.

"That's how you play it. You can ask any question, literally," I replied. I turned to Marc. "So? What would you do?" Marc seemed like he was thinking for a while. He turned to us.

"Well, if my eyelashes were all in my eyes, I would immediately close it since it would burn. I'd probably have to use my finger to take them out," Marc replied. Taoren, Zhou, and I began laughing, especially Taoren.

"But what if your fingers were already drenched in hot pepper? What would you use to take out your eyelashes?" I continued.

"I would have no choice but to rub my eye in hopes that they would fall out themselves," Marc told us.

"So you wouldn't even scream, not even a tiny bit?" asked Taoren.

"Of course I would, because all I would see is darkness and I know that I opened my eyes already. It would make me think I went blind and cause me to panic," He replied. Taoren and I kept laughing, making Zhou begin laughing too. He shook his head.

"How would you scream?" I asked.

"That's so stupid!" Zhou commented, while Taoren laughed.

"I would scream like 'Ahh!' and cover my eyes," Marc said, mocking a scream as Taoren and I laughed a lot. He is funny!

"Okay, and then the person chosen to answer will get to ask anyone a question. It's your turn, Marc," I told him. Marc smiled.

"Alright, it's my turn then," Marc said, and turned to Zhou, "Hey Zhou, what would you do if you were sleeping at night, and when you woke up, you were a dog?" I bursted out laughing for 3 seconds before Taoren did. Everyone turned to me when I laughed but I didn't care.

"What?" I asked with a big smile on my face. Zhou rolled his eyes in annoyance, but I could care less. Hehe, I can't wait to hear his response. He is such a meanie, he kind of does deserve such a question. Marc had a big smile on his face.

"What are you guys talking about? Something about Zhou being a dog?" Xiahou Li asked. Judging by the way he questions, he seems like he is interested. I think it would be funny if he joined in.

"We're playing 'What Would You Do'. Wanna play too?" I asked. Xiahou Li smiled with happiness.

"Okay, sounds fun. How do you play that?" he asked. I explained to him about taking turns asking someone a "what would you do" question and they must reply, no matter what it is. He seemed to understand the concept of the game…

"We're still waiting, Zhu-Zhu," sang Taoren, waiting for his response. Once again, he rolled his eyes. Gosh, Marc had to ask me that kind of question, huh? This is so humiliating.

"Yeah, we're not getting any younger in here," added in Danina, blinking twice. It was so cute and innocent of her, funny too. Marc and Taoren was laughing at her comment, followed by the rest but Ying Jie. He thought it was stupid.

"That is so dumb. Of course, we're not getting any younger in here, you idiot!" Zhou scolded, crossing his arms together and leaning on the carriage.

"You have to answer, Zhou. I answered when Dani asked me what I would do if I woke up with all my eyelashes in my eyes. So, what would you do if you were a dog when you woke up?" Marc asked, with a big smile on his face. Zhou exhaled grumpily. I guess this is how the game works. Whatever, when I'm finished, Taoren will be in for some humiliation, since she thinks it's so funny.

"If I woke up being a dog, I would freak out and scream, duh," Zhou replied, and Taoren began laughing at him.

"But what if you tried to scream and instead you were barking?" Marc continued, trying not to laugh at his friend. He saw Dani laughing so hard, she wasn't even making a sound anymore. She is really enjoying this game.

"Then obviously there is nothing I could do. I mean, I woke up a freaking dog. It's not like I could talk or do anything anymore. No more questions, it's my turn! Taoren, what would you do if one day you woke up, having feelings for Hundan?" Zhou quickly replied, turning to Taoren. She stopped laughing and made a mad face. Ew, how dare he ask me such question? There is no way I'll ever like Hundan!

"Ew! I will never be with a stupid girl like her!" Hundan said from across the other side. That stupid guy! How dare he try to pair someone like me to that stupid Taoren girl?!

"So? Do you think I want to be with you?! I'd rather commit a crime to like the same sex and die!" Taoren exclaimed. Whoa, how did this game escalate to this? It was supposed to be funny and not taken so seriously.

"Like stupid Dani, huh? You would like her and then get executed for that?!" Hundan continued. Taoren nodded with an angry face. For some reason, it made Hundan feel some type of way. What is this that I'm feeling?

"And you're just jealous she would rather become a lesbian than be with you!" Dani taunted and Hundan was mad.

"Shut up! I could care less!" he replied and turned the other way. Hmph, how dare she butt in! She must really think she's special because Taoren said that. Maybe she is the one who secretly likes Taoren!

"Answer my question, Taoren! What would you do if you had feelings for him?" Zhou asked once again, with an evil smile on his face. Taoren thought for a while. If I woke up one day having feelings for him, I would probably… Ew, that will never happen!

"I would suppress my feelings for him, because that will never happen stupid Zhou!" Taoren yelled, as Zhou was laughing. Stupid Taoren, this is what you get. I bet you like Hundan in secrecy and trying really hard not to show it. Taoren rolled her eyes.

The carriage came to a full stop. When Taoren turned to the window that was opened, she saw they had reached another village. She smiled in excitement and gasped. She tapped Dani nonstop.

"Look, we're in another village Dani! Oh, this is so exciting!" Taoren told Dani. She was still tapping Dani but Dani slapped her hands away from her.

"Get your filthy hands off me woman!" a voice yelled, as when Taoren turned, she realized the person she was tapping on was none other than Hundan. She gave out a scream and backed up. She swore Dani was next to her, not Hundan.

"What the hell are you doing sitting where Dani is supposed to be?!" Taoren yelled, as she kicked him away from her and he fell to the side.

"Ow you idiot! Your little stupid friend is on your left! God!" Hundan yelled back at Taoren, feeling so mad that she kicked him, even though it was her mistake. Xiahou Li saw the whole thing and he was laughing so much.

"Damn, the audacity she had to do that though. It might as well have been you to do that to her hahaha," Li commented and Hundan could not agree any more.

"I know!" he replied, as they heard someone walking to the door. It swung open and it was Pang De.

"Alright everyone, we are in Jiang Nan Village picking up the next group of people who wants to work in the capital. Use this time wisely to go to the restroom, get some food or relax for a few minutes. Well be leaving in 30 minutes so you had all better be back in here or you will be left behind," Pang De told them before departing.

"Ugh finally! My butt hurts from sitting down for so long!" Saphir said, being the first one to get out, followed by his friends.

"Do you guys wanna go out too?" Marc asked his friends. They all nodded and one by one they got out of the carriage and took stretches. Ying Jie wasn't planning on getting out, but then again, he could really use a nice stretch as well and get some more water and food…

"Ah, this feels great!" I exclaimed to my friends, stretching with my hands in the air. My stomach began to growl, and my friends turned to me. I laughed. "I'm kinda hungry."

"Yeah, we heard your stomach crying. Geez, you can't even take care of your own body either," Zhou commented and I rolled my eyes. Then Zhou's stomach began crying to food too. Hmph, all saying I don't take are of my body, his stomach just cried for food too.

"Seems like someone doesn't take good care of their body either, Zhu-Zhu. But whatever, I'm gonna get something to eat," I asked, and turned to Taoren, "Wanna come with me?" She smiled and nodded. I turned to Marc. "You are coming too?"

"Okay, we have nothing better to do anyways," Marc replied, turning to his friend, who crossed his arms and turned the other way, pouting his lips a bit. His face was somewhat more flushed than usual. He's embarrassed alright. Looks like he's still upset with Dani too after what happened earlier. Oh well, he will get over it soon enough after a good meal. "Zhou, you coming too right?"

"I'm only going cause I'm buying food and cause you're going, not cause of stupid Dani and Taoren," Zhou replied. Marc just smiled and chuckled to himself.

We walked down to market nearby. There were people walking around and children playing with a ball made of yarn. A sweet smell filled my nostrils, and I closed my eyes, inhaling that scent. It smells so yummy it's making me hungrier. I need to buy whatever that smell is. I turned and saw a couple taking out some freshly baked bread and the smell definitely came from there.

"Oh my god, it smells like heaven!" Taoren said, her eyes closed, enjoying the smell. I turned and saw Zhou and Marc also doing the same too.

"Guys, I need to get some of that bread," I told them, and they couldn't agree more. The four of us walked over to the bread and bought some. I bought 5 bread, Taoren got three, Marc bought four and Zhou bought three. I was hugging the bread in my arms, excited to eat it when we go back.

It didn't take long for us to reach the carriage again. We were chilling under a tree, waiting for everyone to come back.

"I can't wait to eat this bread! Oh, I'm so excited!" I said, as someone dashed right past me, snatching one of my bread. It was stupid Xiahou Li. He was laughing as he took a big bite of the bread. "Hey! Stupid Li! Go get your own bread!" Then another person ran past me, stealing one of the breads too. It was Bell Saphir. "Oh my god! Stop stealing my bread you thieves!"

"Sharing is caring you little pig!" someone told me, snatching a bread right out of the bag where my bread were, knocking down one of my bread too. I only had one left now and I was very angry.

"Hey! Stupid Hundan and minions! If you wanted some bread, you could have gone to get some yourself!" I yelled after them. I picked up the bread. "Ugh! They make me so sick!" Then I spit of the bread. "Phee!". Then I threw it as hard as I could at them while they were chilling under the next tree close by and eating the bread that I bought with Ren Shu and Lien Hua's little sac of money they gave me. The bread was doing a lot of flips to Hundan and his friends while they weren't paying attention and eating, enjoying the bread I bought…

Mao Jin was walking from one side of the village to another after buying some bread. He was heading to the carriage that will take him to go work at the capital. He reached the carriage and decided to stay in between the two trees close to the carriage, having shade with a bit of sunlight. As he reached his destination, a flying bread whacked the side of his head.

"Ow, what the hell?!" he yelled, turning to the direction where it came from. There he saw a young girl looking angry at him. She was holding a bag of bread. What the hell is her problem? I didn't even do anything to her! "You! Why the hell did you throw that at me?"

"It wasn't meant for you! Nobody told you to step in and take the damage for him!" she shot back at him. He did not like her attitude. For someone so tiny, she had a big mouth.

"Stupid Hundan! This is your fault!" Taoren yelled, throwing a small rock at him. It hit his head and it hurt.

"Ow stupid Taoren! You idiot! Be glad I didn't take the bread from you!" Hundan exclaimed.

"Be quiet you thief! Even if you tried to or not you would have gotten your butt kicked by her!" Dani told him.

"So you're not even gonna apologize for hitting me with the bread?" Jin asked Dani, who turned to him.

"No, why would I? It was your fault the bread hit you. If you want an apology, I suggest you ask thief Hundan and his minions cause he's the one who made you get hit!" she replied to him. Ugh! I hate girls like her! She's not even big, why does she think she's so bad? It's so annoying.

This stupid stranger! How dare he get mad at me? If he stopped walking the bread wouldn't have hit him in the first place anyways. I rolled my eyes and looked back at the young man.

He stood about 5'8 and has incredibly long, flowing auburn brown hair that extends quarter-way down the back and masks his large forehead before parting into two. His eyes roughly match the color of his hair and often stray away from eye contact. He is not overly muscular but his physique is lean, athletic, and looks like he is always ready to move. He was wearing a casual training outfit but his shirt was off and on his shoulders.

"Still, whether it was meant for me or not, you should at least apologize for hitting me," he told me.

"She doesn't need to apologize for anything, technically it would have hit them if you didn't decide to play hero and take the damage for him," Taoren backed me up. I nodded in agreement. The man seemed to be getting mad.

"And what exactly did he do to you?" he asked…

"He and his two friends stole Dani's bread! Not only that but he made her drop one of bread and she only has one left," Taoren told him.

"And why did you take her bread?" he asked Hundan.

"Shut up, don't poke your nose in where it belongs," Hundan told him. Mao Jin got mad. He was just trying to settle the problem, but it seems more complicated than that. It would he hard to settle the case cause everyone seemed to be so rude to one another.

"Yeah! Don't try to play hero here to these ladies," Jun Jie told Jin. Jun Jie didn't know what was going on because he was with Zhong Kai and they went to get some water while Hundan, Saphir and Li went to get food. They just came back to find their friends having some beef with their friend.

"Stay out of this, I have no business with the likes of you," Jin told Jun Jie.

"What's going on?" Kai asked his friends.

"None of your beeswax, that's what!" Jin told Kai. Jin was already mad enough having to deal with this Dani girl and her friend and the thief who stole bread from them. Man, this guy is hella rude!

"Man, shut up I wasn't asking you or even talking to you! As a matter of fact, who the hell are you anyways? Or you know what? Don't even tell me cause I don't even care," Kai replied. Tch, I am highly respected here and these people are just plain disrespectful.

"Your stupid friends are thieves! They stole my bread! For someone who has at least a bit of common decency, you should have taught your friends ever to steal!" Dani told Kai. Ugh, they stole her bread? Well if it's just hers then good! She totally deserves it.

"Hahaha! Dude, you guys stole her bread?" asked Jun Jie, laughing his butt off. He thought it was so amusing. Damn, its so rude to think stealing is funny.

"Talk about common decency, if you had any you should apologize for hitting me with your stupid bread," Jin told Dani. She rolled her eyes.

"I told you I didn't hit you with it. You walked right into it," she told him.

"Yeah, maybe you should apologize for walking into her bread," Taoren added in. Zhou shook his head. He has never heard of such a stupid thing. It sounds so stupid, it makes him want to laugh.

"That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard you saying. That doesn't even make sense!" Zhou told Taoren but she shrugged her shoulders. She didn't care if it did or not, the guy is trying to make her friend apologize for something that clearly wasn't her fault. Taoren isn't having that for Dani.

"Why don't you just go buy her some bread to make up for stealing it cause she clearly is making a big deal out of it," Jin said to Hundan. Look at this guy trying to get justice. he's not the hero here.

"Says the crybaby who's making a big deal out of not getting an apology. Why don't you?" Hundan shot back.

"Cause I wasn't the one who stole it like you three, duh! God, don't you know that stealing is a capital crime and is punishable by death? You got a death wish or something?" Mao Jin replied.

"Do you?" Saphir asked him.

"No," he answered.

"Then slap yourself for thinking it," Li told him as he and his friends laughed. Jin was so mad cause it seemed like they were making him the bad guy here when really he is the victim.

Lu Xing and Sun Wukong watched everyone being mad and arguing. Gee, everyone sure is getting worked up all because of some bread. It's pointless.

"Don't you think they're getting a little too mad over bread? I mean, it is just bread, right Wukong?" Xing told her friend. Wukong couldn't agree more.

"I know. It's pretty dumb of them if you ask me," Wukong replied. Lu Xing is never one to talk out of turn but maybe they're taking it a little too far. Maybe she should speak up…

"Um, guys… You really shouldn't be arguing over bread. It's unnecessary and besides, they're cheap. Anyone can buy them," we heard a voice nearby say. We turned to her and she got embarrassed and flushed.

"Why don't you stay out of it, little squirt. Go play with some dolls or something," Hundan told her, and I thought it was so disrespectful of him. She didn't even do anything.

She was around 5'4 and has dark long brown hair up in high ponytail with a red ribbon. She has dark brown eyes and light tan skin.

"You are so rude!" her friend told Hundan.

She was tall, about 5'9. She has a well-developed figure with slightly tanned skin. She has heterochromia eyes, a teal left eye and brown right eye. She has fairly short black hair which becomes light blue at the tips. She wore a white headband in her hair and her side ponytail is tied with a light lavender ribbon.

"It's okay, Wukong," the first girl said, looking down.

"No! He is so rude. Xing, you just gonna let him disrespect you like that?" the other girl said. It seems her name is Wukong and the shorter girl's name is Xing.

"Leave her alone, you big bully!" I told him, and he stuck his tongue out at me. Ew! How dare he stick his tongue at me? he is way too guilty to do something like that. "Ew! It doesn't even match!"

"Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh!" he mocked, putting his thumb on the tip of his nose and wriggling his other four fingers around. It was so ugly. Taoren was the most annoyed, I can see it in her face. She looked disgusted.

"Ugh god, that was so ugly!" Taoren said.

"Yeah, like you, ugly girl!" he replied to her.

"Shut up, you're ugly!" Dani told him, "And a thief and a bully!" She was annoyed by them so much…

"You're always having to be so extra and dramatic, don't you? What exactly is your objective? To show everyone you're small but you're tough?" Zhou asked me. How dare he say that to me? I haven't done anything wrong yet he's all saying that to me? He's always looking for trouble!

"I didn't even do anything wrong! How dare you say that to me?" I replied, mad. Marc placed a hand on Zhou's shoulder.

"Zhou, just stop. Let's all drop the issue here," Marc told us.

"Yeah, listen to your buddy for he knows what's best for you guys," Hundan said, and we all turned to him.

"Man, shut up already. Haven't you caused enough trouble?" Marc said with attitude. I can tell he was just as much annoyed as we were.

"Not enough trouble, buster," Li teased.

"God, so annoying," I commented, crossing my arms together. It was silent for a short while. It seemed like everyone was over arguing, as I was too.

"So you're really not gonna say you're sorry for hitting me?" the guy asked one final time. I turned to him.

"Oh my god for the last time it was not my fault! Even if I apologized it would have been fake anyways! And I told you it was your fault it hit you cause you walked into it!" I replied madly. He was mad as well. "So which is it, do you want a fake apology?" He crossed his arms and turned the other way. Taoren crossed her arms as well, being next to me.

"Well, what's your answer?" Taoren asked him as well.

"God you two duo's annoy the hell out of me! Stay out of my way!" he replied angrily, as he left inside the carriage angrily. Taoren and I turned to each other. We shrugged out shoulders. Oh well then, he didn't need an apology so he better not bring it up anymore.

"I'm gonna go get some more bread because some people here are thieves," I told my friends, turning to stupid Hundan and his minions.

"Yeah like you, you little thief, I'm telling you guys, it's the little ones that steal the most," Hundan replied. How dare he call me a thief when clearly it was them who stole from me? That is so stupid!

"Whatever! You guys stole from me! Don't be trying to act like it's the other way around!" I said to him and he and his friends were looking at me as if I did something to them. "You guys are so stupid!"

"She's the thief around here," whispered Saphir to his friends, but loud enough for me to hear. My blood was boiling all over again. Ugh! That does it! They're gonna pay!

While they were busy laughing, I went to Saphir and knocked him down to the ground. He was caught by surprise.

"Get off me you twerp!" Saphir yelled at me. I ankle locked him and place and Li tried to pull me off, but I swung my head back and his shoulder.

"Ow!" he yelled. Hundan grabbed under my arms and tried to pick me up but I twisted Saphir's ankle more and he was yelling and tapping out but I didn't care.

"Get off him, you little rascal!" Hundan yelled but I didn't let go.

"No! Say you stole my bread and that you're a thief!" I shouted. Hundan was pulling me off Saphir and he was succeeding but Taoren kicked his butt hard and he let go of me.

"Ow! Stupid Taoren! You'll pay for that!" I heard Hundan say to her.

"Bring it on, I'll kick your butt!" she shouted. They began fighting one another…

Hundan tried to punch Taoren but she was dodging his moves. She tried to kick him but he grabbed a hold of her leg. She used her other leg and kicked his stomach. He ended up falling along with Taoren.

"Ow!" he shouted, as Taoren got on top of him and tried to hit him. He rolled over and tried to pin her down but she rolled on top of him again. She bit his neck and he felt a weird sensation he never felt before and he pushed her away, his face completely flushed red. Taoren fell off him and rolled three times before getting back up. What is this I'm feeling? He felt weird being around her at the moment so he fled back to Kai and Li…

"Say it Saphir or I will really break your ankle!" I told him, as someone grabbed me and pushed me. I fell down and scraped my knee a little bit and it began bleeding a little. I turned around in rage and it was Jun Jie. He put his hands out in front of him.

"Whoa, Dani. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you," I began saying, as I got up and chased him and he ran away from me. The pain from my thigh hurt but I didn't care. I ran fast and caught up to him. I yelled and jumped on him. He ended up carrying me on his back. I bit his shoulder and he yelled in pain. He tried to make me let go but I didn't.

Jun Jie flipped me over and we both ended up falling down. I let go of his shoulder as well and kicked him away from me, breathing hard. I looked at him in rage.

"Let me help you up," he said, offering me his hand. I took his hand and pulled him down. I got on top of him and tried to hit him but I grabbed hold of my left wrist. Then I used me right wrist the try to hit him too but he also grabbed my right wrist. "Stop! I don't wanna fight you!"

"Well you should have thought about that before you decided to push me!" I exclaimed, as I headbutt his head and it definitely hurt both of our forehead. He yelled out in pain and let go of me. We were both breathing hard and I got off him.

"Ouch, that's gonna leave a bump," Li commented, and I turned to him angrily and he hid behind Kai, who seemed unamused by everything.

"What is the meaning of this?!" yelled a voice from behind. We all turned and it was Pang De. He looked very upset. Everyone was quiet and didn't say anything. He looked at everyone meanly. "If I catch any one of you fighting, you will be left behind. is that understood?!"

"Yes," everyone replied.

"We'll be departing in 5 minutes! Any last minute trips to the market or restroom is strongly encouraged or you will starve or hold in your piss and shit until the next village," Pang De continued. I turned back to Jun Jie who was getting up. He turned to me with a mad face, holding his forehead where I headbutt him. Serves you right!

"Hmph!" I said, turning away and walking back to Taoren. Before we departed, Taoren and I went back to the market to get more bread.

Once everyone was inside, we continued our course to the next village.
